Abstract

Pendidikan pada era modern ini memiliki keterkaitan yang erat dengan kemajuan teknologi, yang menjadi salah satu aspek utama. Dalam konteks Perkembangan Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi (IPTEK) abad ke-21, guru diharapkan untuk memanfaatkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menelaah implementasi pembelajaran berbasis digital serta untuk menelaah kelebihan, dan kendalanya. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi yang bertempat di MAN 3 Sragen. Setelah data terkumpul penulis menganalisis data melalui tiga langkah yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa MAN 3 Sargen saat ini menggunakan media digital untuk mengajar, seperti PowerPoint, Quizizz, Google Forms, dan YouTube. Kelebihan dari pembelajaran berbasis digital pada MAN 3 Sragen yaitu kemampuan untuk menggambarkan materi dengan lebih baik, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, dan meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap pembelajaran. Selain itu, kendala yang dihadapi oleh guru termasuk masalah teknis seperti mati lampu, yang memerlukan solusi alternatif untuk terus mempelajari.

Abstract

Manusia merupakan makhluk yang mempunyai kelebihan dan keistmewaan dibanding dengan makhluk lain. Salah satu keistiewaan dan kelebihan itu adalah adanya potensi untuk berfikir . Seiring dengan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan masyarakat, tantangan dan tuntutan tidak pernah jeda, terus mengalami peningkatan sejalan dengan perkembangan dan pertumbuhan budaya sebuah mesyarakat, yang menuntut adanya inovasi, terobosan-terobosan, produk-produk karya cipta, model-model dan solusi-solusi baru, berbeda, unik dan unggul. Manusia menuntut lebih dan lebih dari untuk hari esok dibanding dengan hari ini.Proses belajar dan pembelajaran sebuah keharusan bagi manusia dalam kehidupan. Berbagai fenomena yang terjadi di alam raya ini akan terungkap kepermukaan bila dilakukan dengan jalan belajar. Belajar dalam pengertian ini tentunya dalam pengertian yang luas, pembacaan terhadap fenomena alam dan realitas sosial masyarakat akan memberikan implikasi positif dengan lahirnya berbagai penemuan dalam bentuk ilmu pengetahuan berupa ilmu alam, ilmu sosial, ilmu humaniora, ilmu jiwa dan ilmu kesehatan dan sebagainya. Kesemuanya ini merupakan  hasil kegiatan belajar dan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh manusia itu sendiri. Semakin manusia menyadari dirinya untuk belajar maka semakin banyak pengetahuan yang dimilikinya. Potensi yang ada pada diri manusia jika dikembangkan dengan belajar akan melahirkan peradaban besar bagi kemaslahatan pada manusia itu sendiri.Dalam konteks itu,  Dawam Rahardjo menyatakan bahwa agaknya pendengaran, penglihatan dan kalbu (al-fuād) adalah alat untuk memperoleh ilmu dalam kegiatan belajar, dan dapat dikembangkan dalam kegiatan pengajaran.[1]  Ketiga komponen  tersebut merupakan alat potensial yang dimiliki manusia untuk dipergunakan dalam kegiatan belajar dan pembelajaran. Kaitan antara ketiga komponen tersebut adalah bahwa pendengaran bertugas memelihara ilmu pengetahuan yang telah ditemukan dari hasil belajar dan mengajar, penglihatan bertugas mengembangkan ilmu pengetahuan dan menambahkan hasil penelitian dengan mengadakan pengkajian terhadapnya. Hati bertugas membersihkan ilmu pengetahuan dari segala sifat yang jelek. Yang terakhir ini, berkaitan dengan teori belajar dan mengajar dalam aspek aqidah dan akhlak

Abstract

This study aims to find out the thoughts of Buya Hamka and Mohammad Natsir regarding rational religious Islamic education and identify similarities and differences in the thoughts of the two figures regarding rational religious Islamic education. This research is motivated by two main problems, namely the weak vision of Islamic education and epistemological problems in dichotomous Islamic scholarship. Therefore, the concept of rational religious Islamic education which combines worldly and spiritual elements is one of the solutions in the midst of educational backwardness. Buya Hamka and Mohammad Natsir are national Islamic figures who have a high role in education in Indonesia. This type of research is a type of library research. The research approach in this study used historical and philosophical approaches and data analysis using content and comparative analysis. The results of this study conclude that the concept of thinking of rational religious Islamic education according to Buya Hamka and Mohammad Natsir is guidance that combines ukhrawi elements (morals, spiritual, emotional) and worldly elements (mind, body, skills) based on monotheism to complement nature and lead humans to fitrah original. Then the similarities of the two concepts are found in meaning, educational goals, student subjects, and material that must include religious and world knowledge. Abstract

