Abstract

Companies no longer rely solely on manual cost recording, but instead utilize cloud-based systems, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and business intelligence that provide real-time cost information. With this technology, managers can quickly analyze cost deviations, measure product profitability, and even adjust production strategies based on the latest data.Mastery of cost theory and concepts is a fundamental aspect in the fields of accounting and management, yet its application in real-world contexts often encounters various challenges. The gap between theoretical understanding gained in academic settings and the practical needs of cost management has led both students and practitioners to face difficulties in accurately identifying and classifying costs. To bridge this gap, innovative learning methods are required, such as the use of business simulations, field case studies, and collaboration with industry. In addition, the integration of digital technology and modern accounting software is crucial to strengthen the curriculum and align it with the demands of the digital era. Therefore, the implementation of collaborative, practice-based, and technology-integrated approaches is expected to enhance the competence of students and practitioners in both understanding and applying cost theory effectively within business and organizational contexts.

Abstract

The integrative methode in learning tahfidz Al Qur'an at the Utsman Bin Affan Qur'an House by integrating four method at one time, and among these methods are the Talaqqi, Jibril, Sima'i, and Tasmi' Al Qur'an methods. The purpose of this study is to describe the integrative method in learning tahfidz Al Qur'an at Utsman Bin Affan Qur'an House. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of case study research, and the research location is conducted at the Qur'an House of Utsman Bin Affan Randublatung which integrates four methods at once in one learning time with different age levels of students. the informants of this research are one founder, two ustadzah and seven students of the Qur'an House of Utsman Bin Affan Randublatung, to get accurate and precise information researchers collect data by observation, interviews, and documentation. After that, researchers tested the validity of the data, and then researchers analysed the data with the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the research, the integrative method in learning tahfidz Al Qur'an Utsman Bin Affan Randublatung maximises time efficiency, ustadzah collaboration, creating an environment that is conducive and comfortable for learning, utilising appropriate technology and periodic evaluations that help in strengthening memorisation.

Abstract

In the process of early childhood development, one of the demanding aspects of development is language. The phenomenon of increasingly uncontrolled development of abusive language is a negative impact of language development. This negative impact has spread to early childhood in the form of verbal violence against children. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of children's behavior that often speaks harshly. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The research results show that young children do not yet have a special filter to determine whether the language they will use in building communication with other people is good or bad so they can easily imitate the behavior of their social environment. The role of parents in supervising and providing support in their children's social environment can reduce the level of children's exposure to abusive language.

