Gambar seri mampu merangsang pikiran peserta didik untuk mengembangkan penalaran yang dimilikinya. Penggunaan media gambar seri dalam pelaksanaan pengajaran akan sangat membantu kelancaran, efektifitas dan efesiensi pencapaian tujuan. Bahan pembelajaran yang dimanipulasikan dalam bentuk media gambar seri akan menjadikan anak seolah-olah bermain, asyik dan bekerja dengan sesuatu akan lebih menyenangkan mereka dan sudah tentu pengajaran akan menjadi benar-benar bermakna. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan melibatkan satu kelas yang berisi 21 orang siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen yang dilaksanakan tanpa adanya kelompok pembanding dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran pengaruh penerapan media gambar berseri terhadap keterampilan mendongeng siswa kelas V SD Negeri 129 Inpres Bantimurung. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian jenis One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan media gambar berseri pada Pretestdengan nilai rata-rata 58,57% sedangkan pada posttest meningkat dengan nilai rata-rata 87,85%. Melihat hasil persentase pada pretest dapat dikatakan bahwa tingkat keterampilan mendongeng siswa sebelum penerapan media gambar berseri masih tergolong rendah sedangkan hasil persentase posttest berseri lebih baik dibanding dengan sebelum penerapan media gambar berseri. Dari hasil persentase yang ada dapat dikatakan bahwa siswa kelas V SD Negeri 129 Inpres Bantimurung telah mencapai ketuntasan secara klasikal karena ketuntasan klasikal tercapai apabila minimal 75% siswa di kelas tersebut telah mencapai skor ketuntasan minimal yang ditetapkan oleh sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest menunjukkan adanya pengaruh penerapan media gambar berseri terhadap keterampilan mendongeng siswa, dimana rata-rata Gain yang diperoleh adalah 0,71 sehingga dapat disimpulan bahwa penerapan media gambat berseri terhadap keterampilan medondeng siswa megalami peningkatan.

Pelestarian budaya lokal dapat dilakukan dengan beberapa cara termasuk menjadikannya sebagai media pembelajaran. Folklore Sawerigading adalah salah satu bentuk cerita rakyat masyarakat Bugis yang perlu diperkenalkan kepada putriputri harapan bangsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan efektivitas folklore sebagai media pembelajaran menulis narasi pada murid kelas V SD Negeri 171 Cenrana. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat khususnya pada peserta didik dalam memahami cerita rakyat leluhurnya sendiri. Penelitian ini digolongkan ke dalam jenis penelitian eksperimen. Teknik pengumpulan data yang akan dilakukan adalah teknik observasi, yaitu peneliti langsung terlibat pada proses pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial yang diperoleh serta hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh penggunaan media folklore dalam peningkatan keterampilan menulis siswa kelas V SD Negeri 171 Kabupaten Maros.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the quality of service and its impact on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bengo Unit, Watampone Branch. This study covered all customers met at the location, with a total population of 500 customers. The sample used in this study was 84 respondents, selected using incidental sampling techniques. Data were collected through descriptive statistical techniques, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis showed a t count of 7.669, while the t table was 1.98932, indicating that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Analysis with SPSS produced a value of R = 0.646 and R² = 0.418 or 41.8%, which means that 41.8% of the variability in customer satisfaction can be explained by service quality. Meanwhile, 58.2% of customer satisfaction cannot be explained by the variables studied.

