Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya hidup hedonisme terhadap perilaku konsumtif di kalangan mahasiswa. Globalisasi dan digitalisasi telah memudahkan mahasiswa dalam mengakses informasi dan mengikuti tren terbaru, tetapi juga memicu gaya hidup hedonis yang berfokus pada pencarian kesenangan pribadi, seringkali melalui konsumsi barang-barang mewah dan tren terkini. Salah satu faktor pendorongnya adalah fenomena FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) yang memperkuat tekanan sosial melalui media sosial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan subjek mahasiswa S1 Teknologi Pendidikan Universitas Sebelas Maret. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang mengisi kuesioner online. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya hidup hedonisme memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumtif, dengan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 24,8%. Kesimpulannya, semakin tinggi gaya hidup hedonisme pada mahasiswa, semakin tinggi pula kecenderungan untuk berperilaku konsumtif.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to develop tourism strategies that could enhance the attractiveness of the Siwalangan Waterfall tourist spot in Kindingan Village, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. Various activities were conducted, including aligning perceptions, researching tourism development strategies, training in digital marketing, creating local craft outlets, hosting a tourism festival, and producing a short film to promote the village's tourism potential. The digital marketing training was designed to introduce modern promotional techniques to the community, to increase tourist appeal. Additionally, the establishment of local craft outlets aimed to support the village's creative economy. The results of this program indicated an increase in the community’s knowledge about digital marketing and awareness of the importance of sustainable tourism management. Moreover, the availability of supporting facilities and promotion through digital marketing successfully broadened the exposure of Siwalangan Waterfall's tourism potential, which is expected to attract more visitors. However, challenges encountered during the program ismplementation included a lack of awareness among some community members about the sustainability of tourism. To address this, further programs focused on education and enhancing community participation in tourism management are necessary to optimally and sustainably maximize the village's tourism potential. This program lasted for 58 days, utilizing a live-in participatory approach, whereby the team resided in the village throughout the service and were actively engaging in community activities beyond the program itself.

Abstract

Leadership is important in an organization, and the type of leadership used can also affect employee job satisfaction in an organization, which also affects employee performance. Therefore, applying the right leadership style according to organizational conditions is important to increase employee performance and job satisfaction. This paper aims to review leadership styles in different work settings. The method used in this study is Journal Review. This study found that in the first journal, the researcher found that Servant Leadership had a positive effect on job satisfaction among academic workers, and in the second journal it was found that there was a positive relationship for leaders who could control their emotions with the method of exchanging roles with employees to increase employee performance. In the first journal, 5 Dimensions of Servant Leadership has a positive relationship to job satisfaction in the academic workforce, and in the second journal, it was found that there is an influence on leaders who control their emotions with the performance of their employees.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how information disclosure and scholarship information service updates on the UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh website. The method used in this study is descriptive-qualitative. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. The object of research is the official website manager of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, the student and alumni administration and student development section, and some of the students of UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh. The results showed that the openness of scholarship information provided by UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh to students is not open because on the scholarship website submenu there is no regular scholarship information update. And the update of scholarship information services on the UIN Ar-Raniry website provided to students on the scholarship submenu website does not have information services as a scholarship information website because information is not updated regularly. This is influenced by the lack of human resources (HR) managing the UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh website.

Abstract

Background: Burnout is a psychological syndrome of exhaustion, cynicism and ineffectiveness at work. Some factors causing burnout are workload and family support. The existence of a high workload can increase the incidence of burnout and high social support can prevent burnout in health workers. This study aims to estimate the effect of workload and social support on burnout in health workers. Subjects and Method: A systematic review and meta-analysis was carried out using the PRISMA guidelines and the PICO model covering Population = health workers; Intervention = high workload and high social support; Comparison = low workload and low social support; Outcome = burnout. Articles were collected from databases such as PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Schoolar. The key­words used in the database search were workload AND "social support" AND burnout OR fatigue AND "health workers" AND "cross sectional".A total of 12 articles met the inclusion criteria for the meta-analysis and were assessed using RevMan 5.3. Results: Meta-analysis from France, Afghanistan, Canada, Uganda, Ghana, Ethiopia, Malawi, Brazil, Malaysia and China showed that high workloads can increase burnout in health workers (aOR= 2.37; 95% CI= 1.10 to 5.10; p = 0.003), high social support can reduce the risk of burnout in health workers (aOR= 0.54; 95% CI= 0.42 to 0.71; p= 0.001), and these results were statistically significant. Conclusion: High workload can increase burnout among health workers and high social support can reduce the risk of burnout in health workers. Abstract

