Abstract

This research highlights the importance of resolving inheritance disputes in Indonesia through the Tashaluh method, an amicable approach that integrates the principles of sharia, adat and local traditions. The general background shows that inheritance conflicts often impose significant financial and emotional burdens and can disrupt family relationships. On the other hand, the specific background highlights the need for alternative methods such as Tashaluh in addressing the different interpretations of inheritance laws from customary, religious and national laws that are often the starting point of conflict. This research fills the knowledge gap by exploring the potential of the Tashaluh method in defusing inheritance conflicts and maintaining family harmony. Through a normative-empirical approach, this research uses deductive and inductive approaches to analyze the phenomenon of inheritance division in society. The main findings show that the Tashaluh method can be an effective alternative in resolving inheritance disputes by maintaining cultural and religious sustainability and enriching traditional means of conflict resolution. The implications of this research provide new insights for Islamic law practitioners and researchers in strengthening the legitimacy of resolving inheritance disputes in accordance with the cultural and social context of the community, as well as highlighting the importance of further research to explore the long-term impact of using the Tashaluh method on social stability, economy, and justice in the community.

Abstract

This study focuses on the phenomenon of equal inheritance distribution between male and female children in Ciheras Village, Cipatujah Subdistrict, Tasikmalaya Regency. This practice contradicts Islamic law, which stipulates that the inheritance division should be 2:1. The purpose of this research is to investigate the factors behind this practice, as well as the Islamic legal perspective on it. The research method used is qualitative, employing descriptive-analytical techniques with a normative-empirical approach. Secondary data comes from relevant literature, while primary data is obtained through direct observation and in-depth interviews with religious figures and local communities. The research findings reveal several factors contributing to the equal inheritance distribution: the economic conditions of the predominantly farming community, efforts to avoid family conflicts, long-standing traditions, and the relatively small amount of inheritance. This practice is applied to maintain family harmony, despite Islamic law not recognizing the faraidh principle. This study provides insights into social transformation and community values influenced by the application of Islamic inheritance law in rural areas.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan, termasuk dalam penyelesaian sengketa, yang didukung oleh implementasi Peraturan Mahkamah Agung (PERMA) No. 3 Tahun 2022 tentang mediasi elektronik. Mediasi elektronik menawarkan kemudahan akses, fleksibilitas, dan efisiensi waktu dan biaya dibandingkan litigasi. Namun, pemahaman dan penerimaan mediasi elektronik oleh para pihak masih menjadi tantangan besar, terutama terkait aspek teknis, keamanan data, dan efektivitas komunikasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan mediasi elektronik dalam penyelesaian sengketa di era digital. Menganalisis strategi untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan penerimaan para pihak dalam proses mediasi elektronik berdasarkan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung (PERMA) No. 3 Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif analitik, mengacu pada teori sistem hukum untuk menganalisis interaksi antara regulasi, teknologi, dan lembaga yang mendukung mediasi elektronik. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa mediasi elektronik mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas penyelesaian sengketa, dengan mengatasi hambatan geografis dan mengurangi biaya dan waktu penyelesaian. Faktor-faktor seperti literasi digital, keamanan data, dan kompetensi mediator telah terbukti penting dalam keberhasilan implementasi mediasi elektronik. Penelitian ini juga menyoroti pentingnya sosialisasi, pendidikan, dan peningkatan kualitas infrastruktur teknologi untuk mendukung implementasi PERMA No. 3 Tahun 2022. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi strategis bagi pengembangan sistem penyelesaian sengketa yang lebih inklusif, modern, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat, serta mendukung transformasi sistem hukum di era digital.  Kata kunci: efisiensi; mediasi elektronik; PERMA No. 3/2022; penyelesaian sengketa; Teknologi.

