Abstract

Akumulasi logam berat air raksa (Hg) pada organisme merupakan pengetahuan yang penting untuk dipahami oleh anak didik sejak dari jenjang sekolah dasar sampai perguruan tinggi termasuk siswa Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 (MAN 1) Kota Bima. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu tentang bagaimana upaya yang semestinya dilakukan agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan pengetahuan awal tentang Air Raksa (Hg), dan keterampilan yang bagaimankah yang diperlukan sejak awal oleh anak didik MAN 1 Kota Bima agar model Hg dalam tubuh makhluk hidup dapat dipahami dengan sempurna. Tujuan dari kegiatan pelatihan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan model akumulasi air raksa (Hg) bagi anak didik dan juga memberikan keterampilan dan pengetahuan tentang cara untuk menghindari diri dari paparan langsung dengan air raksa dalam kegiatan sehari-hari, sehingga siswa MAN 1 Kota Bima dapat terhindar dari dampak akumulasi air raksa (Hg). Kegiatan pelatihan ini dapat bermanfaat terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman anak didik terhadap model akumulasi logam berat air raksa (Hg). Pelatihan ini juga bermanfaat dalam meningkatnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan anak didik dalam menemukan cara agar dapat menghindari diri dari paparan langsung dengan logam Hg dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Adapun kesimpulan dari pelatihan ini yaitu adanya peningkatan pengertian, pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang akumulasi logan berat Hg dalam tubuh makhluk hidup, termasuk manusia pada peserta didik di MAN 1 Kota Bima yang pada akhirnya dapat mengerti dengan baik tentang model akumulasi logam berat Air Raksa (Hg) pada tubuh makhluk hidup dalam aktifitas kehidupan.

Abstract

The Continuous Professional Development (PKB) Program for teachers is a systematic process of activities that teachers undertake to examine, assess, or reflect on their teaching practices after conducting teaching and learning activities to improve their professional competence. The purpose of this study is to determine the management, implementation, and obstacles of the Continuous Professional Development (PKB) Program through Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in Public Elementary Schools in Babahrot District. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive research. The research subjects are 15 classroom teachers, consisting of 7 classroom teachers who are members of the Teacher Working Group (KKG) at the elementary school level in Babahrot District, Southwest Aceh Regency, 7 school principals, and 1 school supervisor. Data collection techniques used by the researcher are observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that 1) The management of the Continuous Professional Development (PKB) Program through Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in Public Elementary Schools in Babahrot District has not been fully implemented. The planning and organization indicators are good, but the program accountability, which includes KKG activity reports, does not meet the criteria. The evaluation and follow-up indicators have been implemented well. 2) The implementation of the Continuous Professional Development (PKB) Program through Teacher Working Groups (KKG) in Public Elementary Schools in Babahrot District has not been fully optimal. The limited facilities and infrastructure, internet access, and skills in using technology hinder teacher participation in KKG activities. 3) The obstacles in implementing the PKB Program in Public Elementary Schools in Babahrot District are coordinating KKG schedules, limited funding or resources, difficulties in implementing KKG learning into the classroom, and limited internet access or technology skills.