Inflation is one of the problems that is of concern to the government. One of the indicators used to assess the rate of inflation is the consumer price index. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of the consumer price index on inflation in the city of Ambon. The method used in the research is a quantitative approach using SPSS Statistics 27. The results of this research are that the consumer price index has a positive and insignificant effect on inflation. The consumer price index has an effect of 12.3% on inflation, while the rest is influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Evaluasi pembelajaran merupakan elemen kunci dalam sistem pendidikan yang berfungsi untuk mengukur capaian peserta didik serta efektivitas pengajaran. Artikel ini mengkaji model evaluasi formatif dan sumatif sebagai strategi dalam meningkatkan proses dan hasil pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar dalam konteks Kurikulum Merdeka. Evaluasi formatif berperan sebagai alat diagnostik yang memberikan umpan balik berkelanjutan bagi siswa, sementara evaluasi sumatif digunakan untuk menilai keberhasilan pembelajaran dalam periode tertentu. Dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai model evaluasi dari literatur yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa asesmen formatif dalam Kurikulum Merdeka berkontribusi terhadap pengalaman belajar yang lebih personal dan reflektif bagi siswa. Namun, tantangan dalam implementasinya mencakup validitas instrumen serta keterbatasan waktu bagi pendidik. Sementara itu, asesmen sumatif tetap memiliki peran penting dalam menilai pencapaian akhir peserta didik. Studi ini memberikan wawasan mengenai praktik terbaik dalam evaluasi pembelajaran serta implikasi teoretis dan praktis yang dapat diterapkan dalam sistem pendidikan dasar.

Abstract

Gunung Merapi, salah satu gunungapi aktif di Indonesia yang menjadi ancaman bagi daerah disekitarnya, termasuk Kabupaten Sleman. Salah satu ancamannya primer hasil erupsi gunungapi adalah aliran piroklastik. Erupsi terbesarnya adalah pada Desember 2010 dengan aliran piroklastik yang meluas mencapai jarak 15 kilometer yang memakan korban sebanyak 386 orang meninggal dan kerugian kerusakan mencapai Rp 2,14 triliun dan erupsi Desember 2020 yang menghasilkan ash plumes, ash fall, dan aliran piroklastik. Hingga saat ini tingkat aktivitas Gunung Merapi masih relatif tinggi. Dalam menghadapi kondisi tersebut, diperlukan analisis tingkat kerawanan maupunrisiko bencana akibat aktivitas Gunung Merapi, khususnya pada daerah lereng selatan. Adanya pemetaan tingkat kerawanan dan risiko tersebut dapat sebagai upaya memperkecil korban jiwa, kerusakan maupun kerugian di masa mendatang. Untuk itu, juga diperlukan manajemen penanggulangan bencana yang mencakup beberapa tahapan esensial. Tahap-tahap tersebut melibatkan berupa tindakan pencegahan mitigasi, kesiap-siagaan, tanggap darurat (quick response) dan rehabilitas, tindakan preventif dan mitigasi untuk mengurangi risiko masa depan, serta kesiapsiagaan sebagai langkah antisipatif. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis terkait tingkat kerawanan dan risiko melalui Sistem Informasi Geografis. Harapannya, dapat menerapkan jalur evakuasi yang memastikan evakuasi seluruh penduduk di wilayah rawan bahaya erupsi ke tempat yang lebih aman.

Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the role of women in household financial management in the Maluku community, focusing on women's dominance in managing daily finances despite Islamic teachings assigning men as the heads of the household. A qualitative approach was used with in-depth interviews as the data collection technique, highlighting household financial management, the roles of family members in decision-making, and the social and cultural factors influencing role distribution. The findings show that women play a more dominant role in managing budgets, savings, and debts, influenced by the social and cultural factors in Maluku and women's involvement in the workforce. Nevertheless, men still play a role in major financial decisions such as property purchases and investments. This phenomenon reflects an adaptive and collaborative division of roles within the family, while still respecting Islamic principles related to male leadership in the household.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to explore how consumers receive, understand, and utilize O2O services, considering challenges such as low digital literacy, risk perceptions, and the relevance of services to the local needs of coastal communities in Maluku. A qualitative approach was employed to delve into the experiences, perspectives, and motivations of the community in adopting O2O technology. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with purposively selected residents of Desa Grandeng, as well as participatory observation to understand the social and cultural contexts influencing consumer behavior. Data analysis was conducted using a thematic approach to identify key patterns affecting technology adoption, with particular attention to the unique local dynamics in coastal areas. The findings reveal that low digital literacy is the main barrier to adopting O2O technology in Desa Grandeng. Risk perceptions related to data security and the lack of outreach by service providers are also significant inhibiting factors. The limited relevance of O2O service features to local needs further restricts community acceptance. However, this study also identifies considerable potential to enhance technology adoption through community-based approaches, digital education programs, and the development of telecommunications infrastructure.
