Abstract

This study aimed to develop an android-based interactive multimedia on the events surrounding the proclamation of Indonesian independence at SMAN 1 Sungai Tebelian, besides that the research also measures the effectiveness of the implementation of the interactive multimedia that has been developed. This research used Research and Development (R&D) method. The interactive multimedia consisted of 2 screens, namely the login page and the home page. The login page contains the school logo, as well as a login menu that can be accessed by students using the NISN and Password, after successfully entering the home menu. The contents of the home menu consist of instructions for using the application, developer profile, followed by student presence. There is a KD menu and learning objectives, teaching materials designed using Canva, and, equipped pictures. On the home screen, there are also learning videos, interactive quizzes, a virtual presentation of the national proclamation museum, and reflections on learning. Furthermore, related to effectiveness in the Pretest and Posttest, the average result of the Pretest was 53.67 and the Posttest was 82.83 so the N-Gain test obtained a result of 0.62 and it can be concluded that Android-based interactive multimedia improves student learning outcomes, including into the medium category. The results of the t-test showed a sig value of 0.000 so the value was less than 0.05 so there was an influence in the use of interactive multimedia on students. on the effect size test, the result was 3.70 and it was concluded that interactive multimedia based on android, the material for the proclamation of Indonesian independence had an effect on the strong effect category or very strong. .

Abstract

The importance of an educational foundation in overcoming the problem of bullying in the entire learning process is the main key to creating a safe and comfortable school environment. The role of teachers and school management is very important in preventing bullying at school. This research aims to explain the implementation of educational foundations in optimizing the role of teachers and school management in preventing bullying behavior. By using a literature review approach, reviewing literature sources, especially journals, books and other sources that support research. This research method uses qualitative research to understand and explain phenomena and events in a broader social and cultural context. The research results show that the role of teachers and school management can help overcoming the problem of bullying by building cooperation and responsibility with all school components, including parents and other related parties, thereby creating a safe and inclusive school environment. It is hoped that this research can help teachers and school management in overcoming the problem of bullying.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to explore the foundations of education in an effort to optimize the teaching and learning process in order to improve the quality of education. Research methods involve literature analysis, interviews with experienced educators, and direct observation in educational settings. The research results highlight the importance of a deep understanding of the foundations of education as the main key in designing effective strategies to advance the quality of education. These findings provide valuable insights for the development of educational policy and the establishment of more effective teaching practices. In the discussion, the implications of the findings for improving the quality of education are discussed in depth, highlighting the challenges and opportunities that need to be considered by policy makers, educational practitioners and researchers in this field.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ledo. This research method is quantitative with a descriptive approach, with questionnaires supported by document studies and interviews to obtain optimal results. The population in this study were teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ledo, the sample taken was 20 teachers, namely all teachers at SMP Negeri 5 Ledo. The results of the research show that there is an influence between the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ledo. Judging from the results of the Persial test (T-Test), the Tcount value is 3.581 and the Ttable value is 2.042 with a significance value of 0.002. With the test criteria T count > T table and if significance < 0.05 then H0 is rejected so that there is a significant influence between the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ledo. Then the coefficient of determination shows that the R square value is 0.416, namely the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance at SMP Negeri 5 Ledo is 25.2%. This means that the influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance is in the low category out of a total of 100%. However, it can be suggested that school principals should have more control over teachers in making lesson plans and provide supervision over teachers so that their performance improves.

Abstract

Dalam kegiatan pembelajaran, agar pembelajaran dirasa menyenangkan dan dapat diserap oleh peserta didik, hendaknya guru dapat menyiapkan kegiatan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan agar peserta didik dapat mencerna setiap isi dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Oleh sebab itu, guru dituntut agar mampu berinovasi dalam proses pembelajarannya agar peserta didik memiliki ketertarikan tersendiri sehingga kegiatan dan suasana pembelajaran lebih bermakna dan hidup. Dalam hal ini, Kepala Sekolah melakukan kegiatan In House Trainining (IHT) di SMP Negeri 5 Ledo, Kabupaten Bengkayang, Kalimantan Barat, dengan menggunakan LCD Proyektor dan media IHT, kegiatan IHT dilaksanakan kepada guru-guru tersebut dengan diiringi tanya jawab dalam IHT. Kegiatan tersebut dilakukan dengan harapan agar guru dapat memiliki inovasi dan mengembangkan kemampuan di dalam menyiapkan kegiatan pembelajaran yang kreatif dan menyenangkan melalui desain pesan pembelajaran bagi guru khususnya di daerah terpencil kabupaten Bengkayang.

Abstract

The curriculum in an education system is a very important component. The curriculum is also a dynamic teaching and learning vehicle so it needs to be assessed and developed continuously and continuously in accordance with existing developments in society. Teachers are tasked with carrying out the best teaching, so with that teachers are also responsible for implementing, fostering, and developing the school curriculum. Good teachers must be able to create good teaching and learning programs and assess and enrich the curriculum material that has been outlined.
