Abstract

This research aims to determine the Model of Teaching Tolerance in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMK 35 Jakarta which includes Learning Models, Tolerance, Islamic Religious Education Subjects, Learning Models, Types of Tolerance, What is the Meaning of Islamic Religious Education. Through research using qualitative methods, with a case study design approach. To explore data using observation, interviews and documentation. Next, the results of these techniques are selected according to the research focus. The results found in this research are a form of application of the Tolerance Cultivation Model in Islamic Religious Education Subjects at SMK 35 Jakarta. It is absolutely mandatory to implement tolerance at SMK 35 Jakarta, because material about tolerance is discussed in Islamic religious subjects. The model of developing tolerance in Islamic Religious Education subjects is an approach that aims to shape the character of students who are able to appreciate, respect and practice tolerance between religious communities. This model was developed with the aim of strengthening understanding of religious tolerance in the Islamic context. In this model, the learning approach used is to study Islamic principles which are the basis for tolerance. Students will learn the teachings of the Islamic religion which upholds love, mutual respect and respect for differences in the school. The method used in this model is a combination of students, teacher educators, and independent research. The expected result of this model is that students have a better understanding of the values of tolerance in the Islamic religion. They are expected to be able to apply and carry out the principles of tolerance in their daily lives, both within the school environment and in the wider community. Apart from that, this model is also expected to increase students' understanding and positive attitudes towards people of other religions, thereby creating an atmosphere of harmony and harmony in religious life in society

Abstract

Educating children requires separate methods and approaches from parents. Therefore housewives must be aware of their duties and responsibilities. Not a few parents pay less attention to their children's education. Some of the things behind the lack of education given by parents to their children include economic, social (association), cultural and political factors. The resulting impact requires assistance from educational practitioners. That is why it is very important to do Community Service in the Fobaharu Village, Kec. North Tidore City of Tidore Archipelago. The purpose of this PkM is to describe 1) The activity of opening the Movement to Educate Children for Housewives in Kel. Fobaharu Kec. North Tidore Tidore City Archipelago North Maluku Province 2) Provision of materials to housewives in Kel. Fobaharu Kec. North Tidore Tidore City Archipelago North Maluku Province 3) Closing activities of the Movement to Educate Children for Housewives in Kel. Fobaharu Kec. North Tidore City of Tidore Archipelago North Maluku Province. The PkM implementation method is carried out in 3 stages, namely the preparation or opening stage of the activity, delivery of material and closing of the activity. From these stages resulted in 1) The opening activity was carried out by reading the holy verses of the Koran, singing the Indonesiaraya song, salawat, remarks and the event was opened by the Head of Kelurahan Fobaharu Kec. North Tidore City of Tidore Archipelago. 2. Material delivery activities by the team with the theme of the blue echo background, the direction of the blue echo and the blue echo as a moral fortress. 3) Closing activities are carried out by reciting verses from the holy Koran, reading prayers, messages from representatives of PkM participants and closing by the head of Keluran Fobaharu Kec. Abstract

Hospitals are health institutions that have many installations and are never separated from the generation of solid waste (medical and non-medical) hospitals. Hospital activities will produce a number of by-products, both solid, liquid and gaseous waste containing pathogens, chemicals and generally dangerous and dangerous medical devices. The purpose of this study was to analyze the medical waste management system at Dr. Hospital. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan Year 2020, Identification of hazardous waste characteristics at each waste source at Dr. Hospital. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan with existing standards. Based on the Decree of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1204 of 2004 concerning Hospital Environmental Health, waste management can be carried out by minimizing waste by reducing materials, reusing and recycling, sorting and storing medical and non-medical waste. , collection with strong and closed trolleys and processing waste to be safe before being discharged into the environment, Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry Number: P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015 concerning Procedures and Technical Requirements for Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste from Facilities Health services. This research is a qualitative research with qualitative methods. The data collection used checklist, observation, and in-depth interviews, while the data analysis was processed using qualitative techniques to describe the efforts to manage medical solid waste at Dr. Hospital. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan which is then compared with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015 concerning Procedures and Technical Requirements for Management of Hazardous and Toxic Waste from Health Service Facilities. The results showed that Dr. Hospital. Kanujosos Djatiwibowo Balikpapan is in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015. Based on the results of the percentage tabulation, it is known that the management of medical waste at Dr. Hospital. Kanujoso Djatiwibowo Balikpapan, which is as much as 72.22% in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.56/Menlhk-Setjen/2015 while it is known that 27.78 are not appropriate.

