In elementary schools, physical education, sports, and health have experienced a decline in students' basic movement abilities, especially regarding running ability. This is in line with the increasing trend of inactive lifestyles among children, which has the potential to harm their physical health. This research aims to analyze the influence of traditional games on elementary school students' basic movement abilities. This research is a type of experimental research. This research uses a true experiment method with a Pre-test and Post-test Control Group Design. The research population was all class V students, totaling 42 students. Data was collected through interviews and tests. The instruments used in data collection were interview sheets and a 30-meter running test. The data analysis technique uses quantitative descriptive and independent sampling t-test differences. This research shows that integrating traditional games significantly affects students' basic movement abilities. Therefore, traditional games can effectively develop elementary school students' basic movement abilities. This research implies that schools should consider introducing traditional games in their curriculum to improve students' basic movement skills while preserving local culture.

The research aims to identify the potential for sports tourism in Gorontalo. This qualitative descriptive research applies semi-structured interviews, observations (direct visits), and assessments using MSPDM and DODTWA analysis. The research findings show that Gorontalo has seven leading sports tourism destinations that utilize marine and mountain sports as attractions. Good tourism elements also support these superior destinations. Additional efforts are needed to increase the development of goals to become independent and the feasibility level of each tourism element. In conclusion, several tourist destinations in Gorontalo are superior and require additional efforts to increase these destinations' levels. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Physical Education and Health implementation of learning at SMKN 1 Ngasem Kediri for the 2023-2024 academic year. This research uses descriptive quantitative survey methods. The data instrument used is the Teacher Ability Assessment Tool (APKG) observation sheet. This research focuses on the Physical Education and Health learning process at SMKN 1 Ngasem Kediri. Data collection was carried out in 3 meetings, each meeting had a maximum time of 90 minutes for learning activities. The results of implementation of learning research conducted by 3 PJOK teachers at SMKN 1 Ngasem Kediri used 68 minutes (76%) in the good category with a classification of 61%-80%. These results were obtained by calculating the maximum time of 3 teachers and the average amount of learning time. The data obtained was then analyzed using a quantitative data analysis formula to determine the average total percentage of learning implementation time. Based on the results of systematic research by three Physical Education and Health teachers at SMKN 1 Ngasem Kediri for each learning activity, the time used for preliminary activities was 13 minutes (15%), for core activities 41 minutes (45%), for closing activities 14 minutes (16%). Based on the guidelines for assessing teacher performance during learning implementation, the percentage of preliminary activities is 10%, core activities are 80%, and closing activities are 10%. So it can be concluded that the effectiveness of Physical Education and Health implementation of learning at SMKN 1 Ngasem Kediri for the 2023-2024 academic year has not been effective.

Latar belakang penelitian ini ialah penguasaan keterampilan passing bawah bolavoli yang rendah pada peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli putra MTs Miftahush Shibyan kecamatan Bantur. Tujuan penelitian yang terlaksana yakni mencari tahu peningkatan keterampilan passing bawah bolavoli dengan strategi kombinasi antara massed practice dan distributed practice. Penelitian ini menerapkan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas yang langkahnya mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, serta refleksi yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus. Subjek yang diteliti ialah peserta ekstrakurikuler bolavoli putra di MTs Miftahush Shibyan sebanyak 10 peserta. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah instrumen tes berupa keterampilan proses dan keterampilan hasil menggunakan tes AAHPERD. Sumber datanya peneliti peroleh lewat tes yaitu keterampilan proses serta keterampilan hasil passing bawah bolavoli dengan uji AAHPERD. Metode analisis datanya menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif digunakan sebagai catatan hasil wawancara pelatih serta catatan refleksi pelatih. Sedangkan analisis kuantitatif dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik analisis data uji statistik deskriptif kuantitatif. Jenis analisis statistik yang menggunakan persentase untuk menggambarkan karakteristik suatu sampel atau populasi. Penelitiannya diperoleh hasil di siklus 1 menunjukkan peningkatan yaitu 66%, dan meningkat pada siklus 2 menjadi 92%. Dan hasil tes keterampilan passing bawah bolavoli AAHPERD pada siklus pertama terjadi peningkatan dengan persentase 42,5% dan setelah dilaksanakannya siklus 2 terdapat kenaikan menjadi 80,5%. Hasil penelitian mengarah pada kesimpulan bahwa menggunakan strategi kombinasi antara massed practice dan distributed practice mampu memacu peningkatan keterampilan passing bawah bolavoli hingga masuk dalam kategori sangat baik setelah dilakukannya 2 siklus.

Penelitian ini tujuannya yakni meningkatkan keterampilan passing bawah pemain bolavoli pada Peserta Ekstrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan dengan metode bermain. Penelitiannya berupa penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan di dalamnya terdapat 2 siklus, dengan masing-masing siklus ada 3 kali pertemuan. Setiap siklus penelitian ini meliputi tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, serta refleksi terhadap tindakan yang telah dilakukan. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 20 peserta putra ekstrakurikuler bolavoli SMP Negeri 1 Gedangan. Instrumen penelitiannnya mencakup observasi, tes, dokumentasi, serta wawancara sebagai metode non tes untuk mendukung pengumpulan data. Peneliti mempergunakan metode analisis data deskriptif kuantitatif. berdasarkan hasil tes keterampilan proses passing bawah bolavoli pada siklus 1 menunjukkan hasil sebesar 64% dan setelah dilaksanakan siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 82%. Dan hasil tes keterampilan passing bawah bolavoli AAHPERD pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan senilai 55,5% dan setelah dilaksanakan siklus 2 terjadi peningkatan menjadi 87,5%. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik bermain mampu memacu peningkatan keterampilan passing bawah bolavoli.

