Abstract

Bogor Regency is an area that often experiences prolonged rainfall, especially during the rainy season. High rainfall causes problems such as floods and landslides. Therefore, accurate rainfall prediction is important for various needs, especially in disaster mitigation. This study aims to implement the Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm as a model for prediction of historical rainfall data and use the Large Language Model (LLM) GEMMA 2 to provide interpretation of prediction results and recommendations based on the prediction results. The methods used include data collection from the BMKG online data website totaling 1804 data, data pre-processing, model building, model performance evaluation, and interpretation of results using LLM. The results of this study show that LSTM is able to produce the best performance by showing MSE 201.92 mm², Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) of 14.21 mm. the RMSE value shows an average error of 14.21 mm. In addition, the interpretation provided by LLM GEEMA 2 to help understand the prediction and provide practical recommendations for disaster mitigation due to rainfall.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is one of the driving wheels of economic that have potential to drive increased production, create jobs and reduce the number of poor people. One of the government's focus on infrastructure is the construction of the Trans Java Toll Road that connects the entire Java Island from Jakarta to Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact of the operation of the Trans Java Toll Road which began in part since 2015, 2017, 2018 and 2019 on the Regency/Municipality economy, especially those passed by toll roads. The indicators of regional economy in this research are GRDP per capita, open unemployment rate, dan poverty rate. The research method used is Difference in Difference (DiD) in the form of Staggered Adoption Design (SAD) using 84 regency/municipality data spread across 6 provinces in Java Island from 2012-2919. Estimation results show that the operation of the Trans Java Toll Road has not yet had a stable impact on increasing GRDP per capita, decreasing unemployment rate and reducing poverty rate. The insignificance of the influence of the Trans Java Toll Road is suspected because the analysis is still conducted in the medium term, where generally the influence of the new toll road is seen in the long term.

Abstract

The culture within a company is increasingly recognized as a critical factor influencing its overall performance, particularly in startups where innovation, adaptability, and employee engagement are crucial to success. While numerous studies have explored the relationship between company culture and organizational outcomes, limited research has focused specifically on the financial performance of startups. This research aims to examine the influence of company culture on the financial performance of startups, identifying key cultural elements that drive profitability, growth, and long-term sustainability. A mixed-methods approach was employed, combining quantitative data from financial performance metrics of 50 startups with qualitative insights gathered through interviews with founders and key employees. The findings suggest a strong correlation between positive company culture—characterized by open communication, employee empowerment, and a collaborative environment—and higher financial performance. Startups with a culture of innovation and continuous learning tend to achieve greater revenue growth and profitability, while those with hierarchical and rigid cultures face challenges in scaling. The study concludes that fostering a supportive, flexible, and innovative company culture is essential for startup success, particularly in fast-paced and competitive industries. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the intangible factors that drive financial outcomes in startups, offering valuable insights for entrepreneurs seeking to enhance both organizational culture and financial performance.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The low level of community acceptance of Long-Acting Reversible Contraceptive Methods (LARCs), particularly contraceptive implants and intrauterine devices (IUDs), remains a challenge in the implementation of the Family Planning Program due to the persistence of myths, medical misconceptions, and religiously based doubts. This study aims to analyze the process of attitude change from rejection to acceptance of contraceptive implants and IUDs through the implementation of an integrated educational strategy. The study employed a qualitative approach with a reflective case study design conducted in family planning program target areas in Banjarmasin City, involving couples of reproductive age, prospective and current contraceptive users, religious leaders, and healthcare providers selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, and were analyzed thematically with triangulation to ensure data credibility. The findings indicate that the integration of medical education and religious clarification effectively reduces myths, enhances understanding, and builds community trust in contraceptive implants and IUDs. Changes in attitudes were reflected in increased openness and willingness to use LARCs, as indicated by the achievement of new LARC user ratios exceeding program targets. The study concludes that acceptance of LARCs is strongly influenced by the alignment of educational approaches with the social and religious context of the community, suggesting that integrated educational strategies have the potential to serve as a contextual and sustainable alternative model for the implementation of family planning programs. ABSTRAK Rendahnya penerimaan masyarakat terhadap Metode Kontrasepsi Jangka Panjang (MKJP), khususnya KB implant dan intrauterine device (IUD), masih menjadi tantangan dalam Program Keluarga Berencana (KB) akibat kuatnya mitos, miskonsepsi medis, dan keraguan berbasis pemahaman keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis perubahan sikap masyarakat dari penolakan menuju penerimaan KB implant dan IUD melalui penerapan strategi edukasi terpadu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus reflektif di wilayah binaan program KB Kota Banjarmasin, melibatkan pasangan usia subur, calon dan akseptor KB, tokoh agama, serta tenaga kesehatan yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik dengan triangulasi untuk menjaga keabsahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi edukasi medis dan klarifikasi keagamaan mampu mengurangi mitos, meningkatkan pemahaman, serta membangun kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap KB implant dan IUD. Perubahan sikap tercermin dari meningkatnya keterbukaan dan kesediaan menggunakan MKJP yang ditunjukkan oleh capaian rasio peserta KB baru yang melampaui target. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa penerimaan MKJP sangat dipengaruhi oleh kesesuaian pendekatan edukasi dengan konteks sosial dan religius, sehingga strategi edukasi terpadu berpotensi menjadi model alternatif yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan dalam pelaksanaan program KB.

