Abstract

Pembelajaran sejarah memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kesadaran kritis dan identitas kebangsaan siswa. Namun, representasi gender dalam materi ajar sejarah masih menunjukkan ketimpangan yang signifikan, terutama dalam penggambaran tokoh dan narasi yang cenderung androcentris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis representasi gender dalam pembelajaran sejarah serta merumuskan strategi pedagogis yang responsif gender. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, mengkaji buku ajar, artikel ilmiah, dan dokumen terkait yang relevan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dominasi narasi maskulin dalam materi sejarah, bias gender dalam historiografi, serta ketimpangan visual dan konten dalam buku teks. Ketidakseimbangan ini berpotensi membentuk stereotip gender pada siswa dan mempersempit pemahaman sejarah secara kritis. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengembangan model pembelajaran sejarah yang lebih inklusif dengan perspektif gender, melalui revisi materi ajar dan penerapan strategi pedagogis kritis-feministis. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi kontribusi penting dalam mendorong praktik pendidikan sejarah yang adil gender dan merepresentasikan keberagaman pengalaman manusia secara lebih proporsional.

Abstract

This research aims to determine integrated learning policies and programs in improving the quality of student learning at SMPN 3 Ingin Jaya, The research method used is a qualitative method, Metode dalam penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif, research procedures that use descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from people and actors observed through observations and interviews. The research subjects were the principal, 2 teachers and 3 3rd grade students. The research results show: 1) policies implemented in schools SMP 3 Ingin Jaya Where every student is obliged to memorize Joz 30 and have noble character, The learning model used at SMPN 3 Ingin Jaya is for tahfiz learning using the Talqin model, Meanwhile, for early learning, the problem best learning model is used.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Sufi nuances of al-Naisaburi's interpretation model of the story of the Qur'an in the book of interpretation Ghara'ib al-Qur'an wa Ragha'ib al-Furqan. The Sufi approach in interpreting the Qur'an has raised pros and cons, but this is not a signal to be a priori with this kind of interpretation model. So far, the presentation of the story of the Qur'an has been dominated by a textual interpretation model. In fact, by revealing the story of the Qur'an from the inner side, it will provide new colors and nuances in understanding the wisdom behind the narrative of the story in the Qur'an. By using a descriptive-analytical method, this study describes and analyzes the results of al-Naisaburi's interpretation related to the story of the prophet Moses. The results of this study indicate that the portrait of al-Naibari's interpretation of QS. al-Baqarah: 67-68 shows his skill in combining the literal and inner meanings of a verse. Reading the story in the Qur'an feels less effective in life if it is only to know the chronological flow of an event that occurred in the past by only paying attention to its textual meaning. However, if the verses of the story in the Qur'an are explored with Sufi reason, then the inner meaning contained in it will be seen which is full of wisdom and deep knowledge of the events that occurred in the story.

Abstract

This study examines the impact of domestic investment and human capital on three key regional economic development challenges—income inequality, poverty, and unemployment—across ten provinces in Sumatra during the period 2010–2023. Using a panel data regression model and moderation regression analysis (MRA), the research also investigates the moderating role of fiscal and monetary policy mixes. The results indicate that domestic investment is significantly and negatively associated with income inequality and unemployment; however, its effect on poverty is statistically insignificant. Human capital, proxied by the Human Development Index (HDI), shows a significant negative effect on both income inequality and poverty, but a significant positive effect on unemployment. Monetary policy, proxied by the BI rate, has a significant positive impact on income inequality and unemployment, with no significant influence on poverty. Additionally, monetary policy is found to weaken the effect of domestic investment in reducing both income inequality and unemployment. Fiscal policy, represented by government spending, has a significant negative effect on poverty and a significant positive effect on unemployment, while showing no significant impact on income inequality. Moreover, fiscal policy strengthens the effect of HDI in reducing inequality and poverty, while simultaneously weakening its effect in increasing unemployment.

Abstract

Dedak padi pada saat ini susah untuk didapatkan karena bersaing dengan berbagai kebutuhan ternak unggas. Kulit kacang merupakan limbah pertanian yang memiliki potensi sebagai pakan ternak yaitu harga yang murah dan kandungan protein sebesar 12,61%, namun belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar kemampuan subtitusi dedak padi menggunakan kulit kacang tanah untuk mengoptimalkan kecernaan ransum pada ternak sapi potong. Penelitian menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok terdiri dari 3 perlakuan, dan 3 kelompok berdasarkan bobot badan sebagai  ulangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 9 ekor sapi bali jantan berumur  ± 2,5 tahun dengan bobot badan ± 240 kg. Susunan perlakuan yaitu:  T0= 40% Rumput gajah + 60% Konsentrat (40% tumpi jagung + 60% dedak padi); T1= 40% Rumput gajah + 60% Konsentrat (40% tumpi jagung+30% kulit kacang+30% dedak padi);T2= 40% Rumput gajah + 60% Konsentrat (40% tumpi jagung + 60% Kulit Kacang). Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini yaitu kecernaan bahan kering dan bahan organik. Kecernaan bahan kering meningkat seiring dengan peningkatan level subtitusi dedak padi menggunakan kulit kacang tanah (P<0,05). Kecernaan bahan organik tidak dipengaruhi oleh perbedaan level subtitusi dedak padi menggunakan kulit kacang tanah (P>0,05).  Kesimpulan dari peneltian ini adalah subtitusi dedak padi menggunakan kulit kacang tanah dapat dilakukan sampai dengan 100% yaitu 36% dari total ransum jika ditinjau dari nilai kecernaan bahan kering.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi metode diskusi dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) di SMP Negeri 17 Bombana. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode diskusi diterapkan melalui pembelajaran kelompok kecil yang interaktif, dengan guru berperan sebagai fasilitator. Siswa menunjukkan partisipasi aktif dalam menyampaikan pendapat dan berdiskusi mengenai materi keagamaan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu, rendahnya kesiapan siswa, serta tantangan dalam pengelolaan kelas. Guru mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan strategi seperti panduan diskusi, pengelompokan heterogen, serta pengawasan aktif selama kegiatan berlangsung. Kesimpulannya, metode diskusi efektif dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI, meskipun memerlukan perencanaan dan pengelolaan yang matang