Talking about the history of trade law in Indonesia, starting from the history of trade law, namely originating from Dutch law, then Dutch law originating from French law, then French law originating from ancient Roman law. In fact, the Ancient Roman civilization was actually heavily influenced by Middle Eastern Civilization, that both of us from the religions of Islam, Christianity, Buddhism, and Hinduism came from revelations derived from Middle Eastern civilization. It turns out that the development of Roman Law has had a lot of influence from Middle Eastern Law, but if we study the current Commercial Law from the Code de Commerce and the Civil Code which are influenced by Ancient Roman Law. Then because the French State colonized the Netherlands, the Code de Commerce and the Civil Code changed their respective derivatives to become the Civil Code to become the Burgerlijk Wetboek / BW (Dutch Civil Code) and the Code du Commerce to become Wetboek van Koophandel / WvK (Dutch Commercial Law Book). Then Burgerlijk Wetboek / BW (Civil Code) and Wetboek van Koophandel / WvK (KUHD) came into effect in the Dutch East Indies at that time (Indonesia, now) since 1 May 1848.  In the Netherlands itself BW and WvK came into force since 1 October 1838. After Indonesia independence, the Civil Code and the Criminal Code were declared valid to fill the legal vacuum at that time. And the basis for its entry into force is Article II of the Transitional Rules of the 1945 Constitution before it is amended. In the Netherlands itself since independence from French colonialism in 1813, Burgerlijk Wetboek / BW and Wetboek van Koophandel / WvK came into effect

Abstract

“Kelurahan” is a public administration area that is the spearhead of government, especially in the Walantaka District area and is obliged to fulfill the needs and rights of every citizen in the form of civil services available only at the Nyapah Village government office. In reality, the work unit is still not optimal in carrying out its duties and functions, especially in providing services to the community. The purpose of this community service is to provide information and education that can improve the quality of service of the Nyapah Village apparatus, by increasing the ability to master science and technology, so that the implementation of services to the community can reach the speed as possible easily and at low cost by prioritizing the interests and needs of the community. The method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach with data collection, both through interviews, observations, and documentation. This journal describes the Integrated Village Administration Service Development Model (PATEN) as part of digital public services and transparency to the community. The purpose of this digital public service survey is to provide convenience in the level of service satisfaction to the community carried out by the Nyapah Village apparatus.

Abstract

This research tries to find sufism thought by early modernist muslim from Surakarta, Kiai Moechtar Boechari (1899-1926), by tracing his religious view and Sufism thought. He was a santri and friend of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan (1868-1923) who pioneered in establish Muhammadiyah branch Surakarta. In general, as modernist muslim movement, Muham­madiyah is considered as anti-sufism. In contrast to that, Kiai Boechari paid attention to Sufism by writing a thin book, Tasawoef Tjekakan. This intellectual position is somewhat different from the mainstream modernist Islam movement. To explore this issue, this paper uses historical method by Berkhofer‟s situational approach. The result of the research points out, that firstly, religious view of Kiai Boechari is a modernist with authentic formulation, that is: purifying Tauhid, awakening scientific ethos, promoting movement of Islamic modernist, preaching Islam softly, and appreciating women‟s equality. Secondly, the character of Kiai Boechari‟s thought on Sufism seems to resemble Imam Al-Ghazali‟s mysticism of personality (transcendental mysticism), only that he modified by reducing zuhud station in order for a sufi to be involved dynamically in many aspects of life.Keywords: Kiai Moechtar Boechari, modernist muslim, sufism, Surakarta Penelitian ini berupaya mengungkap pemikiran tasawuf seorang muslim modernis awal asal Surakarta, Kiai Moechtar Boechari (1899-1926), dengan cara melacak pandangan keagamaan dan corak pemikiran tasawufnya. Dia merupakan santri dan sahabat K.H. Ahmad Dahlan (1868-1923) yang turut mendirikan Muhammadiyah cabang Surakarta. Pada umumnya, sebagai gerakan Islam modernis, Muhammadiyah dipandang anti-tasawuf. Berbeda dengan itu, Kiai Boechari memberi perhatian pada sufisme dengan menulis buku tipis, Tasawoef Tjekakan. Posisi intelektual yang demikian seolah-olah menempatkannya berada “di luar arus utama” gerakan Islam modernis. Untuk mengeksplorasi masalah tersebut, peneliti memakai metode sejarah dengan pendekatan situasional Berkhofer. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pertama, pandangan keagamaan Kiai Boechari berhaluan modernis dengan formulasi yang otentik, yakni: memurnikan tauhid; membangkitkan etos keilmuan, aktif di gerakan Islam modern, mendakwahkan Islam dengan kelembutan, dan menghargai kesetaraan perempuan. Kedua, pemikiran tasawuf Kiai Boechari bercorak mistik kepribadian (transendental mistik) seperti halnya Imam Al-Ghazali. Lebih dari itu, dia memodifikasinya dengan tidak memasukkan tangga zuhud, agar sufi lebih dinamis menapaki berbagai aspek kehidupan.Kata kunci: Kiai Moechtar Boechari, muslim modernist, sufisme, Surakarta

