This research was conducted with the aim of obtaining information regarding teacher’s obstacles in providing assessments of grade 1 elementary school students during the independent curriculum learning process at Pelangi Elementary School in Medan. The structure used by researchers in this research is a qualitative approach and using descriptive methods. This qualitative approach is used to be able to define, formulate and dig deeper into everything related to this research. The results of this research prove that the obstacle for teachers in assessing students’ readiness for the learning process is that teacher have difficulty in overcoming students’ politeness, discipline and cooperation. To overcome obstacles in assessing attitudes in independent curriculum learning, teacjer hold discussion activites with other teachers and collaborate with students’ parents

This research aims to find out how role-playing games can be used to support language development in children aged 6 to 7 years. The research method used is an experimental method, where the population in this research is all second grade elementary school students. The technique used in this research is by Using observation and data collection techniques using role-playing questionnaires was very effective and efficient in class II elementary school because from the results of planning, implementation and observation, success reached 90%, that role-playing can improve students' vocabulary, communication and linguistics

Metode adalah hal yang sistematis dan terintegritasi dengan minat belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebagai respons terhadap kebutuhan yang terus meningkat untuk mencari metode pembelajaran yang inovatif dan efektif, terutama dalam konteks pembelajaran IPA di tingkat sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan minat belajar siswa melalui penerapan metode role-playing dan efektivitasnya pada pembelajaran IPA di sekolah dasar. Dengan memperkenalkan metode role-playing sebagai alat pembelajaran yang inovatif dan menarik, diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih menyenangkan dan memotivasi, serta meningkatkan minat dan pencapaian akademik siswa dalam pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode study pustaka dimana pemerolehan data melalui berbagai metode seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah dan dokumen. Jurnal ilmiah adalah sumber pemerolehan data pada penelitian ini, yang bersumber dari google scholar dalam jangka waktu 2016-2023. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh dengan kata kunci penerapan metode role-playing pada pembelajaran dan didapatkan lima hasil penelitian yang relevan untuk dianalisis. Evaluasi merupakan hal yang penting karena dapat menilai sejauh mana keberhasilan pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran, sehingga hasilnya dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk langkah-langkah tindak lanjut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisi butir soal bahasa indonesia yang berstandar nasional, yaitu UN dan USBN Bahasa Indonesia untuk membuat keputusan tentang setiap penilaian. Riset dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian survei. Berdasarkan hasil analisis butir soal bahasa indonesia yang berstandar nasional, yaitu UN dan USBN maka dapat disimpulkan hasil analisis yaitu butir tes valid 16 butir dan 14 butir tidak valid , reliabilitas tes tinggi, , 24 soal yang mesti dirombak dikarenakan indeks daya pembeda yang masih rendah , soal yang telah bisa diterima sebanyak 6 karena mempunyai indeks daya pembeda yang baik, distribusi tingkat kesulitan dari 30 soal yang digunakan adalah sebagai berikut: 27% mudah (8 soal), 73% sedang dan 0% sukar (0 soal) dan hasil uji tipuan dalam soal dengan menyeluruh terdapat 9 tipuan tidak berfungsi. Adapun Implikasi dari penelitian ini terhadap perkembangan keilmuan yaitu dalam penyusunan kembali soal yang tidak memenuhi standar.

This research aims to determine the implementation/application of character building in Brigjend Katamso Medan PAUD students while at school. The results of the research show that the process of implementing or implementing children's character education begins as early as possible with habits such as (1) inviting students to pray diligently, (2) 3S, namely smile, greet, salute, (3) form independent character, (4) Obedience in the rules, (5) Healthy living behavior implemented by teachers at school so that students also practice it in their daily lives both at school, home and in the community.

Evaluation is a step of the teacher in mapping the learning results of the pupils and performing improvements in teaching to improve the quality of learning. The purpose of this research is to exhibit the impact of evaluation on the quality of learning in primary schools. This research is qualitative research that is a library study by searching for reliable sources either in written form or in a relevant digital format without a direct drop in popularity. Education is an important foundation in shaping individual character and abilities from an early age. At the elementary school (SD) level, education focuses not only on the transfer of knowledge, but also on developing students' social, emotional and cognitive skills. One approach that is increasingly being applied to achieve this goal is interactive learning methods. Interactive learning is an increasingly popular approach in education, especially at the elementary school (SD) level. The aim of the research is to analyze the interactive learning methods implemented at SD Negeri 162 Aek Marian and evaluate their impact on the student learning process. Qualitative research methods, research results, Implementation of interactive learning methods at SD Negeri 162 Aek Marian shows positive results, although there are several obstacles that need to be overcome. Among them, limited facilities, not all teachers have the skills and knowledge needed to implement interactive learning methods effectively. Students have different abilities and learning styles. Adapting interactive learning methods to suit all students can be a challenge.

This research aims to analyze the use of learning media on the motivation to learn civics in grade 1 elementary school students. This research use desciptive qualitative approach. The subjects of this research were the homeroom teachers of class 1 of Attaufiq Elementary School in Medan and students of class 1 of Attaufiq Elementary School in Medan. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews. The results of the research show that students in class 1 of SD Attaufiq still have low learning motivation in civics subjects. The cause of the low learning motivation of grade 1 students at Attufiq Elementary School is due to the teacher's lack of ability to explain the material so that the learning process becomes monotonous and as a result students feel bored and bored during learning. Therefore, learning media is really needed to help students in the learning process with the existence of learning media. can help teachers clarify the meaning of the message they want to convey from a lesson theory so that it can motivate students to acquire certain knowledge and skills, and also with this learning media the teaching and learning process no longer seems monotonous.

This research presents an analysis of increasing student engagement through the use of TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) in the teaching and learning process. Using a qualitative approach, this research explores the implementation of TPACK by teachers and its impact on student interaction, active participation, and academic achievement. Findings show that the implementation of TPACK facilitates the appropriate use of technology in learning contexts, enriches students' learning experiences, and encourages more active student involvement in the learning process. This analysis also reveals challenges and opportunities related to the integration of TPACK in curriculum and teacher training. In conclusion, this research highlights the importance of TPACK in supporting student-centered learning and offers practical insights for educators in planning learning that is innovative and relevant to student needs.
