Abstract

Law Number 16 of 2017 concerning Social Organizations was formed in the context of recognizing Human Rights (HAM), namely the freedom of association, assembly and expression of opinion. Recognition of human rights needs to be regulated in a balanced manner so as not to threaten state sovereignty. This study uses a normative juridical method with the following approaches: conceptual approach, and statute approach. The results of the study show that Law Number 16 of 2017 concerning Social Organizations uses the contrarius actus principle in the mechanism for revocation of legal entity status. This was chosen to be more effective and efficient in balancing the right to association and the preservation of the Pancasila ideology and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.

Abstract

Hemoroid adalah kondisi medis yang ditandai oleh pembengkakan dan peradangan pada pembuluh darah vena di area rektum dan anus, yang dapat menimbulkan gejala seperti nyeri, gatal, dan perdarahan saat defekasi. Keadaan tersebut dapat menggangu aktivitas hidup khususnya kegiatan yang membutuhkan posisi duduk sehingga dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup. Minimnya penelitian di Indonesia khususnya di Kalimantan Timur mengenai karakteristik pasien hemoroid  menjadi latar belakang penulis tertarik mengambil topik penelitian ini. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien hemoroid berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, lokasi hemoroid, derajat hemoroid dan tatalaksana. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi deskriptif dengan metode pendekatan cross-sectional. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari data sekunder dengan menggunakan rekam medik. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling dengan jumlah pasien sebanyak 85 pasie yang terdiagnosis hemoroid pada tahun 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan kelompok usia pasien yang paling banyak berada pada kelompok lansia awal 46-55 tahun sebanyak (25%), jenis kelamin paling banyak adalah laki-laki (73%), dan lokasi yang paling banyak ditemukan pada interna (89%), pada hemoroid interna ditemukan paling banyak pada derajat III (36%), dan tatalaksana hemoroid yang paling banyak dijalani pasien adalah tindakan operatif (54%).

Abstract

Abstrak: Hoaks merupakan tantangan serius di era informasi yang dapat merusak tatanan sosial. Dalam konteks Islam, Al-Qur’an memberikan pedoman tentang keadilan dan kebenaran yang relevan untuk menangkal penyebaran hoaks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi konsep keadilan dalam Al-Qur’an sebagai kerangka strategis dalam mengatasi fenomena penyebaran hoaks. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi terhadap ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an yang berkaitan dengan keadilan dan kebenaran. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji literatur dan studi kasus tentang penyebaran hoaks serta penerapan nilai-nilai Qur’ani dalam komunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep keadilan dalam Al-Qur’an tidak hanya mencakup keseimbangan dalam menegakkan kebenaran, tetapi juga pencegahan terhadap penyebaran fitnah dan hoaks melalui prinsip tabayyun sebagaimana termaktub dalam QS. Al-Hujurat: 6. Strategi pembingkaian keadilan berbasis nilai-nilai Qur’ani menunjukkan potensi yang signifikan dalam menangkal hoaks melalui pendekatan yang menekankan kejujuran, verifikasi informasi, serta kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi efektivitas penerapan nilai-nilai tersebut dalam kampanye literasi digital dan komunikasi Islami. Pendekatan yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai keadilan Qur’ani dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam memerangi hoaks. Implementasi kerangka ini tidak hanya meningkatkan literasi informasi masyarakat, tetapi juga memperkuat nilai-nilai moral dan spiritual dalam praktik komunikasi. Abstract: Hoaxes are a serious challenge in the information age that can damage social order. In the context of Islam, the Qur'an provides guidance on justice and truth that are relevant to countering hoaxes. This study aims to explore the concept of justice in the Qur'an as a strategic framework in overcoming the phenomenon of the spread of hoaxes. This study uses a qualitative approach with a content analysis method of the verses of the Qur'an related to justice and truth. In addition, this study reviews literature and case studies on the spread of hoaxes and the application of Qur'anic values in communication. This study found that the concept of justice in the Qur'an not only includes balance in upholding the truth, but also preventing the spread of slander and hoaxes through the principle of “tabayyun” as stated in QS Al- Hujurat: 6. The justice framing strategy based on Qur'anic values shows significant potential in countering hoaxes through an approach that emphasizes honesty, verification of information, and social welfare. The study also identified the effectiveness of implementing these values in digital literacy campaigns and Islamic communication. An approach based on Qur'anic justice values can be an effective strategy to combat hoaxes. The implementation of this framework not only improves public information literacy but also strengthens moral and spiritual values in communication

