Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis capaian livelihood assets Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) setelah dilakukannya pemberdayaan. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam mengungkapkan kondisi asset SAD setelah pemberdayaan dan sebagai masukan bagi pemerintah dalam rangka perbaikan model pemberdayaan yang dilaksanakan di masa mendatang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif  kualitatif. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Dwi Karya Bhakti Kecamatan Pelepat Kabupaten Bungo. Lokasi penelitian ditentukan secara purpossive dengan pertimbangan kegiatan pemberdayaan yang diterima di lokasi tersebut bervariasi jika dibandingkan dengan lokasi pemberdayaan SAD yang lainnya. Dalam penelitian ini responden ditentukan secara sensus dengan jumlah responden 50 orang. Analisis data menggunakan skoring dan hasil analisis data dijabarkan dalam diagram pentagonal asset berdasarkan indikator human capital, sosial capital, natural capital, physical capital dan financial capital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa capaian livelihood assets dari yang terendah sampai yang tertinggi adalah human capital, financial capital, natural capital, social capital dan physical capital. Physical capital menunjukkan nilai tertinggi karena pemberdayaan yang dilakukan oleh kementerian sosial selama ini lebih banyak mengarah kepada pembangunan fisik. Human capital mencerminkan kondisi sumber daya SAD rendah. Pembinaan yang diberikan belum maksimal, pendampingan dan pelatihan terkait bidang pertanian belum ada sehingga SAD tidak memiliki pengalaman dalam berusahatani. Saran yang ingin disampaikan dalam penelitian ini hendaknya dalam kegiatan pemberdayaan memperhatikan asset penghidupan yang harus dimiliki oleh SAD berdasarkan 5 aset. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan yang dilakukan berbasis pada pemberdayaan model modal (manusia, alam, sosial, fisik dan keuangan) yang optimum.

Abstract

The objectives of this study was to evaluate the utilization of plants, local wisdom and tribe attitudes about plant conservation by the people in Silokek National Geopark. This research used survey method. These data were collected by using Pebble Distribution Method (PDM) and Quisioner. And then, data had been calculated by calculating the value of Local User’s Value Index (LUVI). The result indicated that local people utilizing plants is for herbal medicine 83%. Cyclea barbata is spesies with having the highest LUVI (0.137), followed by Artocarpus elasticus used for furniture (LUVI= 0.060), Styrax sumatrana (LUVI= 0.126) used for ritual, and Imperata cylindrica (LUVI= 0.073) used for livestock feed. And The result showed at least three local wisdom that possible to be integrated to plant conservation such as planting the plants, selectively harvest by select cutting and timing, and special treatment before used the plants like shalawat nabi reading. For tribe attitudes indicated people in Silokek National Geopark more 90% agree for conservation policy in that area.Keywords : Local User’s Value Index (LUVI), Pebble Distribution Method (PDM), Silokek National Geopark.

