Abstract

Peran perantau terhadap masjid merupakan bantuan para perantau kepada masjid yang ada dikampung halaman. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan bantuan perantau kepada masjid baik berupa pembangunan fisik maupun pembangunan non fisik menggunakan teori modal sosial Robert D Putnam. Teknik penentuan informan yaitu dengan teknik Purposive sampling. Subjek dalam penelitian berjumlah 7,orang yaitu 3 orang dari pihak masjid,2 orang dari pihak pemerintah desa,dan 2 orang dari pihak perantau. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat bantuan perantau terhadap masjid raya limo suku baik itu bantuan fisik dan bantuan non fisik. 1) Bantuan fisik berupa uang tunai 2) Bantuan non fisik berupa ide dan saran 3) Bantuan non fisik berupa jaringan sosial dan relasi. Bantuan dari para pera masjid raya limo suku sangat berdampk signifikan dan memegang peran vital terhadap masjid raya limo suku.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi guru PAI dan dampak dari penerapan strategi guru PAI dalam mencegah nilai-nilai radikalisme pada peserta didik di SMPN 1 Lamongan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Sumber data yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui kondensasi, penyajian, serta verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Untuk mendapatkan data yang kredibel peneliti membatasi penelitian pada kelas VII, sehingga informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari guru PAI kelas VII, ketua takmir masjid, dan tiga peserta didik kelas VII. Hasil penelitian ini memaparkan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan guru PAI dalam mencegah nilai radikalisme dengan memberikan edukasi mengenai radikalisme, pembiasaan melalui kegiatan keagamaan, membiasakan berempati pada sesama, menanamkan cinta tanah air dan agama, serta memperkuat sikap tasamuh dan tarahum. Adapun dampak dari penerapan strategi tersebut yaitu wawasan peserta didik mengenai radikalisme menjadi bertambah, pendidikan karakter peserta didik menjadi lebih kuat, terbentuknya sikap empati, serta sikap tasamuh dan tarahum pada peserta didik menjadi bertambah.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a framework that can increase the use of financial technology (fintech) in Islamic financial planning, which is expected to support sustainable economic development for individuals and institutions. The method used is a descriptive literature study, which collects data from various sources such as scientific journals, books, and related reports. The results of the study show that the application of fintech in Islamic financial planning can provide easy access and increase financial inclusion in Muslim communities, especially in Indonesia. This study also identified five important processes in the development of fintech for Islamic financial planning: identification, customers, standardisation, technology, and realisation. The implications of this study are the importance of cooperation between Islamic financial institutions and fintech companies to create innovative solutions that are in accordance with Sharia principles, as well as the need to develop policies that support the Sharia fintech ecosystem in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job training and competence on work productivity with work discipline as an intervening variable at the Regional Finance and Asset Agency of North Sumatra Province. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 80 employees as respondents. The research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique so that the data obtained is relevant to the focus of the study. The collected data were analyzed using path analysis to determine the direct and indirect effects between variables. The results of the study indicate that job training has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, but through work discipline it has a positive but insignificant effect. Competence has a positive and significant effect on work productivity, as well as through work discipline. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. In addition, job training through work discipline has a positive but insignificant effect on work productivity, but competence through work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Thus, work discipline acts as an intervening variable that mediates only for competence on work productivity. These findings are expected to be a consideration for leaders in increasing work productivity through the implementation of effective job training, increasing competence, and implementing good work discipline in the organizational environment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors of excellent service that influence the satisfaction of tutoring students at Mentari Cerdas Banjarmasin. The population and sample in this study were tutoring students at Mentari Cerdas Banjarmasin. The sample in this study was 48 students by filling out research questionnaires. The sampling technique used in this research is random sampling. namely the sampling technique based on population members who happen to be met and are willing to be respondents. This research is a quantitative descriptive research, which is a research method based on the philosophy of positivism, which is used to examine a particular population or sample. Judging from the objectives, this research is included in the research of hypothesis testing. Abstract

