Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memeroleh, menganalisis, dan mendeskripsikan data mengenai (1) Tingkat kemampuan menulis puisi murid kelas VI SD Negeri 218 Inpres Dulang Kecamatan Tanralili Kabupaten Maros menggunakan metode akrostik berbantuan media video keindahan alam. (2) Tingkat kemampuan menulis puisi murid kelas VI SD Negeri 218 Inpres Dulang Kecamatan Tanralili Kabupaten Maros menggunakan teknik konvensional. (3) Efektif tidaknya penggunaan metode akrostik berbantuan media video keindahan alam efektif dalam pembelajaran menulis puisi murid kelas VI SD Negeri 218 Inpres Dulang Kecamatan Tanralili Kabupaten Maros. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan teknik eksperimen semu. Adapun populasi penelitian adalah seluruh kelas VI SD Negeri 218 Inpres Dulang Kecamatan Tanralili Kabupaten Maros tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Populasi tersebut berjumlah 60 orang yang terbagi dalam dua kelas, yaitu kelas IV A dan kelas IV B dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar menulis puisi murid kelas VI SD Negeri 218 Inpres Dulang Kecamatan Tanralili Kabupaten Maros menggunakan teknik akrostik berbantuan media video keindahan alam adalah 65,67 teknik konvensional adalah 58,33 dalam rentangan nilai 10-100. Selain itu, data pada hasil analisis keefektifan dalam uji t, menunjukkan nilai empiris (ta) :15,875 sedangkan nilai teoretis (t1): 1,67 pada taraf kpercayaan 95%, sehingga dinyatakan bahwa nilai t empiris (hitung) lebih besar daripada nilai t teoretis (tabel) (15,875 >1,67) yang berarti teknik akrostik berbantuan media video keindahan alam efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil menulis puisi murid kelas VI SD Negeri 218 Inpres Dulang Kecamatan Tanralili Kabupaten Maros.

Abstract

Salah satu fenomena yang selalu menjadi sorotan mendasar dalam pembelajaran di sekolah akhir-akhir ini adalah pola rutinitas guru yang ‘mengejar target kompetensi yang tertuang dalam indikator dan tujuan-tujuan khusus, sehingga kreativitas siswa terpasung, beban pekerjaan rumah yang banyak, hafalan yang bertumpuk, dan kegiatan lainnya yang membuat siswa tidak memiliki kesempatan untuk mengekspresikan ide-ide, mengasah pikiran analitik kritis, kreatif, bereksplorasi, bereksperimen, membuat laporan, dan berbagai kegiatan kreativitas lainnya. Siswa dikejar oleh kegiatan-kegiatan yang berkisar mengerjakan soal-soal latihan yang muaranya hanya belajar untuk ujian/ulangan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Purpose – This study aims to analyze the factors that influence performance based on the influence of Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Job Crafting, Employee Engagement on In Role Performance at KPP Pratama Bantaeng. Methodology/approach – The number of samples in this study consisted of 108 which were proportionally distributed to all work units in KPP Pratama Bantaeng. This research uses quantitative analysis through Structual Equation Modeling Partial least Square (SEM-PLS) which aims to analyze the relationship between variables. Findings – The results showed that Leader Member Exchange and Employee Engagement have an influence on In Role Performance. On the other hand, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Crafting on In Role Performance. Furthermore, Employee Engagement plays a role in mediating the influence between Leader Member Exchange, Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Job Crafting on In Role Performance. ng.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (i) Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam membuka pelajaran (ii) Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam menutup pelajaran (iii) Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam menjelaskan pelajaran (iv) Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam bertanya (v) Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam mengadakan variasi (vi) Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam memberikan penguatan (vii) Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam mengelola kelas (ix) Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan Guru Bahasa Indonesia kelas XII dan wawancara dengan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (i) Indikator keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam membuka pelajaran telah diterapkan dan dikuasai oleh Guru (ii) Indikator keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam menutup pelajaran telah diterapkan dan dikuasai oleh Guru (iii) Indikator keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam menjelaskan pelajaran telah diterapkan dan dikuasai oleh Guru (iv) Indikator Keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam bertanya telah diterapkan dan dikuasai oleh Guru (v) Indikator keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam mengadakan variasi telah diterapkan dan dikuasai oleh Guru kecuali pada indikator variasi menarik perhatian tidak diterapkan oleh Guru (vi) Indikator keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam memberikan penguatan telah diterapkan dan dikuasai oleh Guru (vii) Indikator keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam mengelola kelas telah diterapkan dan dikuasai oleh Guru (ix) Indikator keterampilan dasar mengajar guru dalam membimbing diskusi kelompok kecil telah diterapkan dan dikuasai oleh Guru.

Abstract

This study aims to overcome students' low writing skills, especially in compiling observation report texts, as well as the limitations of teaching materials that are in accordance with the Merdeka Curriculum which emphasizes student-centered learning, differentiation, and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile. The research was conducted in class VIII MTsN 1 Jeneponto with a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The development process includes needs analysis, design, and preparation of contextual text-based teaching materials equipped with writing guidelines, text examples, student activities, and formative assessments. The resulting products were validated by material and media experts, then tested on a limited basis through questionnaires, interviews, and writing ability tests before and after learning. The results of the trial showed that the teaching materials were very feasible to use and had a positive impact on improving students' writing skills. Thus, this teaching material is effective in supporting the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum and can be utilized by teachers as a contextual, interesting, and meaningful learning tool.