Abstract

The main objective of establishing a religious study group is to spread Islamic da'wah and save the community from adversity, where the Islamic study group has developed rapidly in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the role of the Al-Muhsinin Islamic Study Group in improving the religious understanding of the community in Selak Ampan Hamlet, Pijot Village. The background of this study is the low level of religious understanding in the community, even though the majority are Muslim. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of the administrators of the Islamic Study Group and the community who actively participated in the activities. The results show that the Al-Muhsinin Islamic Study Group has a strategic role in fostering faith, increasing Islamic understanding, and strengthening Islamic brotherhood. Routine activities such as religious studies, lectures, and religious discussions have a positive impact on the community's religious awareness. Supporting factors for the success of this activity include community enthusiasm, the role of religious leaders, and the availability of worship facilities. The inhibiting factors are limited time, community busyness, and lack of cadre development.

Abstract

This Community Service was carried out in Kungkai Village, in the form of a batik clothing sewing training to improve the skills and economy of the community. This service is a continuation of the previous training on batik cloth processing, where participants have been taught about batik techniques and batik designs. In this training, 15 participants were divided into 5 groups, with a focus on making women's batik clothing and men's batik clothing. The training method was carried out through direct practice, where each group was taught to sew batik clothing according to the instructor's instructions. The results of this service are expected to improve the community's skills in sewing batik clothing, thereby increasing the income and economy of the Kungkai Village community, as well as increasing the selling value of local batik products.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kerusakan saraf dapat mengakibatkan terjadinya kerusakan sendi, apabila tidak dilakukan apa-apa setelah pasien terkena stroke. Stroke yang tidak mendapatkan penanganan yang baik akan menimbulkan berbagai tingkat gangguan, seperti penurunan tonus otot, hilangnya sensibilitas pada sebagian anggota tubuh. Penurunan kekuatan otot yang disebabkan oleh berkurangnya kontraksi otot akibat terhambatnya suplai darah ke otak. Sehingga hal inilah yang menyebabkan gangguan neuromuscular pada pasien stroke sehingga terjadinya gangguan mobilitas fisik. Metode: Metode yang digunakan studi kasus ini yaitu deskriptif dengan pendekatan proses asuhan keperawatan. Studi kasus ini dimulai dari pengkajian, merumuskan masalah, membuat perencanaan, melakukan implementasi dan evaluasi. Penerapan studi kasus ini dengan melakukan Latihan Range Of Motion (Rom) pada pasien stroke dan dievaluasi dengan menggunakan Indeks Bartel. Hasil: hasil evaluasi latihan ROM selama 3 x sehari selama 7 hari didapatkan hasil Dan didapatkan skor kemandirian pada hari pertama, ke dua dan ke tiga klien I dengan skor 45, hari ke empat, ke lima dengan skor 50, hari ke enam 55 dan har ke tujuh skor 60, sedangkan klien II hari pertama, ke dua mendapatkan skor 65, hari ke tiga dan ke empat skor 70, hari ke lima 80, hari ke enam skor 85 dan hari ke tujuh mendapat skor 90. Pembahasan: Hal ini membuat otot bekerja menjadi lebih keras, terjadinya peningkatan rekruitmen motor unit sehingga semakin banyak motor unit yang terlibat menyebabkan terjadi hipertropi karena peningkatan kekuatan oto Kesimpulan: Terapi non farmakologi latihan ROM pada ke dua klien selama tiga kali sehari selama 7 hari untuk meningkatkan kekuatan otot terdapat kenaikan skor setiap harinya menggunakan instrumen Index Bartel dan perubahan kemandirian pada klien. Perawat diharapkan dapat mengaplikasikan latihan ROM pada pasien stroke. Berdasarkan tindakan yang telah dilakukan pada kedua responden dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi latihan ROM efektif dalam meningkatkan kekuatan otot. Saran: Latihan Range Of Motion efektif dilakukan sesuai standar operasional (SOP) pada pasien stroke. Kata kunci : Stroke, Latihan Range Of Motion, Index Bartel

