Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gerak manipulatif dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani murid SDN Unggulan Bontomanai, jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dengan survey pembelajaran gerak manipulative, Analisis data hasil penelitian mengenai gerak manipulatif dalam passing bawah pada permainan bola voli murid SDN Unggulan Bontomanai Kabupaten Gowa. Selanjutnya menghitung nilai rata-rata hasil tes atau hasil belajar maka data tersebut disusun, diolah dan dianalisis secara statistik dengan menggunakan fasilitas komputer melalui program SPSS, Hasil penelitian yaitu gerak manipulative siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani  termasuk dalam kategori baik sekali. Berdasarkan kategorinya dari hasil penelitian yang masuk dalam kategori kurang sekali sebanyak 10 orang dengan persentase sebesar (28.6%), kategori sedang sebanyak 9 orang dengan persentase sebesar (25.7%), kategori baik sekali sebanyak 16 orang dengan persentase 45.7%. dari hasil tersebut maka kategori siswa berada dalam aktegori baik sekali.Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa rata-rata gerak manipulatif siswa dalam pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani murid SDN Unggulan Bontomanai siswa berada dalam kategori baik sekali yakni sebesar 45.7%, hal tersebut dapat dimaknai bahwa gerak manipulative anak sudah menunjukkan gerak yang sesuai dengan materi pembelajaran yang diajarkan sehingga mereka paham dan mengerti akan gerakan yang dilaksanakan pada materi tersebutKata Kunci: Pembelajaran, Gerak Manipulative

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model permainan dapat meningkatkan koordinasi gerak anak usia dasar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah murid sekolah dasar SD Rappocini Kelas V dengan jumlah murid sebanyak 41 siswa yang akan diberikan model-model permainan untuk meningkatkan koordinasi gerak usia sekolah dasar. Metode yang dipakai pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (R & D). Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan tes shuttle run, tes lempar tangkap bola dan tes stork stand positional balance atau tes keseimbangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk data kuantitatif yaitu analisis data persentase. Berdasarkan hasil validasi permainan yang dikembangkan dinilai valid dan layak sehingga pengembangan model permainan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan koordinasi gerak anak SD dapat diujicobakan untuk pengembangan model permainan. Secara keseluruhan pengembangan model permainan untuk meningkatkan koordinasi gerak anak sekolah dasar dapat diterapkan atau diimplementasikan kepada anak usia sekolah dasar, dilihat dari hadil penelitian dimana terdapat perubahan yang signifikan dari data tes awal atau pretest yang mengalami peningkatan pada data tes akhir atau postest. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat dikatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengembangan model permainan terhadap peningkatan koordinasi gerak anak usia sekolah dasar, artinya koordinasi gerak anak usia dasar sekolah dasar yang diajar menggunakan pengembangan model permainanan mengalami peningkatan. Abstrak. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian pengembangan (Research and development). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis-jenis model permainan yang dapat meningkatkan koordinasi gerak anak usia dasar. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah murid sekolah dasar SD Rappocini Kelas V dengan jumlah murid sebanyak 41 siswa yang akan diberikan model-model permainan untuk meningkatkan koordinasi gerak usia sekolah dasar. Untuk memperoleh data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan instrumen penelitian yakni: tes shuttle run, tes lempar tangkap bola dan tes stork stand positional balance atau tes keseimbangan. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk data kuantitatif yaitu analisis data persentase. Berdasarkan analisis data diperoleh nilai T hitung sebesar 5,55. Selanjutnya, t-hitung dikonsultasikan dengan t-tabel pada taraf signifikansi 5%, diperoleh harga t-tabel sebesar 1,6839 pada taraf kepercayaan α=0,05 sehingga disimpulkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa koordinasi gerak anak usia sekolah dasar yang diajar menggunakan pengembangan model permainan mengalami peningkatan. Dengan demikian jika anak dibiasakan untuk latihan model Gerak dasar lokomotor, non lokomotor, dan manipulatif gerak maka akan mengembangkan kemampuan gerak dasar anak meningkat. Secara keseluruhan pengembangan model permainan untuk meningkatkan koordinasi gerak anak sekolah dasar dapat diterapkan atau diimplementasikan kepada anak usia sekolah dasar, dilihat dari hadil penelitian dimana terdapat perubahan yang signifikan dari data tes awal atau pretest yang mengalami peningkatan pada data tes akhir atau postest. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pengembangan model permainan terhadap peningkatan koordinasi gerak anak usia sekolah dasar. Prestasi atlet yang optimal membutuhkan pengaturan yang tepat dalam hal asupan gizi. Salah satu faktor penting dalam mencapai prestasi atletik yang tinggi adalah psikoregulasi asupan gizi yang efektif. Artikel ini membahas peran psikoregulasi dalam meningkatkan prestasi atlet melalui pengaturan asupan gizi yang tepat. pengaturan porsi makan yang tepat, manajemen emosi terkait makanan, pemantauan pola makan, dan dukungan sosial. Dengan menerapkan strategi-strategi ini, atlet dapat memaksimalkan potensi mereka dalam mencapai prestasi atletik yang unggul

The study aims to reveal the effect of inquiry learning model with modeling application to improve students' self-efficacy. Single-mastery and multiple-coping are used in the modeling. The study used nonequivalent pre-test and post-test control group design. The first experimental group received the inquiry learning model treatment with single-mastery modeling. The second group received received the inquiry learning model treatment with multiple-coping modeling. The direct learning model applied to the control group. Eighty seven students from three classes were taken as research sample using cluster random sampling technique. The treatment lasted for six meetings which were divided into one meeting every week. The instrument used is the physical education self-efficacy scale which was developed in this study based on Bandura's self-efficacy theory. Paired sample t-test and ANCOVA were used to analyze the data. In the two experimental groups, there was significant increase in students' self-efficacy through the application of the inquiry learning model with single-mastery modeling and the inquiry learning model with multiple-coping modeling. Inquiry learning model with multiple-coping modeling is more effective in increasing students' self-efficacy than inquiry learning model with single-mastery modeling and direct learning model.