This study examines the influence of Employee Commitment (EC), Quality Management (QM), and Technological Proficiency (TP) on Employee Performance (EP) and Organizational Sustainability (OS) at the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of West Sulawesi Province, using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The data analysis reveals that the measurement model (outer model) meets the validity and reliability criteria, with Cronbach’s Alpha and Composite Reliability values exceeding 0.7 and AVE 0.5. In the structural model (inner model), EC, QM, and TP have a significant positive influence on EP, with p-values of 0.005, 0.026, and 0.022, respectively. However, EP does not significantly affect OS (p value = 0.795) and fails to serve as an effective mediator between the three exogenous variables and OS. Meanwhile, EC has a direct and significant impact on OS (p value = 0.024). The R² values for EP (41.7%) and OS (52.9%) indicate a moderate to strong predictive power of the model. The case study at BPS West Sulawesi Province demonstrates that while improvements in technological competency and quality management enhance employee performance, their effect on organizational sustainability remains limited. These findings highlight the critical role of strengthening employee commitment as a primary strategy for achieving long-term organizational sustainability. Practical implications of this study include the need for policies focused on enhancing EC and reassessing the mechanisms through which EP influences OS. For future research, incorporating additional mediating or moderating variables is recommended to deepen the understanding of the dynamic relationships between these factors in public sector organizations.

The main issue in this study is how to improve expository writing skills through the Problem- Based Learning (PBL) model in grade V at SDN 99 Kampung Beru, Galesong District, Takalar Regency. This study aims to describe the results of improving students' expository writing skills through the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in grade V at SDN 99 Kampung Beru, Galesong District, Takalar Regency. This research is a classroom action research (CAR) conducted at SDN 99 Kampung Beru. The research was carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of three meetings. The data collection instruments in this research were test sheets containing essay questions administered at the end of each cycle meeting and observation sheets. Based on the research results, in Cycle I, it was found that students with incomplete scores had an average score of 54.54 in the low category, with 6 students. There were also 5 students who achieved completion with an average score of 45.45 in the high category. In Cycle II, the success of the intervention had improved. There were 5 students with an average of 45.45 in the very high category and 5 students with an average of 45.45 in the high category. Based on the above results, it can be concluded that 10 students achieved passing grades. One student did not achieve a passing grade, with an average score of 9.1.

The main problem studied in this study is what is the form of eating vulgar language used in land transportation modes? The purpose to be achieved in this study is to describe the form of vulgar language used in the public sector, this research is categorized into qualitative descriptive research types. The subject of this study is public transportation while the data source is all public transportation or land transportation modes in Makassar City. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation techniques while data analysis is carried out in three stages, namely, data reduction, data classification, and data interpretation. The results of the study showed that the form of using vulgar language in land transportation modes in Makassar City consisted of: 1) Vulgar expressions of very rude categories, 2) Vulgar expressions of rude categories; 3. Medium category vulgar expressions.

This study focuses on modeling organizational agility based on a synthetic construct, namely automatic patch work behavior, which is proposed, conceptualized, and confirmed by theoretical validation, empirical validation, and nomological validation. The research model involved 219 respondents from the Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) employees in West Sulawesi Province through cluster sampling techniques accompanied by eligible control of inclusion and exclusion samples, data were obtained using an e-questionnaire in December 2024. Structural equation modeling analysis confirmed that this study was able to present theoretical contributions in the field of strategic human resource management by positioning automatic patch work behavior as a new and meaningful entity and impacting that automatic patch work behavior allows for linking work behavior to organizational agility in an era of environmental uncertainty. Practical implications were identified through the ability of automatic patch work behavior directly or through the mediation of employees' dynamic capabilities and employee agility to encourage increased organizational agility. The locus of this research was conducted in government agencies, but this research model can also be replicated in business companies, so that employee characteristics (including automatic patch work behavior) in various workplaces in their contribution to organizational sustainability (including organizational agility) can be confirmed more comprehensively and represented, and equipped with ideas and research models that are always updated.

This study seeks to examine literary works which are the result of ideas which are then poured into form. Literary work itself is divided into three, namely poetry, prose fiction and drama. In this study, the researcher focuses more on prose fiction, namely the novel. This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to describe the Religious Values in the Novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta by Habiburahman El Shirazy. The data in this study are written data,namely in the form of quotes (words, phrases, and sentences) that show religious values in the novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta.The data source in this study is the Novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta by Habiburahman El Shirazy. Data collection techniques are library techniques, recording techniques, and outlining techniques. The analysis technique used is. the description stage, the classification stage, the analysis stage, the relevance stage, and the conclusion drawing stage. The results in this study found (1) religious values in the novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta found values, namely, (a) Human Relationships with God (b) Human Relationships with Humans. (c) Human relationship with Nature. (2) The religious values found in the novel Dalam Mihrab Cinta and Bumi Cinta are then relevant to literary learning in high school.

