Abstract

The diversity of cultures, religions, and ethnicities in Indonesia is a valuable asset but often becomes a source of conflict, especially in elementary school environments. Multicultural education is an essential approach to addressing discrimination and intolerance among students by instilling values of respect for diversity from an early age. This study aims to analyze the role of multicultural education in mitigating discrimination and intolerance through structured implementation in elementary school settings. The research method used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis from three elementary schools with diverse student backgrounds. The results of the study indicate that systematically designed multicultural education can enhance students' understanding of diversity, reduce negative stereotypes, and build stronger tolerance among students. This research contributes to the development of multicultural-based curricula and teacher training to create inclusive learning environments.

Abstract

Lasoso Park has become a new icon in West Palu, where people can enjoy a public space to relax and socialize, with additional features such as a light tower and views of the Gawalise Mountains. Lasoso Park also rents various toy services and many culinary snacks, one of which is siomay. Siomay throughout its development is very popular among the Indonesian people and is easily found in snack places or existing parties. The method used is qualitative research, namely research that does not use mathematical, statistical, or computer models. Opportunities for MSME development in the Lasoso Park location offer various siomay variants such as fillings (eggs, meat, tofu, fried foods) and sauce variants, namely peanut sauce and firecrackers. The development strategy used in this siomay business is a digital marketing strategy and design promotion.

Abstract

The Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School (Pesantren Ramah Anak/PRA) policy is a strategic effort to create a safe, inclusive, and child rights-oriented environment in Islamic boarding schools. This article analyzes the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy from the perspective of Islamic Education Management and its relationship with child rights protection in religious educational institutions. The research uses a qualitative approach through literature study and policy analysis of regulations, Islamic education management literature, and previous studies. Data analysis was conducted using content analysis techniques based on the functions of Islamic education management, namely planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising. The results of the study show that the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy is in line with the principles of Islamic Education Management, particularly the values of justice, trust, and benefit, but still faces implementation obstacles such as limited human resources, weak supervision, and resistance from the boarding school culture. This study confirms that the success of the Child-Friendly Islamic Boarding School policy depends on strengthening integrated and sustainable Islamic education management to ensure the protection of children's rights.

Abstract

Latar belakangPada spesimen biopsi yang berukuran kecil, terkadang patolog mengalami kesulitan untuk membedakan karsinoma sel skuamosa kulit dan pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia. Penurunan ekspresi E-cadherin dan overekspresi p63 dapat dijumpai pada neoplasia ganas, dan sebaliknya pada lesi non neoplastik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perbedaan ekspresi E-cadherin dan p63 pada karsinoma sel skuamosa kulit dan pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia.MetodePenelitian ini merupakan penelitian observasional analitik dengan rancangan potong lintang. Spesimen karsinoma sel skuamosa kulit yang diteliti sebanyak 23 kasus (13 kasus dengan derajat diferensiasi baik, 6 kasus dengan derajat diferensiasi sedang, 4 kasus dengan derajat diferensiasi buruk) dan 15 kasus pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia, kemudian dilakukan pewarnaan imunohistokimia E-cadherin dan p63 dan dinilai ekspresinya.HasilPada karsinoma sel skuamosa kulit tampak penurunan ekspresi E-cadherin (p=0,000) dan overekspresi p63 (p=0,000) jika dibandingkan dengan pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia.KesimpulanPenelitian ini menunjukkan perbedaan ekspresi E-cadherin dan p63 antara kasus karsinoma sel skuamosa kulit kulit dengan pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia. Sehingga E-cadherin dan p63 merupakan dua marker penting yang cukup andal untuk membedakan kasus karsinoma sel skuamosa kulit khususnya membedakan karsinoma sel skuamosa kulit berdiferensiasi baik dengan pseudoepitheliomatous hyperplasia.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has encouraged an increase in online shopping activities in Indonesia, including through the TikTok Shop platform which combines social media features and e-commerce transactions in one ecosystem. Although the platform is experiencing rapid user growth, the low buying interest of some consumers indicates a weakness in the digital marketing strategy implemented. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the influence of live streaming, content marketing, and online customer reviews on purchase decisions among TikTok Shop users in Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach through a survey of 96 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the simultaneous and partial influences between the variables studied. The results of the study show that the three variables simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Partially, content marketing and online customer reviews have been shown to have a significant influence, while live streaming does not show a significant influence. These findings underscore the importance of informative content-based marketing strategies and customer review management to strengthen trust and increase consumer buying interest on social-commercial platforms such as TikTok Shop.

Abstract

cosmetic industry is considered a promising sector as it relates to basic human needs and evolving lifestyle trends, resulting in increasingly intense market competition. In Banda Aceh, Kotty Store offers a variety of local and international cosmetic products; however, fluctuating and declining sales indicate weaknesses in the application of Personal Selling and the influence of external factors such as weather conditions. These issues may cause consumers to experience difficulties in selecting products and potentially switch to competing stores. This study aims to analyze the effect of Instagram promotion, word of mouth, and Personal Selling on consumer purchasing decisions for cosmetic products at Kotty Store in Banda Aceh, both simultaneously and partially. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS version 25. The results show that Instagram promotion, word of mouth, and Personal Selling have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, both partially and simultaneously. These findings highlight the important role of these three marketing strategies in encouraging consumers to make purchasing decisions at Kotty Store.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar dan kesejahteraan psikologis siswa dari perspektif psikologi digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring yang didistribusikan kepada 36 mahasiswa aktif. Instrumen tersebut mengukur intensitas penggunaan teknologi pembelajaran digital, motivasi belajar, dan kesejahteraan psikologis. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Lebih lanjut, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara penggunaan teknologi digital adaptif dan tingkat kesejahteraan psikologis yang lebih tinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa integrasi teknologi dalam proses pembelajaran, jika digunakan secara bijak dan strategis, dapat meningkatkan pengalaman belajar siswa. Implikasinya menyoroti pentingnya peran pendidik dalam merancang lingkungan pembelajaran digital interaktif yang juga mendukung kesehatan psikologis. Diskusi lebih lanjut menekankan bahwa literasi digital dan manajemen waktu dalam penggunaan teknologi merupakan faktor penting dalam memaksimalkan manfaat teknologi dalam pendidikan.

Abstract

The submission of the Certificate of Feasibility and Propriety (SK UKK) for cooperatives in the Riau Islands Province is still carried out manually, which hinders administrative processes, especially for cooperatives located far from the Office of Cooperatives and SMEs of the Riau Islands Province. To address this issue, this internship project aims to design and develop the Feasibility and Propriety Test Application (ALPUKAT), a web-based platform that facilitates online SK UKK submissions. The system was developed using the Laravel 12 framework, the PHP programming language, and MySQL database. The application provides account registration and document upload features for cooperatives, while the Cooperative Office, acting as the administrator, can verify documents, schedule interviews, and upload meeting minutes and SK UKK certificates. The result of this internship is a functional application that can be utilized by both cooperatives and the Cooperative Office within the Riau Islands Province. The implementation of this system is expected to make the SK UKK submission process more efficient, transparent, accurate, and centralized, while also supporting the government’s efforts to promote the digitalization of public services.
