Abstract

Kegiatan yang dilakukan di sekolah khususnya tentu tidak terlepas dari proses kepemimpinan kepala sekolah. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran sebagai pengarah, membantu guru sampai pada pengambilan keputusan yang dapat dipahami oleh setiap orang dan dapat diterima oleh seluruh bawahannya. Peran kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Lampeuneurut sudah dilakukan dengan baik dan sekolah ini juga sudah mulai menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Namun, kepala sekolah belum terbiasa dengan perubahan adsmistrasi Kurikulum Merdeka dan juga kurangnya pelatihan spesifik pada kepala sekolah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran kepala sekolah dalam implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Negeri Lampeneurut. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, guru kelas II E, guru kelas III D, dan guru kelas IV B. Untuk memperoleh data, peneliti menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan tahap reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran kepala sekolah di SD Negeri Lampeuneurut sudah terlaksana dengan baik dalam setiap aspek indikator yaitu pendidik (educator), manajer, administrator, supervisor, leader, inovator dan motivator. Kepala sekolah telah memahami dan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Kurikulum Merdeka dengan efektif. Namun, dalam mengimplementasikan Kurikulum Merdeka masih ada beberapa bagian yang memerlukan perhatian dan peningkatan, seperti penyediaan akses ke sumber belajar yang lebih baik bagi tenaga pendidik dan penyusunan indikator kinerja yang lebih jelas dalam rencana kerja.

Abstract

The growing reliance on e-learning platforms has highlighted the importance of interaction design in shaping student engagement and learning outcomes. Poorly designed digital learning environments often lead to low motivation, decreased participation, and reduced retention rates. Ensuring that interaction design effectively supports student engagement is essential for optimizing online learning experiences. This study aims to examine the impact of interaction design elements, including navigation structure, multimedia integration, and user experience, on student engagement in e-learning environments. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining a usability assessment of e-learning platforms, student engagement surveys, and instructor interviews. Findings indicate that intuitive navigation, interactive multimedia, and real-time feedback mechanisms significantly enhance student participation and learning satisfaction. Statistical analysis revealed a strong correlation between well-designed interaction features and improved student retention rates. The study concludes that incorporating user-centered interaction design principles in e-learning platforms enhances engagement and contributes to more effective learning experiences. Future research should explore adaptive and AI-driven interaction design models to further optimize student-centered digital learning environments.

Abstract

Low student learning outcomes are a significant issue in high school colloid chemistry learning. Correspondingly, this research aimed to determine the effectiveness of scientific literacy-based student worksheets (LKPD) in colloid chemistry learning. A quasi-experimental approach, specifically the pretest-posttest control group design, was employed in this study. The experimental class, XI IPA-2, consisted of 15 students, while the control class, XI IPA-1, also included 15 students, with total sampling techniques used to select the sample. Test instruments were developed to collect student learning outcome data through pretest and posttest techniques. The effectiveness of student worksheets was analyzed using the N-gain test, independent sample t-test, and effect size tests. The N-gain results exhibited an average score of 0.7319, which was a high category for the experimental class, while the control class obtained a score of 0.5308, which was categorized as moderate. The independent sample t-test results indicated a 2-taliled significance score of 0.002 (< 0.05), demonstrating a significant difference between the learning outcomes of the experimental and control classes. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that scientific literacy-based student worksheets effectively improved student learning outcomes in colloid chemistry learning at the senior high school level.

Abstract

Penelitian pengaruh dosis pupuk guano terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil beberapa varietas kangkung (Ipomea aquatica) dilakukan di Desa Arongan, Kecamatan Kuala Pesisir, Kabupaten Nagan Raya, mulai bulan Oktober sampai November 2021. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAK). Faktor pertama adalah pupuk guano yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan G0 (kontrol), G1 (5 g/pupuk guano polibag), G2 (10 g/pupuk guano polibag), dan G3 (15g/pupuk guano polibag). Faktor kedua adalah varietas yang terdiri dari 2 taraf perlakuan V1 (varietas bika) dan V2 (varietas bisi). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi pada variabel bobot segar. Perlakuan pemupukan Guano berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap bobot segar, dan berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada umur 15 HST, jumlah daun pada 22 HST dan 29 HST. Pengaruh varietas sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 15 HST, jumlah daun pada 22 HST dan 29 HST, dan bobot segar, serta berpengaruh nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pada 22 HST dan 29 HST, dan jumlah daun pada 15 HST. Research on the effect of guano fertilizer dosage on growth and yield of several varieties of kale (Ipomea aquatica) was conducted in Arongan Village, Kuala Pesisir District, Nagan Raya Regency, starting from October to November 2021. The design used was a factorial randomized block design (RAK). The first factor was guano fertilizer which consisted of 4 treatment levels G0 (control), G1 (5 g/polybag guano fertilizer), G2 (10 g/polybag guano fertilizer), and G3 (15g/polybag guano fertilizer). The second factor was the variety which consisted of 2 levels of treatment V1 (bika variety) and V2 (bisi variety). The results showed that there was an interaction on the fresh weight variable. Guano fertilizer treatment gave a very significant effect on fresh weight, and significantly affected plant height at 15 DAP, number of leaves at 22 DAP and 29 DAP. The effect of variety had a very significant effect on plant height at 15 DAP, number of leaves at 22 DAP and 29 DAP, and fresh weight, and significantly affected plant height at 22 DAP and 29 DAP, and number of leaves at 15 DAP.

