Abstract

In any organization, human resources are very important in carrying out activities carried out by the organization, because human resources function as a stepping stone for the organization to achieve its business success goals. This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment, Integrity and Work Flexibility on Job Satisfaction with Competence as an Intervening Variable at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, North Sumatra Province. The results of this study are as follows: Work Flexibility has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.095 and p values 0.316. Work Flexibility has a positive and significant effect on Competence with an original sample value of 0.427 and p values 0.000. Integrity has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.085 and p values 0.365. Integrity has a positive and significant effect on competence with an original sample value of 0.347 and p values 0.002. Competence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.520 and p values of 0.026. Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction with a value of 0.108 p values 0.272. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Competence with an original sample value of 0.191 and p values 0.032. Work Flexibility has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction through Competence with an original sample value of 0.222 and p values 0.052. Integrity has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction through Competence with an original sample value of 0.181 and p values 0.058. Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction through Competence with an original sample value of 0.100 and p values 0.106.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik di SMAN 8 Mataram pada mata pelajaran Biologi masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM).  Sehingga dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan open-ended question dalam model pembelajaran Problame Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar kognitif pada materi ekosistem kelas X IIS 2 SMAN 8 Mataram. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang teridiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Pelaksanaan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode Lesson Study yang terdiri dari 2 siklus yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Data penelitian berupa hasil belajar kognitif yang diambil dengan teknik tes pilihan ganda dan essay. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pada siklus I nilai ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik 67% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan kognitif 74. Pada siklus II nilai ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik 83% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan kognitif 84. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Open-ended question dalam model pembelajaran PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the application of a sharing learning model and the use of audio-visual media. The sharing model allows students to interact, discuss, and share understanding with peers, while audio-visual media plays a role in clarifying abstract concepts, so that learning becomes more interesting, interactive, and easy to understand. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The subjects of the study consisted of students who had difficulty understanding PAI material when using conventional methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and learning outcome tests before and after the implementation of the method. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' understanding of PAI material. This is reflected in the increase in students' average scores, increased active participation in class discussions, and increased learning motivation. In addition, students become more confident in expressing their opinions, more active in discussions, and have the courage to exchange ideas with classmates. Another advantage of this method is its ability to develop students' critical and collaborative thinking skills. Thus, the application of the sharing model combined with audio-visual media has proven to be an effective learning strategy in improving PAI learning outcomes. This method also creates a more dynamic, enjoyable learning environment and increases student involvement in the overall learning process

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using interactive media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning on students' learning interest at SMP Negeri 2 Sipispis. The background of this study is based on the low interest in learning of students as reflected in the lack of active participation and enthusiasm in participating in PAI learning. The use of interactive media is expected to be a solution to overcome this challenge and create a more interesting learning atmosphere. This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews to measure the level of students' learning interest before and after the use of interactive media. The research sample involved grade VIII students who were selected randomly. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests to see significant differences between conditions before and after the intervention. The results showed that the use of interactive media, such as learning videos, online quizzes, and material simulations, significantly increased students' learning interest. This increase can be seen from the increasing activity of students in discussions, increasing curiosity, and the ease of students in understanding teaching materials. These findings indicate that the integration of technology in PAI learning can strengthen students' intrinsic motivation and support a more meaningful learning process. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers to continue to develop technology-based learning innovations in order to create a conducive learning environment that is in accordance with the characteristics of the current digital generation

Abstract

Akumulasi Dichloro Diphenyl Trichloroethane (DDT) dalam tubuh makhluk hidup adalah hal yang perlu dikenali dan dipahami oleh siswa pada berbagai jenjang sekolah termasuk siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 2 (SMPN 2) Palibelo Kabupaten Bima. Permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah bagaimana upaya yang harus dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman konsep dan pengetahuan awal tentang DDT, dan keterampilan yang bagaimankah yang harus dimiliki sejak awal oleh siswa SMPN 2 Palibelo Kabupaten Bima agar dapat mengenal dan mengerti tentang model akumulasi DDT pada berbagai tubuh makhluk hidup. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman dan pengenalan tentang model akumulasi DDT bagi siswa dan memberikan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang cara untuk menghindari diri dari paparan dengan DDT dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, sehingga siswa SMPN 2 Palibelo Kabupaten Bima terhindar dari dampak akumulasi DDT. Mengingat adanya model akumulasi DDT, maka prospeknya sangat baik untuk menjadi bahan pelatihan pada siswa-siswi SMPN 2 Palibelo Kabupaten Bima mengingat lokasinya yang relatif dekat dengat lahan pertanian yang terindikasi ada residu DDT pada lahan dan produk pertanian seperti pada tanaman sayuran. Selain itu juga para siswa sudah terbiasa dengan aktivitas petani yang senantiasa menggunakan insektisida. Secara umum pelatihan ini dapat bermanfaat terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak didik terhadap model akumulsi Dichloro Diphenyl Trichloroethane (DDT)). Sebagai kesimpulan dari pelatihan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan tentang akumulasi Dichloro Diphenyl Trichloroethane (DDT) dalam jaringan makhluk hidup, utamanya dalam tubuh manusia pada siswa di SMPN 2 Palibelo Kabupaten Bima sehingga dapat mengerti dengan baik tentang model penumpukan DDT dalam tubuh organisme dalam kehidupannya sehari-hari.