Abstract

This article aims to describe the tolerance index and management model of tourism development in Central Lombok Regency. Using the mix-method, this study found that the religious tolerance index information was 3.61 or had a high category. The religious tolerance index is supported by a two-dimensional-based management model, namely regulation and institutional. The regulatory dimension refers to the 2006 Joint Regulation of the Minister of Religion and the Minister of Home Affairs, the 2020-2024 Ministry of Religion Strategic Plan, and the 2021-2026 Lombok Regency RPJMD. Recommended policy development models include; The regulatory dimension is guided by Presidential Regulation Number 58 of 2023, Regulation of the Minister of Religion Number 3 of 2024, and the Central Lombok Regency RPJPD 2025-2045. By referring to these regulations, the institution of tolerance management policy applies the hexa-helix model collaborative management approach, namely policies through the collaboration of six stakeholders which include: local governments; FKUB; the business world; NGOs / religious organizations; mass media; and universities. Local governments play a role in designing and developing policies, while other stakeholders play a supporting role in policy management.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh pengeringan daun turi terhadap karakteristik degradasi dalam rumen, melalui metode in sacco menggunakan kantong nilon. Daun turi segar dan kering dipotong/dicincang untuk mendapatkan sampel yang homogen dengan ukuran partikel 1 mm. Sebanyak 2 gr dari masing masing sampel daun dimasukkan ke dalam kantong dan diinkubasi ke dalam fistula domba dengan tiga ulangan. Sampel tersebut diinkubasi selama 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 dan 72 jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat degradasi dan keteruraian bahan kering dan protein kasar dari daun segar lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan daun kering. Nilai karakteristik degradasi pada daun turi segar yaitu 41,36%, 42,50%, dan 6,41% per jam masing-masing untuk fraksi a, b dan c, sementara nilai pada daun turi kering sebesar 7,93%, 55,53%, dan 2,22% per jam masing-masing untuk fraksi a, b dan c. Tingkat keteruraian protein efektif sebesar 74,77 dan 37,03% untuk daun turi segar dan kering. Berdasarkan hasil kajian ini, disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan pengeringan daun turi dapat menurunkan tingkat degradasi dalam rumen, dan diharapkan meningkatkan protein lolos degradasi dan selanjutnya meningkatkan suplai nitrogen (protein) pascarumen.