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program SMK Pusat Keunggulan ( SMK – PK) Pada jurusan Desain Komunikasi Visual di SMKN 5 Sijunjung. Metode penelitian yang diterapkan adalah evaluatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) sebagai kerangka analisis. Teknik pengumpulan data mencakup wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari kepala sekolah, guru, siswa, serta mitra industri yang berjumlah 9 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek konteks program ini memiliki relevansi yang kuat dengan kebutuhan industri kreatif lokal dan mendukung visi SMK dalam mencetak lulusan yang kompeten dan siap kerja. Evaluasi input mengindikasikan adanya sinkronisasi kurikulum yang baik dengan dunia industri, serta penguatan sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan dan magang. Proses pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan keterlibatan dunia industri, seperti magang dan uji kompetensi, telah memperkuat kompetensi siswa. Meskipun terdapat keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana, kualitas peralatan dan peningkatan fasilitas telah cukup mendukung pembelajaran. Evaluasi produk menunjukkan bahwa lulusan memiliki kompetensi yang diakui oleh industri, meskipun tantangan dalam pelacakan alumni dan penyerapan kerja masih perlu diatasi. Secara keseluruhan, program ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan kesiapan lulusan untuk memasuki dunia kerja, namun masih memerlukan optimalisasi pada aspek produk untuk mencapai hasil yang lebih maksimal.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan dana alokasi khusus dan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu lulusan sekolah di Kabupaten Dharmasraya. Jenis penelitian mengunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Sampel penelitian mencakup kepala sekolah yang mendapatkan bantuan dana alokasi khusus sebanyak 41 sekolah dengan rata-rata masa jabatan kurang dari 5 tahun ada 19 kepala sekolah dan masa jabatan lebih dari 5 tahun ada 22 kepala sekolah serta dalam kualifikasi pendidikan S1 ada 18 kepala sekolah dan kualifikasi S2 ada 23 kepala sekolah. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dengan model skala Likert. Metode analisis data mengunakan analisis Regresi Linier Sederhana dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan melakukan pengujian asumsi klasik terlebih dahulu, yaitu uji normalitas data, uji multikoleniaritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, Metode analisis linier berganda dinilai koefisien determinasi, uji t, dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh dana alokasi khusus dan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu lulusan sekolah secara simultan (bersama-sama), X1 dan X2 terhadap Y, setelah mengetahui nilai ttabel dan thitung maka pengujian dilakukan dalam proses yang perlu di uji adalah variabel bebas, berikut hasil pengujian yang dilakukan: Variabel (X1) Diketahui nilai sig Y. 0.001 < 0,05 dan hasil thitung 3,423 > t tabel 1,984 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X1 terhadap Y.Variabel (X2) Diketahui nilai sig 0.001 < 0,05 dan hasil thitung 17,674 > t tabel 1.984 sehingga dapat disimpulkan Ha diterima yang berarti terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X2 terhadap Y. Berdasarkan hasil output Anova bahwa nilai ( 11,720 > 2.477) dan nilai Sig. 0,001 < 0,05, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha dapat di terima berarti variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel Y. Uji determinasi dilakukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y, dari output di atas diketahui nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,211 Nilai ini mengandung arti bahwa pengaruh X1 dan X2 terhadap Y adalah sebesar 21.1 %. Pengaruh dana alokasi khusus dan kompetensi guru terhadap mutu lulusan sekolah secara simultan (bersama-sama), X1 dan X2 terhadap Y maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa Ha dapat di terima berarti variabel X1 dan X2 secara simultan mempengaruhi variabel Y.

Abstract

Academic Stress Factors Among Indonesia Students: A Case of IAIN Batusangkar. Objective: This present study aims at investigating factors causing students’ academic stress among Indonesian students Methods: This research used cross-sectional design. The data analysis used descriptive statistics with statistical analysis tool, SPSS 22. Findings: This study indicates that the causes of academic stress are different at each semester of students. Family causal factor, for example are the most factors affect the second semester. Likewise, family causal factors, academic causal factors, personal causal factors, and peer pressure are factors faced by the fourth and sixth semester students. Peer pressure, however, is experienced for the eighth semester students. Abstract