Abstract

Education has a crucial role as a significant learning tool and an effective means of advancing moral values and spreading social values. But that's not all: education helps build national identity, national personality and national pride. Therefore, education is a means to achieve the goal of increasing general knowledge.The significance of Islamic religious education teachers in instilling Islamic principles in the character and social competence of students is the subject of this research. Focusing on how Islamic religious education teachers help their students internalize the social and moral principles taught in Islam, this research is based on Islamic ethical principles. Using a qualitative approach, this research was conducted. Analysis of PAI lesson plans, interviews with PAI teachers, and classroom observations are part of the research process. As a result, PAI teachers help their students grow professionally by showing them practical ways to apply Islamic principles in practice. They do more than just teach; they also set a good example by acting as role models.

Abstract

Digital technology-based socialization with the theme of legal protection for bullying victims and legal sanctions for bullying perpetrators in schools is an important effort to increase awareness and understanding among students, teachers, and parents. This socialization was conducted at MI Nurul Falah 2 and aims to provide education on the legal rights of bullying victims and legal consequences for bullying perpetrators. The socialization used various digital platforms such as educational videos, webinars, and social media to reach a wider audience. The results of the socialization showed an increase in participants' knowledge and awareness of the issue of bullying, legal protection, and the importance of creating a safe and violence-free school environment. Digital technology-based education has proven effective in delivering complex legal information in a way that is easily understood by all.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a moral shift among the younger generation, especially students at school, especially in relationships. Many students have bad morals such as like to badmouth their friends, like to prank friends and behave impolitely towards teachers and parents. This study aims to describe the etiquette of association and friendship according to al-Ghazālī's Bidāyatul Hidāyah book and identify the relevance of social and friendship etiquette according to al-Ghazālī's Bidāyatul Hidāyah book on the formation of student character. This type of research is a type of library research with qualitative research and data analysis using content analysis with a descriptive approach.  The results of this study conclude that the concepts of etiquette of al-Ghazālī's perspective and its relevance to character building is: 1). Etiquette to students, setting a good example to students; 2). Etiquette to the teacher, respect him by greeting first when you meet him; 3) Etiquette to Parents, Doing good and respecting them, without having to be asked by them first; 4). Etiquette to others, Always close and don't spread the disgrace of your friends

Abstract

Salah satu fenomena Pendidikan di Indonesia adalah kecenderungan lepasnya tanggung jawab masyarakat terhadap pendidikan dan terciptanya Lembaga pendidikan dari akar social-kemasyarakatan. Pendidikan berbasis masyarakat merupakan pendidikan yang dirancang oleh masyarakat untuk membelajarkan masyarakat sehingga mereka berdaya, dalam arti memiliki kekuatan untuk membangun dirinya sendiri melalui interaksi dengan lingkungannya. Pendidikan berbasis masyarakat merupakan usaha pemberdayaan (empowering) masyarakat dalam pendidikan. Untuk memberikan nafas baru bagi madrasah. Salah satunya adalah dengan melakukan penambahan nama “Program Khusus” pada nama Madrasah. Peran masyarakat dalam pengembangan Madrasah yaitu Pembentukan team pengembang,membentuk komite sekolah, membentuk badan pemeriksa harian. Untuk mewadahi peningkatan potensi guru, Kepala Madrasah memberikan wadah berupa Teacher Study Club yang diadakan setiap hari Sabtu minggu keempat.