Abstract

The current state of traffic conditions in Indonesia is quite worrying; many violations occur, both intentionally and unintentionally. Many minors ride motorcycles without knowing the traffic rules. This research focuses on problems related to school regulations that allow students to ride motorbikes to school, as well as the role of parents regarding the use of motorbikes for underage children. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study research method. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, followed by interviews and documentation. The results of the research show that there are factors regarding permission from parents and family, including: 1) the role of parents because they are busy and cannot take their children to school; 2) the efficiency of time used because of the long distance from home to school and the absence of public transportation in the area; 3) a lack of parental guidance regarding understanding traffic; 4) invitations from peers. 2) Allowing them to ride motorbikes has an influence on their behavior patterns, including making them more skilled at riding motorbikes. Because in that area, when they enter junior high school (SMP), because the distance from home is increasingly far away, their parents allow them to ride motorbikes to school. 3) Parents have a very important role in supervising children. The family is considered a basic ecology in which a childs behavior is manifested from childhood in a negative or positive way.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan problematika pendidik kelas rendah dalam penerapan penilaian autentik dan upaya pendidik untuk mengatasi problematika tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskripstif. Subjek penelitian adalah pendidik kelas rendah dan kepala sekolah SDIT Baiturrahman. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi metode dan triangulasi sumber. Data dianalisis secara interaktif yaitu dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat dua faktor yang menjadi problematika penerapan penilaian autentik di kelas rendah pada SDIT Baiturrahman Sragen, yaitu faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal meliputi kemampuan pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran (RPP, instrumen, tes) oleh guru, manjemen dokumen, dan wawasan pedagogi guru. Sedangkan faktor eksternal meliputi tingkat perkembangan peserta didik, kemampuan berbahasa peserta didik (membaca dan menulis), kemampuan manajemen waktu peserta didik, ketersediaan alat dan bahan, dan sikap peserta didik. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan pendidik dalam mengatasi problematika pada penerapan penilaian autentik, yaitu melakukan crosschek atau evaluasi lebih mendetail, pembagian tugas peserta didik untuk setiap anggota kelompok, pemanfaatan alat dan bahan di lingkungan sekitar dan melakukan perbaikan pengarsipan pada penilaian.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the team quiz method on improving the concentration of IVC class students at SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta during the learning process. The research method used in this study is classroom action research (PTK) with a Mix Methods approach that uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. This research consists of two cycles until the achievement of success indicators, in each cycle there are planning, implementation, observation, and reflection activities. The subject of this research is students of class IVC SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta and the object of this research is concentration of students' learning during learning. Data collection techniques using interviews, observations and questionnaires. Qualitative data will be processed using descriptive analysis with the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Quantitative data of the research results are processed descriptively, namely calculating the percentage of the number of students who concentrate and the average score. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that the application of the team quiz method in learning can effectively improve the concentration of students in class IVC SDIT Nur Hidayah Surakarta.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was: (1) to determine the effects of each professionalism competence (pedagogical, personal, professional, and social competency) on the teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto Junior High School; (2) to determine the effects of overall professionalism competence (pedagogical, personal, professional, and social competency) on the teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto Junior High School; and (3) to determine the most significant factor of pedagogical, personal, professional, and social on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto Junior High School. The subject of this study was all teachers of SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto Junior High School consisting of 39 teachers. A questionnaire was used to collect the data and diagram track/path diagram was used to analyze the data. The results of the study showed that there were significant effects of the pedagogical, personal, professional and social on teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto Junior High School; and among all competences, the dominant factor in the teachers’ performance at SMP Negeri 3 Purwokerto Junior High School was the social competence.

Abstract

This study aims to find, analyze, and describe internal and external factors that contribute to the professional development of lecturers; alternative strategies and priorities for empowerment-based lecturer professional development strategies at State Islamic Religious Universities. This research is field research using the descriptive analytical method. Data was obtained from observations, literature studies, key informants, and experts. The results of this study indicate that; First, the ability of IAIN Palopo's internal factors is powerful and able to overcome its weaknesses in the professional development of lecturers. In addition, IAIN Palopo has a reasonably high opportunity and is very responsive in overcoming challenges in the professional development of lecturers. Second, several alternative strategies were formulated, leading to the implementation of an integration strategy through market penetration and product development (research, community service, and article writing) through collaboration with universities and other institutions both domestically and abroad, by empowering scientific consortiums lecturers and international center.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan perangkat pembelajaran tematikintegratifberbasis sosiokultural dengan tema indahnya kebersamaan yang layak danefektif bagi peserta didik kelas IV SDN Pujokusuman 1 Yogyakarta. Jenis penelitian iniadalah penelitian pengembangan atau Research and Development (R & D). Tahap penelitianpengembangan ini mengacu pada model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang telahdielaborasi oleh Sukmadinata menjadi tiga kelompok, yaitu: (1) studi pendahuluan, (2)pengembangan, dan (3) pengujian dan sosialisasi. Subjek uji pendahuluan adalah tigaorang validator ahli dan satu orang validator praktisi. Subjek uji utama adalah pesertadidik kelas IV B SDN Pujokusuman 1 Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 29 peserta didik. Hasilpenelitian pada uji terbatas adalah produk silabus, RPP, media pembelajaran, bahan ajar,dan tes hasil belajar menurut validator ahli dan validator praktisi adalah layak untukdigunakan, dibuktikan dengan rerata skor Aiken's V untuk masing-masing perangkatpembelajaran yang mendekati 1, Uji efektivitas menggunakan desain eksperimen beforeafterdengan data hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan perbedaan yang signifikan.Signifikansi yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan SPSS menunjukkan angka 0,0001 ≤ 0,05.Kegiatan guru sebelum dan ketika menggunakan perangkat yang dikembangkanmengalami peningkatan sebesar 34,26%. Kegiatan peserta didik sebelum dan ketikaditerapkan perangkat yang dikembangkan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 38,89%

Abstract

This study investigates the implementation of the job equalization policy and the development of civil servant competencies in East Manggarai Regency, with a focus on the functional position of policy analysts. The research is motivated by concerns that the nationwide conversion of structural positions to functional ones, while administratively mandated, may not be accompanied by adequate competency development, particularly in under-resourced regions. Employing a qualitative case study design, the study collected data through interviews, document analysis, and field observations, and analyzed the findings using thematic coding supported by Edwards III’s implementation model, Kingdon’s Multiple Streams Framework, and Spencer’s competency theory. The results reveal that although structural transitions were formally implemented, the substantive preparation for new functional roles remains insufficient. Communication was top-down and unclear; training opportunities were severely limited; and performance indicators were misaligned with functional responsibilities. Most policy analysts lacked the technical and behavioral competencies required for their roles, resulting in diminished organizational performance and weakened public service outcomes. The absence of institutional support mechanisms, such as mentoring and performance benchmarks, further hindered adaptation and professional growth.The study concludes that successful implementation of job equalization policies requires more than administrative compliance—it demands strategic investment in human capital, institutional learning, and localized policy adaptation. This research contributes to public administration literature by illustrating how structural reforms must be paired with competency development to realize their intended impact, especially in decentralized, capacity-constrained environments.
