Abstract

Keberadaan pemuda sangat erat dengan kegiatan kemasyarakatan yang disebut karang taruna. Karang taruna memiliki potensi menjadi corong informasi bagi masyarakat, namun remaja di Karang Taruna Bangkit Jaya Kota Tasikmalaya seringkali mengalami kebingungan dalam memilah informasi digital yang benar dan hoaks. Belum adanya edukasi terkait penanggulangan hoaks menjadi salah satu faktor remaja belum bisa membedakan berita faktual dan hoaks dan belum tahu konsekuensi dari menyebarkan berita yang diperoleh. Tasikmalaya dengan kultur masyarakatnya yang religius dan mengedepankan etika, sopan santun, dan kekeluargaan, harus terus dijaga dari berita palsu yang dapat memecah belah masyarakat dan kemunduran pengetahuan. Berdasarkan hasil temuan dan diskusi bersama remaja Karang Taruna Bangkit Jaya Kota Tasikmalaya, maka dilaksanakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan melaksanakan pelatihan “Edukasi Literasi Digital dalam Memfilter Konten Hoaks di Karang Taruna Bangkit Jaya Kota Tasikmalaya”. Upaya pemecahan masalah yang dilakukan antara lain: 1) Penyusunan materi yang berisi teknik dan strategi analisis literasi digital dengan konten Hoaks. Hal ini meliputi: (a) mind mapping materi; (b) pengumpulan materi; (c) penulisan materi; (d) cetak materi; 2) Pengembangan program “Hoaks Detection Program”. Fokus ini meliputi: (a) pelatihan, berupa hal-hal teoritis dan implementatif menyangkut informasi media dan hoaks; (b) FGD dan brainstorming kasus-kasus hoaks yang ditemukan; (c) eksplorasi, analisis   dan   simulasi, berupa   penerapan   materi pelatihan dalam diskusi kelompok dan simulasi analisis berita-berita dengan konten hoaks melalui beragam sarana; dan 3) Pendampingan setelah kegiatan.  Kata kunci: Hoaks, Karang Taruna, Literasi Digital, Remaja

Abstract

Based on the report of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbud Ristek) in 2022 Indonesia has a literacy culture value of 57.4%. This figure shows that the literacy culture in Indonesia is still in the low category. This article was created to review and analyze the content of the articles that have been collected which aims to see the results of research on the effectiveness of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) as an effort to instill critical thinking characters in junior high school students. This article uses the literature study method. This technique combines theories and concepts into conceptual research methods. The analysis conducted in the literature study is content analysis. The literature study goes through various stages, such as forming opinions or arguments, providing criticism, determining the topic to be selected, conducting a literature survey, finding literature sources, then writing the results of the review. From each article that has been reviewed, it produces several things that become factors in the success of the School Literacy Movement (GLS) program in fostering critical thinking character in junior high school students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengkaji dampak literasi informasi terhadap keterampilan menulis siswa sekolah dasar; dan (2) mengidentifikasi program literasi informasi yang diterapkan di sekolah dasar guna meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan partisipan terdiri dari 63 siswa dan 3 guru kelas V yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas siswa telah mencapai standar literasi informasi di sekolah dasar. Indikator dengan persentase tertinggi adalah keterampilan dalam mencari dan mengakses informasi, sebesar 21,00%, sementara indikator dengan persentase terendah adalah pengorganisasian serta pengolahan informasi sebesar 19,94%. Selain itu, berbagai program literasi informasi yang diterapkan di sekolah dasar terbukti berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis siswa.

Abstract

Inclusive education has a very important role in supporting the achievement of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the prospects and challenges of inclusive education in Indonesia. This research uses the literature study method, by analyzing data from various sources related to the prospects and challenges of inclusive education in Indonesia. The results show that some positive prospects are seen in the increasing public awareness and government policies that increasingly support inclusive education. Nevertheless, several obstacles must be addressed, including a shortage of qualified teachers, inadequate educational facilities and infrastructure, as well as ongoing social resistance to the concept of inclusivity. Addressing these issues requires strong collaboration between stakeholders and the adoption of innovative implementation strategies. This study concludes that inclusive education is vital for fostering a more fair and equal educational system.

