Abstract

Introduction: Planning for strengthening character education in sports and physical education has not been appropriately designed. At the same time, the weight of character education in junior high school is 60% in learning. Purpose: The purpose of the study was to describe and analyze the planning for strengthening character education in learning physical education, sports, and health. The research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Methods: Research subjects PJOK teachers. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Results: Data analysis with steps: reduction, data display, and concluding. Results Planning for strengthening integrated character education with physical education learning planning for sports and health has not been explicitly planned. The values of character education are only listed in core competence one and core competence two. They are not expressly described in the character values to be achieved in each lesson. The planning steps for strengthening character education are not detailed in the learning implementation plan program. Conclusions: Conclusion Planning for supporting character education in sports and health physical education learning has not been planned or designed correctly.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode evaluasi. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pustakawan di Perpustakaan Universitas Muhammdiyah Purwokerto sebanyak 10 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner dan ditabulasikan dalam persentase. Berdasarkan hasil pada penelitian ini, penulis menyimpulkan bahwa tingkat kemampuan literasi informasi yaitu sebagian besar pustakawan mempunyai kemampuan dalam mendefenisikan masalah ditandai dengan 70%. Memiliki kemampuan strategi pencarian informasi dengan 60%. Kemampuan dalam menemukan dan mengakses lokasi informasi dengan 90%. Kemampuan dalam strategi pencarian informasi atau cara efektif untuk menyaring dan mengevaluasi informasi ditandai dengan 60%. Kemampuan mensitesis dan menggabungkan informasi ditandai dengan 70%. Kemampuan untuk menilai hasil dan proses pencarian dengan 60%. ABSTRACTThis research uses quantitative approach of evaluative study. The population of this research is all librarian in Muhammadiyah University Library Purwokerto, that is 10 people. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires and obtaining questionnaire data then tabulated in percentage form. Based on the results of the discussion, the authors conclude that the level of literacy skill information is as follows: that most librarians have the skills in defining problems marked by 70%. Most have information search strategy skills marked 60%. Most have the skill of finding the access information location marked 90%. Most librarians have information search strategy skills or have an effective way to filter and extort information marked 60%. Most have synthesis skills or incorporate various information marked 70%. Most librarians have skills in assessing the results and processes that have been successfully tracked by 60%.

Abstract

Introduction: Character education is intended not only for individual interests but also for the benefit of society and the nation's future. Purpose: This research aims to analyze and describe the implementation of strengthening character education in learning physical education, sports, and health. Methods: This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects were physical education teachers. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data analysis with steps: reduction, data presentation or data display, concluding. Results: The teacher implements learning by applying effective communication, coordinating all teaching, and being a leader. Conclusions: The implementation of strengthening character education is integrated with the performance of sports and health physical education learning. The teacher acts as a leader, coordinator, and communicator to move all students according to their respective duties and functions.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang melahirkan Revolusi Industri 4.0 juga berdampak pada praktik humas/PR termasuk praktik humas pemerintahan. Salah satu perubahan praktik humas itu adalah masuknya media sosial sebagai salah satu media kehumasan yang penting sekaligus juga merupakan media yang digunakan publik untuk menyebarluaskan informasi pada sesamanya. Bagaimana media sosial ini digunakan dalam praktik humas pemerintahan merupakan kajian yang dilakukan dalam tulisan ini. Abstract

This research rationalization is curriculum changing of 2013 Curriculum 2016revision according to Permendikbud number 20, 21, 22 and 23. The main factorwhich observed is human resources improvement, the teacher, the headmaster’sleadership and the supervision of regency’s instructor. The teacher factor whichsupport the changing includes motivation. The motivation management of teacher’sperformance consist of primary and secondary necessity’s fulfillment. The researchresult shows the implementation of teacher’s motivation technique performancecan improve the Curriculum 2013 changing 2017 revision in Bahasa Indonesiasubject. In the CBAM dimension changing stages, SMP Bahrul Ulum reaches Consequen phase while SMPN 1 Sukadana reaches Collaboration phase. In LoU stages, SMP Bahrul Ulum reaches IVA routine, while SMPN 1 Sukadana reaches IV B phase. According to the research result, the description of implementation Curriculum 2013 changing 2017 revision, smp Bahrul Ulum just reaches Cooptation phase, the situation of realization modifying programme or new practice. While SMPN 1 Sukadana is going to Mutual Adoption phase.

Abstract

Education is basically an effort to help the development of children and youth to achieve certain goals that take place in a certain environment. This research is to know and analyze the Strategic Management of Madrasah Heads in Improving the Performance of Aliyah Teachers in Tangerang Regency. Data collection techniques used are observation techniques (observations), interview techniques, documentation studies, literature studies and participation. Regarding data analysis techniques using non-statistical analysis techniques. The conclusion is that the principal's management strategy in improving the performance of Aliyah teachers at MA, Tangerang Regency, through the stages of planning, implementation and evaluation is not optimal because there are still weaknesses in competence and professionalism as well as support for the fostered madrasah.

