Abstract

Tourism has adapted rapidly in various worlds, including Indonesia, and created significant harmonization for economic, social, and cultural uses. Since the change in the status of the village forest (HD) in 2014, it is hoped that it will become an opportunity for Merabu Village to increase the productivity of agriculture, livestock, and tourist destinations. The focus of this study is to explore the tourism potential of Merabu Village. We obtained data sets through interviews, FGDs, and field observations of a number of informants who predominantly work as farmers. The trend of tourist visits every year is also increasing and especially rural-tourism is managed by Kerima Puri. Since the beginning of the presence of domestic tourists and foreign tourists, there have been tour boat services that took them to the gate of Nya’deng Lake, homestays, food providers, and various traditional attractions (cultural festivals). As a rural tourism area, HD has a positive impact on local residents to be involved in rural-tourism development. This finding also hopes for a real contribution from relevant parties to advance the rural-tourism of Merabu Village

Abstract

Modernisasi TI tidak dapat dibendung lagi. Kemajuan pesat dari segala berita yang beredar di kalangan masyarakat yang aktif di social media kerap menimbulkan persepsi, antusias, reaksi, interpretasi; tanggapan yang beragam. Terlebih, krisis Covid-19 tentu berpotensi menimbulkan konflik akibat kesalahpahaman dalam merespon informasi yang berbeda dan ini dimaknai dengan ‘toxic digital’. Melalui PkM ini, setidaknya menjawab tantangan sekaligus peluang tentang upaya atau solusi untuk memberi strategi dan edukasi kepada netizen dalam meninjau ulang segala bentuk informasi yang masih diperdebatkan di FB, YouTube, Twitter, dan IG. Teknik PkM dirancang secara aktual dalam melihat problematika yang relevan dengan pemanfaatan literasi digital dan cultue technology yang matang untuk mereduksi missed information. Sederhananya, metode didukung berbasis diseminasi dan umpan balik. Perencanaan melibatkan berbagai pihak, dimana tahapan koordinasi, sosialisasi, dan sharing-knowledge, tahapan PkM diterapkan di periode 2021. Peran stakeholders yang termuat pada konsep ‘ABGC’, maka setidaknya adaptasi terhadap kemajemukan pola pikir penggiat media sosial menekankan menyoroti dan menyororoti urgensitas ulasan dan berita yang berhubungan dengan angka penyebaran, kematian, penanggulangan, penanganan, dan dampak dari Covid-19 dengan bijaksana. Kami juga menawarkan kepada partisipan dan kalangan luas agar lebih cerdas dan tidak langsung mengambil kesimpulan sepihak untuk terhindar dari gangguan mental, degradasi psikologis, cyber-bullying, dan efek negatif lainnya.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of transformational leadership style and corporate culture on job satisfaction as a variable intervening to enhance employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection using questionnaires. The study was conducted at PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya the sample size is about 139 employees, using the Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). The results show that transformational leadership and organizational culture significantly affect job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Job satisfaction significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: transformasional leadership style, organization culture, job satisfaction, employee performance ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Mahakam Berlian Samjaya, dan responden yang digunakan sebanyak 139 karyawan, menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja sebagai variable intervening dan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Abstract

Happiness, human development, level of competitiveness, and capacity in innovation all play an important role in spurring long-term sustainable economic growth. This study presents the relationship between these factors—happiness, human development, competitiveness, and innovation in the ASEAN region—in how they influence economic growth. To date, there has been a lack of research on this specific issue, and thus it is an interesting and little-known one to study. Panel data were used comprising a combination of time series and cross-sections. The object of the study was ASEAN member countries using the multiple linear regression method. For the years of 2013–2019, we found that overall economic growth had a real impact. The results showed that human development and global innovation are two-way related to economic growth (positive and significant). Conversely, there was an insignificant influence of happiness and competitiveness on economic growth. Competitiveness, in particular, can reduce the level of economic growth. The policy considerations pursued by countries in ASEAN are through the respective governments’ strategic steps to improve the productivity of their populations, because human resources are needed not only as objects but actors in economic activities themselves in managing development.

Abstract

The high fluctuation of the coal market during the current Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on coal mining companies. Thus, making coal mining operational support companies, namely retail companies of heavy equipment spare parts for coal mining located in East Kalimantan, also in a state of uncertainty and must be able to adapt to the increasingly dynamic coal market conditions. To improve its marketing performance in these dynamic conditions to be sustainable, the company must be agile in its marketing and must have good, fast, and responsive innovation capabilities. So, this research was conducted to prove that there is an influence of marketing agility with marketing performance in the dynamic coal market conditions through the company's innovation capabilities. The population in this study are marketing practitioners, marketing managers, marketing directors and decision makers in retail companies of heavy equipment spare parts for coal mining in East Kalimantan, with sample of 100. This study uses descriptive analysis to determine the characteristics of the respondents' responses with purposive sampling method which aims to determine several criteria for the sample of respondents to employees. In the analysis of data processing, the structural equation modelling–partial least square (SEM-PLS) program was used to predict the model relationship between the variables and indicators studied. The results of this study indicate that marketing agility has a significant positive effect on innovation capability; innovation capability has a significant positive effect on marketing performance; Marketing agility has a positive significant effect on marketing performance and marketing agility has a significant positive effect on marketing performance through innovation capability.

Abstract

The development of technology in the digital age can’t be avoided in today's life. Nowadays social media is increasingly loved by marketers as a tool to introduce or promote their products because of low costs and can reach more audiences. The development of marketing in this digital era shows that consumers not only buy products but the experiences created and the emergence of emotions are also expected by consumers when consuming a product. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis tools and the data used are primary data respondents of users of Shinzu'i UME body mist products. The purpose of this study is to find out whether storytelling marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing have an influence on purchasing decisions of Shinzu'i UME body mist products. The results of this study indicate that storytelling marketing has no effect on purchasing decisions, content marketing has an effect on purchasing decisions, and social media marketing has no influence on purchasing decisions. The low coefficient of determination shown by these three variables in predicting purchasing decisions for Shinzu'i UME body mist products needs to be evaluated in the future.

Abstract

Abstract :This study aims to analyze and explain the Influence of Leadership and Competence and Commitment to Job Satisfaction and Work Performance of the Food Service of East Kalimantan Province. The sample selection technique used the Total Sampling Approach with a total sample of 76 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analysis was carried out using Partial Least Square (PLS) with the SmartPLS application version 3.8.9 and using SPSS Version 25 to test the validity and reliability of the respondents. The results showed that, leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, the influence of competence has a positive and insignificant effect on job satisfaction, word Key : Leadership, Competence, Commitment, Job Satisfaction and Job Performance

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh Leader Member Exchange dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Surveyor Indonesia cabang sanggatta. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu dengan sensus, dimana semua anggota digunakan sebagai sample. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS sebagai alat hitungnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Leader Member Exchange terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan Kinerja Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

MService Quality and Customer Value Towards Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyality (Empiricial Studies on Kangoroo Premier Travel Samarinda). Under the gudiance of Tetra Hidayati and Saida Zainurrosallamia The study airned to test wheather Service Quality and Customer Value to Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyality in Kangoroo Premier Travel Samarinda. Independent variabels in this study is Service Quality and Customer Value. Dependent variabels in this study is Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyality. This research was conducted on consumers Kangoroo Premier Travel Samarinda consisting of 100 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. Method of data collection using the questionnaire. Data analysis using Alternatif Structural Modeling. The results showed that Service Quality and Customer Value the positive signficant effect towards Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyality
