Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of shopping lifestyle, product display, and discounts on impulsive purchasing (Shopee users, FEB Unisma). The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 102 respondents, which were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS25 application. The results of the study indicate that the variables of Shopping Lifestyle (X1), Product Display (X2), and Discounts (X3) have a simultaneous effect on the Impulsive Purchases of Shopee users among FEB Unisma students. Furthermore, partially, the variable Shopping Lifestyle (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the Impulsive Purchases of Shopee users among FEB Unisma students, the variable Product Display (X2) has a positive significant effect on the Impulsive Purchases of Shopee users among FEB Unisma students, and the variable Discounts (X3) has a positive significant effect on the Impulsive Purchases of FEB Unisma students using Shopee. Keywords : Shopping Lifestyle, Product Display, Discount, Impulsif Buying, Shopee Applications

Abstract

Tiktok has become a social media that makes it easy to interact. However, apart from presenting educational content, there are potential dangers such as narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) experienced by one of the TikTok users with the initials ALM. This study aims to analyze public exposure and its implications for individuals with NPD. This research uses a qualitative research approach with the ALM behavior analysis method on TikTok videos. The results of this study show that public exposure can worsen narcissistic behavior as happened in the ALM case.

Abstract

Student engagement plays a key role in the success of the learning process, as it directly affects students’ understanding, motivation, and ability to think critically. To encourage greater participation, Quizizz a game-based learning platform has shown strong potential. This study sought to enhance the engagement of fifth-grade students at SDN 3 Lamahala by integrating interactive learning activities through Quizizz. The research focused on three main indicators: students’ ability to ask questions, attentiveness during the teacher’s explanations, and independence in completing assignments. Using a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, the study was conducted over two cycles, each involving four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning activity. In the pre-cycle stage, the activity level was only 24%. This figure increased to 52% at the end of cycle I and reached its peak at 80% in cycle II. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the Quizizz application is effective in increasing student learning activity and creating a more enjoyable, interactive, and participatory learning atmosphere.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to test and analyze the influence of viral marketing, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions in social commerce tik tok shop (Case study on Cosrx buyer decisions in Malang City). The type of research used in this study is a survey with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were Cosrx buyers in Tik Tok shop in Malang City. In this study, the sampling method follows the formula suggested by Malhotra with calculations showing that the number of samples required is 16 × 5 is 80 respondents. The results of the study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence between the variables of viral marketing, online customer reviews, and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions. The viral marketing variable influences purchasing decisions. The online customer review variable influences purchasing decisions. Abstract

Stunting leaves children susceptible to illness and impairs brain development, ultimately hindering the creation of a strong, capable generation. The purpose of this program was to equip healthcare cadres and community members with the knowledge to prepare healthy and affordable complementary feeding (MP-ASI) using locally available ingredients to improve children's nutritional status. With three cases of stunted toddlers identified in Jatimulya Village, there was an urgent need for intervention. The training utilized local food ingredients, such as moringa leaves, spinach, and catfish. The methods employed included lectures, simulations, and a cooking competition. The evaluation showed a significant increase in the knowledge of both cadres and mothers of toddlers, with average scores rising from 81.6 to 92.3 after the educational intervention. A competition was also held, where representatives from each sub-village (RW) prepared nutritionally dense main and snack dishes, with three winning entries selected. In conclusion, utilizing local food-based complementary feeding can be an effective strategy for stunting prevention in Jatimulyo Village.

Abstract

One of the home industries processing fruit chips is a type of business that is quite popular with the natives of Malang City. There are various variants of fruit chips produced, namely avocados, oranges, jackfruit, bananas, etc. The purpose of this study is to determine the analysis of the application of marketing mix strategies in increasing sales in fruit chip MSMEs in Malang City. This research is a service through qualitative research with descriptive methods. The results of this study show that these MSMEs offer variants of fruit chips that are popular in Malang City, including avocados, oranges, jackfruit, and bananas, with good marketing potential. The affordable price of the product in the Malang City community market makes this product well received, has fixed channels such as small shops and clean storage. The promotion of MSMEs on social media is quite effective and provides intangible services or directly to consumers.

Abstract

Economic development in Indonesia with technological advances has a significant impact. Innovation and new technological breakthroughs today in the financial sector using Fintech or financial technology. Fintech initially only existed in the conventional financial system, but along with the times, fintech has now entered the Islamic financial system. The purpose of this study is to analyze fintech in the economy in Indonesia through an Islamic perspective. The type of research used is to use literature studies obtained from various sources. This research is descriptive and qualitative. The data used is secondary data. The data collection technique is to use literature review to examine the theoretical basis related to fintech concepts and mechanisms that are currently developing rapidly in accordance with the principles of Islamic law. As well as knowledge of the development of sharia fintech as the main basis for building correlations between practice and theory based on Islamic perspectives. This research produces Fintech in an Islamic perspective, offering alternative choices to people who use financial technology services, especially for people who want to avoid the trap of usury, because the fact that occurs almost entirely contains elements of usury. However, muamalah is not only important in terms of economic value but must also be of worship value so that muamalah activities become a blessing of participation.

Abstract

Manajemen perubahan perilaku karyawan pemerintah daerah di era digitalisasi layanan publik bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen perubahan perilaku karyawan dalam konteks birokrasi pemerintah daerah selama masa transisi digitalisasi di sektor pelayanan publik. Dasar teori penelitian ini mengacu pada model manajemen perubahan Kurt Lewin, konsep gaya kepemimpinan, keterlibatan karyawan dan berbagi pengetahuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus di Kantor Bagian Kesra Kabupaten Lumajang, data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi non partisipatif, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan dinamika perubahan digitalisasi organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Model Perubahan Kurt Lewin tetap relevan dalam konteks organisasi pemerintahan daerah, meskipun pelaksanaannya dipengaruhi oleh struktur, budaya, dan kesiapan individu. Kepemimpinan transformasional dan partisipatif menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang adaptif, didukung oleh aktor informal yang memperkuat komunikasi horizontal selama masa transisi digitalisasi. Keterlibatan karyawan yang tinggi meningkatkan motivasi dan kesiapan menghadapi perubahan digitalisasi, terutama melalui partisipasi aktif karyawan dan dukungan sosial. Berbagi pengetahuan secara formal dan informal mempercepat adaptasi digitalisasi dan membangun kolaborasi antar karyawan. Hambatan teknis, psikologis, dan budaya menegaskan perlunya manajemen perubahan yang kontekstual dan berkelanjutan, dengan penekanan pada kepemimpinan, partisipasi, dan pengelolaan pengetahuan dalam mendukung perubahan digitalisasi pada organisasi publik.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the relationship between brand love and brand loyalty through brand trust in BHS brand sarongs. The sample in this study was 100 respondents, with a sampling technique using a non-probability sampling technique, with a purposive sampling technique, namely a technique for determining samples with certain considerations. The analysis method used is the SEM method with SmartPLS. The findings of this research are that brand love has a direct effect on brand loyalty and brand trust, while brand trust has no direct effect on brand loyalty. And brand trust is unable to mediate the relationship between brand love and brand loyalty. The conclusion in this research is that brand trust has no effect on brand loyalty, indicating that even though a brand has high trust, if it is not accompanied by the ability to buy, it is impossible to give birth to brand loyalty. The next finding is that high brand love will give birth to brand loyalty to a brand.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of research on Muslim clothing, especially BHS brand sarongs. In fact, this research can increase the sales turnover of the sarong industry in Indonesia. Apart from that, this research aims to examine the role of brand image in building brand loyalty and brand trust. In this research, brand image is predicted to have the power to build brand loyalty and brand trust. This research aims to test and analyze the behavior of BHS sarong consumers in the cities of Malang and Pasuruan. The data in this study were analyzed using SEM SmartPLS 2.0. The sampling method used is a non-probability sampling method, with a purposive sampling technique. The number of respondents used reached 100 people. The findings of this research are that brand image is able to increase brand loyalty from BHS sarongs. However, brand trust is not able to mediate the relationship between brand image and brand loyalty, because to form brand loyalty, consumers also need purchasing power.
