Abstract

This research aims to explore the potential for enhancing socio-economic justice through the implementation of ethics in Islamic law. Using a qualitative approach, the study analyzes concepts of ethics and principles of Islamic law relevant to economic contexts. The findings indicate that principles such as justice, honesty, and social responsibility play a crucial role in creating a fairer and more inclusive economic system. The research also identifies several challenges in implementing ethics within Islamic legal practices, including societal misunderstanding and awareness gaps regarding these concepts, as well as complexities in adapting them to modern economic contexts. Therefore, collaborative efforts are necessary from various stakeholders, including governments, civil society, and the private sector, to address these challenges and promote the implementation of ethical principles in Islamic law in everyday economic life. The research underscores that implementing ethics in Islamic law holds significant potential for enhancing socio-economic justice. Identifying challenges in implementing ethical principles in Islamic law, including lack of awareness and understanding, implementation difficulties, regulatory challenges, and lack of stakeholder cooperation, underscores the complexity yet importance of enhancing socio-economic justice through the implementation of ethics in Islamic law. Abstract

The coverage of exclusive breastfeeding is still below the target of achieving 80% both in the world and in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge, frequency of breastfeeding, and infant sucking with breast milk production. Methods: This type of research is observational analytic using a cross sectional design. The population in this study were all breastfeeding mothers with exclusive breastfeeding and PASI in the working area of ??the 23 Ilir Health Center Palembang. The number of samples in this study was 85 respondents, the data was taken by distributing questionnaires. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used the Chi-Square test. Results: The results of statistical tests showed that there was a significant relationship between mother's knowledge and breast milk production (P=0.012), there was a significant relationship between breastfeeding frequency and breast milk production (P=0.006), and there was a significant relationship between infant sucking and breast milk production (P= 0.094). The conclusion in this study is that mothers need to have knowledge about the benefits of breastfeeding, so that mothers will often breastfeed their babies, the more often they are breastfed, the more milk production will be. Suggestions for health workers to continue to provide IEC regarding exclusive breastfeeding, especially for mothers who have no experience in breastfeeding.

Abstract

A scientific knowledge or science can be obtained through steps in a systematic way in its preparation and implementation and refers to the forms of research so as to find data for certain purposes and uses. The purpose of the study was to determine the understanding of research methodology courses in students participating in research practicum. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all participants in the research practicum of the Islamic religious education study program at Universitas Muhammadiyah Jakarta, consisting of 122 students. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The data collection instrument used was a multiple choice type closed questionnaire instrument. Data analysis was calculated using the percentage formula of the level of understanding. The results of data analysis showed that 76.1% experienced a moderate level of understanding. The conclusion for the level of understanding of students participating in the research practicum has a level of understanding of research methodology is identifying, selecting, formulating problems, problem sources, selecting problems, formulating problems, and preparing a framework.

Abstract

The integrative methode in learning tahfidz Al Qur’an at the Utsman Bin Affan Qur’an House by integrating four method at one time, and among these methods are the Talaqqi, Jibril, Sima’i, and Tasmi’ Al Qur’an methods. The purpose of this study is to describe the integrative method in learning tahfidz Al Qur'an at Utsman Bin Affan Qur'an House. This research uses a qualitative approach, with the type of case study research, and the research location is conducted at the Qur'an House of Utsman Bin Affan Randublatung which integrates four methods at once in one learning time with different age levels of students. the informants of this research are one founder, two ustadzah and seven students of the Qur'an House of Utsman Bin Affan Randublatung, to get accurate and precise information researchers collect data by observation, interviews, and documentation. After that, researchers tested the validity of the data, and then researchers analysed the data with the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. From the results of the research, the integrative method in learning tahfidz Al Qur'an Utsman Bin Affan Randublatung maximises time efficiency, ustadzah collaboration, creating an environment that is conducive and comfortable for learning, utilising appropriate technology and periodic evaluations that help in strengthening memorisation.

The findings indicate that principles such as justice, honesty, and social responsibility play a crucial role in creating a more equitable and inclusive economic system. The research also identifies several challenges in implementing morality within the framework of Islamic law, including the lack of understanding and awareness among the public about these concepts, as well as the complexity of adapting them to the modern economic context. Therefore, collaborative efforts from various stakeholders, including government, civil society, and the private sector, are needed to address these challenges and promote the implementation of moral principles within Islamic law in everyday economic life. Abstract

This research aims to examine the application of akhlaq in the business world through a case study of Sharia-compliant companies. Akhlaq, encompassing moral and ethical values in Islam, is a fundamental basis in the business practices of Sharia-compliant companies. This study employs a qualitative approach with a case study method to understand how akhlaq values are implemented in daily operations and their impact on company performance. The findings indicate that the application of akhlaq in Sharia-compliant companies not only enhances employee satisfaction and loyalty but also strengthens relationships with customers and other stakeholders. Moreover, the implementation of akhlaq significantly contributes to achieving long-term sustainable business goals. This study provides deep insights into the importance of integrating akhlaq values in business practices and how it can bring significant benefits to Sharia-compliant companies.

