Abstract

Keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana menjadi tantangan utama dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan madrasah di Indonesia. Surat Berharga Syariah Negara (SBSN) hadir sebagai instrumen pembiayaan alternatif berbasis syariah untuk mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kontribusi pembiayaan Surat Berharga Syariah Negara (SBSN) dalam peningkatan akses mutu pendidikan madrasah di Indonesia, dengan mengacu pada kerangka maq??id al-syar?‘ah. SBSN sebagai instrumen pembiayaan berbasis syariah telah menjadi salah satu alternatif strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan infrastruktur pendidikan, khususnya pada madrasah yang membutuhkan revitalisasi sarana dan prasarana. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dan analisis regulasi, melibatkan sumber hukum primer, sekunder, serta data sekunder dari laporan pemerintah dan lembaga terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SBSN berkontribusi signifikan dalam penyediaan fasilitas pendidikan, seperti gedung belajar, laboratorium, perpustakaan, dan asrama siswa, yang secara langsung meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran. Dalam kerangka maqashid syariah, strategi pembiayaan SBSN dalam meningkatkan mutu akses pendidikan ini sejalan dengan lima tujuan utama syariat Islam, yakni pemeliharaan agama (hifzh ad-din), jiwa (hifzh an-nafs), akal (hifzh al-aql), keturunan (hifzh an-nasl), dan harta (hifzh al-mal). Selain itu, implementasi pembiayaan SBSN selaras dengan tujuan maq??id al-syar?‘ah dalam menjaga agama (?if? al-d?n), akal (?if? al-‘aql), dan harta (?if? al-m?l). Studi ini merekomendasikan penguatan tata kelola, koordinasi lintas sektor, dan monitoring berkelanjutan untuk memastikan pemanfaatan SBSN yang optimal dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study used a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto method. The research population consisted of all 177 seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Binamu. From this population, a sample of 63 students was taken using simple random sampling so that each student had an equal chance of being selected. The data collection instruments consisted of a questionnaire to measure the level of social interaction and learning motivation of students, as well as observation sheets to reinforce field data. Data analysis was carried out in several stages, namely a normality test to ensure data distribution, a linearity test to see the relationship between variables, and a simple regression test to determine the extent of the influence of social interaction on student learning motivation. The analysis results show that the average value of social interaction is in the fairly good category, while student learning motivation is also moderate. Based on a simple regression test, a t-value of 1.048 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05 was obtained. These results indicate that social interaction has a significant effect on student learning motivation. The contribution of social interaction to learning motivation is 47.619%. This means that almost half of the variation in student learning motivation can be explained by the level of social interaction that occurs in science learning, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this study

Abstract

This study aims to compare the learning interest of students through the implementation of the PAKEM Learning Model Based on Fun Experiments and Video-Based in Class IX MTs Madani Alauddin Pao - Pao Makassar. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a Post-test-only Control Group Design. The population of this study was 191 students of Class IX MTs Madani Alauddin Pao - Pao Makassar who studied Science subjects, consisting of five classes. The research sample consisted of 66 individuals, namely Class IX D as experimental class 1 (PAKEM Based on Fun Experiments) and Class IX B as experimental class 2 (PAKEM Based on Video). The research instrument used was a learning interest test. The results of descriptive research show that the average value of learning interest of students taught using the PAKEM learning model Based on Fun Experiments is 52.35, while those taught with the PAKEM learning model Based on Video is 53.26. Considering the results of the 2-sample t-test hypothesis test, a sig. value of 0.018 was obtained with a t-count of 0.478 and a t-table of 2.02. Because sig. (0.018) <0.05 and t-count (0.478) <t-table (2.02), it is concluded that there is no significant difference in learning interest between students taught using the PAKEM learning model Based on Fun Experiments and Video Based in class IX MTs Madani Alauddin Pao - Pao Makassar

Abstract

Peminjaman uang melalui lembaga keuangan Bank syariah maupun fintech menjadi kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini, namun kedua Lembaga keuangan tersebut mempunyai karakterisiktik proses, Analisa kredit, dan penyelesaian sengketa yang berbeda namun pinjaman yang akan diberikan oleh lembaga keuangan tentunya tidak terlepas kaitannya dengan risiko kredit atau dalam bank syariah pembiaayaan yang bermasalah bahkan macet. Kasus pembiayaan bermasalah tentunya sangat memerlukan tindakan penyelesaian agar mencegah hal-hal yang dapat merugikan pihak lembaga keuangan maupun nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini, yaitu untuk menganalisa penyelesaian sengketa kredit/pembiayaan bermasalah di Bank syariah dan Fintech. Mengetahui bagaimana perlindungan kepada konsumen yang di lakukan Bank syariah dan Fintech. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa wawancara mendalam, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka, metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif (kualitatif) grounded research dengan pendekatan hukum dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa prosedur dalam penyelesaian sengketa pembiayaan bermasalah antara lain dengan pendekatan pesuasif, restrutrukturisasi, negoisasi, dan menagih hutang kepada ahli waris, tahap eksternal melalui debt collector.