Abstract

This study explores the policy implications of the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform in the contemporary era through the lens of Siyasah Syar'iyyah. As one of the fastest-growing e-commerce platforms, TikTok Shop has significantly influenced the dynamics of digital transactions and interactions between consumers and businesses. However, with the rapid pace of digital transformation, there is a need for policy evaluation that effectively regulates transactions and aligns with Shariah principles. The research adopts an empirical juridical approach, employing field studies and in-depth interviews as the primary methods for data collection. Interviews were conducted with Islamic economic experts, e-commerce practitioners, and relevant policymakers. The findings indicate that existing TikTok Shop policies can be aligned with Siyasah Syar'iyyah principles by emphasizing justice (al-‘adalah) and public benefit (al-Maslahah). This includes ensuring equal opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and other small-scale entrepreneurs and maintaining that products sold meet Shariah standards, such as being halal and providing transparent product information. However, key challenges in implementing Shariah-based regulations include monitoring the dynamic content and transactions on the platform and addressing the use of algorithms that may be unfair or manipulative. To address these challenges, strict yet adaptive regulations are needed to keep up with technological advancements. The academic contribution of this study lies in advancing a more relevant and practical application of Siyasah Syar'iyyah for regulating digital platforms in the modern era. Furthermore, it provides policy recommendations to create a fairer, more transparent e-commerce ecosystem that upholds Shariah values, delivering long-term benefits for society and the global digital industry.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pendidikan agama Islam pada remaja putus sekolah di Sekolah MTs Al-Hasanah Tanjung Leidong, degan fokus kepada alasan remaja putus sekolah, bagaimana cara mengajar dan pelaksanaan Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi remaja putus sekolah. Adapun tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui profil orang tua remaja putus sekolah, untuk mengetahui remaja tentang pendidikan agama Islam, untuk mengetahui tentang cara mengajar dan penguatan pendidikan agama Islam bagi remaja putus sekolah. Metode penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang didapat yaitu pada saat pertama kali remaja putus sekolah mereka memiliki perasaan pesimis seperti tidak memiliki arah tujuan, tingkat pendidikan orang tua rendah dan lingkungan kurang mendukung sebab banyak ditemukan penjudi, narkoba, dan pergaulan bebas, akan tetapi dengan seiring berjalannya waktu mereka mampu mencari jalan keluar sehingga mengambil hal-hal positif dan tidak cendrung dengan berpikiran negatif.

Abstract

Supervision is the practice of keeping an eye on academic activities such as the teaching and learning process, supervising teachers. At the same time, they teach, supervising students while they learn, and monitoring the situations that lead to them. This research aims to investigate the program and the implementation of the collaborative-based principal academic supervision program to improve teacher competency and its challenges at Muamalat Solidarity Boarding School in Aceh Besar District. This study combines both a qualitative and descriptive strategy. The research subjects include school supervisors, principals, and teachers. Data collection methods include observation and interviews. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display, and making conclusions. The results of this study are as follows: 1) The collaborative design of the principal academic supervision program led has the potential to improve teacher competency in the classroom learning process. 2) The collaborative-based academic supervision program led by the school principal was carried out under the Ministry of Education and Culture's (MPPKS-PKG) standards, beginning with supervision planning and ending with evaluation, 3) School supervisors and principals continue to be constrained by a lack of time to conduct academic supervision, and some instructors are still unprepared to be overseen by school supervisors and leaders.

Abstract

The background to this research is that the learning implemented by teachers has not provided optimal learning results on the digestive system material. This research aims to test the influence of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model with audio visual media on the learning outcomes of digestive system material in class XI students at PAB8 Saentis Medan Private High School. The specific aim of this research is to test the differences in learning outcomes on digestive system material between the experimental class which applies the CTL model and the control class and to test whether there is an influence on student learning outcomes in the experimental class using the CTL model. The research method used is the experimental method. The design in this research is a quasi experimental design with a non-equivalent control group design. The population in this study was class XI IPA 3 as the experimental class and XI IPA 4 as the control class. The dependent variable in this research is the learning outcomes in the digestive system material and the independent variable is the CTL learning model. The technique for collecting data on learning outcomes uses multiple choice tests. The research results show that: (1) there are differences in learning outcomes in the experimental class and the control class as shown by the results of the independent samples T-test significance (2-tailed) = 0.036 < 0.05. (2) there is an influence on the learning outcomes of experimental class students who use the CTL model with an average posttest score of 81, which previously was only 69.29. The suggestion is that the CTL learning model with audio visual media should be used as an alternative learning process on digestive system material in schools because it has a positive effect and is applied by teachers to create active learning.

Abstract

This research aims to produce learning media in the form of teaching materials for Class The type of research used is the ADDIE Research and Development model with development stages, namely: (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. The assessment instrument consists of five instruments, namely the validity of the media expert instrument, the validity of the material expert instrument, the practicality test instrument by the teacher, the practicality test instrument by students, and the learning test. Based on the validation results by two validators, the final media validation value was 98.14% with the very valid category, and the final material validation value was 80.30% with the valid category. The practicality score based on the teacher's response was obtained at 87.50% with a very valid category and the student response obtained a score of 81.30% stating that the learning media in the form of teaching materials is very practical to use in learning. Finally, the effectiveness test was obtained based on the student learning outcomes test, it was found that it had an effectiveness of 60.22% with a fairly effective category which was reviewed using the N-Gain effectiveness interpretation category grouping, which means that the e-Module was effectively used in the learning process.

