Abstract

Penyakit ginjal merupakan penyebab kematian ke-10 di Indonesia dengan jumlah kematian lebih dari 42 ribu setiap tahunnya. Gaya hidup merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku remaja terhadap derajat kesehatan, perilaku remaja menjadi salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi kesadaran diri. Seiring perkembangan zaman, penggunaan gula buatan dalam makanan dan minuman semakin popular di masyarakat sehingga mudah dikonsumsi terutama oleh remaja. SMP Negeri 3 Mojogedang merupakan salah satu SMP yang berada di Kecamatan Mojogedang Kabupaten Karanganyar yang masih memerlukan edukasi kesehatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan edukasi akan pentingnya menjaga kesehatan ginjal khususnya untuk remaja untuk mencegah terjadinya penyakit ginjal. Metode kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan sosialisasi kepada siswa SMP kelas VIII dengan jumlah 40 siswa dengan menggunakan powerpoint dan leaflet, kemudian peserta diberikan kesempatan untuk tanya jawab. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa sangat antusias dan dapat menambah pengetahuan melalui materi dan leaflet yang sudah di berikan terkait kesehatan ginjal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa sangat bermanfaat untuk siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) and Current Ratio (CR) on the stock prices in consumer non cyclicals company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of 2017-2021. Used in this research is quantitative research. The data used is sourced from financial data on the Indonesia Stock Exchange trought the website www.idx.co.id. The population used in this study were consumer non cyclicals companies and has been selected based on predetermined criteria using a purposive sample the samples obtained were 35 companies. The data analysis method used the classical assumption test and multiple linier regression with partial test (t-test) and simultaneous test (F-test) the using SPSS V.26. The results of this study indicate that parttialy Return On Asset (ROA) has influence and significant effect on stock prices, Return On Equity (ROE) and Current Ratio (CR) has not effect significant on stock prices. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Return on Equity, Return on Assets, and Net Profit Margin on Stock Returns in Primary Consumer Sector Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The method used in this study is a quantitative method and uses secondary data types. The sample used is 29 primary consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2017-2021 period. The amount of data used is 145 data selected by using purposive sampling. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis processed using SPSS Version 25. The results of the simultaneous F test are Return on Equity, Return on Assets, and Net Profit Margin on Stock Return. With partial t test Return on Assets (ROA) has an effect on Stock Return. And Net Profit Margin (NPM) has an effect on Stock Return. Meanwhile, Return on Equity (ROE) has no effect on Stock Return.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to see how the buzz group technique affected students' speaking skills in hortatory exposition. The study's design was quasi-experimental, there are one group experimental and one group control class include pre-test, post-test and treatment. The population of this study was eleventh grade students, with 74 individuals drawn from two classrooms. In this study, the researcher used a speaking test as the instrument of this research. Data analysis found that buzz group technique has affected to the students’ speaking skill. This was discovered by data calculated using the samples T-test procedure. The statistics clearly showed that Sig. 2 tailed was 0.000. The sig. 2 tailed 0.000 > 0.05 indicates that the Buzz Group Technique had an affected students' speaking skills in hortatory exposition material at SMA Negeri 4 Tanjungpinang. The researcher proposes that teachers utilize the buzz group technique to teach speaking since it has a considerable affected on students' speaking skills based on the data.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a pop-up book as a teaching media for teaching procedure text at grade 7. Pop-up book is a book that when opened could display images that appeared to pique student enthusiasm in studying and direct their focus. This type of research is Research and Development based on ADDIE model which consists of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, And Evaluation. However, in this study the researcher only conducted research up to the Development stage. The data were obtained from English teacher interviews, curriculum analysis, and validation sheets. The results revealed that the lack of media use during the learning process and it is also known that students like visual media consisting of colorful images. The researcher developed a pop-up book media that received good responses from material experts and media experts. The validation results of the pop-up book media for procedure text material in grade 7 are valid. Pop-up book is categorized as very feasible because it gets 100% percentage on material validation, and gets 100% percentage on media validation.

Abstract

This article aims to discuss the authority of a notary regarding the making of an inheritance certificate for Indonesian citizens and the legal certainty of an inheritance certificate for Indonesian citizens made by a notary based on Article 106 of Law Number 23 of 2006 as Amended by Law Number 24 of 2006. 2013 concerning Population Administration. This article uses normative legal research methods. The nature of the research is descriptive analysis. The primary legal materials used in this study are the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, Law Number 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship, Law Number 23 of 2006 as amended by Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration, Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Regulation of the Head of the National Land Agency Number 16 of 2021 concerning the third Amendment to Regulation of the Minister of Agrarian Affairs/Head of the National Land Agency Number 3 of 1997 concerning Provisions for Implementing Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration, Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of Notary. The secondary legal materials include textbooks, legal dictionaries, legal journals, and comments on court decisions. The tertiary legal materials used in this study are the Big Indonesian Dictionary and the Legal Dictionary. The results of the study show that the Notary's Authority in making inheritance certificates for Indonesian citizens is valid. Because a Notary as a public official is given the authority to carry out some of the state's duties in making authentic evidence in the field of civil law whose authority is regulated in a separate regulation. The legal certainty of a certificate of inheritance for Indonesian citizens made by a Notary has perfect evidentiary power.

