Abstract

Quality academic services provide a conducive and supportive learning environment for all education customers at every level of education, and primary schools are no exception. However, the facts in the field show that there are still complaints from teachers, students, and parents regarding academic services in elementary schools. This study aims to analyze the level of academic service quality in elementary schools in Sumedang Regency, focusing on the five main dimensions of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. This research is a quantitative study using a survey method involving 50 elementary school teachers. The results showed that the quality of academic services in elementary schools in Sumedang Regency fulfills five dimensions with an average of high quality and has been able to meet the expectations and needs of teachers, resulting in satisfaction and good perceptions in the implementation of effective and efficient academic services even though the dimensions of reliability, empathy, and tangibles still need improvement. This research is expected to contribute to schools’ supporting decision-making and determining solutions in more specific areas to realize quality academic services.

Abstract

The modernization era now causes a loss of morale or boundaries between societies in the world. We can know many cultures or technologies that are growing rapidly in Indonesia. Of course, with the role of this development, it can facilitate human activities in everyday life. However, behind this comes the bad effects, for example, the rise of radicalism, intolerance, and so on. If we can't filter it out, we're afraid we might fall into negativity. In this world of education to overcome the adverse effects of modernization, we need to prioritize character education in children, especially in basic education. In this study, researchers will describe how important character education is in the modernization era, the causes of radicalism and efforts to solve it in the school environment, and what programs are relevant to overcome radicalism through character education. This research method uses descriptive qualitative, with collection techniques based on observations, interviews, and literature reviews that are database through google scholar.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is currently very rapid and free competition between countries from all fields, one of which is education. Education personnel and students are guided to keep up with the times in the times in the development of the education curriculum. The study aims to explain and provide an overview of digital technology-based curriculum development at SMPN YPM 2 Sukodono. The application of the method used in this research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. For data collection techniques, namely by direct research through observation, and interviews then using literature study techniques. In this study, the interview subject was the vice principal of curriculum affairs at SMPN YPM 2 Sukodono. The results obtained in this study indicate that: 1) The application of digital technology in curriculum development at SMPN YPM 2 Sukodono, 2) The role and purpose of digital technology at SMPN YPM 2 Sukodono, 3) Challenges faced in the application of digital technology, 4) Stakeholder relationships in digital technology-based curriculum development. So the conclucion that can be obtained is that the researcher hopes that this research can be useful and beneficial for school principals in developing a digital-based curriculum that is getting better in the future.

Abstract

The educational process in learning activities or in the classroom can run smoothly, comfortably and interactively if it is based on a good basic program. Education can be carried out well if the curriculum is used as the main tool to support the teaching and learning process, one of the government's efforts to improve the quality of education through program innovation. Curriculum research is one of the factors and ways to facilitate the implementation of education to achieve the stated goals. The school curriculum is an important part of education because it regulates the entire educational process from planning to assessment. The program development process includes the steps necessary to develop a program; can also be understood as steps to create a program or improve an existing program. The method used in preparing this article is qualitative by collecting data using interview and observation techniques related to curriculum development management. As a result, you can understand the curriculum development process so you know the steps taken to develop the curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Taman Sidoarjoand substantiated in the main text and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.

Abstract

Non-formal education is present as an effort in a more special learning process, namely increasing the potential of students who are more special. Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdhatul Ulama KH Mukmin is a non-formal educational institution based on aswaja. In the ibtidaiyah madrasah, it is tentative to develop a curriculum for the institution in the future. The purpose of writing this article is to find out what type of curriculum is used in this Madrasah and find out how the implications of using the curriculum used on school management in this Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research method of this article uses a qualitative approach which conducts data collection directly through interviews. The results show that this school uses the Merdeka curriculum with a curriculum development process using planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling stages. The implications of using the Merdeka curriculum in madrasah are more effectively used and learning becomes more detailed. The independent curriculum emphasizes project-based learning, focuses on important material, and is more flexible in learning. The independent curriculum also provides opportunities for students to develop their talents and skills, especially in the field of technology.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the development of the curriculum in a school and what are the obstacles in the implementation of the curriculum. As well as how the evaluation is done in dealing with existing obstacles. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods and literature review systems. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the curriculum has not been evenly distributed but is going well with the P5 activities.

