Abstract

Sablon plastisol saat ini menjadi sablon standar internasional yang juga paling sering direkomendasikan untuk sablon kaos. Alat pengering tinta plastisol umumnya menggunakan Hot gun, Flash curing, dan Curing gas, namun semua alat tersebut memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menghitung nilai efisiensi mesin pengering tinta sablon menggunakan lampu carbon fiber. Pada penelitian ini peneliti mendeskripsikan bagaimana perancangan mesin pengering tinta sablon dan menganalisa efisiensi mesin pengering tinta sablon. Metode penelitian ini mengadopsi metode R&D (research and development). Pengujian alat menggunakan metode observasi dan angket dengan mengajukan beberapa pertanyaan atau angket, meliputi pengujian fungsional alat dan pengujian kesesuaian alat untuk verifier. Rata-rata hasil pengumpulan data yang diperlukan untuk pengeringan tinta sablon plastisol ukuran A4 kurang dari 1 menit dengan suhu yang dihasilkan mencapai 400ᵒC. Efisiensi arus yang dihasilkan mesin pengering tinta sablon mencapai 96% karena tidak terjadi kebocoran arus, sedangkan nilai efisiensi termal mesin pengering tinta sablon mencapai 45,4% karena memiliki desain yang tebuka sehingga menyebabkan ada panas yang terbuang.

Abstract

Tungku krusibel yaitu tempat yang mempunyai bentuk menyerupai mangkuk atau pot berfungsi meleburkan logam ringan seperti aluminium. prinsip dari tungku krusibel adalah gas yang keluar dari tabung LPG yang disemburkan melalui kompor pada saat masuk ruang tungku dalam keadaan hidup. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bedasarkan proses pengujian tungku peleburan aluminium menggunakan bahan bakar LPG pada pengujian pertama, kedua, ketiga, dan kempat kami menunjukkan bahwa kosumsi bahan bakar yang dibutuhkan untuk meleburkan aluminium sebanyak 2 kg sebesar 738 gram sedangkan suhu yang dibutuhkan sebesar 707,25 oC dan waktu peleburan selama 27:51:00 detik. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah metode riset dan pengembangan, uji kinerja dilakukan setelah seluruh komponen tungku krusibel tersedia, terpasang dan berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out more about how student management at Al-Hijrah Islamic Junior High School can help improve student discipline. This study used a qualitative methodology with a descriptive qualitative approach. The researcher used observation, interview, and documentation methods to collect data for this study. Data analysis began with data collection, reduction, storage, and verification. The researcher also used data triangulation methods to ensure that the data was correct. This study shows that student management at Al-Hijrah Islamic Junior High School includes planning, acceptance, grouping, attendance, training, class promotion, transfer, graduation, alumni, extracurricular activities, and services. To maintain student discipline, there are rules and regulations. Students who violate the rules or regulations will be assessed through a point weighting system. To improve student discipline, there are student guardian meetings, stamped work agreements, student grouping based on supervising teachers, student attendance lists, letters of reprimand or warning, letters of permission to leave lessons, and security guard permit cards. Students work together with the person in charge of each planned activity when doing it. Some of the services offered by the school include health services, library, guidance counseling, transportation, and canteen to help student management. Students must obey school rules to improve discipline. if students violate school rules, they will get points. Each violation is given different points, and students will be returned to others after getting 100 points.

Abstract

Epistemology as a branch of philosophy that studies the nature, sources, and limits of knowledge, plays a central role in human life, especially in understanding reality, solving problems, and advancing scientific knowledge. This study aims to explore various concepts of epistemology using a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review. The focus of this study includes two main approaches: rationalism, which emphasizes reason as the source of knowledge, and empiricism, which bases knowledge on sensory experience. Additionally, this research discusses branches of epistemology such as skepticism, pragmatism, and constructivism, which offer different perspectives on how knowledge is constructed and validated. The findings suggest that epistemology is not only significant in philosophy but also in education, science, and everyday life, particularly in the digital age filled with information. Understanding epistemology enables individuals to critically and wisely evaluate knowledge, distinguishing between facts and opinions. This understanding also supports the development of more effective teaching strategies in the modern educational context.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pembelajaran membaca sastra (puisi) berbasis teknologi di Perguruan Tinggi. Metode penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan tinjauan pustaka (library research). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mencari referensi dan menyusun informasi dari berbagai sumber seperti buku, jurnal, dan penelitian yang telah ada. Teknik analisis data menggunakan diskriptif kualitatif. Hasil pembahasannya menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran membaca sastra (puisi) di Perguruan Tinggi sudah berbasis teknologi, hal itu dibuktikan bahwa dengan menggunakan media tiktok, website, facebook, instagram dan youtube pembelajaran sastra (puisi) mendapatkan respon positif dari mahasiswa. Penggunaan media tiktok, website, facebook, instagram dan youtube juga memudahkan mahasiswa untuk belajar membaca puisi secara mandiri sehingga mahasiswa lebih memiliki kebebasan berkreativitas.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine students' learning interests in physical education, sports, and health subjects at SMP Negeri 2 Megaluh. This study is a descriptive quantitative study with a survey approach. This study used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Megaluh. The population in this study were students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Megaluh. The sampling technique in this study was simple random sampling. The sample in this study was students of class VIII-C as the research class. Based on the results of data analysis, students' interest in learning PJOK at SMP Negeri 2 Megaluh is in the very high category. It can be seen that for internal factors, the attention indicator is 94.68%. The feeling of happiness indicator has a percentage of 96.09% in the very high category. The activity indicator has a percentage of 96.71% in the very high category. While for external factors, the school indicator has a percentage of 95.70% in the very high category and the environmental indicator has a percentage of 98.17% in the very high category. So it can be concluded that students' interest in learning the Physical Education subject of SMP Negeri 2 Megaluh is very high, which can be influenced by intrinsic factors such as attention, feelings of pleasure, and activity as well as extrinsic factors such as school and environment.

