Abstract

This research have go to influence interaction between cow manure and kind of mulch, also influence the best dose cow manure dan the best mulch to growth and water melon (Citrullus vulgaris,Schard) plant production at rainy season winner variety. The study has arranged by Random Designed Group (RAK) factorial with two treatments and 3 replications. Dose of cow manure in the first factor with 3 level,that is P1 = 5 ton- ha2 cow manure , P2 = 10 ton- ha2 and P3 = 15 ton-ha2. Second factor that is kind of mulch (M) with 3 level , that is M0 = no mulch, M1 = straw mulch and M2 = black silver mulch. Parameters that to be perceived to covet length of plant, leaf quantity, quality fruite and diameter fruite. The data is analyzed to use it analysis Of Variant (ANOVA), if influency to be continued with test DMRT 5%. The result of studies refer that, 1). Interactions between cow manure 10 ton-2 ( P2) silver and black mulch (M2) give the best influence in growing and watermelon plant productions. 2) giving fertilizer at all of treatment not influence about growing and water melon plant productions. 3) the kind of mulch treatment (M) give it influence about all of parameters . and black and silver mulch (M2) give the best treatment about growing and water melon plant productions.

Abstract

Education is a means of changing something into a better thing with a certain period of time. Especially, education is a learning process which until now can still be found that the instructors who deliver material to students without understanding what learning approaches are being used. This is the basis of the teaching process in the classroom and refers to the goals and targets of the learning process itself. One of these approaches is behavioristic or giving stimuli to get feedback from students. This study aims to find clarity about how important the behavioristic approach is applied in classroom learning. Moreover in answering the existing formula, the researcher uses the library research method to find out how the contribution of teaching with the behavioristic approach. The result includes (1) contributions in analyzing student character; (2) media development and teaching strategies; (3) the formation of confidence in students.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an integrated approach in enhancing English proficiency at Ngubalan Elementary School in Tulungagung. This research employs a qualitative approach, focusing on interviews as the primary instrument. Interviews were conducted with English teachers, students in grades 4-6, the principal, and parents. The interview data were analyzed using interactive analysis techniques consisting of Data Reduction, Data Presentation, and Conclusion Drawing. The findings indicate that the integrated approach successfully increased student motivation and engagement in learning English through the use of diverse media and methods. Teachers and the principal observed improvements in students' English skills, while parents noted positive changes in their children's English abilities at home. Challenges included limited facilities and time, but measures such as teacher training and collaboration with external parties have been taken to address these obstacles.

Abstract

This research discusses the integration of leadership strategies with religious values in educational management, particularly within multicultural educational institutions. The aim of this study is to identify how the implementation of religious values in leadership can enhance the quality of education, promote harmonious relationships among community members, and overall institutional success. Through a literature review approach, the study examines various literature related to religious-based leadership, including principles of justice, integrity, and care, as well as the challenges and successes of such integration. The results indicate that leaders who integrate religious values into their leadership strategies can create a more inclusive, harmonious, and productive educational environment. Additionally, the success of this integration can be seen in improved educational quality, higher satisfaction among students and staff, and increased community participation in school activities. However, challenges such as differences in religious values and resistance to change remain obstacles that must be addressed through interfaith and intercultural dialogue. This research concludes that the integration of religious values in educational management not only enhances the effectiveness of educational organizations but also strengthens social relations within the school community, providing a significant contribution to institutional success over the long term

Abstract

This research aims to determine the relationship between price, quality, promotion and service strategies in the marketing mix and consumer purchasing decisions at Indocellular Tulungagung. This research is an explanatory type. The population is all Indocellular employees, totaling 35 people. The research sample is saturated sample which also consists of 35 people. The data collection method was carried through distributing questionnaires directly to respondents. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques based on the Partial Least Squares (PLS) variant. SEM testing is carried out with the Smart PLS application, including testing the Measurement Model (Outer Model), Structural Model (Inner Model), and Hypothesis Testing. The research results show that there is positive and significant influence between Price, Quality, Promotion and Service Strategy in the marketing mix on consumer purchasing decisions at Indocellular Tulungagung. Price Strategy has a significant influence on Purchasing Decisions (regression coefficient 0.65, T-value 7.42, P-value 0.001), as well Quality (regression coefficient 0.50, T-value 5.21, P-value 0.005), Promotion (regression coefficient 0.30 , T-value 3.14, P-value 0.025), and Service (regression coefficient 0.40, T-value 4.12, P-value 0.01). The overall results support the four research hypotheses, confirming that the aspects in the marketing mix together contribute significantly to consumer purchasing decisions

