Abstract

The advancement of technology, information, and communication causes changes in all aspects of life, including entrepreneurship. Over time, the world of entrepreneurship will continue to develop and use digital technology as a medium for marketing activities. This study aims to help activists in the creative industry improve their digital marketing skills. The research method used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, and it is located in Pekanbaru City. Data collection methods include observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Huberman and Miles classify qualitative data analysis techniques as descriptive. The findings of this study provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to increase their capacity in the field of entrepreneurship by first understanding three concepts. First, entrepreneurs must consider market segmentation because it can serve as the foundation for the company's digital marketing strategy. Second, create messages that are tailored to the target audience, and third, tailor messages to which media or channel will be used later. Understanding these three concepts can help entrepreneurs increase their entrepreneurial capacity in the digital field.

Abstract

Distribution of People's Business Credit is influenced by government regulations for the Bank and is expected to reduce the level of credit risk in Non-Performing Loans. So that many cause problems in the form of bad credit. Banks that provide KUR services are required to carry out risk management. The financing risk faced by Islamic banking is one of the risks that needs to be managed properly due to internal errors. The method in this research is a literature study by reviewing some of the results of previous research which originates from national and international articles. The research results were analyzed and used as material for discussion to determine answers to problems regarding the relationship between risk mitigation and rescue procedures in the people's credit system. All ideas from each study provide information about the methodologically desirable theory of the study being analyzed. The results of the literature review show that proper handling is needed by loan managers such as banks or cooperatives in overcoming various problems in the procurement of people's credit, namely KUR. One that is done is risk mitigation and rescue procedures to avoid losses to the manager. Keywords: Risk Mitigation, Rescue Procedures, People's Credit, Banking.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to socialize the role of digital marketing in increasing sales turnover for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Based on the problems found and formulated, the problem solving framework carried out through this community service activity is to socialize the use of digital marketing in order to help increase sales turnover to MSMEs. In this socialization, the authors target MSMEs actors as learning digital marketing. The implementation of community service socialization activities is carried out using lecture, tutorial, and discussion methods. This socialization activity is very beneficial for MSMEs who have small businesses. The material provided can also add to the understanding of knowledge and practice of using Facebook or Instagram for product promotion. Through this socialization activity, it is hoped that it will increase the awareness of MSMEs community in Gaharu Village, Medan Timur District, Medan City, North Sumatra Province to start practicing the use of Facebook or Instagram for product promotion. It is hoped that MSMEs actors can share knowledge about using Facebook or Instagram for product promotion to other MSMEs actors. It is also hoped that the organizing committee will be able to organize socialization activities with topics related to other MSMEs so that they can be explored and practiced in the world of MSMEs.

Abstract

Pengetahuan dan keterampilan pekerja yang diperoleh melalui pelatihan telah menjadi penting dalam menghadapi perubahan teknologi, produk, dan sistem yang semakin cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan antara pelatihan dan kinerja karyawan di sebuah perusahaan. Dalam ulasan yang disajikan dalam artikel ini, fokusnya terutama pada penelitian yang diterbitkan di banyak jurnal Nasional maupun internasional yang bereputasi yang sesuai dengan kajian pada artikel ini yakni Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Kajian Pustaka secara konsisten dengan menggunakan metode pendeketan metedologi tepat adalah jenis dari penelitian kualitatif jenis penelitian literature. Hal tersebut digunakan secara induktif sehingga tidak menimbulkan pertanyaan lanjutan. Penelitian ini memberikan tinjauan literatur tentang pelatihan karyawan dan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja di perusahaan dan mengembangkan dan mengusulkan kerangka kerja untuk menganalisis pelatihan dan masalah kinerja perusahaan untuk menilai kelebihan dan kekurangan dari banyak penelitian sebelumnya (misalnya, desain penelitian, pengukuran variabel dan kinerja perusahaan atau metode estimasi), untuk menyarankan arah untuk penelitian di masa depan, dan meningkatkan akurasi hasil penelitian di masa depan tentang topik ini. Abstract