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research with the research population being the people of Te'moane Village, Tomia District, Wakatobi Regency. As a qualitative research, the instruments used are also qualitative instruments, observation, interviews and. Therefore, in collecting data using qualitative instruments as above using observation, interviews and documentation to determine the condition of the research object in addition to that in qualitative data analysis including: editing, categorization, tabulation and interpretation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The participation of the Te'moane community in developing Islamic education at the Al-Munawarah Tomia Islamic Senior High School is by forming Aqidah, Morals of Muammalah, then involving children in religious studies or TPQ, then always helping when there are school renovation activities, the community always helps in the form of manpower, 2) Obstacles in developing Islamic education at the Al-Munawarah Tomia Islamic Senior High School are as follows. The first is the limited number of Islamic religious education teachers, the second is the availability of inadequate facilities and infrastructure and the third is from the students themselves who have very minimal knowledge about Islamic education because they were not provided with informal education before.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan model pembelajaran course riview horay dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Adapun jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif. Data yang diperoleh dan diolah merupakah hasil penilaian soal pre-test dan post-test siswa kelas XI F4 SMAN 26 Bone. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, tes dan dokumentasi dengan terjun langsung ke lokasi penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh penulis adalah terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran course review horay pada siswa kelas XI F4 di SMA 26 Bone dengan nilai thitung > ttabel atau 27,140 > 1,693 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian, Ha diterima. Selain itu, analisis data menunjukkan bahwa semua siswa mengalami peningkatan nilai yang signifikan setelah penerapan model pembelajaran course review horay dengan rata-rata nilai pre-test sebelum penerapan model adalah 40,94, sementara rata-rata nilai post-test meningkat menjadi 82,97. Selisih antara rata-rata nilai pre-test dan post-test adalah 42,03 yang menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebiasaan menghadiri pesta joget terhadap nilai pendidikan agama islam (PAI) pada siswa kelas 6 SD Negeri 1 Mata Kecamatan Kambowa, Kabupaten Buton Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas 6 yang berjumlah 20 orang, dan teknik pengambilan sampel di lakukan secara total sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket untuk mengukur frekuensi, durasi, dan intensitas keterlibatan siswa dalam pesta joget, serta dokumentasi nilai PAI siswa. Hasil analisis regresi linear menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara keterlibatan dalam pesta joget terhadap nilai PAI siswa. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,815 menunjukan bahwa 81,5% variasi nilai PAI siswa dapat dijelaskan oleh kebiasaan menghadiri pesta joget. Koefisien regresi sebesar -1,142 menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi keterlibatan siswa dalam pesta joget, maka semakin rendah nilai PAI yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pesta joget memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap penurunan nilai akademik Pendidikan Agama Islam. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengawasan yang lebih ketat dari pihak sekolah, orang tua, dan masyarakat agar siswa dapat lebih fokus dalam kegiatan belajar, khususnya dalam penguatan nilai-nilai keagamaan.

Abstract

Female workers in the manufacturing sector in Batam City often face challenges in financial planning, particularly regarding pension funds. Lack of knowledge and information about the importance of pension funds, coupled with limited awareness campaigns, result in many workers not participating in pension programs. Additionally, a work culture focused on short-term targets often leads female workers in this sector to view long-term financial planning, such as retirement, as less important. This study aims to investigate and analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of framing effect, mental accounting, and financial decisions on the effectiveness of pension funds among female workers in manufacturing companies in Batam City. This study employs causal associative research, and the research method used is quantitative. The population in this study consists of all female workers in manufacturing companies in Batam City, whose exact number is unknown. Four manufacturing companies were randomly selected, and 50 respondents were selected from each company. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with purposive sampling techniques, with several criteria including women aged 40-50 years with a minimum of 1 year of work experience and companies employing more than 250 workers. The sample size for this study was 200 respondents. The data were analyzed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that the framing effect partially influences the effectiveness of pension funds, mental accounting partially influences the effectiveness of pension funds, financial decisions partially influence the effectiveness of pension funds, and the framing effect, mental accounting, and financial decisions simultaneously influence the effectiveness of pension funds. The adjusted R-squared value of 0.728 can be referred to as the coefficient of determination, This means that 0.741 (74.1%) of the effectiveness of pension funds can be obtained and explained by the framing effect, mental accounting, and financial decisions, while the remaining 25.3% (100% - 74.1% = 25.3%) is explained by variables outside the model that were not studied.