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the current use of learning equipment, identify possible obstacles, and propose strategies or recommendations to maximize the use of learning equipment so that education at MAN 2 Tulungagung can be more effective, relevant and of high quality. This research method uses qualitative methods. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis through data collection, data reduction and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the majority of teachers still rely on textbooks, while limited internet access, lack of teacher training in technology, and availability of devices are obstacles. Recommendations include improving technology access and teacher training, as well as collaboration between teachers and students in the development of digital learning content. It is hoped that these steps will maximize the use of learning equipment, creating a more effective, relevant and quality learning environment in line with the demands of an increasingly digitalized era. Abstract

This research is based on the independent curriculum which has been developed into a more variable curriculum but still focuses on basic materials, character development and student competence. As in his review, the independent curriculum aims to restore the learning crisis which is getting worse due to the pandemic. Apart from that, it also aims to provide freedom to institutions and teachers to develop and manage curriculum and learning that is adapted to the characteristics of educational units and students. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The results of this research are: 1) Planning for learning tools begins with attending workshops and outreach related to the independent curriculum. Teaching equipment such as material books are taken from the Ministry of Islamic Religion, while accompanying books are from madrasas. 2) Implementation of independent curriculum learning starts from grade 7 first. In formulating the learning objectives of these two madrasas, they analyze the competencies and scope of material on learning outcomes and relate them to the context, the flow of learning objectives is formulated by developing and modifying the examples that have been provided, the differentiated learning of these two madrasas focuses on the content and learning process. 3) learning assessment is carried out by determining the criteria for learning objective requirements (KKTP) based on the learning objectives.

Pendekatan kurikulum yang holistik, yang mencakup pengembangan karakter, keterampilan sosial, dan emosional, diperlukan untuk mempersiapkan siswa menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Kurikulum yang mengintegrasikan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kreativitas membantu siswa menganalisis informasi dan mencari solusi kreatif. Pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi yang efektif memerlukan evaluasi dan penyesuaian berkelanjutan, agar proses pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian pustaka (library research), dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur terkait manajemen kurikulum, pendekatan holistik dalam pendidikan, serta pembelajaran literasi dan numerasi. Metode ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang topik ini dengan menganalisis buku, jurnal, dan artikel. Selain itu, pengembangan profesional guru menjadi kunci dalam mengimplementasikan kurikulum yang efektif. Guru yang terus meningkatkan kompetensinya dapat mengadaptasi metode pengajaran yang inovatif dan memanfaatkan teknologi pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen kurikulum yang holistik, mengintegrasikan aspek akademis dan non-akademis, menghasilkan siswa yang lebih siap menghadapi masa depan. Kurikulum yang mencakup literasi, numerasi, berpikir kritis, dan kreativitas berdampak positif pada perkembangan siswa. Oleh karena itu, kurikulum sekolah dasar dan PAUD perlu diperbarui secara berkala agar relevan dengan kebutuhan masyarakat, perkembangan teknologi, dan tuntutan dunia kerja, sehingga siswa memperoleh keterampilan yang komprehensif untuk kehidupan mereka di luar sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan Pembelajaran Berbasis Proyek (PjBL) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk menilai bagaimana PjBL dapat mempengaruhi keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa dan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mendukung keberhasilan implementasi PjBL di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen. Subyek penelitian terdiri dari siswa kelas X dan XI serta guru di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang. Teknik pengambilan data meliputi observasi langsung selama proses pembelajaran, wawancara mendalam dengan siswa dan guru, serta analisis dokumen seperti rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP) dan hasil proyek siswa. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tema yang muncul dari data yang dikumpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa, meningkatkan keterlibatan mereka dalam pembelajaran, dan memperkuat keterampilan kolaboratif. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan dalam kemampuan analisis, evaluasi, dan sintesis informasi melalui proyek-proyek yang diberikan. Guru berperan penting sebagai fasilitator dalam mendorong siswa untuk berpikir kritis dan mandiri. Temuan ini mendukung hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menyatakan bahwa PjBL efektif dalam mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif siswa. Kesimpulannya, PjBL merupakan metode pembelajaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis di MA Al-Chodidjah Jombang, dengan dukungan perencanaan yang baik dan bimbingan guru yang efektif.

Abstract

This study aims to develop audio-visual media to enhance student understanding in Islamic Education at Madrasah Aliyah Tulungagung. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed to explore in-depth the processes and experiences associated with the use of this media. The research subjects included Islamic Education teachers, students, the headmaster, and curriculum staff. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), participant observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved transcription, coding, categorization, and interpretation. The findings indicate that audiovisual media are effective in assisting students in understanding complex and abstract concepts in Islamic education. This media also boosts student motivation and engagement in learning. However, the use of this media faces challenges such as limited technological facilities and preparation time constraints. The study recommends enhancing support for facilities and providing training for teachers to optimize the use of audio-visual media. With appropriate support, this media has the potential to become an effective tool in improving the quality of Islamic education at Madrasah Aliyah Tulungagung and other madrasahs in Indonesia.