Abstract

This research is based on problems related to teacher performance seen from the perspective of the influence of ethical leadership, teacher capacity building, and school culture. The research objective is to describe: and school culture on teacher performance. (1) ethical leadership has a significant effect on school culture, (2) teacher capacity building has a significant effect on school culture (3) ethical leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) teacher capacity building leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance, ( 5) school culture has a significant effect on teacher performance, (6) ethical leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance through school culture (7) teacher capacity building has a significant effect on teacher performance through school culture and (8) the simultaneous influence of ethical leadership, teacher capacity building on teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative research using an expostfacto approach. The research population was 757 madrasah tsanawiyah teachers in Batubara Regency with a selected sample of 238 spread across 53 madrasas. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire designed with a Likert scale. The research hypothesis was tested using path analyst data analysis techniques. The research results show: (1) ethical leadership has a significant effect on school culture by 45.00%, (2) teacher capacity building has a significant effect on school culture by 66.90%, (3) ethical leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance of 33.00%, (4) teacher capacity building has a significant effect on teacher performance of 59.80%, (5) school culture has a significant effect on teacher performance of 37.50%, (6) ethical leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance through school culture was 61.40%, (7) teacher capacity building had a significant effect on teacher performance through school culture by 65.60%, and (8) ethical leadership, teacher capacity building, school culture simultaneously had an effect on performance Teacher. The findings of this research have the implication that efforts to improve teacher school culture can be done by increasing teacher capacity building among Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers.

Abstract

Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Kerandangan dihuni berbagai jenis flora dan fauna salah satunya burung gosong kaki merah (Megapoda). Burung ini sebarannya terbatas dan memiliki sejumlah keunikan, sarangnya berupa gundukan tanah bentuk lingaran, berdiameter mencapai belasan meter dan tinggi mencapai dua meter, telur dipendam di dalam tanah, sarang dibaangun gotong rotong dan digunakan bersama bersama oleh beberapa ekor induk burung. Keunikan ini merupakan potensi yang besar sebagai atraksi wisata dan sumber belalajr. Namun, potensi ini belum dimanfaat secara optimal, masih sangat terbatas karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan minimnya pengelolaan berbasis konservasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan potensi Megapoda sebagai atraksi wisata berbasis edukasi dan konservasi di TWA Kerandangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan lima orang dosen dari program sarjana Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Mataram. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada 25 orang peserta dari kelompok wisata Kerandangan Forest di Desa Kerandangan. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, pengamatan lapangan, serta evaluasi pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai ekologi Megapoda dan pentingnya pelestarian habitatnya. Selain itu, masyarakat mulai menunjukkan minat dalam mengembangkan wisata edukatif berbasis konservasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju pengelolaan wisata berkelanjutan yang melibatkan masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk melatih mahasiswa melakukan praktik mengajar sebagai persiapan pengenalan lapangan persekolahan. Pelaksanaan pendampingan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab, diawali dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang keterampilan dasar mengajar, yang dituangkan dalam bentuk lembar observasi keterampilan dasar mengajar. Selain itu setiap mahasiswa wajib menyusun modul ajar beserta perangkat pembelajaran yang akan digunakan pada waktu praktik. Penilaian keterampilan dasar mengajar terhadap proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan mahasiswa, dikategorikan menjadi terlaksana dan tidak terlaksana, sehingga dapat ditentukan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan pengenalan lapangan persekolahan. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan semua mahasiswa telah melaksanakan praktik mengajar dan telah menerapkan semua aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar dalam kategori terlaksana. Dapat disimpulkan mahasiswa sudah siap melaksanakan pengenalan lapangan persekolahan terlihat dari terlaksananya keterampilan dasar mengajar dalam praktik mengajar.