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan mengukur tingkat kebugaran jasmani peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA Islam Almaarif Singosari. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif, melalui survei yang dilaksanakan di SMA Islam Almaarif Singosari Kabupaten Malang. Pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Data penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitaian ini menunjukkan bahwa tes peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA Islam Almaarif Singosari Kabupaten Malang yaitu hasil peserta ekstrakurikuler putra 5 (16%) termasuk dalam kategori sedang, 24 (75%) termasuk dalam kategori baik , dan 3 (9%) termasuk kategori baik sekali. Sedangkan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler putri 2 (10%) termasuk kategori sedang, 14 (67%) termasuk kategori baik, dan 5 (24%) termasuk kategori baik sekali. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh dalam tes secara keseluruhan rata-rata tingkat kebugaran jasmani peserta ekstrakurikuler olahraga di SMA Islam Almaarif Singosari untuk peserta putra termasuk dalam kategori baik dan peserta putri termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali.

This study analyzed the differences in gross motor skills in children aged 7-9 years in urban and rural areas and the influence of socioeconomic conditions on them. The study involved 100 children evenly divided between the two areas, with measurements using the AMC-2 instrument. The results showed significant differences in gross motor skills between urban (M=138.8) and rural (M=127.9) children with p=0.003. Urban children performed better in locomotor (70.3 vs 65.2) and object control (68.5 vs 62.7). Multiple regression analysis confirmed that both socioeconomic conditions (B=0.45, p=0.004) and residential area (B=0.39, p=0.008) had a significant effect on gross motor skills. These findings indicate the importance of considering environmental and socioeconomic factors in the development of children's gross motor skills.

Learning achievement is the responsibility of teachers and the government, therefore everything that can encourage learning achievement must be considered and improved. Physical activity, BMI, physical fitness are several factors that influence learning achievement. The aim of this research is to determine the level of relationship between physical activity, BMI, and fitness and the learning achievement of class X students at SMKN 2 Malang. The research method used is a survey research method with a correlational research type. To determine the sample size, the researcher used the Slovin formula with an error rate of 10% with a class X student population of 656 students, so the sample size was 89 students. Because class X students are divided into 19 classes and so that each class has the same opportunities, the author uses the Proportional Random Sampling technique. IPAQ-SF to measure physical activity, IMT/U to measure BMI, and TKSI to measure physical fitness. The research results showed that physical activity was not significantly related to learning achievement with a P-Value of 0.809 > 0.05. BMI is not significantly related to learning achievement with P-Value 0.194 > 0.05. Physical fitness does not have a significant relationship with learning achievement, P-Value 0.893 > 0.05

Mengembangkan alat instrumen evaluasi pada proses melalui materi Senam Lantai. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah analisis pengembangan/Research and Development (R&D). Subjek yang diambil pada penelitian ini senam lantai oleh siswa siswi Kelas VII Sekolah Menengah Pertama. Dari kelompok kecil Sebanyak 33 Peserta didik serta 3 orang Guru sebagai Penilai dan kelompok besar sebanyak 64 Peserta didik serta 5 orang Guru sebagai Penilai. Hasil uji validitas instrumen yang dilakukan oleh kelompok kecil dan kelompok besar semuanya menyatakan bahwa instrumen valid. Uji reliabilitas pada Guling depan sebesar r 0,982, Guling belakang r 0,887, Meroda r 0,913, dan Gerakan Sikap Lilin r 0,966. Kesimpulan dari pengembangan instrumen penilaian proses ini pada kategori valid dan reliabel. Produk Instrumen senam lantai yang dikembangkan rata-rata cukup objektif digunakan untuk penilaian proses senam lantai dan dapat digunakan untuk memudahkan guru-guru PJOK dalam menilai proses siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani utamanya pada proses gerakan senam lantai.

In order to support daily activities, every individual must have good physical fitness. In addition, physical activity has an important role in the well-being and health of students considering the physical, mental and social benefits. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of physical condition of students who take part in extracurricular sports. The method used is descriptive with a survey approach. The population in this research are students who take part in extracurricular volleyball, basketball, and pencak silat with a total of 66 students. The test instrument used the Indonesian physical fitness test (TKJI) 13-15 years. The test components include 50-meter sprint, 60-second body lift, 60-second sit-up, upright jump and 1000-meter long distance run. The results showed that male students obtained a score with a percentage of 46% with a physical fitness category of less than once. For female extracurricular participants with obtained a score of results with a percentage of 38% with a physical fitness category of less than once. The conclusion of the research is that the average results of the physical condition of students who take part in extracurricular sports are in the very poor category, so this is a task for coaches to develop a good and appropriate program to improve the level of physical condition of extracurricular participants.