Abstract

Integrated Curriculum Management refers to planning, developing, implementing and assessing curriculum in educational institutions by identifying learning objectives, teaching materials, teaching methods and reference materials that will be used in the curriculum. The purpose of this article is to examine the curriculum management system at school Creative SD Muhammadyah 20 Surabaya. This includes developing, implementing and evaluating curricula to increase their effectiveness. By using Qualitative Descriptive Methodology as well as Observational Data Collection Methods and Literature Review, the research results show that: (1) Curriculum that supports faith, noble morals, extracurricular and scouting programs (2) Aspects that are relevant to the Education Implementation Report (3) The influence of the curriculum on student growth in primary and secondary schools. Curriculum management includes planning, developing, implementing and assessing curriculum at school or at home. In this abstract, topics will generally be discussed such as curriculum planning, curriculum selection, curriculum implementation, resource management, how the curriculum is implemented in schools, improving the curriculum, the advantages and disadvantages of the curriculum, and how to overcome the shortcomings that occur. , how does the curriculum affect schools, what are the positive and negative impacts of the curriculum, and how to evaluate it to increase its effectiveness.

Abstract

Pentingnya analisis kebutuhan yang komprehensif untuk menentukan tujuan pembelajaran yang relevan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran kelas rangkap.. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi penerapan prinsip manajemen POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling) dalam pembelajaran kelas rangkap di Sanggar Bimbingan Malaysia. Dengan menghadapi tantangan keterbatasan sumber daya dan kebutuhan siswa yang beragam, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian literatur untuk menganalisis studi terkait. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan terstruktur berbasis kebutuhan siswa, pengorganisasian sumber daya yang efektif, pelaksanaan pembelajaran inovatif, dan monitoring sistematis meningkatkan efektivitas pembelajaran. Dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan kolaboratif dan berbasis budaya, manajemen POAC mendukung peningkatan keterlibatan dan hasil belajar siswa. Penelitian ini memperluas pemahaman tentang manajemen pendidikan nonformal dan memberikan rekomendasi praktis untuk mengoptimalkan model pembelajaran kelas rangkap dalam konteks keterbatasan sumber daya

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent of financial management and interesting things in improving the quality of learning at SD Islam Roudhotul Muttaqin. Schools have the duty to manage school finances based on the principles of financial management can be utilized optimally. School financial management is based on the principles contained in article 48 of the 2003 Law on the National Education System, namely the principles of justice, efficiency, transparency, and public accountability. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative methods, direct observation and interviews with related parties, namely the Principal and Treasurer. In managing this finance, SD Islam Roudhotul Muttaqin has agreed to plan, manage, implement, report, and evaluate. Relevant matters related to financial management and learning quality, namely through the collaboration program currently being carried out by SD Islam Roudhotul Muttaqin with other Non-Formal Education Institutions hereby have a positive impact on all parties, teachers, schools, students, and parents.

Abstract

Transformational leadership, as one of the most studied leadership theories, has great potential to support and strengthen the implementation of multicultural education. Transformational leadership is characterized by a leader's ability to inspire, motivate and empower followers to achieve positive change and improved performance. Multicultural education is urgently implemented in Indonesia by considering the diversity of cultures, ethnicities, races and religions that surround it. This article discusses a school leadership model that is expected to design, foster, implement and maintain a multicultural culture in schools which in turn can form students' personalities who are friendly and respectful of differences and diversity. The author uses the literature study method by reviewing 20 journals divided into 10 national and 10 international journals. Data collection is done by sorting reference sources and scientific literature related to theories of school leadership, transformational leadership models and multicultural education, then reviewing and analyzing and presenting them in a systematic arrangement. The conclusion in this article states that transformational leadership by school principals is very important to improve the quality of education and encourage continuous improvement in schools. Principals' exemplary behaviors, such as punctuality, cleanliness and proactive problem-solving, earn them respect and positively influence school culture. Multicultural leadership in schools is interpreted as the extent to which principals implement policies, regulations and initiatives that promote a multicultural culture that is not limited to written documents but also includes the enforcement of rules and regulations.
