Abstract

The Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum plays a crucial role in shaping students' character and morals, as well as instilling religious values that can be applied in everyday life. However, the challenges of globalization, which are transforming social, cultural, and technological patterns, require adjustments to the PAI curriculum to stay aligned with the times. This study aims to explore the importance of developing a relevant PAI curriculum in the era of globalization and to identify concrete steps in adapting the curriculum to the needs of students and global challenges. This research uses a qualitative approach with literature review and interviews with curriculum developers, PAI teachers, and academics. The findings of the study indicate that the development of a relevant PAI curriculum should cover three main aspects: integrating Islamic values with advancements in science and technology, enhancing students' social skills and character, and utilizing media and technology in the learning process. This study also emphasizes the importance of collaboration between the government, and educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the importance of direct learning strategies, their characteristics, types, application steps, as well as their advantages and disadvantages. The methodology of this research is a literature review. The findings of this study indicate that educators choose and apply direct learning strategies to convey knowledge to their students. This study focuses on several basic concepts in direct learning strategies that need to be known for their application in learning: the meaning of direct learning strategies, characteristics of direct learning strategies, types of direct learning strategies, steps for application, and the advantages and disadvantages of direct learning strategies.

Abstract

This paper discusses the meaning of gratitude in the Qur'an in the Babarit Tradition in Kuningan. This study uses the history-social approach method, the results of the study show that the value of gratitude contained in the Koran is very broad in meaning, not limited to just an application when you get pleasure alone, but all aspects of life that are felt at that time. is a form to be grateful for. From the other side, in applying a form of gratitude to the Babarit tradition in Kuningan, there is a uniqueness, namely Babarit is an implementation of gratitude which is packaged in the routine activities of the Sundanese community which then has cultural values ​​as a Sundanese ethnic identity and also as a selling point for tourism attraction. in Kuningan.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding is very important for the growth and development of babies. A mother's motivation is crucial in providing exclusive breastfeeding for six months. Apart from that, working mothers can be affected by insufficient time for maternity and maternity leave. The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding for working mothers in terms of motivation factors and length of maternity leave at PT.RHS, East Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan. The design of this research is observational analytics with a cross-sectional time approach. The sample in this study was 32 mothers who had babies aged > 6 months at PT.RHS East Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan. The sampling method used a simple random sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis used the chi square statistical test. The research results showed that of the 32 respondents, the majority did not provide exclusive breastfeeding, 20 people (62.5%), the majority with low motivation, 18 people (56.3%), and most of them took the appropriate length of maternity leave (3 months). before giving birth 1.5 months and after giving birth 1.5 months, namely 17 people (53.1%).Data analysis using statistical tests with Chi Square shows that the significance level is 0.000 < α = 0.05 so that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, thus there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding for working mothers in terms of motivation factors and length of maternity leave at PT.RHS, Seruyan Regency. East, Central Kalimantan. Meanwhile, the results of the logistic regression test showed a relationship between motivation and length of maternity leave with exclusive breastfeeding at PT.RHS, Seruyan Regency, Central Kalimantan. The motivation variable has a stronger relationship with exclusive breastfeeding with an OR value of 24.686 compared to the length of maternity leave variable with an OR value of 16.941. It was concluded that the success factor in providing exclusive breastfeeding was low motivation and insufficient maternity and maternity leave. So it is necessary to strengthen the motivation of breastfeeding mothers so they can provide exclusive breast milk.

Abstract

Tabir surya atau Sunscreen merupakan suatu zat yang berguna untuk melindungi kulit dari paparan radiasi sinar matahari. Penggunaan tabir surya dengan bahan dan nilai SPF (Sun Protecting Factor) yang tidak tepat dan tidak sesuai dengan kondisi kulit dapat mengurangi efektivitas dari tabir surya tersebut. Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terkait cara pengunaan dan pemilihan tabir surya yang tepat, dapat menyebapkan efek buruk pada Kesehatan kulit. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan wawasan masyarakat terkait pemilihan bahan dan nilai SPF yang tepat pada tabir surya. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan secara langsung dengan metode penyampaian materi dan diskusi serta pemberian brosur kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini mendapat tanggapan yang sangat baik dari masyarakat. Hasil dari kegiatan ini terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman masyarakat terkait manfaat dan pentingnya memilih dan menggunakan tabir surya dengan bahan dan nilai SPF yang sesuai dengan kondisi tiap kulit masyarakat.