Abstract

MSMEs have contributed to accelerating economic growth and creating jobs. However, a number of problems still hinder the growth of their business performance. The improvement of business performance requires a competitive advantage that stems from a strong entrepreneurial and market orientation as well as the high dynamic capabilities of the actors in MSMEs. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of these factors on competitive advantage and their impact on improving MSME business performance. A survey of 336 samples and a quantitative approach were conducted to prove the research hypothesis through structural equation modeling. The novelty of this research is the analysis of the determinants of competitive advantage, especially entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capabilities, and market orientation, and their impact on business performance, as well as the mediating role of competitive advantage on the influences of entrepreneurial orientation, dynamic capabilities, and market orientation, respectively, on business performance. The study concluded that improving MSME business performance can be done by creating competitive advantage and dynamic capabilities in MSME actors. The creation of competitive advantage requires a strong entrepreneurial orientation and market orientation, as well as high dynamic capabilities by MSME actors. This study presents both theoretical and practical implications and research limitations.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Standar Akuntansi Pemerintahan (SAP), laporan keuangan dapat dijadikan sebagai media informasi akuntabilitas sumber daya atau kinerja keuangan manajemen suatu pemerintahan kepada publik. Namun terdapat beberapa instansi yang masih belum memberikan informasi yang sesuai dengan aturan pemerintah dan terdapat penyimpangan serta kasus yang ditemukan oleh Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan akuntansi akrual secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi terhadap kelangsungan akuntansi pemerintahan, yang dapat digunakan sebagai bahan kajian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kapasitas sumber daya manusia pada mutu informasi laporan keuangan pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan uji statistik deskriptif, uji kualitas data, uji asumsi klasik serta pengujian hipotesis. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 82 responden yang berasal dari dua organisasi perangkat daerah yakni Badan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BKAD) dan Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software SPSS 23. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi sumber daya manusia dan akuntansi akrual berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan pemerintah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian tentang daya tahan usaha hortikultura diperlukan karena semua jenis usaha mengalami banyak gangguan sehingga ada usaha yang tutup dan ada yang tetap bertahan karena memiliki daya tahan usaha yang tinggi.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aset petani dan ekosistem kewirausahaan dalam membentuk daya tahan usaha hortikultura di era disrupsi.  Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara,  kuisioner dan survey yang dilakukan pada bulan Agustus sampai September 2023 dengan melibatkan 50 responden yang berprofesi sebagai petani hortikultura dan telah menjalankan usaha minimal lima tahun. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah dataran tinggi Kabupaten Gowa yaitu Kecamatan Tombolopao.  Hasil penelitian adalah usaha hortikultura yang memiliki daya tahan tinggi ditunjukkan oleh beberapa indikator yaitu usaha tersebut telah bertahan hidup minimal lima tahun dan memiliki kinerja usaha yang baik yaitu  hasil yang diperoleh dari usaha tersebut mampu mensejahterakan pelaku usaha hortikultura.  Daya tahan usaha hortikulutra tinggi karena petani memiliki aset dan didukung oleh ekosistem kewirausahaan.  Aset petani yaitu aset sumberdaya manusia yang ditunjukkan oleh pendidikan mayoritas petani adalah sekolah menengah atas dan sarjana,  aktif menambah pengetahuan melalui berbagai media, usaha didukung oleh tenaga kerja dari dalam internal keluarga; aset sosial yaitu keikutsertaan petani pada kelompok tani;  aset alam berupa ketersediaan air dari alam;  aset fisik berupa ketersediaan lahan dan tanaman hortikultura dan adanya penyewaan peralatan;  aset finansial yang beragam yaitu keuntungan usaha, kredit dari perbankan, modal dari keluarga. Ekosistem  kewirausahaan yang mendukung yaitu  dukungan pemerintah dalam bentuk penyuluhan, alsintan, jalan tani, pupuk subsidi serta fasilitas publik lainnya.  Budaya yang mendukung yaitu gotong royong dalam membangun dan merawat fasilitas umum dan budaya tolong menolong dalam memenuhi kebutuhan hidup.  Adanya pasar yang beragam.  Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah usaha hortikultura memiliki daya tahan tinggi dalam menghadapi berbagai gangguan usaha karena petani memiliki beberapa aset dan didukung oleh ekosistem kewirausahaan.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was designed to examine the application of the "Problem Based Learning" model in improving the ability to understand the concept of human rights in Civics subjects for seventh grade students of SMP Neg. 29 Rumbia Bombana Regency. Human rights material taught in Civics is intended as an effort to increase students' knowledge and awareness of human rights. The aim is to prevent students from taking actions that are contrary to human rights and not discriminatory behavior based on differences so that human rights violations occur. With the problem based learning model, the teacher only directs effective and efficient strategies, namely learning how to learn (learning how to learn) but students can actively discuss solving problems presented by the teacher. As well as the teacher as a guide (provider of directions / instructions) to help students if they find difficulties in learning and solving problems. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning model can improve students' ability to understand the concept of Human Rights in Citizenship Education lessons in class VII students in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year at SMP Neg. 29 Rumbia.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah model inkuiri terbimbing dapat meningkatkan pemahaman konsep dan KPS (Keterampilan Proses Sains). Desain penelitian menggunakan Pretest-Postest Control Group Design pada penelitian eksperimen semu. Tes berbentuk pilihan ganda yang digunakan untuk mengukur keberhasilan pemahaman konsep dan KPS. Hasil penelitian yang dihasilkan yaitu, Pertama, ada perbedaan pemahaman konsep siswa yang belajar dengan model inkuri terbimbing dengan siswa yang belajar metode konvensional, dengan hasil skor rata-rata kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi.