Abstract

Self-confidence is an essential component of an individual's psychological well-being, shaped by various factors, including gender. While differences in self-confidence exist, both men and women seek positive self-understanding to navigate life's challenges. Recognizing these differences is crucial for supporting the development of healthy and positive self-confidence. This study investigates the self-confidence levels of male and female students and compares their confidence in entering the workforce. Utilizing a quantitative descriptive approach, the study found that, on average, women exhibited higher levels of self-confidence than men. However, the comparison of self-confidence regarding entry into the workforce revealed no significant gender differences. These findings suggest that the educational environment fosters equal conditions, preparing students to face career challenges irrespective of gender. This research emphasizes the importance of an inclusive and equitable educational approach, where the development of relevant skills and competencies for the workforce is prioritized alongside the enhancement of self-confidence, a vital factor in achieving professional success. The implications of this study contribute to career counseling services in higher education, highlighting the need to focus on gender-neutral strategies that build students' self-confidence and equip them for future professional roles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas strategi kepala sekolah dalam pembinaan budaya religius di sekolah dasar Kabupaten Aceh Utara, mengingat pentingnya pendidikan berbasis nilai-nilai religius dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia. Integrasi nilai religius dalam pendidikan merupakan hal mendasar, terutama di wilayah yang menerapkan syariat Islam seperti Aceh. Kepala sekolah memiliki peran penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan sekolah yang religius melalui berbagai strategi manajerial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perumusan, penerapan, dan evaluasi strategi pembinaan budaya religius oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan siswa, serta analisis dokumentasi terkait kebijakan dan program sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah merumuskan strategi budaya religius melalui rapat dan musyawarah dengan tim guru, menerapkan program religius seperti salat berjamaah, kajian agama, dan kegiatan keagamaan lainnya, serta melakukan evaluasi rutin untuk memastikan keberlanjutan program. Tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pembinaan budaya religius mencakup keterbatasan sumber daya dan perbedaan interpretasi keagamaan di antara warga sekolah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang efektif dan komprehensif dalam pembinaan budaya religius di sekolah dasar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan membentuk karakter siswa yang religius. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi kepala sekolah lain dalam mengembangkan strategi serupa untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure, conduct and performance of the corn market in Sitiung District, Dharmasraya Regency. The research used a purposive sampling method, a sample of 50 farmers was selected as a respondent. The trader sample was carried out by following the flow of corn commodities from farmers to consumers. The research was conducted in December 2022-January 2023. Analysis of the market structure by analyzing the characteristics of the number of sellers and buyers, barriers, pricing ability and the types of products being traded. Analysis of market behavior by looking at the pricing system and the formation of prices between traders, selling and buying practices, and cooperation network systems between marketing agencies. Market performance analysis by calculating marketing margin and farmer's share. The results showed that the structure of the corn market has a tendency towards imperfect competition, namely oligopsony. Market conduct suggests that the final pricing system is a higher level marketing agency. Market performance shows that marketing channel II is assessed with the marketing channel with the highest level of efficiency because it has the lowest marketing margin percentage and the highest farmer's share.

Abstract

Abstract Company value is a very important aspect and is of concern to external parties such as investors, stakeholders, government officials, partners, and so on. As the value of the company increases, the company's image will become better amidst the elements that the researcher mentioned earlier. There are a number of factors that can influence company value, including Mode Costs which researchers can influence. In contrast to previous research, this research uses the Good Corporate Governance variable as a moderating variable which researchers believe can strengthen the influence of the Cost of Capital variable on Company Value. This research is a quantitative research with an explantory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data obtained through questionnaires from 250 employees in the fields of finance, HRD, HR and managers throughout Bank Danamon throughout Indonesia. Abstract

This Research aims to see the influence of bloking technology on the efficiency and security of financial transaction, with a case study in the banking industry in Indonesia. The method in this research uses a combination approach, including analytical and descriptive approaches. The result of this research are that the use of this technology provides significant benefits in terms of safety and operational efficiency. This blokchain technology can increase transaction security and reduce the risk of fraud, besides that it can strengthen data integrity so that transactions are more efficient. This blokchain technology can increase transaction security and increase the trust of customers and banking authorities.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the Library of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan based on the National Library Standard, IFLA/UNESCO School Library Guidelines and the description of the Library of SMK Negeri 2 Surakarta. This research is a type of qualitative survey conducted in the library of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan. The sampling method used the Snowball sample with a case study approach. Interviews with librarians, staff and library visitors of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan, observations or conditions of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan, and documents related to this study were used for data collection. The conclusion of this study is that the Library of SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan has library management, buildings, collections of library materials, staff and services. Based on National Library standards, the building area of the SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan Library is not yet valid. The limitations of library management in SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan are that they have just started learning geography and SMA Negeri 1 Sambungmacan has not allocated priorities or budgets for classrooms used for teaching and learning activities.

