Abstract

Self-concept is the core of individual personality, which plays a role in determining and directing individual behavior. Self-concept cannot be separated from virtuous values that arise from self-identity. This article discusses the philosophy of life and the cultural values of the Banjar people "baiman, bauntung, batuah" which are used to conceptualize themselves. The values obtained from the strong influence of Islamic teachings on the Banjar people. The dominance of Islam in the Banjar community is undoubtedly, in the process of 'becoming a Banjar', many Dayak ethnic groups are 'becoming Banjars when they convert to Islam. In addition to this article discussing one of the unique cultural forms of Banjar people, the culture of the river, in the form of river transportation, pasar terapung, and rumah lanting, has begun to be neglected.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah penerapan media belajar daring memalui situs wordwall.com mampu meningkatkan keaktifan belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas 7 SMPIT Insan Mandiri Kalisari. Adapun metode yang diginakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 7 SMPIT Insan Mandiri yang berjumlah delapan orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara dan observasi. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penerapan penggunaan media wordwall pada pelaksanaan pembelajaran diambil sample siswa dan siswa tersebut lebih aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dibandingkan dengan menggunakan media power point dan foto maupun video pembelajaran.

Abstract

Media relations is one of the determining strategies in building the institution's image. The research aims to determine the Media Relations Strategy by Public Relations of Bank Indonesia West Java Province in building a positive image of the institution. The qualitative method used in this research uses descriptive analysis to describe a situation or event. It gives a detailed description of specific individuals or groups regarding the circumstances and symptoms. Theoretically or conceptually, this research is based on Rosady Ruslan's concept of media relations which is divided into three, namely Media Gathering, Media Tour, and Press Conference. The data collection in this study is by interviews and observations with four informants. The results of this study indicate that the Media Relations Strategy carried out by Bank Indonesia Public Relations in West Java Province includes three activities: Media Gathering, Media Tour, and Press Conference activities. This research is hoped to impact the development of public relations science and public relations practices in companies.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and financial technology on financial inclusion of students of Islamic economics study program STAI Tasikmalaya. This research is quantitative and the research data used are primary and secondary data. The population in this study was 159 students of the Islamic economics study program at STAI Tasikmalaya for the 2017-2021 academic year. The sampling technique used was the proportional sampling method, so that 50 students of the Islamic economics study program STAI Tasikmalaya were obtained to be respondents. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The data were statistically processed using the t-test and F-test models. The results of this study indicate that partially the variables of financial literacy and financial technology have a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial inclusion for students of the Islamic economics study program STAI Tasikmalaya. financial literacy and financial technology variables simultaneously have a significant effect on the financial inclusion of students of the Islamic economics study program STAI Tasikmalaya. It is proven by the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination where financial literacy and financial technology variables affect the financial inclusion of students of the Islamic economics study program STAI Tasikmalaya by 65.7% and the remaining 34.3% is influenced by other variables not mentioned in this study.

Abstract

Da'wah activities through digital applications sometimes cause religious social problems in the midst of Indonesia's diverse social life. Through a normative-philosophical approach, this qualitative study intends to identify the value of Sufism social education in digital da'wah ethics contained in the fatwa of the Indonesian Ulema Council of East Java Province Number. 06 of 2022. This study data was obtained by documentation techniques, and data analysis includes reduction, presentation, and verification. The social value of Sufism in the form of mahabbah, itsar, and futuwwah is the basis for the perspective of this study. This study found the content of Sufism social education values in legal provisions related to the ethics of preachers in the digital space in the fatwa, including the value of mahabbah education in da'wah ethics that uphold peace. Then, the value of futuwwah education in da'wah ethics that respects diversity. Furthermore, the value of itsar education in da'wah ethics that cares for public benefit and state integration. This study confirms that the integration of the values of tarbiyah, Sufism and fiqh can be disseminated in fatwas related to social religion in Indonesia, including digital da'wah ethics fatwas.