Duha prayer is one of the habituation activities before learning which is carried out at SMP Negeri 13 Surabaya. The habit of praying Duha prayer is carried out with the aim that students are accustomed to carrying it out regularly, both at home and at school, and also aims to form religious character in students. With the Duha prayer, it is hoped that it can grow characters that are following the elements of the Pancasila student profile. This study was carried out to know the effectiveness of the habituation of the duha prayer carried out at SMP Negeri 13 Surabaya. A descriptive quantitative method was used with questionnaires and interviews to collect data from students and teachers regarding the habit of praying duha. The results showed that the habit of praying duha prayer was more effective than before, namely at the beginning of the study. Although it can be said to be effective, the habit of praying duha still needs to be improved so that its effectiveness can be increased even more.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether the housing loan financing (mortgage) at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palembang Branch in accordance with murabaha and to know the process of granting mortgage with murabahah scheme in Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch Palembang to prospective recipients of financing. The research method used was descriptive method that was by collecting the data obtained and then interpret and analyze so as to provide information that can be used to solve the problems encountered. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate mortgage loans at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri has been in accordance with the murabahah financing agreement and analysis on PSAK No. 102 concerning Murabahah as the basis of consideration of the Conformity of House Ownership Credit at Bank Syariah Mandiri Palembang Branch Office.

Abstract

Issues of social cohesion and interfaith tolerance are crucial in the context of diverse societies, including Bali, Indonesia, and Southern Thailand, which have experienced conflicts related to religious and cultural differences. This study aims to explore the role of multicultural Islamic education in strengthening social cohesion at Bali Bina Insani Islamic School (SI-BBI) and Phatnawitya School (PS). Utilizing a qualitative case study approach, this research employs in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation with school principals and teachers at both schools as primary data sources, which are then analyzed using descriptive-qualitative methods. The findings reveal that multicultural Islamic education at SI-BBI is implemented through the integration of local cultural values into the curriculum, such as the use of the Balinese language and the recruitment of Hindu teachers, as a form of acculturation that fosters social cohesion among the Muslim minority and Hindu majority in Bali. Meanwhile, at PS, multicultural Islamic education is applied with the inclusive principle of rahmatan lil alamin, incorporating cross-cultural learning and reinforcing tolerance values for students in the Muslim-majority but locally cultural region of Southern Thailand. These findings expand the understanding of Social Identity Theory from Henri Tajfel and John Turner, by demonstrating that multicultural education can reduce identity conflicts and strengthen social integration through learning that respects diversity. The implications of this research emphasize the need for educational policies that are friendly to religious and cultural diversity, which support the integration of multicultural values ​​in the education system in areas with potential for conflict. The multicultural Islamic education models in these two schools offer strategic frameworks for application in contexts of cultural and religious diversity, aiming to create sustainable social cohesion.

Abstract

This classroom action research aims to investigate the effectiveness of comic strips in enhancing students' reading comprehension of recount texts. The study was conducted at SMP Negeri 4 Padangsidimpuan during the 2023–2024 academic year, involving 60 eighth-grade students. The research design followed two cycles of Classroom Action Research (CAR), each consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting stages. Data were collected through a pre-test, post-test 1, and post-test 2, supported by classroom observation. The results revealed a significant improvement in students’ reading performance. The mean score increased from 53.67 in the pre-test to 68.08 in post-test 1, and finally to 81.92 in post-test 2. The percentage of students who passed the minimum competency standard (KKM) rose from 3.33% to 86.67%. These findings demonstrate that comic strips are an effective instructional medium that can foster student motivation, support vocabulary development, and improve comprehension of text structures in recount writing. This study concludes that the use of comic strips can significantly enhance reading comprehension skills and should be considered as an engaging and pedagogically valuable tool in English language classrooms.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dampak penggunaan media digital berbasis video animasi dalam memotivasi peserta didik di SMP Negeri 5 Surabaya. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari rendahnya motivasi belajar siswa ketika guru menggunakan metode konvensional yang cenderung monoton. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana media video animasi dapat meningkatkan antusiasme, partisipasi, serta pemahaman siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, yang sesuai untuk meneliti fenomena sosial yang tidak dapat diukur hanya dengan angka, melainkan perlu dipahami melalui pengalaman dan interaksi nyata siswa. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi dengan melibatkan siswa, guru, serta pihak manajemen sekolah. Analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media video animasi secara signifikan meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa dengan membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik, interaktif, serta membantu pemahaman konsep yang sulit. Meski demikian, ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sarana teknologi, perbedaan literasi digital, dan perlunya peningkatan kompetensi guru dalam pengelolaan media digital. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan fasilitas digital, pelatihan guru secara berkelanjutan, dan dukungan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak agar pemanfaatan media video animasi dapat berjalan lebih optimal.
