Abstract

This research is based on problems related to teacher performance seen from the perspective of the influence of ethical leadership, teacher capacity building, and school culture. The research objective is to describe: and school culture on teacher performance. (1) ethical leadership has a significant effect on school culture, (2) teacher capacity building has a significant effect on school culture (3) ethical leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance, (4) teacher capacity building leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance, ( 5) school culture has a significant effect on teacher performance, (6) ethical leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance through school culture (7) teacher capacity building has a significant effect on teacher performance through school culture and (8) the simultaneous influence of ethical leadership, teacher capacity building on teacher performance. The research method used is quantitative research using an expostfacto approach. The research population was 757 madrasah tsanawiyah teachers in Batubara Regency with a selected sample of 238 spread across 53 madrasas. The data collection instrument is a questionnaire designed with a Likert scale. The research hypothesis was tested using path analyst data analysis techniques. The research results show: (1) ethical leadership has a significant effect on school culture by 45.00%, (2) teacher capacity building has a significant effect on school culture by 66.90%, (3) ethical leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance of 33.00%, (4) teacher capacity building has a significant effect on teacher performance of 59.80%, (5) school culture has a significant effect on teacher performance of 37.50%, (6) ethical leadership has a significant effect on teacher performance through school culture was 61.40%, (7) teacher capacity building had a significant effect on teacher performance through school culture by 65.60%, and (8) ethical leadership, teacher capacity building, school culture simultaneously had an effect on performance Teacher. The findings of this research have the implication that efforts to improve teacher school culture can be done by increasing teacher capacity building among Madrasah Tsanawiyah teachers.

Abstract

Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Kerandangan dihuni berbagai jenis flora dan fauna salah satunya burung gosong kaki merah (Megapoda). Burung ini sebarannya terbatas dan memiliki sejumlah keunikan, sarangnya berupa gundukan tanah bentuk lingaran, berdiameter mencapai belasan meter dan tinggi mencapai dua meter, telur dipendam di dalam tanah, sarang dibaangun gotong rotong dan digunakan bersama bersama oleh beberapa ekor induk burung. Keunikan ini merupakan potensi yang besar sebagai atraksi wisata dan sumber belalajr. Namun, potensi ini belum dimanfaat secara optimal, masih sangat terbatas karena kurangnya pengetahuan masyarakat dan minimnya pengelolaan berbasis konservasi. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan potensi Megapoda sebagai atraksi wisata berbasis edukasi dan konservasi di TWA Kerandangan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melibatkan lima orang dosen dari program sarjana Pendidikan Biologi FKIP Universitas Mataram. Kegiatan pengabdian ini telah dilakukan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dan pelatihan kepada 25 orang peserta dari kelompok wisata Kerandangan Forest di Desa Kerandangan. Metode kegiatan meliputi sosialisasi, diskusi interaktif, pengamatan lapangan, serta evaluasi pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat mengenai ekologi Megapoda dan pentingnya pelestarian habitatnya. Selain itu, masyarakat mulai menunjukkan minat dalam mengembangkan wisata edukatif berbasis konservasi. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju pengelolaan wisata berkelanjutan yang melibatkan masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk melatih mahasiswa melakukan praktik mengajar sebagai persiapan pengenalan lapangan persekolahan. Pelaksanaan pendampingan dilakukan dengan metode diskusi dan tanya jawab, diawali dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang keterampilan dasar mengajar, yang dituangkan dalam bentuk lembar observasi keterampilan dasar mengajar. Selain itu setiap mahasiswa wajib menyusun modul ajar beserta perangkat pembelajaran yang akan digunakan pada waktu praktik. Penilaian keterampilan dasar mengajar terhadap proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan mahasiswa, dikategorikan menjadi terlaksana dan tidak terlaksana, sehingga dapat ditentukan kesiapan mahasiswa dalam melaksanakan pengenalan lapangan persekolahan. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan semua mahasiswa telah melaksanakan praktik mengajar dan telah menerapkan semua aspek keterampilan dasar mengajar dalam kategori terlaksana. Dapat disimpulkan mahasiswa sudah siap melaksanakan pengenalan lapangan persekolahan terlihat dari terlaksananya keterampilan dasar mengajar dalam praktik mengajar.