Abstract

Digital poverty, defined as the inability to access and utilize information and communication technology (ICT), remains a critical issue in South Sumatra Province. This study aims to map digital poverty and connectivity disparities across districts and cities, analyze their distribution, and assess their relationship with macro poverty. Using Barrantes’ (2007) framework, this research employs descriptive statistical analysis based on the National Socio-Economic Survey (Susenas) data from March 2023. The study utilizes the digital poverty index and macro index to classify regions into quadrants. The findings reveal that the highest levels of digital poverty are observed in Empat Lawang Regency (52.75%), North Musi Rawas Regency (44.625%), and PALI Regency (44.51%). Conversely, Prabumulih City (80.27%), Palembang City (80.17%), and Ogan Komering Ulu (74.43%) exhibit the highest levels of digital connectivity. These disparities highlight the urgent need for targeted policy interventions. Recommended strategies include digital literacy enhancement, improved internet access, and strengthened digital infrastructure, particularly in high-poverty regions. Effective implementation of these initiatives is crucial to reducing digital poverty and supporting sustainable economic development in South Sumatra Province.

Abstract

Di era globalisasi dan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, Pancasila sebagai filosofi dasar dan ideologi negara Indonesia menghadapi tantangan dan peluang. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi kedudukan Pancasila dalam konteks global dan bagaimana prinsip-prinsipnya dapat diterapkan serta diperkuat di tengah dinamika global. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini mengkaji literatur, kebijakan, dan studi kasus terkait penerapan Pancasila di era digital. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun globalisasi membawa tantangan, Pancasila tetap relevan dan berfungsi sebagai panduan. Nilai-nilai inti Pancasila seperti gotong royong, keadilan sosial, dan persatuan dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam kehidupan digital. Era digital juga menawarkan peluang baru untuk memperkuat dan menyebarkan nilai-nilai Pancasila melalui platform digital dan pendidikan online. Kesimpulannya, Pancasila mempertahankan kedudukan kuat sebagai ideologi nasional di tengah globalisasi dan digitalisasi, dengan upaya kolaboratif diperlukan untuk memastikan nilai-nilai Pancasila terus diterapkan di berbagai aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

Menurut data Kementerian Kesehatan pada tahun 2019, prevalensi tumor payudara di Indonesia mencapai 42,1 per 100.000 penduduk pada tahun 2018, dengan rata-rata angka kematian mencapai 17 per 100.000 penduduk. Indonesia berada di peringkat ke-23 di Asia dalam hal prevalensi tumor payudara. Ultrasonografi (USG) grayscale menjadi metode utama dalam mendeteksi karsinoma payudara invasif, yang merupakan jenis paling umum (65%-80%) dan termasuk tumor ganas yang berpotensi menyebar ke jaringan sekitarnya dan organ lainnya. USG grayscale berguna dalam menilai karsinoma payudara invasif dengan menampilkan karakteristik seperti hipoekoik dengan tekstur tidak homogen, tepi yang tidak rata, spikula, dan bayangan akustik posterior. Selain itu, USG grayscale mampu mendeteksi distorsi jaringan. Sensitivitas dan spesifisitas USG grayscale dalam penilaian karsinoma payudara invasif masing-masing adalah 89,1% dan 79,1%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur dengan sumber dari Google Scholar, National Centre for Biotechnology Information (NCBI), dan Research Science, menghasilkan 10 jurnal yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi dan tinjauan literatur, USG grayscale menunjukkan sensitivitas dan spesifisitas yang tinggi, yakni masing-masing sebesar 85,18% dan 95,0% dalam membedakan antara tumor payudara jinak dan ganas, dengan nilai prediksi positif lebih dari 95,83%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa USG grayscale memiliki sensitivitas dan spesifisitas yang tinggi dalam mendiagnosis tumor payudara invasif.