Writing lessons are generally a scourge for learners because the management of learning is less attractive, effective, and efficient. The purpose of this research is to improve the ability to write the description text of students’grade V at SD Pertiwi Makassar by using the story of loved ones’media. The research method used wasa one-group pretest-posttest design, namely a research design that was given a pre-test before being given treatment and a post-test after being given action or treatment. The thing done in the implementation of the experiment was to assign to a sample that had not been given treatment or called a pre-test to measure the initial ability to write the descriptivetext. The conclusion of this research was the result of writing a descriptivetext of students’grade V at SD Pertiwi Makassar using the story of loved ones’ media increased by looking at the improvement of the average score of acquisition from 35.62 on the pre-test to 67.04. This scorewas less than 0.98 to achieve minimum completeness, which was 68.

Abstrak Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi rendahnya efisiensi usahatani dan ketiadaan integrasi budidaya ikan–sayuran pada Kelompok Tani (Poktan) Moncongloe, Kecamatan Moncongloe, Kabupaten Maros, Sulawesi Selatan. Tujuannya adalah meningkatkan kapasitas manajerial, merancang perencanaan produksi, serta memperluas akses pasar melalui penerapan sistem pertanian terpadu dan pelatihan manajemen usaha. Metode pelaksanaan bersifat partisipatif melalui tahapan: (1) identifikasi kebutuhan; (2) pelatihan teknis integrasi budidaya ikan (lele/nila) dan sayuran (model akuaponik/hidroponik) serta manajemen air–pakan; (3) pelatihan pencatatan keuangan, perhitungan biaya, penetapan harga, dan titik impas; (4) pendampingan lapangan mingguan; dan (5) evaluasi melalui observasi, wawancara, pre–post test, serta telaah dokumen usaha. Kegiatan pengabdian bersama Kelompok Tani Moncongloe menghasilkan peningkatan signifikan pada manajemen usaha, perencanaan produksi, dan pemasaran. Selama dua bulan pelatihan dan satu bulan pendampingan, mitra mampu menerapkan pencatatan keuangan mingguan, menyusun rencana rotasi tanam dan pemeliharaan ikan, serta memanfaatkan media sosial untuk promosi. Evaluasi melalui observasi, wawancara, pre–post test, dan dokumen usaha menunjukkan perubahan perilaku usaha yang terukur. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan terintegrasi dan pendampingan langsung efektif membentuk pola pikir agribisnis rumah tangga, sekaligus memperkuat kapasitas ekonomi lokal berbasis pertanian terpadu. Kata kunci: manajemen usaha; efesiensi usaha; poktan; pertanian terintegrasi. Abstract This community service program was initiated in response to the low efficiency of farming practices and the absence of integrated fish–vegetable cultivation within the Moncongloe Farmers’ Group (Poktan Moncongloe), located in Moncongloe District, Maros Regency, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The program aimed to enhance managerial capacity, develop structured production planning, and expand market access through the application of integrated farming systems and agribusiness management training. Implementation followed a participatory approach comprising: (1) needs assessment; (2) technical training on integrating fish (catfish/tilapia) and vegetable cultivation using aquaponic/hydroponic models, as well as water–feed management; (3) training on financial record-keeping, cost calculation, pricing, and break-even analysis; (4) weekly field mentoring; and (5) evaluation through observation, interviews, pre–post testing, and review of business documents. The program yielded significant improvements in business management, production planning, and marketing. Over a two-month training period followed by one month of mentoring, participants successfully adopted weekly financial record-keeping, developed rotational planting schedules and fish maintenance plans, and utilized social media platforms for product promotion. Evaluation results demonstrated measurable changes in entrepreneurial behavior. These findings indicate that an integrated approach, coupled with direct mentoring, is effective in fostering household agribusiness mindsets while strengthening the local economy through integrated agriculture.