Abstract

This research was to reveal the mood types of the clauses and the persuasion strategies applied in two texts in Rumiyah magazine. A discourse analysis was applied with the Hallidayan Systemic Functional Linguistics theory as the basis of analysis. The results showed that the texts are dominated by the declarative mood that functions as indirect directives and statements of opinion. The applied types of mood indicate that the author takes a position as the bearer of information. In the analytical part of the texts, the disclaimer technique is used to assure the readers that committing a terror is easy. In the hortatory part of the texts, the technique of suggestion is used by providing recommendations to the readers of how to do a terror operation. However, some clauses containing augmentation reflect the expertise technique of persuasion.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the understanding and practical skills of female students in entrepreneurship, financial management, and marketing strategies at the Jombang Islamic boarding school. This research is important as it can provide the necessary insights to develop more effective and relevant educational programs. The research method employs a quantitative survey with 100 respondents using closed-ended questionnaires. The results show a low understanding of basic concepts in entrepreneurship, financial management, and marketing strategies, with average scores of 2.30, 2.30, and 2.35, respectively. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of more comprehensive education to address the current gap in the literature, encouraging a more integrated and practically oriented educational approach to prepare a generation of adaptive entrepreneurs.

Abstract

In initial observations in class IV at SDN 3 Langsa, it was found that there were still many students who had difficulty understanding the matter and their changes material and they needed supporting digital teaching materials. Hence, this article aims to develop an interactive LKPD with the help of Live worksheets on the matter and their changes material. The development of the LKPD is carried out through four stages of the Thiagarajan or 4D model. At the define stage, reasons were found related to the need to develop interactive LKPD assisted by Live worksheets which provide learning assistance in the form of attractive visuals, experiment-based, and the use of digital technology. At the design stage, an interactive LKPD was designed with the help of Live worksheets on matter and their changes material in softcopy form. At the develop stage, validation is carried out with material experts, digital teaching materials experts and linguistic experts. In the first validation, an average score of 72.59% was obtained in the valid category and the product had to be improved according to the validator's suggestions, while the average score in the second validation was 92.42% in the very valid category so that the interactive LKPD was assisted by Live worksheets on matter and their changes material are well worth sharing. At the disseminate stage, the product is implemented and distributed in class IV of state elementary schools. This article also suggests that educators use LKPD according to the characteristics of the students and the characteristics of the subject so that effective and enjoyable learning can be carried out.

Abstract

Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif studi kasus dan subjek penelitian yang dipilih adalah pemerintah dapat memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang pentingnya komunikasi pembangunan melalui teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam era globalisasi, demokratisasi, dan desentralisasi. Beberapa temuan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian tersebut adalah sebagai berikut: Pentingnya Komunikasi Pembangunan melalui TIK: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi pembangunan yang efektif dengan memanfaatkan media TIK, terutama melalui e-Government, memiliki dampak positif dalam meningkatkan pelayanan publik yang baik, cepat, dan responsif. Penggunaan teknologi ini memungkinkan pemerintah daerah untuk berinteraksi secara langsung dengan masyarakat, menyampaikan informasi tentang program pembangunan, dan memfasilitasi partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat dalam proses pembangunan. Selain itu, transparansi anggaran dan program pembangunan juga menjadi faktor penting dalam membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah.

Abstract

Background: Stunting is a nutritional problem for toddlers with a picture of growth failure that accumulates before and after birth, which is caused by inadequate nutritional intake. In 2022, the prevalence of stunting in South Kalimantan was 24.6%. Tanah Laut Regency is in 6th place at 26.6%. At the Takisung Community Health Center in July 2024, there were 22 stunted toddlers consisting of 11 stunted toddlers and 11 very stunted toddlers. Objective: The aim of this research is to determine the factors correlated to the incidence of stunting in Gunung Makmur Village, Tanah Laut Regency. Method: This type of research is quantitative research with a cross-sectional design. 24. The population in this study was 10 people. The number of samples was 10 people with a total sampling technique. The instrument uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi-square test. Results: From the research results, it was found that there was a correlation between exclusive breastfeeding (p=0.005), dietary habit (p=0.000) and rest patterns (p=0.001) with the incidence of stunting in Gunung Makmur Village 2024. However, there was no correlation between immunization (p=0.751) and the incidence of stunting in Gunung Makmur Village 2024. Conclusion: There was a correlation between exclusive breastfeeding, dietary habit and rest patterns and the incidence of stunting in Gunung Makmur Village. Makmur 2024. On the other hand, there is no correlation between immunization and the incidence of stunting in Gunung Makmur Village in 2024. Abstract

This community service program has addressed data management challenges faced by Posyandu health workers in Pekapuran Raya Sub District, Banjarmasin City. The primary objective is to enhance digital data management capabilities among healthcare workers' through scientific and technical training using Microsoft Excel. The training was conducted at the Central Bureau of Statistics in Banjarmasin on September 3, 2024. Based on the collected data analysis from pre-test and post-test showed improvements in the three core competencies: data management ability (from 57.7% to 84.6%), data presentation capability (from 57.7% to 92.3%), and dashboard development skills (from 61.5% to 80.8%). Statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon test confirmed the significance of these improvements (p < 0.05). Furthermore, participants’ evaluation data analysis indicated that this program was highly effective, with 88.5% of participants reporting positive feedback on the training methodology, materials, and facilities. This intervention has effectively demonstrated the capacity of structured technology training to enhance community healthcare data management systems, especially for monitoring maternal and child health.