Abstract

The Kiln Feed System is a main system in clinker production. This system functions to weigh and convey Kiln Feed materials from the Blending silo (391-3S1) to the Preheater for the initial burning process. At PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia, the Kiln Feed System utilizes Pfister Feeder equipment (431-PF1). However, this machine frequently experiences failures, posing a risk of production losses in clinker manufacturing. According to data extracted from the Technical Information System (TIS), over the past 5 years, the kiln at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia's Tuban plant has stopped 13 times, with each stop lasting an average of 90.47 hours. To address this issue, it has develop a new system that can serve as a backup Kiln Feed. This would involve designing a modification program for the Proportional Gate 431-PG2 to act as a backup Kiln Feed. This modification aims to prevent kiln shutdowns due to failures in the Pfister Feeder, which serves as the primary material feeding system for Kiln Feed at PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk.

Abstract

Reading metrology tools, especially virnier calipers or vernier measuring tools, in the world of education, especially vocational schools, is still experiencing problems and only reads in mm (metric), not yet reading in inches. Some things institutions need to do are bring in technicians/practitioners or tutors to train students and teaching staff, but they are constrained by a large amount of funding. Finally, this obstacle was tried to be overcome by collaborating between SMK 10 November and the UNHASY Faculty of Engineering, especially industrial engineering. In industrial engineering, UNHASY also has industrial metrology equipment and professional technicians to carry out service activities entitled "Implementation of Industrial Metrology Readings Using Inches" . This training is very important and is needed by students to prepare for entering the world of work. And able to be competent in the world of work

Abstract

One of the problems that is currently being highlighted in the community regarding environmental comfort is waste, both plastic waste, household waste, and waste in general. Waste management is carried out by instilling a sense of concern for the environment through a program of making handicrafts from plastic waste into plastic flowers, which have aesthetic value and high economic value as a means of creative economy based on entrepreneurship by optimizing the empowerment of the role of PKK cadres in Karanglo Village. This program aims to help reduce the volume of plastic waste in Karanglo Village in order to maintain ecological environmental balance. This program is implemented in the form of direct socialization and training for PKK cadres in Karanglo Village. This program has a direct impact on reducing the amount of plastic waste, increasing social networks among PKK cadres, and becoming a source of additional income for the community.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara produsen beras, singkong ataupun jagung yang besar, tetapi kebutuhan penduduk yang besar menyebabkan Indonesia tidak mampu menjadi negara pengekspor, masalahnya ketahanan pangan akan lebih ditentukan pada aspek accesibility dan kontinyuitas, kesediaan pangan antar musim yang memiliki pengaruh iklim yang kuat terhadap peningkatan produksi pangan. Pada dasarnya produksi pangan merupakan salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas produksi pertanian dengan cara memanfaatkan sumber daya alam dan manusia yang tersedia secara efisien dan efektif. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah peningkatan hasil produksi pertanian dengan menggunakan teknologi tepat guna penabur pupuk urea. Dengan demikian penggunaan teknologi dalam pertanian tersebut dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pertanian. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penabur pupuk urea dengan diameter lubang 1 cm; 2 cm; 3 cm dan 4 cm. Dari alat tersebut lubang mana yang paling efektif dan efisien dalam pemberian pupuk urea. Dan berapa gram pupuk urea yang keluar dari masing-masing lubang tersebut. Analisa data menggunakan deskriptif. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari ke empat lubang tersebut, maka lubang pertama atau 1 cm mengeluarkan pupuk urea seberat 12.3 gram, lubang yang kedua yaitu dengan lubang 2 cm bisa mengeluarkan pupuk urea seberat 18.3 gram; untuk lubang yang ke tiga dapat mengeluarkan pupuk urea seberat 22,6 gram, sedangkan pada lubang yang ke 4 dapat mengeluarkan pupuk urea seberat 29.3 gram. Dari ke 4 lubang tersebut yang paling efektif dan efisien adalah pada lubang yang ke 2 yaitu yang mengeluarkan pupuk urea seberat 18.3 gram, hal ini yang sangat cocok digunakan penebar pupuk urea untuk pertanian.