Abstract

Akumulasi logam berat seperti Hg yang terjadi pada organisme merupakan pengetahuan yang penting untuk dipahami oleh siswa di semua jenjang jenjang pendidikan termasuk murid-murid Madrasah Tsanawiah Yasim Nata Kabupaten Bima. Pelatihan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berhubungan dengan permasalahan yang dirasakan oleh mitra yaitu tentang bagaimana cara yang harus dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep akumulasi Hg dan bagaimana bentuk keterampilan awal yang diperlukan siswa MTs Yasim Nata Kabupaten Bima agar model tentang akumulasi logam Hg didalam tubuh makhluk hidup dapat dimengerti dengan baik. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan yaitu meningkatkan taraf pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa terhadap model akumulasi Hg siswa dan serta cara mengatasi bahaya yang ditimbulkannya. Secara umum kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa yang menjadi peserta dalam pelatihan ini terhadap model akumulasi Hg dan juga meningkatkan keterampilan peserta mengatasi bahaya Hg. Sebagai kesimpulan yang diperoleh pada pelatihan ini adalah adanya peningkatan taraf penguasaan pengetahuan dan tingkat keterampilan tentang akumulasi Hg didalam tubuh makhluk hidup, terutama didalam tubuh manusia pada siswa MTs Yasim Nata Kabupaten Bima sehingga pada akhirnya bisa mengerti dengan baik tentang model penumpukan logam berat Air Raksa (Hg) didalam jasad hidup dalam rutinitas kehidupannya

Abstract

This article revisits the 2:1 inheritance distribution between men and women through the perspective of mubadalah to find the meaning of equality in Islamic Family Law in Indonesia. This study uses library research methods, with data sources from the Qur'an, hadith, classical fiqh books, tafsir works, contemporary literature, journal articles, and the thoughts of modern scholars on inheritance and gender issues. The analysis was conducted in three steps: 1) examining classical fiqh concepts and the theological basis for the 2:1 inheritance distribution rule; 2) contextualizing the social conditions of early Islamic Arab society with the socio-economic realities of modern Indonesian society; and 3) applying the mubadalah interpretation method as an analytical framework to understand the inheritance verses more substantively. The results of this study show that the 2:1 provision is not an absolute rule, but rather a formulation that arose from the social and cultural structure of early Islamic society. Through the principles of reciprocity, justice, and gender equality, the mubadalah interpretation opens up space for reinterpreting inheritance law to be more adaptive to social and economic dynamics and gender roles in Indonesia. This reinterpretation is a practical necessity for realizing substantive justice in Islamic Family Law, especially when women contribute significantly to family and community life. Thus, reinterpreting the 2:1 inheritance rule is not merely a normative academic discourse but a practical necessity to uphold the values of equality and benefit in Islamic family law in Indonesia, and is in line with the main objectives of Sharia (maqāṣid asy-syarī‘ah) in realizing justice and humanity.

Abstract

(Analysis of Resource Economics and the Environmental Impacts of Mining on Community Welfare) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi ekonomi sektor pertambangan serta dampaknya terhadap lingkungan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat, sekaligus mengidentifikasi strategi pengelolaan berkelanjutan yang dapat meminimalkan kerusakan ekologis tanpa mengurangi manfaat ekonomi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) dengan pendekatan PRISMA. Data diperoleh melalui penelusuran artikel pada basis data Scopus, kemudian diseleksi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi tahun publikasi (2021–2025), relevansi topik, dan kelengkapan akses, yang kemudian dianalisis secara mendalam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pertambangan memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi makro dan penciptaan lapangan kerja, namun manfaatnya tidak selalu terdistribusi merata, terutama bagi masyarakat lokal yang seringkali justru menanggung dampak sosial dan ekologis. Fenomena resource curse terjadi akibat ketergantungan tinggi pada sektor ekstraktif, distribusi keuntungan yang timpang, serta lemahnya tata kelola. Dari sisi lingkungan, aktivitas pertambangan berdampak pada degradasi lahan, pencemaran air dan udara, hilangnya keanekaragaman hayati, hingga risiko kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk itu, strategi pengelolaan berkelanjutan sangat diperlukan melalui penerapan teknologi ramah lingkungan, digitalisasi, penguatan regulasi dan kelembagaan, reklamasi berbasis ekologi, diversifikasi ekonomi lokal, serta pelibatan aktif masyarakat. Abstract This study aims to analyze the economic contribution of the mining sector and its impacts on the environment and community well-being, while also identifying sustainable management strategies that can minimize ecological degradation without reducing economic benefits. The research employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA approach. Data were collected from articles indexed in the Scopus database, which were then selected based on inclusion criteria such as publication year (2021–2025), topical relevance, and accessibility, followed by an in-depth analysis. The findings indicate that mining contributes significantly to macroeconomic growth and job creation; however, these benefits are not always equitably distributed, with local communities often bearing disproportionate social and ecological costs. The phenomenon of the resource curse emerges due to heavy dependence on the extractive sector, unequal distribution of benefits, and weak governance. From an environmental perspective, mining activities lead to land degradation, water and air pollution, biodiversity loss, and increased public health risks. Therefore, sustainable management strategies are essential, including the adoption of environmentally friendly technologies, digitalization, stronger regulations and institutional frameworks, ecological reclamation, local economic diversification, and active community participation.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dengan judul "Penguatan Motivasi Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan melalui Sosialisasi Rekognisi Pembelajaran Lampau (RPL) telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 September 2025 di Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman, Desa Sungai Arah, Kecamatan Kempas. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan motivasi guru serta tenaga kependidikan terhadap program RPL sebagai jalur pengembangan karier akademik. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan sesi tanya jawab dengan melibatkan 23 peserta dari target 25 peserta (tingkat kehadiran 92%). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta tentang RPL sebesar 70.5% (dari 14.25% menjadi 84.75%), dengan 78.3% peserta menyatakan tertarik untuk mengetahui lebih lanjut dan 34.8% berminat mendaftar program RPL. Evaluasi menunjukkan 95% peserta menyatakan materi sangat bermanfaat dan 92% puas dengan keseluruhan kegiatan. Kegiatan ini berhasil membangun kerja sama berkelanjutan antara Program Studi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris FKIP UNISI dengan Madrasah Aliyah Nurul Iman untuk pengembangan SDM pendidikan