This thesis research aims to provide a descriptive overview and analysis of the planning and management, implementation and evaluation of the implementation of the Independence Curriculum at the An-Nahl Kubang Tungkek Islamic Boarding School. Type of field research (field research) qualitative research with a descriptive approach to maintaining curriculum independence at the An-Nahl Kubang Tungkek Islamic Boarding School. The data sources in this research are primary data and secondary data which discuss the management of curriculum independence at the An-Nahl Kubang Tungkek Islamic Boarding School. The results of this study indicate that: First, curriculum planning at An-Nahl Islamic Boarding School begins with the identification of educational needs according to the vision and mission of the institution. The planning team, consisting of foundation administrators, principals, and teachers, formulates curriculum objectives to form santri who are knowledgeable, noble, and have strong faith. Second, curriculum organization involves the formation of a curriculum team consisting of the principal, vice principal for curriculum, teaching staff, and administrative staff, as well as the establishment of a curriculum structure that includes subjects, materials, schedules, and teaching methods according to the needs and potential of the students. Third, the implementation of an independent curriculum shows its distinctiveness by combining two curricula and active extracurricular activities, as well as funding support to support santri achievement, then the independent curriculum is divided into three groups: Group A (general subjects such as Religious Education, Mathematics, and English), Group B (Physical Education, Workshops, and Cultural Arts), and Group C (character development and practical skills). Fourth, the implementation of curriculum evaluation at An-Nahl Islamic Boarding School involves weekly, monthly, and end-of-semester meetings with the participation of all educational elements, especially teachers, with direct observation methods, assessment of santri learning outcomes, and feedback from teachers and santri. Abstract

This study aims to describe the context, input, process, and product of the evaluation of the driving school program at SDN 17 Laing, Solok City. This study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is included in descriptive qualitative research that discusses the Evaluation of the Driving School Program Using the CIPP Model at SDN 17 Laing. Primary data sources are the supervisor, principal, 5 teachers, 2 students, and the committee chairman, and secondary data sources are school programs, teaching modules, data, documentation, and literature reviews. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data collection, data selection, data presentation, and data conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the evaluation of the driving school program at SDN 17 Laing, Solok City using the CIPP model is generally in accordance with the existing criteria. Context evaluation includes the suitability of the driving school program objectives with the school's objectives, the relevance of the driving school's objectives to the needs of teachers, students, and the community in accordance with the criteria. Input evaluation shows the potential and human resources, the availability of funding sources, physical infrastructure according to the criteria, and the need for improvements in IT facilities. Evaluation of the implementation process of consultative and asymmetric mentoring, implementation of human resource strengthening, implementation of new paradigm learning in the form of differentiated learning, P5 and extracurricular activities, data-based planning and digitalization of administration has met the criteria. Improvements are needed in improving the quality of human resources. Product evaluation includes an increase in the results of the 2024 educational report card in literacy and numeracy, the existence of differentiated learning teaching modules, P5 teaching modules, differentiated learning videos, P5 videos and changes in good habits of teachers and students in the learning process in the use of applications in learning, diverse media always sharing good practices in complexes and the independent teaching platform.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students’ views on the use of WhatsApp in English Teaching Department classes during the covid-19 pandemic. The impact of the Coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19) pandemic is now beginning to spread to the world of education. This condition makes the students and the lecturers used online media or online learning much longer than expected. In the online learning process, WhatsApp is one of the most used applications. This study used qualitative research. The research population was all 270 students of the English Teaching Department of IAIN Batusangkar. The sample involved 168 students by using stratified random sampling technique. Slovin’s formula was used to measure the sample. The research instrument was questionnaires. It was designed in the type of closed-ended and open-ended forms. The questionnaire consisted of 21 statements. Then, to analyze the data from a closed-ended questionnaire, the researchers used Guttman Scale. Meanwhile, to analyze the open-ended questionnaire, the researchers classified students’ responses and then described the results. The finding of the study indicated that students’ views on the use of WhatsApp (WA) in English Teaching Department classes during the covid-19 pandemic mostly positive (73.2%) and the negative responses only (26.8%). Furthermore, students’ views on the use of WA includes WA as media in doing online learning process; WA as an educational media; WA as an evaluation and assessment benchmarks; WA as an application of sharing information; WA as the application to do group discussion; and WA as media to increase literation and to share learning materials. This research implies that WA could be used to do the online learning process because it empirically helps the students to get enthusiastically involved in learning activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Guided Discovery Learning l Model on the mathematical problem solving abilities of elementary school students. The research is a quasi-experimental research. This research was conducted at 01 Suayan, Akabiluru District. The sample uses Simple Random Sampling. The instrument in this study was a test of students' mathematical problem solving abilities followed by a hypothesis tested using the T-Test. In general, the results showed that the average mathematical problem solving ability of students in the experimental class was higher than the control class and was supported by the results of the hypothesis test for problem solving ability t-count was greater than t-table. Then the research hypothesis is accepted. Thus the Guided Discovery Learning Model has an effect on students' mathematical problem solving abilities in elementary schools.