Kualitas produk adalah kombinasi dari properti dan karakteristik yang menentukan sejauh mana output dapat memenuhi prasyarat kebutuhan pelanggan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis factor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk dan harga kompetitif. Artikel ilmiah ini ditulis dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif, studi kepustakaan, dan penelitian kepustakaan. Mengkaji buku-buku sastra yang sesuai dengan teori yang sedang dibahas, khususnya dalam konteks Manajemen Strategis. Ini termasuk melihat artikel ilmiah yang dihormati dan artikel ilmiah yang kurang dihormati dari jurnal. Mendeley dan Google Scholar berfungsi sebagai sumber untuk semua artikel ilmiah. Berdasarkan pembahasan pada artikel ini maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Kualitas produk berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian (2) Harga berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to design and determine the relationship marketing strategy at Share Tea Sun Plaza Medan. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis (qualitative), the triangular method, the internal factor matrix (IFE), the external factor matrix (EFE), and a matrix of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to create a relationship marketing strategy for the Share Tea Sun Plaza program. Medan. The results of research at Share Tea Sun Plaza Medan show that by using a matrix of internal and external factors and SWOT analysis, a relationship marketing strategy program can be produced that consists of Fresnack Cards, Big Day Sale, and Fresouvenir Cards that will be used in relational marketing.

Abstract

Dengan kemajuan teknologi dan informasi masa depan, banyak sektor perusahaan menggunakan teknologi dan media sebagai alat dalam melakukan kegiatan pemasaran. Evolusi periklanan telah menjadi tren saat ini untuk kinerja komersial jangka panjang. Namun, masalah muncul ketika perusahaan menempatkan platform jejaring sosial yang salah, yang berdampak negatif pada perusahaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari electronic word of mouth dan kemudahan pembayaran (digital payment) terhadap perilaku pembelian pada bisnis Tokopedia Tokopedia di Bogor. Dalam penelitian ini, 150 orang dipilih secara acak untuk menggunakan aplikasi belanja online smartphone. Strategi analisis regresi linier berganda dengan software SPSS versi 26 digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa berita elektronik dari mulut ke mulut dan pembayaran digital memiliki dampak positif pada niat beli dan dapat dinilai sangat baik.

Abstract

This research focuses on the Grand Preanger Hotel's branding strategy for staycation activities and the effective use of marketing communication tactics. As a result of the Covid-19 outbreak in Indonesia, everyone must take health precautions and exhibit caution when performing various tasks. People prefer staycation activities to traditional vacations. Because people feel safer, the Covid-19 virus can spread less. As informants, the Grand Tryas Hotel's branding consultant, marketing manager, and executive assistant manager took part in the study. A qualitative descriptive method as well as an interpretive paradigm are used in this work. The triangulation method is used in the data validation strategy. Theoretical frameworks for branding, marketing communications theory, and effective marketing communication tactics are all employed. Grand Preanger Hotel considers the audience's needs for staycation activities throughout the strategic planning process. to meet the audience's expectations and persuade them to participate in staycation activities at the Grand Tryas Hotel. Grand Preanger Hotel employs a message plan and a media strategy throughout the implementation stage in order to meet the objectives of the staycation activity branding campaign. Grand Preanger Hotel uses feedback, request, and offer messages, as well as corrective action, to fix problems made during the strategy review step. They also increase the possibilities and chances for newly developed techniques.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to formulate an analysis of the competitiveness strategy of village-owned enterprises through the use of tourist objects. This study uses a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews with several informants. The informants used in this study were 15 informants, consisting of village heads, BUMDesa managers, community leaders, and visitors. The analytical method used to formulate an analysis of BUMDesa's competitiveness strategy is SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, and Threat). Before carrying out this analysis stage, a data quality test is first carried out, namely a validity test and a reliability test.

Abstract

The Effectiveness of Village Fund Policy on Infrastructure Development in Baleendah Village, Bandung Regency. This study aims to find out how effective village fund policies are in infrastructure development. This study uses a phenomenological approach with an interpretive paradigm as the research umbrella, namely an approach that describes the conditions or object of research as it happened. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of village funds in infrastructure development in Baleendah Village is considered appropriate. The results obtained are the right implementation, the right target, the right policy and the right environment. With the existence of a village fund policy, the Baleendah community has received and enjoyed the benefits, namely the access of the Baleendah community in everyday life is easier, the implementation is precise, that the village government of Baleendah has carried out good cooperation with the community, the city/South Bandung regency government and the private sector. Right on target, that the development carried out is in accordance with the target in the APBDes. Environmentally appropriate, that the coordination carried out by the Baleendah Village government with the community and the South Bandung city/regency government has been good, and in the external environment the mass media policy has provided information regarding developments in Rompu Village.
