One of them includes improving health for participants with chronic diseases. The purpose of this study is to describe and explain the implementation of the Prolanis Program at Saitnihuta Health Centre, Doloksanggul District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency in 2022. This research is a qualitative research, through in-depth interviews with informants. The informants in this study were 10 people consisting of the Head of the Health Center, JKN Treasurer, P-Care Officer, Implementer of the Prolanis Program, Doctor in Charge of Prolanis, Drug Manager, Posbindu Cadre, DM prolanis participant and hypertension prolanis participant (2 people). Methods of collecting data with primary data through in-depth interviews and secondary data through documents, literature, previous research journals. The process of data analysis is carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions and verification. The results showed that from the input elements (man, money, method and material), it is known that p-care officers have not received training, there is no clear job description between p-care officers and prolanis officers, there is no budget allocation for financing prolanis activities, the lack of tables and chairs, as well as internet network disturbances during the prolanis activity. From the element of the process, that the prolanis activities have been carried out in accordance with existing regulations. Meanwhile, from the output element, that the achievement of the RPPT indicators has not been achieved, even though the health monitoring of prolanis has been going well, even the health center always set targets by exceeding the targets set by BPJS. The conclusion is that the implementation of the prolanis program has been good, but the RPPT indicators have not been achieved. This happens because of confusion and obstacles in the data entry process. It is hoped that BPJS Health will disseminate information to health workers at the Saitnihuta Health Center, especially the Prolanis management team, regarding the concept of implementing Prolanis, so that the program can run according to existing regulations, and provide services proactively to Prolanis participants.

Abstract

According to the 2018 Riskesdas, data for pregnant women with anemia in Indonesia is 48.9% and in North Tapanuli it is 53.3%. The research aims to find out the Factors Affecting the Mothers' Adherence in Consuming Fe Tablet Medicine and Its Correlation to Anemia Incidents in Mothers in Pohantonga Village, Siborongborong Sub-District, Regency of North Tapanuli in 2022. This quantitative research employs Cross Sectional design with a population consisting of 42 pregnant mothers. Samples are taken using the total sampling technique and variables of the research are knowledge, attitude, family supports, access to health services, and mothers' adherence. The data obtained are analyzed using univariate and bivariate analysis. Bivariate analysis is conducted using the Chi-Square test and the result of the Chi-Square test indicates that knowledge, attitude, family supports, and access to health services are factors affecting mothers' adherence in consuming Fe tablet medicine. Mothers' adherence is not the factor causing Anemia incidents to occur in pregnant mothers. It is expected that pregnant mothers enhance their knowledge through either electronic media or brochures related to Fe tablets in order to decrease the rate of Anemia incidents during pregnancy. In addition, it is expected that the family supports pregnant mothers by always reminding them to consume Fe tablets. The researcher would like to thank the head of the puskesmas and the respondents. The researcher hopes that the results of this study will be useful for pregnant women, namely to increase hemoglobin levels not only with iron but also by paying attention to the nutrition in the food eaten and future researchers.

Data analysis with independent t-tests. The results of the study showed that the average value of medication adherence in the intervention group was higher after participating in the ACT program (Mean=20.54, SD=4.13) compared to the value before receiving treatment ((Mean=47.37, SD=3.68). These results indicate a difference between the mean value of medication adherence in the intervention group before and after treatment (t = -193, 09; p = 0.00). The mean value of quality of life in the intervention group was higher after participating in the ACT program (Mean=78.20, SD=11.17) compared to the value before receiving treatment (Mean=42.86, SD=7.61). These results show a difference between the mean value of quality of life in the intervention group before and after treatment (t = -55,42; p = 0,00).

Abstract

Stigma is a negative label that is a sign for someone given by someone else or yourself. Stigma is influenced by the environment and becomes a barrier for that person to get attention, opportunities and social interaction and becomes one of the inhibiting factors in improving the quality of life of PLHIV. The purpose of this research is to find out the life story, stigma and its impact, and the factors that influence acceptance of stigma. This type of research is qualitative research and data collection uses the interview method. The informants in this study were divided into 2, namely 4 key informants and 4 respondents as triangulation informants. The results of this study indicate that there is a life story effect with the causes of key informants being exposed to HIV. Stigma obtained by key informants can be categorized into several levels of stigma, namely self-stigma, family/community stigma and also institutional stigma. Furthermore, there are 2 factors that affect the acceptance of stigma for PLHIV, namely external factors and also internal factors. Based on this, it is suggested to the family that it can be a place where children can get education and love. People also need to understand more about HIV so that stigmatization can be reduced. Medical personnel must also improve services for people living with HIV so that they can also get proper services, and the local government must be able to assist HIV-related programs so that they can run smoothly.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze factors related to the success of empowering the Family Assistance Team (TPK) to prevent stunting in Binjai City. The approach used in this research is a mixed methods research design which is carried out in two stages of activities, namely quantitative data collection using SPSS data analysis which aims to obtain factors related to the empowerment of the Family Assistance Team and a qualitative approach which aims to obtain further explanation. further regarding the factors inhibiting and supporting the success of empowering the Family Assistance Team through interview and observation techniques. The population in this study was 114 Family Assistance Teams in South Binjai District with a sample of 53 Family Assistance Team Cadres while the research supporting informants were 10 people from Health Officers, PLKB, Village Heads and Community Figures. With these findings, it is hoped that the Family Assistance Team can provide education to the community by using effective and focused communication to provide understanding to the community regarding programs and handling to accelerate stunting reduction so that the community's perception of stunting can change and the community can recognize it correctly and want to be involved in supporting it. Government program. This study produced a guidebook for the successful empowerment of the Family Assistance Team.

Abstract

Occupational irritant contact dermatitis (ICD) accounts for approximately 20% of work-related skin diseases, with 80% of cases affecting the hands. Cleaning staff are particularly susceptible to ICD. This study aimed to identify risk factors for ICD among cleaning staff at Santa Elisabeth Medan Hospital. A cross-sectional observational study was conducted involving 60 cleaning staff (total population) at the hospital in October-November 2023. The study investigated three groups of factors: host factors (age, gender, work duration, work stress, and personal protective equipment (PPE) use), agent factors (type of cleaning solution, duration and frequency of use), and environmental factors (perceived organizational support). The results showed that 8 of 60 cleaning staff (13.3%) had ICD. Statistical analysis revealed no significant association between ICD and host, agent, or environmental factors among cleaning staff (p > 0.05). Host, agent, and environmental factors were not found to be significant risk factors for OICD among cleaning workers at Santa Elisabeth Medan Hospital.