Abstract

Riset ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efikasi dan keamanan vaksin ikan ‘Trivalen-SA’ pascapenyimpanan selama 12 bulan untuk pencegahan ko-infeksi streptococcosis dan motile Aeromonas septicemia (MAS) pada ikan nila (Oreochromis niloticus). Ikan uji yang digunakan adalah ikan nila yang sudah specific pathogen free dengan bobot 8 ± 1,2 g. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah aplikasi vaksin melalui: (1) Injeksi satu dosis (0,1 mL per ekor), (2) Injeksi dua dosis (0,2 mL per ekor), (3) Perendaman dalam larutan vaksin pada konsentrasi 107 CFU mL-1,(4) Injeksi 0,1 mL phosphate buffered saline (PBS) sebagai kontrol positif, dan (5) Perendaman dalam air segar selama 30 menit sebagai kontrol negatif.  Efikasi vaksin dievaluasi dengan nilai relative percent survival (RPS) melalui uji tantang terhadap kedua jenis bakteri infektif penyusun formula vaksin. Uji keamanan vaksin dilakukan sesuai metode standar pengujian vaksin ikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa vaksin ikan ‘Trivalen-SA’ pada pengujian ini masih aman dan protektif dengan hasil secara kuantitatif lebih baik karena nilai RPS terhadap infeksi bakteri Aeromonas hydrophila berkisar antara 15,79-29,82%; bakteri Streptococcus agalactiae (non-hemolitik) antara 25,92-48,15%, dan bakteri S. agalactiae (β-hemolitik) antara 18,52-40,75%. Proteksi sinergis terhadap ko-infeksi ketiga jenis atau biotipe bakteri adalah 27,37% untuk injeksi satu dosis; 39,57% untuk injeksi dua dosis, dan 22,54% untuk perendaman. Hasil terbaik berdasarkan kinerja sintasan dan pertambahan bobot tubuh ikan nila dengan nilai RPS mencapai 39,57% apabila diberikan vaksin melalui injeksi dua dosis (0,2 mL per ekor).A study was conducted to determine the efficacy and safety of the ‘Trivalen-SA’ fish vaccine after 12 months of storage in preventing co-infection by streptococcosis and motile Aeromonas septicemia (MAS) in tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus). Specific pathogen-free tilapia with a weight of 8 ± 1,2 g were used as the test fish. The treatments included: (1) Injection with a single dose (0.1 mL per fish), (2) Injection with a double dose (0.2 mL per fish), (3) Immersion with the vaccine solution in 107 CFU mL-1, (4) Injection with 0.1 mL phosphate buffered saline (PBS) as a positive control, and (5) Immersion with freshwater for 30 minutes as a negative control. Vaccine efficacy was assessed using relative percent survival (RPS) values obtained from the challenge tests against each bacterial species in the vaccine. Vaccine safety was evaluated according to standard fish vaccine testing protocols. The results showed that the ‘Trivalen-SA’ vaccine in this study remained safe and effective indicated by RPS value against Aeromonas hydrophila ranged from 15.79 to 29.82%, non-hemolytic Streptococcus agalactiae ranged from 25.92 to 48.15%, and β-hemolytic S. agalactiae ranged from 18.52 to 40.75%. The synergistic protection against co-infection by all three bacterial species or biotypes was 27.37% for the single-dose injection, 39.57% for the double-dose injection, and 22.54% for the immersion method.  The best results based on the survival performance and body weight gain of tilapia with an RPS value reached 39.57% when given the vaccine through double-dose injection (0.2 mL per fish).

Abstract

Settlement of disputes through mediation is preceded by a discussion of negotiations as the basis for the procedure for resolving disputes through mediation because in mediation efforts to resolve disputes are carried out through negotiation and bargaining between the disputing parties. This research can be categorized as literature research, the theoretical framework of the normative - juridical approach. In an effort to find the truth, the authors use a normative - juridical approach. The technique used is the main content analysis related to mediation in Perma No. 1 of 2016. The results of this study are as follows. First, the mediator certificate is explained in Perma Number 1 of 2016 Article 13 that every mediator is required to have a mediator certificate obtained after participating and declared to have passed the mediator certification training organized by the Supreme Court or an institution that has obtained accreditation from the Supreme Court. Second, the mediation procedure in the Supreme Court regulations applies in a litigation process in court, both within the General Court and Religious Courts. Each judge, mediator, parties and/or legal counsel must follow the procedure for resolving disputes through mediation.