Abstract

The establishment of a children's shoe artisan group aims to empower local communities and promote sustainable economic development. This study was conducted to evaluate the impact of skill training and business management on the capabilities of the artisan group. The methodology employed comprised six stages: exploration, group formation, skill training, mentoring, marketing, and evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in production and marketing skills among group members. Before the training, only 30% of participants possessed basic knowledge of production techniques, whereas after the training, this figure increased to 85%. Furthermore, the ability to utilize social media for marketing also rose from 20% to 75%. This training program has proven effective in creating high-quality products with aesthetic appeal while integrating local values and cultural wisdom. The synergy among group members and collaboration in product development enhance their competitiveness in the market. Thus, the formation of the children's shoe artisan group contributes to the improvement of the local economy, job creation, and the strengthening of regional cultural identity. Recommendations for the sustainability of the program include strengthening collaboration networks and ongoing innovation in product development. This research is expected to serve as a model for other communities to empower local economies and enhance community welfare

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to promote employee sustainable performance in the local government sector to support the achievement of organizational sustainability goals by examining the role of three important variables, namely civil servant professionalism, merit system, and value co-creation.Design/Methodology/Approach: The research was conducted on civil servants in the Bukittinggi City Local Government with a total of 230 respondents. The research used a quantitative approach with a survey method and analyzed the data using structural equation modeling PLS.Research findings: The results show that civil servant professionalism and value co-creation each had a significant positive effect on employee sustainable performance. Meanwhile, merit system had no effect on employee sustainable performance. Moreover, civil servant professionalism and merit systems each had a significant positive effect on value co-creation. Civil servant professionalism and merit system each had a significant positive effect on employee sustainable performance through value co-creation. This study demonstrates that value co-creation serves as a mediator, enhancing the impact of civil servant professionalism and merit system on employee sustainable performance.Theoretical Contribution/Originality: These traits show how HRM practices play a strategic role in attaining long-term corporate success.Practitioners/Policy Implications: The findings provide strategic recommendations for local government agencies to enhance civil servant professionalism and the merit system, initiating discourse on the efficacy of the merit system in local government, while also optimizing value co-creation as a collaborative method to improve employee sustainable performance. Consequently, this will ultimately facilitate the attainment of sustainable organizational success.Research Limitations/Implications: This research has limitations, specifically that it was conducted just on a single local government entity.

Abstract

This study investigates the shifting patterns and cultural significance of child naming practices in the Bugis community of Sinjai Regency, South Sulawesi, in response to global influences and modernization. Traditionally, Bugis names reflected social class, gender, religious values, and local wisdom. However, increased exposure to global culture, mass telecommunications, and diminishing traditional structures has triggered a deconstruction of these naming norms. This research aims to describe the structural patterns of Bugis personal names and analyze the socio-technological factors contributing to their transformation. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through random sampling, surveys of 100 respondents, and literature review, with analysis stages including data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal seven distinct naming patterns—from one-word regional names to multi-word millennial formats—highlighting linguistic phenomena such as analogy, paragoge, and the Ta Marbuta process. The results show a generational shift from ethnically-rooted to religion-oriented and globally-influenced names. This study contributes to the preservation of cultural identity and anthroponymic knowledge while offering a foundation for future research on language, globalization, and identity in regional communities. It underscores the urgent need to document naming traditions to ensure intergenerational transmission of cultural values.

Abstract

Rhis study examines the influence of Employee Competence (EC) and Organizational Commitment (OC) on Employee Performance (EP), both directly and indirectly through Employee Engagement (EE) as a mediating variable. Civil servants at 14 Religious Training Centers (BDK) under the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemenag RI) continue to fall short of the national performance target of 120%, undermining the effectiveness of public service delivery. A quantitative associative approach was employed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) on data collected from 178 civil servants selected through stratified random sampling. The findings reveal that EC and OC significantly affect EP, and both also significantly influence EE. EE itself has a substantial, positive impact on EP. Furthermore, EE significantly mediates the relationships between EC and EP, and between OC and EP. These results highlight EE as the most dominant factor in improving EP and position it as a novel contribution to public sector performance management research. The practical implications suggest that increasing EE can be achieved through training that fosters a sense of ownership, strengthens organizational culture, encourages two-way communication, and recognizes employee loyalty across BDK units within Kemenag RI.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the influence of competence, motivation and discipline of work on the performance of employees of the Industrial Office of South Sulawesi Province. The design used in this research is descriptive survey method with regression technique. The population in this study was 56 employees as many as 56 people. The data collection techniques used in this study are Konsioner and survey.The results of this study show that. competencies have an insignificant effect on employee performance. With P=0.488>0.05 with a coefficient of 0.079, this indicates that the employee's work competency does not affect employee performance. Work motivation variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance with P=0.000<0.05 with a coefficient value of 0.763 this shows that the work motivation in the Industrial Service of south Sulawesi province is getting better. discipline has a significant positive effect on employee performance with P= 0.006< 0.05 with a coefficient of 0.168 this indicates that the discipline of work in the office of the Provincial Industry Office of South Sulawesi is getting better. It can be concluded that Work Motivation and Discipline is very influential on employee performance, because the success of an organization and achieving organizational goals is determined by employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Discipline and Performance.