Abstract

Remaja merupakan kelompok usia yang rentan terhadap pengaruh lingkungan dan perubahan sosial. Pada masa ini, cenderung masih emosional dan labil. Tantangan yang dihadapi remaja saat ini adalah maraknya penggunaan zat adiktif, dalam berbagai bentuk seperti rokok, alkohol, maupun narkotika. Penggunaan zat adiktif di kalangan remaja tidak hanya mengancam kesehatan fisik, tetapi juga berdampak buruk pada perkembangan mental dan sosial. Selain itu, dapat menyebabakan penyempitan pembuluh darah, penyakit jantung coroner, naiknya kadar gula secara drastis, kemandulan, impoten, meningkatnya kadar lemak yang ada dalam tubuh dan meningkatnya kelahiran prematur, pendidikan, dan kehidupan sehari-hari secara keseluruhan. Kesehatan remaja merupakan aspek penting yang harus mendapatkan perhatian serius dari berbagai pihak. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasinya pada siswa mengenai dampak negatifnya terhadap kesehatan menjadi penting.

Abstract

Akumulasi logam berat air raksa (Hg) pada organisme merupakan pengetahuan yang penting untuk dipahami oleh anak didik sejak dari jenjang sekolah dasar sampai perguruan tinggi termasuk siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 (MAN 1) Kota Bima. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu tentang bagaimana upaya yang semestinya dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan pengetahuan awal tentang Air Raksa (Hg), dan keterampilan yang bagaimankah yang diperlukan sejak awal oleh anak didik MAN 1 Kota Bima agar model Hg dalam tubuh makhluk hidup dapat dipahami dengan sempurna. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan model akumulasi air raksa (Hg) bagi anak didik dan juga memberikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tentang cara untuk menghindari diri dari paparan langsung dengan air raksa dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, sehingga siswa MAN 1 Kota Bima dapat terhindar dari dampak akumulasi air raksa (Hg). Kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat bermanfaat terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak didik terhadap model akumulasi logam berat air raksa (Hg). Pelatihan ini juga bermanfaat dalam meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan anak didik dalam menemukan cara agar dapat menghindari diri dari paparan langsung dengan logam Hg dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Adapun kesimpulan dari pelatihan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pengertian, pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang akumulasi logan berat Hg dalam tubuh makhluk hidup, termasuk manusia pada peserta didik di MAN 1 Kota Bima yang pada akhirnya dapat mengerti dengan baik tentang model akumulasi logam berat Air Raksa (Hg) pada tubuh makhluk hidup dalam aktifitas kehidupan.

Abstract

The Continuous Professional Development (PKB) Program for teachers is a systematic process of activities that teachers undertake to examine, assess, or reflect on their teaching practices after conducting teaching and learning activities to improve their professional competence. The purpose of this study is to determine the management, implementation, and obstacles of the Continuous Professional Development (PKB) Program through Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in Public Elementary Schools in Babahrot District. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research subjects are 15 classroom teachers, consisting of 7 classroom teachers who are members of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) at the elementary school level in Babahrot District, Southwest Aceh Regency, 7 school principals, and 1 school supervisor. Data collection techniques used by the researcher are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that 1) The management of the Continuous Professional Development (PKB) Program through Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in Public Elementary Schools in Babahrot District has not been fully implemented. The planning and organization indicators are good, but the program accountability, which includes KKG activity reports, does not meet the criteria. The evaluation and follow-up indicators have been implemented well. 2) The implementation of the Continuous Professional Development (PKB) Program through Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in Public Elementary Schools in Babahrot District has not been fully optimal. The limited facilities and infrastructure, internet access, and skills in using technology hinder teacher participation in KKG activities. 3) The obstacles in implementing the PKB Program in Public Elementary Schools in Babahrot District are coordinating KKG schedules, limited funding or resources, difficulties in implementing KKG learning into the classroom, and limited internet access or technology skills.

Abstract

This study explores the policy implications of the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform in the contemporary era through the lens of Siyasah Syar'iyyah. As one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms, TikTok Shop has significantly influenced the dynamics of digital transactions and interactions between consumers and businesses. However, with the rapid pace of digital transformation, there is a need for policy evaluation that effectively regulates transactions and aligns with Shariah principles. The research adopts an empirical juridical approach, employing field studies and in-depth interviews as the primary methods for data collection. Interviews were conducted with Islamic economic experts, e-commerce practitioners, and relevant policymakers. The findings indicate that existing TikTok Shop policies can be aligned with Siyasah Syar'iyyah principles by emphasizing justice (al-‘adalah) and public benefit (al-Maslahah). This includes ensuring equal opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and other small-scale entrepreneurs and maintaining that products sold meet Shariah standards, such as being halal and providing transparent product information. However, key challenges in implementing Shariah-based regulations include monitoring the dynamic content and transactions on the platform and addressing the use of algorithms that may be unfair or manipulative. To address these challenges, strict yet adaptive regulations are needed to keep up with technological advancements. The academic contribution of this study lies in advancing a more relevant and practical application of Siyasah Syar'iyyah for regulating digital platforms in the modern era. Furthermore, it provides policy recommendations to create a fairer, more transparent e-commerce ecosystem that upholds Shariah values, delivering long-term benefits for society and the global digital industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pendidikan agama Islam pada remaja putus sekolah di Sekolah MTs Al-Hasanah Tanjung Leidong, degan fokus kepada alasan remaja putus sekolah, bagaimana cara mengajar dan pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi remaja putus sekolah. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui profil orang tua remaja putus sekolah, untuk mengetahui remaja tentang pendidikan agama Islam, untuk mengetahui tentang cara mengajar dan penguatan pendidikan agama Islam bagi remaja putus sekolah. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu pada saat pertama kali remaja putus sekolah mereka memiliki perasaan pesimis seperti tidak memiliki arah tujuan, tingkat pendidikan orang tua rendah dan lingkungan kurang mendukung sebab banyak ditemukan penjudi, narkoba, dan pergaulan bebas, akan tetapi dengan seiring berjalannya waktu mereka mampu mencari jalan keluar sehingga mengambil hal-hal positif dan tidak cendrung dengan berpikiran negatif.