Abstract

This study examines the strategic integration of Qur’anic values in contemporary Islamic education amid the dynamics of the disruption era, characterized by digital transformation, socio-cultural change, and shifts in knowledge paradigms. The urgency of internalizing Qur’anic values has intensified in response to growing challenges faced by students, including moral ambiguity, information overload, and declining spiritual awareness. Employing a descriptive qualitative approach based on a literature review, this study analyzes the relevance and implementation strategies of Qur’anic values within modern educational contexts. The findings indicate that core Qur’anic values—such as tawḥīd, integrity, compassion, justice, and social responsibility—serve as fundamental ethical foundations for developing students with holistic competencies. The study further reveals that effective implementation of these values requires transformative pedagogical innovations, including value-based learning, the integration of digital ethics, character-oriented curriculum design, and synergistic collaboration among teachers, families, and educational institutions. Moreover, Qur’an-based digital literacy is identified as a crucial preventive and constructive strategy for addressing digital risks while maximizing technological opportunities in Islamic education. This study concludes that the integration of Qur’anic values is not only relevant but essential for fostering resilient, ethical, and spiritually grounded students capable of navigating the complexities of contemporary life, thereby contributing to the development of holistic and sustainable Islamic education.

Abstract

Islamic family law regulations in Indonesia are still influenced by traditional understandings that tend to be textual-normative, especially in issues of child marriage, polygamy, financial responsibility, child custody, and inheritance distribution. This condition poses challenges in realizing gender justice and the protection of human rights. This study aims to analyze the concept of mubadalah as a humanistic and equitable approach to interpretation, as well as its potential as a basis for the protection of human rights in Islamic family law. This study is a literature study with a normative juridical approach. Data was obtained through a review of legislation, the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI), the Qur’an, hadith, classical books, journal articles, and other relevant literature. The analysis was conducted descriptively and qualitatively by interpreting religious texts contextually. The results of the study show that the concept of mubadalah emphasizes reciprocity, justice, and shared responsibility between men and women. In the context of Islamic family law, this approach emphasizes the protection of children in child marriages, makes justice the benchmark in polygamy, interprets alimony as a shared responsibility, emphasizes joint custody and the best interests of the child, and opens up room for ijtihad in the distribution of inheritance. Thus, the concept of mubadalah can be used as a conceptual basis for reforming Islamic family law to bring it into line with the principles of gender justice and human rights protection. Regulasi Hukum keluarga Islam di Indonesia masih dipengaruhi oleh pemahaman tradisional yang cenderung tekstual-normatif, terutama dalam isu perkawinan anak, poligami, tanggung jawab nafkah, hak asuh anak, dan pembagian harta warisan. Kondisi ini menimbulkan tantangan dalam mewujudkan keadilan gender dan perlindungan hak asasi manusia (HAM). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep mubadalah sebagai pendekatan tafsir yang humanis dan berkeadilan, serta potensinya sebagai landasan perlindungan HAM dalam hukum keluarga Islam. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan yuridis normatif. Data diperoleh melalui kajian terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan, Kompilasi Hukum Islam (KHI), al-Qur’an, hadis, kitab klasik, artikel jurnal, dan literatur relevan lainnya. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menafsirkan teks-teks keagamaan secara kontekstual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep mubadalah menekankan adanya kesalingan, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab bersama antara laki-laki dan perempuan. Dalam konteks hukum keluarga Islam, pendekatan ini menegaskan pada perlindungan anak dalam perkawinan anak, menjadikan keadilan sebagai tolak ukur dalam poligami, memaknai nafkah sebagai tanggung jawab bersama, menitikberatkan hak asuh secara bersamaan dan kepentingan terbaik untuk anak, serta membuka ruang ijtihad dalam pembagian warisan. Dengan demikian, konsep mubadalah dapat dijadikan landasan konseptual dalam pembaruan hukum keluarga Islam agar selaras dengan prinsip keadilan gender dan perlindungan HAM.

Abstract

In an effort to improve the ability to read and write the Qur'an in students, it cannot be separated from the efforts of teachers.
