Abstract

Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 18 of 2012 concerning Food mandates the preparation of safe food consumption that can be done with hygiene. One party that can play a role in ensuring safe food consumption is the Catering Service provider. Unfortunately, most catering entrepreneurs in Indonesia do not understand the hygiene requirements that are closely related to health. Hygiene behavior in food handlers greatly affects the quality of catering food. From the researcher's initial survey, there were several catering services that had poor hygiene behavior. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the hygiene behavior of food handlers in the Cikarang catering service, Bekasi Regency in 2024. This study is a quantitative cross-sectional design study. The sample of this study was 100 food handlers in the Cikarang Bekasi catering service. Data collection was carried out by interview using a questionnaire. The analysis of this study was univariate, bivariate and multivariate. The univariate results showed that most respondents had poor food handler hygiene behavior (65.0%). Bivariate results showed a relationship between education, knowledge, attitude, PPE, facilities and infrastructure, superior support, friend support, counseling with food handler hygiene behavior (P <0.05). Multivariate results showed that the PPE variable was the dominant variable that influenced food handler hygiene behavior with OR 174 (95%CI 21-1432). Conduct routine socialization and counseling of food handler hygiene. Counseling can be carried out by the health center.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the evolution of forestry licensing regulations before and after the enactment of the Job Creation Law (CK Law). Utilizing a normative juridical approach, this study examines conceptual, statutory, and historical aspects of forestry law. The findings reveal that the politics surrounding forestry law significantly impact the balance between investment-driven economic interests and the preservation of sustainable forest cover. Prior regulatory issues in forest management remain unaddressed by the CK Law, which primarily emphasizes the exploitation of forest resources. This focus could exacerbate carbon emissions as forest utilization investments increase. While the changes introduced by the CK Law are designed to boost investment by simplifying licensing procedures, permitting multi-business activities, and facilitating foreign investment, they also present challenges for natural resource management. The revisions dilute commitments to forest conservation, reinforce disparities in forest product utilization between large corporations and local communities, and marginalize traditional forest-dependent populations. The novelty of this research lies in its critical examination of how legal reforms aimed at economic growth may unintentionally undermine long-term environmental sustainability and social equity. The urgency of this issue is highlighted by the potential long-term consequences of these legal changes on both environmental health and community welfare. This study contributes to the broader discourse on balancing economic development with environmental protection in Indonesia’s forestry sector.

Abstract

The development of information technology at this time has created many changes in life in society, the presence of artificial intelligence (A.I) in the midst of human life activities has provided many benefits both in aspects, so that today's society is very dependent on A.I which is considered very helpful in its work. Of course it can be seen that A.I also does the same thing as humans and has a positive impact and a negative impact on human life, where every aspect has a great impact on human life. The formulation of the problem in this study is the regulation of the use of artificial intelligence in Indonesia at this time and the Urgency of Criminal Responsibility of Artificial Intelligence as Perpetrators of Cybercrime. This research belongs to the normative legal research type. and the nature of this research is descriptive analysis. The results of the discussion in this study found that the A.I Regulation at this time is not specifically regulated by the law on A.I, but is regulated in the ITE law, namely in article 1 number 8 concerning electronic agents, where electronic agents are interpreted as A.I by analogy with the meaning of the word "automatic", then the next discussion is about the criminal responsibility of artificial intelligence as cyber criminals is a very important study for The lack of discussion on the use of A.I in Indonesian state regulations raises concerns in the public about the increasing potential for violations of the law and crime by these entities

Abstract

Abstract

This study aims to analyze students' difficulties in solving physics problems at SMA Negeri 10 Makassar using Polya's method. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this research involved 248 twelfth-grade science students, who completed essay tests to assess their abilities in the four stages of Polya’s problem-solving process: understanding the problem, devising a plan, carrying out the plan, and looking back. The results show that in the understanding the problem stage, 28% of students faced high difficulty, mainly in identifying key information. In the devising a plan stage, 44% struggled, especially in selecting appropriate strategies and formulas. In the carrying out the plan stage, 10% encountered difficulties, particularly in calculations. The greatest challenge was in the looking back stage, where 75% of students failed to review their answers, due to a lack of habit in verifying solutions. Overall, the devising a plan and looking back stages were the most challenging. Therefore, more effective learning strategies, such as intensive practice, problem-based learning, and fostering answer verification habits, are needed to enhance students' problem-solving skills in physics.

Abstract

Third Party Funds (TPF) play a crucial role as the main source of financing for the banking sector, as they determine a bank’s liquidity position and its ability to perform intermediation functions. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), as one of the leading banks in Indonesia with a strong focus on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), faces fluctuating growth in Third Party Funds due to changing economic conditions. This study aims to analyze the historical pattern and forecast the growth of BRI’s Third Party Funds using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) model based on public data published by the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). This research adopts a quantitative approach with time series analysis. The analytical stages include descriptive analysis, stationarity testing using the Augmented Dickey-Fuller (ADF) test, ARIMA model identification and estimation, diagnostic testing, and forecasting. The results indicate that the growth of BRI’s Third Party Funds can be effectively modeled using the ARIMA approach after achieving stationarity. The selected ARIMA model successfully captures historical fluctuations and provides relatively stable short-term forecasts of Third Party Fund growth. These findings suggest that the ARIMA model based on publicly available BPS data is a reliable forecasting tool for supporting strategic planning and liquidity management in the banking sector. This study is expected to contribute empirically to the literature on financial time series forecasting and banking performance analysis.

Abstract

The ability to write narrative texts is a fundamental competency in Indonesian language learning, but various field findings show that junior high school students still face difficulties in determining ideas, developing plots, and comprehensively understanding narrative structures. In this context, the integration of learning technologies that are sensitive to local culture is an urgent need. This study aims to develop and implement the Cerita Huma Betang Application as a medium for learning narrative writing that combines the power of digital literacy with the local wisdom of Central Kalimantan. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with 30 eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 6 Palangka Raya as test subjects. The results of the study show that this application contributes significantly to improving students' writing skills. The Read feature, which presents folk tales such as the Legend of Riam Mangkikit and others, has proven to be effective in helping students understand the patterns of orientation, complication, and resolution. The Selecting feature plays a role in facilitating students in choosing themes, characters, settings, and cultural values, so that the writing process becomes more focused. Data showed that 86.7% of students were able to produce more coherent, logical, and creative narrative texts after using the application. In addition, student response to the application has been very positive; its simple display, intuitive navigation, and digital writing space allow students to work more independently. Thus, the Cerita Huma Betang application is considered effective, practical, and relevant as a medium for learning narrative writing based on local culture, as well as being able to support the strengthening of students' digital literacy in the era of modern learning.