Abstract

Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) bertajuk "Pelatihan Accurate untuk Meningkatkan Kompetensi Akuntansi" telah dilaksanakan di SMKN 1 Kota Bekasi, Bintara, yang memiliki fokus kejuruan pada bidang Akuntansi, Manajemen, dan Rekayasa Perangkat Lunak. Kegiatan ini diinisiasi berdasarkan kebutuhan mendesak dari pihak sekolah untuk membekali siswa dengan keterampilan praktis aplikasi Accurate, khususnya pada materi kas kecil (petty cash) dan rekonsiliasi bank yang sangat relevan dengan operasional dunia usaha. Selain itu, pelatihan ini bertujuan memperluas wawasan siswa agar tidak hanya terpaku pada penguasaan software MYOB, tetapi juga kompeten dalam menggunakan Accurate. Sebanyak 35 siswa kelas 11 berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan yang dilangsungkan secara tatap muka ini. Metode pelaksanaan yang diterapkan adalah service-learning, yang mencakup tiga fase utama: tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan pelatihan, dan tahap evaluasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan lonjakan kompetensi yang signifikan; jika sebelumnya 50% siswa kurang paham dan 50% hanya cukup paham, pasca-pelatihan tercatat 50% peserta mencapai kategori sangat baik dan 25% lainnya berada pada level baik. Dari sisi respons peserta, 58% menyatakan sangat puas dan sisanya merasa puas, disertai harapan agar program ini dapat berlanjut dengan modul pembelajaran yang lebih variatif di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Abstrak: Generasi Z memegang peranan penting dalam pembangunan negara di masa depan, untuk itu edukasi perpajakan sangatlah penting bagi generasi Z sebagai sasaran edukasi perpajakan dengan memanfaatkan perkembangan tekhnologi informasi salah satunya berbentuk sistem pajak digital. Tujuan dari dilaksanakannya kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan edukasi perpajakan kepada generasi Z melalui sistem pajak digital. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahap, yaitu persiapan, pelatihan atau pemaparan materi dan evaluasi. Mitra pada kegiatan ini adalah SMKN 2 Kota Bekasi dan Siswa/Siswi Kelas 9 sebanyak 34 orang yang menjadi peserta. Hasil akhir dari edukasi ini diperoleh peningkatan pemahaman generasi Z terhadap materi yang disampaikan, ini dibuktikan melalui hasil pre-test dan post-test yang sebelum mengikuti kegiatan edukasi perpajakan tingkat pemahaman peserta 60-90% dan setelah mengikuti edukasi tingkat pemahaman peserta meningkat menjadi 90-100%, serta adanya tingkat kepuasan mitra sebesar 81% yang mengarakan sangat puas, 15% mengatakan puas, dan 4% mengatakan cukup puas. Tingkat kepuasan yang sangat tinggi sebesar 81% menunjukkan bahwa edukasi perpajakan ini telah memenuhi harapan peserta sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka saat ini.Abstract: Generation Z plays an important role in the country's development in the future, for this reason tax education is very important for generation Z as a target for tax education by utilizing developments in information technology, one of which is in the form of a digital tax system. The aim of carrying out this activity is to provide tax education to generation Z through a digital tax system. This activity is carried out in three stages, namely preparation, training or presentation of material and evaluation. The partners in this activity were SMKN 2 Bekasi City and 34 Class 9 students who were participants. The final result of this education was an increase in generation Z's understanding of the material presented, this was proven through the results of the pre-test and post-test, where before taking part in the accounting education activity, the participants' level of understanding was 60-90% and after taking part in the education, the participants' level of understanding increased to 90-90%. 100%, and there is a partner satisfaction level of 81%, which means they are very satisfied, 15% say they are satisfied, and 4% say they are quite satisfied. The very high level of satisfaction of 81% shows that this tax education has met participants' expectations according to their current needs.

Abstract

Furniture is essential for daily activities and enhances the aesthetic appeal of various environments, including residences, commercial establishments, and cafes. Traditionally, furniture retailers display their products through catalogs or brochures. However, such media often fail to provide a comprehensive view of the furniture, hindering prospective buyers from evaluating items from all angles or determining their suitability for a specific room. This study proposes developing an Android application for interior layout design. It addresses these challenges by employing Augmented Reality technology in conjunction with a Markerless User Defined Target technique. The utilization of markerless user-defined targets is particularly advantageous, as it eliminates the requirement for predefined physical markers. This simplifies the process for the user and offers greater flexibility compared to conventional marker-based approaches, representing a key novelty of this work. The resultant software features a product catalog and comprehensive product information. It also allows users to view 3D augmented reality items, as well as scale, rotate, and manipulate these objects within their environment. Two individuals verified the system's operation through functional testing employing the Blackbox methodology. Usability testing, using the System Usability Scale, yielded above-average ratings, categorizing the software as "acceptable." Further examinations of viewing distance and angle indicated that camera quality influences augmented reality range, with AR objects remaining visible at angles ranging from 90° to 40°. These evaluations indicate that the Markerless User Defined Target method is effective and suitable for AR-based interior furniture layout planning.