Abstract

High company value will encourage the market to have confidence in the company's future potential and its current performance. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence company value. The object of this research is all companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for two years, namely 2018 and 2019. The method used for sampling is purpose sampling based on predetermined criteria. The number of samples in this study was 442 with a total of 884 data. Testing analysis data is done by using the application software WarpPLS version 5.0. The results of the study showed that the corporate risk disclosure variable contributed positively by 5.6 % to the company's value. The good corporate governance variable strengthened the corporate risk disclosure variable which contributed positively by 0.2% to the company's value

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas Program Merdeka Belajar yang diterapkan di Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Jambi dengan menggunakan dua pendekatan evaluasi, yaitu model CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) dan model Kirkpatrick (Reaction, Learning, Behavior, Results). Model CIPP digunakan untuk mengevaluasi perencanaan dan pelaksanaan program dari segi konteks, sumber daya, proses, dan hasil, sedangkan model Kirkpatrick digunakan untuk mengukur dampak program terhadap peserta didik dan pendidik dari sudut pandang pengalaman, pengetahuan, perubahan perilaku, dan hasil akhir. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui analisis berbasis teks, yang disebut analisis tekstual terhadap berbagai laporan, dokumen resmi, pedoman, dan prosedur dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa secara umum program Merdeka Belajar telah memberikan dampak positif, terutama dalam meningkatkan fleksibilitas pembelajaran dan kemandirian. Namun, ditemukan pula beberapa tantangan, seperti kurangnya pemahaman menyeluruh terhadap konsep Merdeka Belajar di tingkat implementasi serta keterbatasan sumber daya di beberapa sekolah. Temuan ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan strategis bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam menyempurnakan pelaksanaan program sebagai aktualisasi transformasi program menjadi kampus berdampak.

Abstract

The culture of keeping beards existed even before Islam came. Later in the prophetic period, the Prophet ordered Muslim men to shorten their mustaches and keep beards to contrast the customs of the Magi. Scholars have different views on the hadith of the Prophet, some understand it textually such as Nasir Al-Din Al-Albani, Abu Muhammad bin Hazm, Abdul Aziz bin Baz and some understand it contextually, such as Al-Syarbasi, Al-Qaradawi, and Shuhudi Ismail. For those who understand the hadith textually to this day, they shorten their mustaches and keep their beards. Some scientists conduct research on mustache and beard from a health perspective. The author conducted research with the aim of presenting health wisdom in hadith using qualitative research methods that are emphasized in literature review analysis. The author researched and analyzed the hadiths about mustache and beard through a health approach, it turned out that the two supported each other and showed a correlation. So, it can be concluded that shaving a mustache and maintaining a beard is Islamic law that has a fairly important influence in terms of health.

Abstract

Pembelajaran tentang thaharah atau bersuci merupakan bagian penting dalam pendidikan agama di MDA Al-Ikhsaniyyah, Desa Hutapungkut Julu, Kecamatan Kotanopan, Kabupaten Mandailing Natal. Program ini dilaksanakan oleh Mahasiswa KKN Kelompok 52 dari Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam Negeri Mandailing Natal. Tujuan kegiatan adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan santri dalam mempraktikkan wudhu dan tayamum, yang menjadi syarat sah ibadah seperti sholat. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, praktik langsung, ice breaking, serta simulasi tayamum menggunakan bedak sebagai perumpamaan debu. Para santri dilibatkan secara aktif sehingga pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dan mudah dipahami. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan santri, serta menumbuhkan kesadaran religius yang lebih kuat