Abstract

This article shows that in the Shī‘ite (Shī‘a) madhhab (school) is different opinion concerning Ḥadīth/Sunna as ḥujja (allegation of law). One faction states that all aspects of the Prophet’s life are ḥujja, whilst another party claims that only some aspects of his life i.e. the aspect which connotes tashrī‘(law guidance) can be a ḥujja. In between these two sides, the most appropriate view point is the latter one, for it is more objective and proportional in looking at him as an ordinary human being, in one dimension, and as an apostle, in another one. The controversy then has enlarged into the ḥujja of ḥadīth/khabar al-āḥād. For some people, khabar al-āḥād is absolutely refused; another some admits it absolutely; while some receives it under certain prerequisites; and even a number of scholars accept it with the very tight and stiff requisites. In this context, again, the least group’s idea is more objective, logic and contextual. This conclusion is resulted from uṣūl al-fiqh approach and philosophical analysis.DOI: 10.15408/ref.v13i3.907

Abstract

The discussion of environmental issues and the biodiversity of flora and fauna are interesting topics to remarkable. This topic includes the learning process at the elementary school level. The learning tool that can be developed is student worksheets for elementary schools. The objective of this research is to develop discovery learning-based student worksheets for elementary school students on environmental and biodiversity topics. The ADDIE model was employed as the research methodology in this study. The development stages carried out are starting from analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data analysis used was descriptive. The results of the research show that the student worksheet developed has a very valid category and is appropriate for use in learning with detail scores from Learning Expert I (3.90), Learning Expert II (3.70), and Learning Expert III (3.90). Students' worksheets were very valid and appropriate for learning. Student worksheets are one of the innovations that can be developed in school. The results of this research further validate that the student worksheets employed in fostering the development of student's critical thinking and creative thinking abilities. This research concludes that student worksheets based on discovery learning in environmental and biodiversity topics are appropriate for educational purposes.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterampilan kolaborasi mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan Universitas Islam Negeri Alauddin Makassar berdasarkan gender. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek Penelitian adalah mahasiswa Prodi Pendidikan Biologi Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar Semester Ganjil Tahun Akademik 2024/2025 sebanyak 138 orang, terdiri dari 20 Laki-laki dan 118 Perempuan. Sampel dipilih secara accidental sampling dengan 12 orang laki-laki dan 85 orang perempuan. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1-4. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa Hasil uji-t Untuk uji one-tail, nilai p-value 0.0963>0.05, yang menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan rata-rata yang signifikan antara kedua variabel. Untuk uji two-tail, nilai p-value 0.1926>0.05, sehingga perbedaan rata-rata antar kelompok juga tidak signifikan secara statistik.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of designing and developing a liveworksheet-based evaluation instrument and assessing its quality in the Respiratory System material for grade XI MIA 3 MA Madani Alauddin Pao-pao students. The quality of the instrument was analysed based on the aspects of validity, reliability, discriminating power, level of difficulty, and effectiveness of distractors in each item. This study adapted the development model proposed by Tessmer, which falls under the category of Formative Research. The development procedure consisted of three main stages, namely the initial stage, the self-evaluation stage which included analysis and design activities, and the prototyping stage which consisted of expert review, individual testing, small group testing, and field testing. The subjects of this study were grade XI MIA 3 MA Madani Alauddin Pao-pao students. The results showed that the content validity coefficient reached 1, indicating a very high level of validity. Of the total 25 items, 44% were declared empirically valid, while 56% were classified as invalid. The reliability test using the KR-20 formula produced a value of 0.99, indicating very high reliability. The discrimination power analysis showed that 36% of the items were in the very poor category, 36% were poor, 24% were adequate, and only 4% were good. Based on the level of difficulty, 84% of the items were categorised as easy and 16% as moderate. The results of the distractor effectiveness analysis showed that most distractors were not functioning optimally, with 24% very poor, 28% poor, 8% not very good, 20% good, and 20% very good.

Abstract

Candisari Village is a village where some of its MSMEs have utilized digital marketing platforms. With the rapid development of technology, the digital world and the internet have also impacted the field of marketing. The marketing trend, which was initially conventional (offline), has now shifted to digital (online). This study adopts a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis approach, which means using a qualitative approach to understand and describe the implications of analysis principles contained in MSMEs' digital marketing strategies. The research aims to gather information about digital marketing strategies for the development of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs). The digital marketing strategies implemented by food and beverage MSMEs in Candisari Village include marketing through social media platforms and various e-commerce applications such as GrabFood, GoFood, and ShopeeFood. To promote their businesses, the majority of MSMEs utilize Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp as platforms to upload attractive photos and videos of their products on their Instagram accounts, including Instagram Reels, Instagram Feed, and Instagram Stories. Overall, MSMEs in Candisari Village have experienced progress and healthy competition in business development after implementing digital marketing strategies, leading to the advancement of their businesses

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Brand Ambassador and Digital Marketing on the purchasing decisions of management students at Tokopedia partially and simultaneously at the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach using multiple linear regression analysis method. The population in this study were active students of undergraduate management at the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University, as many as 100 people and all of them were used as samples. The data collection technique used is by using a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results of this study indicate that partially Brand Ambassador has no influence on purchasing decisions, as evidenced by the tcount value of 0.335 which is smaller than ttable of 2.627 (0.035<2.627) and a significant value of 0.739 greater than 0.01 (0.739>0.01) , while Digital Marketing partially influences purchasing decisions as evidenced by the tcount value of 5.723, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.627 (5.723>2.627) and the significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.01 (0.00<0.01). Meanwhile, Brand Ambassador and Digital Marketing variables simultaneously influence purchasing decisions, this is evidenced by the statistical results Fcount of 20.388 which is greater than the value of Ftable 4.83 (20.388>4.83) and a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0.01 (0.000<0.01).
