Abstract

Abstract The implementation of effective recording techniques allows farmers to monitor livestock health more efficiently, identify health issues more quickly, and reduce the incidence of mastitis, which in turn lowers treatment costs and improves the quality of products such as goat milk. However, goat farmers in Kampar Regency, Riau, have not yet adopted good recording techniques. At Fathur Farm, a goat dairy farm, a training session on recording techniques and mastitis prevention was conducted for goat farmers. The methods used in this activity included training and outreach, discussions, and an evaluation at the end. This activity, carried out by lecturers and students from the Animal Science Program at UIN Sultan Syarif Kasim Riau, provided valuable skills in recording techniques and increased farmers' awareness of mastitis prevention, enabling them to apply these practices in their daily routines.

Abstract

The teaching profession holds a strategic role in advancing knowledge and fostering student development. Budi Darma University, as one of the higher education institutions, strives to provide recognition to the best non-computer lecturers, evaluated through measurable criteria such as competence, research output, achievements, educational background, and disciplinary records. However, the similarity of qualifications among lecturers often creates challenges in conducting fair and accurate selection. Therefore, this study applies a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method to assist decision-making in selecting the best non-computer lecturer. The research involved seven lecturers as alternatives and six assessment criteria, with weights determined using the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method. The process included defining alternatives, weighting criteria, normalizing the decision matrix, and calculating MOORA optimization values. The results show that alternative A1, namely Suginam, obtained the highest optimization score of 0.6211, and was therefore designated as the best non-computer lecturer. These findings highlight that the MOORA method can provide objective, transparent, and systematic selection results in decision-making processes. Furthermore, this study demonstrates the flexibility of the MOORA method to be adapted to various selection needs in academic settings, particularly in improving lecturer quality and motivation through performance-based recognition.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan guna mengetahui mengapa Bupati Aceh Selatan dan partai pengusung belum mengusulkan calon Wakil Bupati periode 2018-2023 untuk dipilih dalam rapat Paripurna DPRK/DPRA dan bagaimana ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006 terhadap kekosongan Jabatan Wakil Kepala Daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, kemudian dianalisis dengan deskriptif-analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 2 (dua) faktor penghambat proses pengusulan Wabup Aceh Selatan yaitu faktor politis terhadap keadaan pandemi Covid-19 serta miskomunikasi antara partai pengusung dan Bupati Aceh Selatan dalam penentuan nama calon yang ingin diusulkan. Kemudian faktor lemahnya aturan undang-undang (yuridis) mengenai pengisian Wakil Kepala Daerah sehingga terjadi kelalaian dalam proses pengusulan. Pada akhirnya, proses untuk pengisian kekosongan jabatan Wakil Bupati Aceh Selatan tidak terselesaikan. Kekosongan jabatan Wakil Bupati Aceh Selatan menyalahi Pasal 54 ayat (3) Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2006 tentang Pemerintahan Aceh (UUPA).

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada bagaimana media digital bisa diaplikasikan dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) pada SMA Swasta Budi Agung Medan.  Pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan pengumpulan data didapatkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa guru dapat menyampaikan materi PAI dengan lebih mudah dipahami dan menarik dengan media digital seperti video pembelajaran, PowerPoint, dan aplikasi interaktif.  Siswa menjadi lebih terlibat dan termotivasi, dan kelas menjadi lebih interaktif.  Meskipun demikian, ada beberapa masalah yang perlu ditangani. Ini termasuk keterbatasan fasilitas, ketidakmampuan semua guru untuk menggunakan teknologi, dan ketidakmampuan semua siswa untuk memiliki perangkat digital pribadi.  Oleh karena itu, guru dan sekolah terus mencari cara terbaik untuk memaksimalkan proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the efforts, supporting factors, and inhibiting factors in shaping the discipline character in worshiping Muhammadiyah Lubuk Pakam Junior High School students. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method to be able to describe the data obtained in more depth, and this type of research is field research. Data collection in this study was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are the efforts made by Islamic religious education teachers in shaping the character of discipline in student worship, namely through teaching about the importance of prayer, by holding religious programs such as the night of fostering faith and taqwa (mabit) and dauroh al-Qur'an, then by doing habituation to students and sanctions so that students are disciplined in worship.