Abstract

Abstrak Pengelolaan limbah medis padat merupakan tahapan dimulai dari pemilahan hingga pemusnahan. Pada pelaksanaan pengelolaan limbah medis padat masih ditemukan beberapa tahapan yang belum sesuai dengan kebijakan seperti penggunaan kantong plastik belum sesuai dengan jenis dan karakteristik limbah, penggunaan desinfeksi terhadap wadah limbah medis yang telah digunakan, masih minimnya penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri. Disamping itu pengetahuan dan sikap petugas pengelola limbah medis masih rendah, sehingga diperlukan dukungan pimpinan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengelolaan limbah medis padat dan mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan pimpinan terhadap pengelolaan limbah medis padat di Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama (FKTP) Kota Padang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan sampel sebesar 58 sampel dengan analisis Regresi Berganda. Untuk FKTP sebagian besar telah melaksanakan pengelolaan limbah medis sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah. Hasil regresi berganda bahwa pengetahuan, sikap dan dukungan pimpinan berpengaruh nyata terhadap pengelolaan limbah medis padat. Untuk FKTP seperti Puskesmas dan Klinik sudah melaksanakan pengelolaan limbah medis sesuai standar yang ditetapkan namun untuk praktek dokter gigi masih rendah dalam penerapan peraturan pengelolaan limbah medis padat. Diharapkan untuk seluruh FKTP mempunyai komitmen dalam pengelolaan limbah medis padat serta adanya konstribusi dari Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, Dinas Kesehatan, Manajemen dari FKTP serta stake holder lainnya. Kata Kunci: Pengelolaan limbah medis, FKTP, pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan pimpinan  AbstractSolid medical waste management is a stage starting from sorting to destruction. In the implementation of solid medical waste management, several stages were found that were not following the policy. The purpose of this study was to analyze the management of solid medical waste and determine the effect of the level of knowledge, attitude and leadership support on the management of solid medical waste in the First Level Health Service Facility (FKTP) Padang City. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with a sample of 58 samples with multiple regression analysis. Most of the FKTP have implemented medical waste management following existing regulations. Multiple regression results show that knowledge, attitudes and leadership support have a significant effect on solid medical waste management. For FKTPs such as Puskesmas and Clinics, they have implemented medical waste management according to the standards set, but for dentistry, the implementation of solid medical waste management regulations is still low. It is hoped that all FKTPs commit to solid medical waste management as well as contributions from the Environment Service, Health Service, Management from FKTP and other stakeholders. Keywords: Medical waste management, FKTP, knowledge, attitude, leadership support

Abstract

Nashiruddin Ath-Thusi (1202-1274 M /597- 672 H) is better known as an astronomer than a philosopher, this is because he built an observatory Rasad Khanah in Maragha Azerbaijan, his work in philosophy was the endeavor and pioneer of the revival movement (revivalis), for trying to revive Ibn Sina's philosophical concept which had sunk due to the "thought" of Al-Ghazali in his criticism (Review/Cash) to Ibnu Sina's books which are more specific in the bookAl-Isyarat wa Al-Tanbihat.According to Ath-Thusi as well as the opinion of Ibn Sina states that the theory of knowledge is a concept (tasawwur) or evaluation (tashdiq); the concept itself can be obtained through definitions and can also be obtained through syllogisms. Both definitions and syllogisms are two media to achieve knowledge. Conceptually in philosophical thought, neo-Platonic teachings, Ibn Sina, Suhrawardi, and Aristotle seem to greatly color the philosophical thought of ath-Thusi. From various aspects of the study, Ath-Thusi's philosophical thoughts are more reflected in ethical issues, household ethics, and political ethics. While the axiology of the philosophy of science, according to Nasiruddin Ath-Thusi, science is more about aspects and fields that are needed at this time, and provide benefits and bring good values ​​later in the hereafter, and epistemologically must be sourced from Kitabullah.
