Abstract

This study aims to describe the integration of Islamic values in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning based on information and communication technology (ICT) at SMA Negeri 4 Kota Ternate. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings indicate that lesson planning is systematically carried out through school policies requiring the use of Islamic digital media in lesson plans. The learning process applies a blended learning model by utilizing PowerPoint, Islamic videos, and interactive applications that enhance student engagement, although challenges remain such as limited internet access, unequal device ownership, and digital distractions. The impact of ICT-based learning includes improved understanding, religious attitudes, and positive student habits. However, the evaluation system is still weak and requires more structured affective assessment instruments. This study highlights the importance of synergy between school policies, teacher competence, and evaluation support to optimize the integration of Islamic values through ICT-based learning.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of authoritarian leadership of school/madrasah principals on the discipline and compliance of educators and education personnel in the school environment. This type of research is qualitative research Library research. The research results show that the authoritarian leadership style implemented by the principal significantly influences the level of discipline among educators and education staff. Educators and education staff tend to exhibit high levels of discipline due to strict supervision and clear punishments. However, this compliance is temporary, driven more by fear and pressure than by personal awareness and responsibility. Furthermore, an authoritarian leadership style also lowers work motivation, inhibits creativity, and reduces active participation in school decision-making. Thus, it can be concluded that authoritarian leadership by principals is indeed capable of improving formal discipline, but is less effective in fostering compliance stemming from intrinsic awareness and harmonious working relationships. This study recommends that principals adopt a more participatory and communicative leadership style to create a healthy and productive work climate.

Abstract

. Improvements in the quality of education in madrasahs are greatly influenced by the quality of teacher leadership and teacher professionalism, especially in relation to student academic achievement. The reality before us shows that madrasahs face various challenges, such as limited resources, a lack of innovative learning strategies, and differences in quality between facilities. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of principal management competence on student academic achievement, describe the role of professional teachers in improving academic achievement, and explore the relationship between these two factors. This study also aims to examine the quality of education in madrasahs. This study applies a literature research method with a content analysis approach to relevant books, articles, and scientific journals. The findings show that principals with good management skills are able to create a conducive learning environment, while professional teachers are a key factor in delivering effective and meaningful teaching. The synergy between the two creates a positive and sustainable academic culture that ultimately leads to improved student achievement. It is hoped that these findings will contribute to the literature on educational management and provide practical contributions to educators, teachers, and policy makers in developing strategies to improve the quality of madrasahs in a global context.

Abstract

Today, leadership has become a growing discourse among many groups, including practitioners, observers, and even in public spaces, emphasizing the ideal form of leadership that is dynamic and relevant to everyday life. Madrasas, as Islamic educational institutions, play a strategic role in shaping a generation that is knowledgeable, moral, and competitive. However, the challenges of the era of globalization and modernization demand a leadership model that is not merely administrative, but also transformative and based on spiritual values. This article aims to analyze the concept of prophetic leadership in building madrasa culture, interpersonal and its relationship with society, and transcendence in educational leadership. The research method uses a literature study approach. The results of the study indicate that prophetic leadership contributes significantly to strengthening the madrasa vision, building an academic culture of integrity, and improving the quality of human resources. Thus, prophetic leadership in building madrasa culture becomes a relevant paradigm for strengthening the role of madrasas in facing the challenges of the times.

Abstract

Marriage at an early age is a phenomenon that is still happening in the Long Sand Village, the Eastern Mempawah district, the district of Mempawha, and areas with low educational and economic levels. Early marriages have a wide range of negative effects, both in terms of health, psychology, and society. Lack of legal understanding of the age limit for marriage and its legal consequences are often the main cause. Therefore, increased legal awareness in society has become crucial to reducing the number of early marriages. This dedication is aimed at raising public awareness and understanding of the law relating to marriage at an early age, as well as providing education on the negative impact of early marriage and the importance of postponing marriage to a more mature age. The dedication takes place through several stages, namely an initial survey to measure the level of public understanding, socialization, and education through workshops, and targeted group discussions. In addition, legal support services and advice are provided for families vulnerable to early marriage. The activity has been successful in raising awareness and understanding of the law amongst the public, especially regarding the age limit for marriage and the negative impact of early marriage. The active participation of adolescents and parents in the discussion indicates a change in attitude and increased commitment to postponing early marriages. Evaluations through post-activity questionnaires show a significant improvement in legal understanding and awareness of the importance of education and self-development for adolescents.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the internal factors that determine MSME business performance. This research uses a literature review approach. The data collection technique in this research uses the literature study method. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The research results show that the internal factor determining MSME business performance is that MSMEs are essential in developing the national economy. Hence, MSMEs require more attention regarding their business performance. Performance is a result of efforts made both in quality and quantity. The measurement of MSME business performance can be seen from the increase in sales, which is the increase in the number of purchases made by customers for the goods sold. In a business, performance always rises and falls, as does MSME business performance because several internal factors determine it: finance, customers, internal business processes, learning, and growth.