Abstract

The background of this research is that the quality of graduates of Supervisory Leadership Training (SLT) Batch 3 at the GRSDM of the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia in Bandung Region is still low, especially those who occupy Esselon officials. The low quality of graduates is strongly influenced by various interrelated components, including; input of training participants, teaching and learning process, human resources, infrastructure, operational and environmental budgets. In order for the outputs and outcomes of the training participants to be better, there must be a commitment from the education and training leadership and all stakeholders to improving the quality of education and training graduates through integrated program Planning, implementation and evaluation. The purpose of this study was to determine the activities carried out in Planning, organizing, evaluating in GRSDM Education and Training, obstacles encountered and solutions to overcome the obstacles. This study uses a qualitative Approach based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation. This study uses the main theory, namely the management theory of Terry. The results of the study show: 1) In Planning is made to avoid failure or chaos in the implementation of SLT activities, then the Planning is made in detail. 2) In the SLT organization fosters and guides in providing instructions, directions in ways to analyze and solve problems in each assignment given by GRSDM; 3) InThe implementation of SLT will motivate participants to do something if they feel confident that they will be able to, believe that the work will benefit them; 4) InLearning assessment carried out to training participants is a stage to measure abilities as input in making specific decisions 5) The obstacles encountered areImproving the quality of action for change and public service innovation in its implementation does not always run smoothly because there are many challenges and obstacles that will be faced; 6) The solution, to solve the problem is actualization of the basic values ​​of quality commitment in carrying out the duties of the apparatus as a solution that can encourage the creation of a superior work climate or culture that can foster courage to display creativity and innovation for change action.

Abstract

The level of professionalism of PAUD teachers is still very low, it can be seen from the academic qualifications and competencies possessed by PAUD teachers themselves, especially in rural areas. The purpose of the study was to examine and analyze to determine the increase in the professionalism of PAUD teachers in implementing the 2013 revised edition of the curriculum in designing and implementing learning and evaluating learning outcomes. Planning is carried out with systematic preparation of an activity carried out through meetings of foundations, principals and teachers to determine the objectives of implementation and evaluation of learning as outlined in the curriculum document. Promises refer to annual programs that have been created and fostered by the school curriculum team, RPPH and RPPM are made and compiled by teachers periodically and adjusted to the theme of the activity. Organizing is carried out in the division of tasks or grouping materials, programs and media that will be planned in learning. Motivation is given before playing, during playing, and after playing. Teacher supervision is carried out directly by the principal and PAUD supervisors from the official element to monitor the implementation of KBM and teacher performance evaluation is carried out during the learning process and after learning is complete by filling out the teacher assessment sheet form. Assessment or evaluation is carried out by each teacher according to the progress of the evaluation carried out to determine the achievement of the basic competencies that have been planned and determined.

Abstract

The purpose of education in the 1945 Constitution is to educate the nation's life and participate in world peace. Education is an effort to develop existing abilities and potential to become quality human beings. Vocational High Schools were chosen as institutions that are able to produce graduates who can directly enter the workforce. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and examine the Special Job Market Management in increasing job absorption and fostering student entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Pacet, Cianjur Regency and Vocational School for Agricultural Development Lembang. The research uses a qualitative approach. With the case study method, the focus is on examining a particular case or phenomenon in society which is carried out in depth by studying the background, circumstances, and interactions that occur. The data collection methods in this study were conducted interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that Special Job Exchange Management is effective in increasing the absorption of student work and fostering entrepreneurship in the field of Agriculture and Agribusiness at SMKN, as proclaimed by the Governor of West Java, the Target is Millennial Farmers, then Agriculture is the third largest sector that contributes to the economic cycle. in West Java, so that implementation planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluation need to be carried out in vocational schools as partners in increasing student work absorption and fostering entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture and agribusiness. , this is a problem while SMK is a place to print the younger generation in innovating and developing talent.

Abstract

The Subject Teacher Conference (MGMP) as an association or association of teachers plays a strategic role in improving and strengthening teacher competence through discussion and training. Its main role is to facilitate teachers in the same field of study in exchanging opinions and experiences. However, there are still many teachers who are not active so that they do not develop and are static even though they have participated in MGMP activities. In addition, due to the limited number of roles that can be performed by the MGMP, the ability of teachers to teach as indicated by the indicators of student success is still low. The purpose of this study was to find out how "the revitalization of the MGMP Program To Improve the Pedagogic Competence of Science Teachers at SMA in Karawang Regency is actually through the "POAC" management theory approach from GR Terry. In particular, this study describes and analyzes (1) planning, (2) organizing, (3) implementing and (4) assessing the MGMP in science subjects. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach. Collecting data by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies as well as validation of research results. The results of the study indicate that the MGMP Revitalization Program is a classification of the findings from the identification process of the MGMP Revitalization Program which is carried out specifically so that the profile obtained in the MGMP is based on factual, objective and precise data. The follow up in the MGMP Program Revitalization lies in understanding the teacher team and how they must coordinate, cooperate and follow up when handling MGMP.