Abstract

This research delves into the analysis of the pillars and conditions of ijarah in the multi-service financing of Islamic banks. The primary focus is on implementing Sharia principles in ijarah contracts, which includes identifying the pillars of ijarah such as the contracting parties, leased objects, leased benefits, and conditions to be fulfilled such as clarity of leased objects and agreement on rental prices. The study also highlights challenges faced, such as legal uncertainty, regulatory changes, and customer understanding of ijarah contracts. Proposed solutions include enhancing customer education, refining contract documentation, stricter supervision, collaboration with Sharia legal experts, and product innovation. Based on the analysis of the pillars and conditions of ijarah in multi-service financing at Islamic banks, it is concluded that implementing Sharia principles in financial practices is crucial to ensure compliance with Islamic values. The pillars of ijarah involving the contracting parties (mu’jir and musta’jir), leased objects, leased benefits, as well as the ijab and qabul, and ijarah conditions such as clarity of leased objects, permissible benefits, and agreed rental prices, serve as the primary foundation for maintaining fairness and transparency in transactions.

Abstract

In the process of early childhood development, one of the demanding aspects of development is language. The phenomenon of increasingly uncontrolled development of abusive language is a negative impact of language development. This negative impact has spread to early childhood in the form of verbal violence against children. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of children's behavior that often speaks harshly. This research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The research results show that young children do not yet have a special filter to determine whether the language they will use in building communication with other people is good or bad so they can easily imitate the behavior of their social environment. The role of parents in supervising and providing support in their children's social environment can reduce the level of children's exposure to abusive language.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the zoning system in public junior high schools in Central Lampung Regency using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) model. The research method used is qualitative with interview, observation, and documentation techniques conducted at SMPN 1 Terbanggi Besar and SMPN 1 Terbanggi Besar. Evaluation results show that in the context aspect, SMPN 1 is supported by a strategic location and adequate facilities, while SMPN 3 faces challenges due to its remote location and limited facilities. remote location and limited facilities. On the input aspect, SMPN 1 has better facilities and human resources than SMPN 3. On the process aspect, SMPN 1 managed to implement the zoning procedures effectively, although administrative administrative challenges remained, while SMPN 3 faced low interest from applicants. The product aspect showed that the zoning system in SMPN 1 helps to equalize education, while SMPN 3 needs more efforts to attract community interest.

Abstract

Di era digital, manajemen strategi kurikulum memerlukan pendekatan yang luas yang menggabungkan inovasi teknologi dan metode pendidikan kreatif untuk mengatasi lanskap pendidikan yang berubah. Manajemen pendidikan telah berubah karena era digital. Untuk tetap efektif dan relevan, lembaga pendidikan harus menggunakan strategi yang fleksibel dan inovatif. Salah satu strategi utama untuk mengelola kurikulum adalah menggunakan teknologi seperti platform digital dan e-learning, yang meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dan efektivitas pembelajaran. Studi sebelumnya tentang strategi manajemen kurikulum di era digital untuk mendukung inovasi pendidikan dibahas dan disatukan dalam penelitian ini. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan yang relevan tentang pengembangan kurikulum yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan dunia pendidikan di era digital melalui pemahaman yang lebih dalam tentang strategi manajemen kurikulum dan adaptasi teknologi dalam proses pendidikan. Untuk mengidentifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan mensintesis temuan penelitian sebelumnya tentang manajemen strategi kurikulum di era digital, penelitian ini menggunakan metode Sistematic Literature Review (SLR). Metode ini dipilih karena memungkinkan peneliti untuk mengumpulkan bukti dari berbagai studi sebelumnya secara sistematis dan terorganisir, yang menghasilkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang subjek yang dikaji. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan strategi yang tepat untuk manajemen kurikulum di era digital dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di era digital. Manajemen strategi kurikulum di era digital sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa pendidikan tetap relevan dan fleksibel terhadap perubahan teknologi yang cepat. Dengan transformasi digital, lembaga pendidikan sekarang dapat menggunakan teknologi dalam kurikulum mereka, yang memungkinkan pengalaman belajar yang lebih kolaboratif, fleksibel, dan individual. Namun, masalah seperti kurangnya literasi digital, resistensi terhadap perubahan, dan keterbatasan akses teknologi masih perlu diatasi. Kata kunci: Manajemen Startegis Kurikulum, Transformasi Digital