Abstract

Education plays a crucial role in supporting the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly in providing inclusive and quality education. Indonesia's Kurikulum Merdeka, with its project-based and contextual learning approach, offers opportunities to integrate SDG values. However, its implementation still faces several challenges, such as infrastructure disparities, limited teacher competencies, and geographic and cultural obstacles. This study aims to examine the opportunities and challenges of SDG integration into Kurikulum Merdeka and to provide strategic recommendations for improving its effectiveness. The method used is a literature review with a descriptive-analytical approach, analyzing journal articles, policy documents, and relevant research reports. The findings indicate that although there is significant potential to develop a generation that is sensitive to global issues, several challenges must be addressed, including limited teacher understanding, unequal distribution of educational resources, and cultural barriers. To enhance SDG implementation, it is recommended to improve teacher competencies, provide learning materials tailored to local needs, and foster collaboration with surrounding communities. In addition, an effective monitoring system is essential to oversee and evaluate the progress of SDG implementation in education. The role of Teacher Education Institutions (LPTKs) is also vital in preparing educators capable of integrating SDG values into the teaching and learning process. This study is expected to offer guidance for policymakers and education practitioners in formulating more efficient strategies to achieve sustainable development goals.

Abstract

This article discusses efforts to improve reflective literacy in elementary school students through the P5 project which raises the issue of local refugees. Reflective literacy is not only the ability to read and write but also involves a critical thinking process that later the information can be implemented in personal experience. The method used is a literature approach sourced from various journals, articles, and websites related to improving reflective literacy in elementary school students. The results of the analysis show that contextual approaches, integration of SDG values, and creative activities such as art projects can effectively improve reflective literacy. Solutions such as teacher training and cross-stakeholder collaboration can be supporting strategies, although there are some challenges in their implementation, such as teachers’ limited understanding of students’ interests and needs. Overall, P5 projects focusing on local refugees can serve as an effective tool to teach character to primary school students.

Abstract

Critical thinking is an essential skill for students in dealing with a digital age filled with information that is not necessarily accurate. This article examined how the Pancasila Student Profile Reinforcing (P5) contributes to improved high school students' critical thinking ability through project-based learning, particularly in the face of intolerance in the educational environment. Using library study methods, the study highlights the relationship between critical thinking, global literacy, and student charactering efforts according to pancasila values. The results suggest that a P5 based approach can foster tolerance attitudes and increase student social awareness in understanding the various perspectives in society. This article recommends implementing a more integrational learning strategy to support critical understanding and strengthen national value in Indonesian education.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengkaji dampak e-commerce terhadap perekonomian Indonesia melalui analisis literatur dan metodologi penelitian kualitatif deskriptif (library research). Penulis memanfaatkan beragam sumber data, termasuk buku, jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen yang relevan dengan topik yang dibahas dalam studi literatur ini. Dampak positif dan negatif dari e-commerce terhadap perekonomian Indonesia menjadi topik utama dalam penelitian ini. Studi ini memberikan dampak positif dari e-commerce, seperti meningkatnya pertumbuhan UMKM, memperluas akses pasar, mengefisiensi operasional dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendapatan negara melalui pajak. Namun, e-commerce juga menimbulkan tantangan yang kompleks seperti regulasi yang belum optimal, persaingan tidak sehat, dominasi platform asing dan kesenjangan digital antar wilayah perkotaan dan pedesaan, serta risiko keamanan dan penipuan.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze teachers’perceptions regarding inclusive education and to identify the barriers in the implementation of education policies for Children with Special Needs (CSN) in Indonesia. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative through a literature riview that analyzes scientific literature and related policies. The results of this study indicate that although the majority of teachers support the concept of inclusive education, there are still significant obstacles in its implementation, such as the lack of teachers’ competence in handling CSN, limited training, and minimal supporting facilities. However, there are also great opportunities to strengthen the inclusive education syste, through ongoing teacher training and collaboration between schools, parents, and community. Theachers’ perceptions of Children with Special Needs (CSN) are influenced by their experiences, understanding of inclusive education, and the situations in schools. This finding concludes that the success of inclusive education healivy depends on the readliness of teachers and support from various skateholders. Therefore, i tis necessary on enchance teachers’ competencies and foster good cooperatoin on effectively implement inclusive education policies.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology in the education sector has undergone major changes. These changes bring great opportunities to change the learning process to be more personal, effective, and inclusive. The purpose of this journal is to analyze the potential and challenges that need to be faced in the application of AI in education so that it can run optimally. The method used in this study is the literature review method of various recent studies that discuss the use of AI in education, The results of the study show that AI has great potential to improve the personalization of learning and educational efficiency. However, there are number of significant challenges, such as limited infrastructure, privacy and data security issues, resistance from educators and students, and the digital divide that still occurs in several regions. Therefore, a strategy is needed that includes a academic laziness that reduces learning motivation, constraints on AI contextual knowledge, Inability to process complex information, loss of literacy skills, amd the risk of addiction to AI technology. With a planned and sustainable strategy, AI has great potential to improve the quality of national education and also reduce the dangers that may arise from the modern technological era.