Abstract

The development of the times goes hand in hand with the development of technology and science, which automatically influences the world of education. Technology and education have a close relationship. In Indonesia, technology has been integrated into the curriculum system. The Indonesian government still implements an independent curriculum with the use of technology. A technology-appropriate and oriented curriculum system not only improves the quality of education but also serves as a catalyst for sustainable social and economic transformation. This is an interesting area to research, particularly in understanding the value of technology use in the educational curriculum. The research employs a descriptive qualitative method. The study, based on literature review, utilizes secondary data from existing studies. The research findings indicate that a curriculum system based on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) can create supportive learning environments. This is manifested in several ways, including engaging or interactive learning, more realistic learning experiences, more effective and efficient learning management, encouragement of independent learning, improved learning quality, flexible learning processes, and fostering positive responses in learning.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tentang Reformulasi Konsep Needs Assessment dalam Perencanaan Pendidikan Islam Kontemporer (Dari Kebutuhan Menuju Kebermaknaan). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kepustakaan dan analisis konten untuk mereformulasi konsep needs assessment dalam perencanaan pendidikan Islam. Data diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan 2019–2025 yang relevan. Analisis dilakukan melalui thematic coding dengan triangulasi sumber dan peer debriefing guna menjamin validitas. Hasilnya berupa model konseptual baru yang selaras dengan visi pendidikan Islam. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan mengenai Reformulasi Konsep Needs Assessment dalam Perencanaan Pendidikan Islam Kontemporer (Dari Kebutuhan Menuju Kebermaknaan), dapat disimpulkan empat hal penting. Pertama, perlu adanya reformulasi konsep needs assessment karena pendekatan lama masih normatif dan administratif, belum menyentuh dimensi spiritual dan sosial, sehingga perlu diarahkan menjadi lebih holistik dan kontekstual dengan era digital. Kedua, pentingnya integrasi nilai spiritual, etis, dan sosial agar analisis kebutuhan tidak hanya akademik, tetapi juga membentuk karakter insan kamil. Ketiga, pemanfaatan teknologi digital dan adaptasi global dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan akurasi serta relevansi hasil asesmen tanpa meninggalkan prinsip syariat. Keempat, dibutuhkan model asesmen holistik dan transformatif yang menilai aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor secara seimbang demi melahirkan generasi Muslim berkarakter dan berdaya saing global.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has changed the paradigm of public communication, particularly in the public relations practices of public organisations. The main challenge for public relations in the digital era is how to build and maintain an institution's reputation amid the rapid, dynamic flow of information. This study aims to analyse the forms of digital public relations innovation that utilise social media as a strategic space for building public reputation. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach, employing library-based research techniques to analyse literature, scientific journals, and digital documents related to public communication and reputation management. The results show that public relations innovation in the digital era encompasses three main aspects: transforming public relations from a communicator to a digital reputation manager, optimising social media for public dialogue, and using data analysis and information transparency to strengthen public trust. These innovations significantly enhance the legitimacy, credibility, and positive image of public institutions. Thus, digital public relations functions not only as a disseminator of information, but also as a participatory and strategic relationship manager in building organisational reputation in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas orang tua anak berkebutuhan khusus (ABK) di Provinsi Lampung dalam memberikan pendampingan berbasis moderasi beragama. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan Participatory Action Research (PAR) dengan tiga tahapan utama, yaitu (1) persiapan berupa identifikasi masalah dan perumusan tujuan, (2) pelaksanaan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan langsung, dan small group discussion (SGD), serta (3) refleksi partisipatif untuk mengevaluasi hasil dan merumuskan strategi perbaikan. Subjek penelitian melibatkan 50 orang tua ABK dari Kota Bandar Lampung, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, dan Kabupaten Pesawaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pada pemahaman orang tua (40% menjadi 75%), akses informasi (20% menjadi 60%), jaringan dukungan (10% menjadi 55%), dan kepercayaan diri (25% menjadi 70%) dalam mendampingi ABK. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tahapan PAR mampu memperkuat motivasi, dukungan emosional, serta kapasitas orang tua dalam merawat anak. Implikasi penelitian menekankan perlunya intervensi holistik berbasis partisipasi aktif keluarga untuk memperkuat praktik pendampingan dan pendidikan moderasi beragama sejak usia dini.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the theories and models of educational planning in the development of Islamic education through a literature review approach, focusing on how Islamic values can be integrated into educational management systems in the era of globalization and digitalization. This research employed a systematic literature review method by examining national and international scholarly sources published within the last five years that discuss theoretical, empirical, and policy aspects of Islamic educational planning. The findings indicate that Islamic educational planning is grounded in the principles of tawhid (oneness of God), amanah (trust), adl (justice), and maslahah (public interest) as moral and spiritual foundations in determining educational policies. Contemporary planning models, such as the rational-interactive model and the humanistic-Islamic planning model, strive to integrate modern managerial rationality with Islamic ethical values, enabling educational institutions to adapt to global changes without losing their Islamic identity. However, governance challenges—including limited infrastructure, human resource quality, resistance to innovation, and the tension between Islamic values and universal ethical standards—remain major obstacles. Therefore, a reconstruction of Islamic educational planning models that are ethically grounded, based on the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, and responsive to technological and professional demands is essential for Islamic education to function as a moral and transformative force at the global level.

Abstract

BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KC Madya Pamekasan  is  a sharia financial institution which is surrounded by many  large  banks. The existence of these banks is a big challenge for BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KC Madya Pamekasan  to survive and be able to compete. This  research analyzes the relationship between employe service and  customers’  interest in saving at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KC Madya Pamekasan. Data was obtained through structured interviews with branch heads and marketing managers. To ensure the level of trust in the information, data triangulation was carried out using different techniques, namely observation of the environment and forms of community services implemented at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar. All data analyzed to describe the impact of employee services oninterest in saving at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar KC Madya Pamekasan.  The research method involves  in-depth interviews with employees and customers, as well as direct observatiton of service interactions. The findings show that employee service quality plays  an important role in shaping customeers’  interes  in saving, with  interpersonal aspects and trust being the main factors. The implecations of this research can help BPRS Bhakti Sumekar in designing service strategies  that are more effective and focus on customer needs  and preferences The findings of this research show that customers' interest in saving is increasing due to adequate bonuses and community services that customers receive. Community services are provided in the form of football pick-up and drop-off services, balance printing services, and problem solving.

Abstract

Preeclampsia in Indonesia is still the largest part of the problem that contributes to maternal and fetal deaths worldwide recorded in Indonesia as many as 1,077 cases. Objective: This study aims to see what factors have a chance of increasing the incidence of preeclampsia. Method: The type of research uses quantitative analytical research with a cross sectional design. The study was conducted in the city of Palembang on 86 samples using secondary data which was then analyzed to determine the relationship between factors and the incidence of preeclampsia. the research implementation is February-April 2024. Results: he results of the statistical test of logistic regression of bivariate results showed that it was significantly related to age (0.000), education level (0.042), gravida status (0.000), hemoglobin (0.002), nutritional status (0.016), history of hypertension (0.000), history of diabetes mellitus (DM) (0.008), calcium consumption (0.003). Conclusions: Based on the results of the multivariate test, there is a variable that is most closely related to the incidence of preeclampsia is age (0.000). Advice according to the results of the research midwife can control maternal factors and screen when patients are planning a pregnancy.
