This study aims to analyze the influence of product quality and content marketing on the purchasing decisions of Wardah products among Generation Z consumers in Palembang City. The phenomenon observed is that Gen Z tends to make purchasing decisions based on social media content rather than product quality, as they are a generation highly active on social media. Therefore, digital marketing strategies through content marketing are highly relevant. The research employed a quantitative approach using the SEM-PLS technique on 104 Gen Z respondents who had previously purchased Wardah products and engaged with its social media content. The findings reveal that both product quality and content marketing significantly influence purchasing decisions, with product quality exerting a more dominant effect. This study provides practical contributions for companies in developing effective and relevant digital marketing strategies, as well as serving as an academic reference in the study of digital consumer behavior.

Employee discipline is a very important factor in achieving the desired organizational goals and needs to be evaluated and improved. This study aims to explain the optimization of the role of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to improve employee work discipline at the Language Center of South Sumatra Province. The survey method was used in this study by taking a random sample of 10 respondents from the population of employees of the Language Center of South Sumatra Province who were selected by purposive sampling technique. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and simple linear regression. The results of the study show that overall, the work discipline of employees at the South Sumatra Province Language Center is at a good level. However, several factors such as information technology capabilities, especially in optimizing the use of fingerprint attendance machines, work motivation, supervision, and work environment affect employee work discipline. This study recommends increasing work motivation and more effective supervision to improve employee work discipline by optimizing the use of information and communication technology that already exists at the Language Center of South Sumatra Province. Optimizing the use of information technology, especially in the use of fingerprint attendance machines, can significantly increase employee productivity and performance as well as improve the performance of the South Sumatra Province Language Center in providing better services to the community.

Making medical decisions while distracted when receiving COVID-19 misinformation can majorly impact a person's life and even lead to death. Blatantly sharing COVID-19 misinformation is a significant problem of human behavior that triggers a speed-up and acceleration in the propagation and diffusion of misinformation in social media. While the latest research has focused on understanding the psychological dimensions of this phenomenon, few studies have explored the role of selective exposure and technological prevention when a person considers sharing COVID-19 misinformation, primarily through an Implicit Association Test (IAT). Our study identified and intervened in the association of user exposure between misinformation and implicit truth evaluations by using the Implicit Association Test (IAT) with "Misinformation vs. Fact Information or Positive vs. Negative Wordsâ€, 38 from 150 participants were either exposed to misinformation headlines or actual new headline posts on stimulants, in the form of images. We then measured participants' implicit truth evaluations and self-reported perceived accuracies of actual and of misinformation headlines using the Visual Selective Attention System (VSAS). After intervening, participants exposed to fake news headlines had lower implicit truth evaluations and increased perceived accuracy. This implies that exposure to fake news headlines after the intervention with the VSAS system may have directly affected implicit evaluations and changed user behavior in sharing COVID-19 misinformation.

This research aims to investigate the influence of product innovation, market orientation and social media on the performance of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the food sector in South Sumatra Province. The research method used is quantitative using primary data collected through questionnaires from 70 food MSMEs who are members of the International Council of Small Business (ICSB) South Sumatra. Data analysis was carried out using Smart PLS version 4.0 software with the Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) approach, a variance-based structural equation analysis (SEM) method. The research results show that Market Orientation does not have a significant influence on MSME performance, while Product Innovation and social media have a significant positive influence. Analysis of variance (ANOVA) shows that together, product innovation, market orientation and social media have a significant influence on MSME performance. The conclusion of this research is that product innovation and market orientation are key factors that can improve the performance of MSMEs in the food sector. Although market orientation individually is not significant, in the overall context, all three have a significant contribution to variations in MSME performance. Therefore, MSME players in the food sector are advised to pay more attention to product innovation and market orientation as strategies for developing their business.

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing financial literacy among Generation Z in Palembang. The research methodology employed is quantitative, assessing the strength of the relationship between dependent and independent variables within the population. A sample of 120 respondents was selected, and data were analyzed using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The analysis reveals that financial behavior and financial attitudes significantly influence financial literacy, whereas financial knowledge does not exhibit a significant influence. The overall regression model demonstrates that financial behavior, financial knowledge, and financial attitude collectively contribute significantly to explaining variations in financial literacy. However, the study is constrained by limitations in sample coverage and data collection methods. Nevertheless, the results of the simultaneous test indicate that the overall regression model is significant in elucidating the relationship between the variables under study and financial literacy. The implication of this research underscores the necessity for enhancing financial behavior and attitudes to bolster financial literacy among Generation Z in Palembang.

This study aims to investigate the influence of Employee Engagement and Work Environment on Employee Performance at PT Agronusa Alam Perkasa, an oil palm plantation company. Data was obtained through surveys and interviews with company employees. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression. The results showed that Employee Engagement has a positive, although not statistically significant, influence on Employee Performance. In contrast, Work Environment has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance. This indicates that aspects of a conducive work environment, such as good lighting and noise, play an important role in improving employee performance. Therefore, companies need to pay greater attention to improving the Work Environment as a strategy to improve employee performance. The limitation of this study is that it does not consider other factors that may affect employee performance. Future research should include these additional factors to gain a more comprehensive understanding of the factors.

This research highlights the importance of student financial management which is influenced by financial literacy, lifestyle, and academic ability, with financial attitude as mediation. Using a quantitative method based on SEM-PLS in undergraduate students, the results of the study show that financial literacy and academic ability have a significant effect on financial management through financial attitude, while consumptive lifestyles tend to be weakening. It is recommended that students improve their literacy and positive financial attitudes and control their lifestyle, while universities can support through financial education programs. The limitation of the study lies in the sample that only includes Bina Darma University.