Physical condition is one of the causes of badminton players at PB. Makassar Raya perform less well. Through briefings on the physical condition of badminton sports and how to improve it, coaches are given ways to help players maintain the physical condition of athletes which is very important for playing badminton. The goal is to be achieved so that the coach can understand the components of physical condition and how to improve it as part of an effort to achieve achievement. The output to be achieved from this service activity is that the coach has an understanding of the components of physical condition and how to improve it, as well as the publication of articles in scientific journals. The approach used to get there is 1) field observation and integration of partner participation, 2) Coach of PB. Makassar Raya will get a briefing on physical requirements, and 3) Evaluation of success in training activities.

There are still many people around us who do not understand how to properly handle injuries, especially regarding the first treatment if an injury occurs during exercise. This paper aims to provide an understanding and description to the widercommunity about the appropriate steps, especially for the first treatment of sports injuries with RICE method. The RICE method is an injury management method, whichaims to prevent further injury and reduce pain. The purpose of this community service is to providescientific provision in the field of handling sports injuries with the RICE method. The problems faced by partners in the implementation of this Community Partnership Program are that partners do not know about the application or use of the RICE method when a player is injured and also lacks knowledge about which types of injuries can be directly handled using the RICE method. Partners who are Manisa Utama dan Walet FC athletes feel firsthand the benefits of the training taught The implementation of community service activities regarding the first handling of injuries using the RICE method which has been carried out has been going well and smoothly. Partners who are soccer athletes feel firsthand the benefits of the training taught. The results of the interviews conducted, the partners feel that it is very important for sports activists to know, because of the lack of knowledge about the first treatment of injuries using the RICE method which is very useful for minimizing the occurrence of serious injuries and recurrence of injuries if not handled properly.

The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the effect of implementing circuit training on the 100 meter sprint for FIK UNM students. While the purpose of this study was to find out whether there was an effect of implementing circuit training on the 100-meter sprint for FIK UNM students. The type of research that would be used in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis. In this research design, research subjects were selected by purposive sampling based on certain characteristics. , research so that research subjects are homogeneous. While data analysis using SPSS 21 by using descriptive test, normality test and hypothesis test. Based on the results of the analysis of the data obtained with the title the effect of implementing circuit training on the 100-meter sprint, FIK UNM students obtained an average value of 14.7620 and obtained a P value of 0.000 (P <0.05), the data after the effect of implementing circuit training on running 100 meter sprint for FIK UNM students obtained an average score of 12.9953 and obtained a P value of 0.000 (P <0.05). and it was also seen that there was an effect of applying circuit training to the 100 meter sprint for FIK UNM students with a difference of 1.76667. While the samples that were not given the circuit training treatment obtained data values before the application of circuit training to the 100-meter sprint for FIK UNM students obtained an average value of 14.8540 and obtained a P value of 0.000 (P <0.05). And data after without the application of the circuit training for the 100 meter sprint for FIK UNM students obtained an average value of 13.5400 and obtained a P value of 0.000 (P <0.05). It can also be seen that there was an effect of applying circuit training to the 100 meter sprint for FIK UNM students with a difference of 1.31400

This research is a research using descriptive analysis method with a quantitative approach which aims to determine whether there is a contribution of agility and balance to the ability to dribble the ball in players SSB Sheikh Yusuf. The independent variables in this study are agility and balance, while the dependent variable is the ability to dribble. The population in this study were all SSB Syekh Yusuf athletes, totaling 30 people. The data from this study were obtained through measurement test activities for each variable. The measurement of agility ability is by Agility Run , while the measurement of balance ability is using the Modified Bass Test Of Dynamic Balance and the measurement of dribbling skills is by Zig-Zag Dribbling . The results of the statistical analysis test on the contribution of agility to the ability to dribbling the ball on SSB Syekh Yusuf players obtained a significance value of 0.000 or p <0.05. This means that there is a contribution between the agility of SSB Syekh Yusuf players on the ability to dribbling the ball. Meanwhile, in the results of the statistical analysis test, the contribution of the balance data to the ball dribbling ability of the SSB Syekh Yusuf player obtained a significance value of 0.561 or p> 0.05. This means that there is no contribution between the balance of SSB Syekh Yusuf players on the ability to dribbling the ball. However, in the regression test between agility and balance variables on the dribbling ability of SSB Syekh Yusuf players, a significance value of 0.000 or p <0.05 was obtained. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between agility and balance variables on the dribbling ability of SSB Syekh Yusuf players in a regression (together). Apart from that, the contribution value between variables in regression was found to have a positive contribution of 0.685 or at a very strong degree of contribution relationship.

This research is a qualitative descriptive study that aims to find out the role of physical education as a solution to solving the problem of obesity in children in this modern era. The method applied in this study is a literature study that was excavated from various studies sourced from Google Scholar using the keywords physical education and obesity. The conclusion of this study is that physical education can help obese students achieve their lifelong health and fitness goals through fitness improvement approaches and counselling related to healthy lifestyles and the dangers of obesity.