Abstract

The establishment of BUMDes is determined through a regional regulation approved by the BPD referring to the laws and regulations. This movement is in line with the national movement to create 5,000 independent villages through village funds to develop BUMDes capital. As a village financial institution that meets the needs of micro-scale businesses in the village, BUMDes is obliged to make transparent and accountable financial reports per month and provide reports on its business development to the village community at least twice a year through village meetings. PKM activities are carried out with the aim of assisting the manager of BUMDes Karya Mandiri in Cibodas Village in preparing financial reports. This is expected to affect the performance of the BUMDes financial report when there is an audit of the BUMDes financial report by the BUMDes Supervisor. The solution provided in PKM activities, namely by conducting BIMTEK activities for BUMDes managers related to the preparation of financial reports. The first stage provides knowledge regarding the need for financial statements and the concepts of financial statements based on SAK ETAP. The second stage is to carry out technical guidance activities related to the preparation of financial reports based on transactions that occur in BUMDes. The third stage is monitoring to monitor the achievement of the PKM program targets. The target to be achieved is to increase the skills and knowledge of the BUMDes Karya Mandiri management regarding the preparation of financial reports so that they can produce good and correct financial reports in accordance with SAK ETAP.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out in Pengudang Village, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province, which is a coastal area with abundant marine ecosystem potential but is experiencing environmental pressure due to community activities and minimal ecological awareness. The purpose of this activity is to increase community awareness, knowledge, and skills in maintaining and managing the coastal environment sustainably. The implementation methods used include counseling, recycling-based waste management training, mangrove planting activities, the formation of environmentally conscious communities, and discussion forums in designing local conservation-based policies. The activity was carried out on May 27, 2025 and involved various elements of society such as fishermen, housewives, students, and village officials. The results of the activity showed an increase in community understanding of the importance of environmental conservation.

Abstract

Kinerja pegawai yang merupakan tolak ukur keberhasilan seseorang dalam menjalankan tugas sangat diperlukan untuk meningkatkan akreditasi puskesmas. Puskesmas yang sudah memiliki akreditasi paripurna idealnya sudah memenuhi segala kebutuhan yang di perlukan pegawai, sehingga dapat memotivasi pegawai yang akhirnya akan meningkatkan kinerjanya. Puskesmas Tawangmangu merupakan puskesmas dengan akreditasi paripurpa. Berdasarkan hasil survei pendahuluan diketahui bahwa kinerja di Puskesmas Tawangmangu masih tergolong rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Tawangmangu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini merupakan tenaga kesehatan. Obyek yang di teliti adalah kinerja tenaga kesehatan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah total sampling (n= 40). Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan Uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan analisis SPSS chi-square tidak terdapat hubungan status kepegawaian, lama bekerja, pendapatan dan lingkungan kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Tawangmangu dengan perolehan nilai p-value masing-masing variabel yaitu >0,05.

Abstract

The world has entered the era of industrial revolution 4.0 which has an impact on the development of information and communication technology and the social dynamics therein. One example of technology in the service sector is online transportation. Currently, online transportation can be accessed by all people using smartphones, one of which is Maxim online transportation. This activity aims to find out the level of satisfaction of users of MAXIM online transportation services in Pandeglang Regency. The research approach used was quantitative descriptive analysis. Data collection techniques were used by distributing questionnaires, observation and literature study. The research population is online transportation users in Pandeglang Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 40 respondents. The data analysis technique was quantitative descriptive analysis. The research results show that Maxim Pandeglang consumers feel that the service provided is very satisfying. This can be seen from the satisfaction score for all service indicators (system mechanisms and procedures; order completion time; costs/tariffs; product specifications, type of service; competence of implementers; behavior of implementers (drivers); handling complaints, suggestions and input) which reaches a maximum score of at least 90 percent. The era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 has significantly impacted information and communication technology (ICT) and social dynamics. This revolution enhances the growth of service sector technologies such as online transportation. Maxim as one of the key players in the industry of online transportation amplified this trend. The objective of this study to identify the satisfaction of Maxim’s online transportation in Pandeglang using a quantitative descriptive analysis. The data were collected from a purposive sampling of 40 online transportation customers through questionnaires. The findings of this study indicate a high level of user satisfaction which reaches at least 90 percent such as system mechanisms and procedures; order completion time; costs/tariffs; product specifications, type of service; competence of implementers; behavior of implementers (drivers); handling complaints, suggestions and input.