Abstract

Pendidikan memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk watak dan kepribadian siswa agar mampu menyesuaikan diri serta berkontribusi bagi masyarakat, bangsa, dan negara. Salah satu upaya peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran matematika adalah dengan menerapkan teknik Probing Prompting, yang menekankan penggunaan pertanyaan penggali dan penuntun untuk mengaktifkan proses berpikir siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan teknik Probing Prompting terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas VII MTs Muhammadiyah Lawang III Balai tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan desain Randomized Control Group Only Design atau The Static Group Comparison Design. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII, dengan dua kelas dipilih secara acak: kelas VII.2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VII.3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis (uji-t). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran matematika menggunakan teknik Probing Prompting memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan pembelajaran konvensional. Nilai rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen adalah 72,17 dengan ketuntasan 57,14%, sedangkan kelas kontrol memiliki rata-rata 62,53 dengan ketuntasan 36,66%. Berdasarkan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung = 2,14 > ttabel = 1,67 dan p-value 0,042 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan penerapan teknik Probing Prompting terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa teknik Probing Prompting efektif digunakan sebagai alternatif strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterlibatan aktif dan pemahaman konseptual siswa dalam matematika..

Abstract

In any organization, human resources are very important in carrying out activities carried out by the organization, because human resources function as a stepping stone for the organization to achieve its business success goals. This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Environment, Integrity and Work Flexibility on Job Satisfaction with Competence as an Intervening Variable at the Representative Office of Bank Indonesia, North Sumatra Province. The results of this study are as follows: Work Flexibility has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.095 and p values 0.316. Work Flexibility has a positive and significant effect on Competence with an original sample value of 0.427 and p values 0.000. Integrity has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.085 and p values 0.365. Integrity has a positive and significant effect on competence with an original sample value of 0.347 and p values 0.002. Competence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction with an original sample value of 0.520 and p values of 0.026. Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction with a value of 0.108 p values 0.272. Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Competence with an original sample value of 0.191 and p values 0.032. Work Flexibility has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction through Competence with an original sample value of 0.222 and p values 0.052. Integrity has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction through Competence with an original sample value of 0.181 and p values 0.058. Work Environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Job Satisfaction through Competence with an original sample value of 0.100 and p values 0.106.

Abstract

Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang telah dilakukan, hasil belajar kognitif peserta didik di SMAN 8 Mataram pada mata pelajaran Biologi masih belum mencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimum (KKM).  Sehingga dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan open-ended question dalam model pembelajaran Problame Based Learning (PBL) terhadap hasil belajar kognitif pada materi ekosistem kelas X IIS 2 SMAN 8 Mataram. Subyek penelitian berjumlah 30 orang yang teridiri dari 14 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan. Pelaksanaan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode Lesson Study yang terdiri dari 2 siklus yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan refleksi. Data penelitian berupa hasil belajar kognitif yang diambil dengan teknik tes pilihan ganda dan essay. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pada siklus I nilai ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik 67% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan kognitif 74. Pada siklus II nilai ketuntasan klasikal peserta didik 83% dengan nilai rata-rata kemampuan kognitif 84. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan Open-ended question dalam model pembelajaran PBL dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik.

Abstract

This study aims to improve learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the application of a sharing learning model and the use of audio-visual media. The sharing model allows students to interact, discuss, and share understanding with peers, while audio-visual media plays a role in clarifying abstract concepts, so that learning becomes more interesting, interactive, and easy to understand. The research method used is classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative and quantitative approach. The subjects of the study consisted of students who had difficulty understanding PAI material when using conventional methods. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and learning outcome tests before and after the implementation of the method. The results of the study showed a significant increase in students' understanding of PAI material. This is reflected in the increase in students' average scores, increased active participation in class discussions, and increased learning motivation. In addition, students become more confident in expressing their opinions, more active in discussions, and have the courage to exchange ideas with classmates. Another advantage of this method is its ability to develop students' critical and collaborative thinking skills. Thus, the application of the sharing model combined with audio-visual media has proven to be an effective learning strategy in improving PAI learning outcomes. This method also creates a more dynamic, enjoyable learning environment and increases student involvement in the overall learning process

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of using interactive media in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning on students' learning interest at SMP Negeri 2 Sipispis. The background of this study is based on the low interest in learning of students as reflected in the lack of active participation and enthusiasm in participating in PAI learning. The use of interactive media is expected to be a solution to overcome this challenge and create a more interesting learning atmosphere. This study uses a quantitative method with an experimental approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, observations, and interviews to measure the level of students' learning interest before and after the use of interactive media. The research sample involved grade VIII students who were selected randomly. Data analysis was carried out using statistical tests to see significant differences between conditions before and after the intervention. The results showed that the use of interactive media, such as learning videos, online quizzes, and material simulations, significantly increased students' learning interest. This increase can be seen from the increasing activity of students in discussions, increasing curiosity, and the ease of students in understanding teaching materials. These findings indicate that the integration of technology in PAI learning can strengthen students' intrinsic motivation and support a more meaningful learning process. Therefore, it is recommended for teachers to continue to develop technology-based learning innovations in order to create a conducive learning environment that is in accordance with the characteristics of the current digital generation
