Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of Fear of Missing Out (FOMO), lifestyle, marketing content, and flash sale on the purchase of impulsive aerostreet shoes products in Tiktokshop. The population used in this study is consumers who have purchased impulsively on aerostreet diktiktokshop shoes. The sample of this study was 85 student respondents in Malang with sampling techniques, Purposive Sampling. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that FOMO, lifestyle, content marketing, and flash sale simultaneously have a significant effect on impulsive purchases. Partially, FOMO has a significant effect on impulsive purchases, lifestyle has a significant effect on impulsive purchases, while content marketing and flash sale show positive positives to impulsive purchases. This research has implications for marketers and business people to understand the factors that encourage impulsive purchases and design effective marketing strategies in Tiktokshop. Keywords: fear of missing out, lifestyle, content marketing, flash sale, impulse purchases, Tiktokshop

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the influence of work life balance and work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with an explanatory research type. The population of this research is employees of PR Berkah Sejagat Sumenep with a sample size of 50 respondents obtained using the saturation technique. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.0.9 software. The results of this research show that work life balance has no effect on employee performance, work environment has an effect on employee performance, work life balance has no effect on job satisfaction, work environment has an effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has an effect on employee performance, work life balance has no effect on employee performance through job satisfaction, and work environment has an effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Life Balance, Work Environment, Job Satisfaction, PR Berkah Sejagat

Abstract

This Preaching Strategy Training is designed to improve the skills and effectiveness of preachers in delivering religious messages in a relevant and adaptive manner amidst social change and developments. The objectives of this PkM are (1) Mastering various effective preaching techniques and methods, (2) Understanding their role as agents of change in society and playing an active role in building a better Muslim community through wise, dignified, and effective preaching, (3) Making a real contribution to educating and improving understanding of Islam in society, both on campus, in mosques, and in other social environments and (4) Preparing participants to compete in the 2025 Indosiar Action event by developing creative and effective preaching strategies. The methods used in this study are Lectures or Presentations, Group Discussions, Simulations and Role-Playing, Questions and Answers, Evaluation. The results of the study showed that the participants were very enthusiastic in participating in the training so that it could provide information, knowledge, motivation to participants in developing their talents and interests in the world of da'wah, one of which was participating in the 2025 Indosiar Action audition. Our great hope, the PkM team, after carrying out this training activity, is that the participants can implement what they have learned to produce da'wah works that are beneficial to the community.

Abstract

The film Kinari is a film produced by Ladamif films from Jepara in 2023, raises a unique folklore that tells the story of the Tempur Village chronicle. The story of this village comes from the Tempuran River. The battle river is a meeting two currents used for bathing rituals or cleansing the soul of the body the ancestors. This tradition certainly contains a moral message that wants to conveyed to the community so that the objectives of this study are to provide education to maintain traditions and preserve nature in the surrounding environment. Through qualitative research using Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis, the results of this research can be seen from eating denotations, meanings, connotations and myths so that the moral message conveyed in the film Kinari is the moral message of man having a relationship with his god, the moral message of man having a relationship with himself and the moral message of human relations with others.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas UMKM makanan dan toko kelontong melalui pelatihan manajemen usaha dan pemasaran digital. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi pada pelaku UMKM di wilayah RT 06 RW 06 Kelurahan Dinoyo, Kecamatan Lowokwaru, Kota Malang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman pelaku UMKM terkait pengelolaan stok, pencatatan keuangan sederhana, penataan display toko, serta penggunaan WhatsApp Business dan Google Maps untuk promosi. Program ini berhasil memberdayakan masyarakat melalui penguatan keterampilan manajerial dan pemasaran digital yang relevan dengan kebutuhan UMKM saat ini.

Abstract

This research was conducted at MI Umdatur Rasikhien Jakarta. The problems identified in this study are the inhibiting factors of reading skills in lower grade students. This study aims to describe: (1) To determine the reading skills of lower grade students at MI Umdatur Rasikhien Jakarta, (2) To determine the inhibiting factors of reading skills in lower grade students at MI Umdatur Rasikhien Jakarta, (3) To determine the methods used to improve reading skills in lower grade students at MI Umdatur Rasikhien Jakarta. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were the principal, lower grade teachers, and lower grade students at MI Umdatur Rasikhien Jakarta. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis used three stages consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Data examination or checking was carried out by triangulation of data sources and triangulation of techniques. The results of the study showed that reading skills in lower grade students still have errors, namely: (1) Errors in recognizing letters, (2) Understanding vocabulary, (3) Difficulty in reading words or lip movements when reading, (4) Reading by spelling, (5) Understanding one letter at a time, (6) Reversing words and reading too fast so that words are overtaken when reading. The factors that influence reading skills in lower grade students include physiological, psychological, and environmental factors. The way to improve reading skills in lower grade students is to foster a love of reading by providing learning reading materials such as textbooks, reading texts, and getting used to reading regularly by giving students the opportunity to learn to move forward, teachers give students time to read one to three lines of reading, and use teaching aids to teach children who cannot or do not understand letters or reading.

Abstract

Abstract This research aims to analyze the influence of  the Marketing Strategy of  Digital Marketing (X1), Electronic Word of Mouth (X2), and Brand Image (X3) on Purchase Decision, partially. That The research method used is a quantitative approach. The sample for this research was of 75 consumers from Bebek Carok who used Bebek Carok products in the city of Malang from a population whose exact number is unknown. Questionnaires were used as a data collection instrument, Validity Test and Reliability Test are used to measure instrument performance. Not only that, this research also uses the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Adjusted R Square Test, and t Test. The results of this research show that digital marketing, electronic word of mouth, and brand image partially have a positive effect and has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Keywords: Digital Marketing, Electronic Word of Mouth, Brand Image, Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of green satisfaction, green knowledge and green trust on the purchase decision  of Skintific products. Purchase decisions are part of consumer behavior that includes choosing, buying, and using a product. This study uses a quantitative approach by collecting data from 60 respondents who are FEB UNISMA students of the class of 2021. This study uses a snowball sampling  technique with the help of the WhatsApp application. The variables studied are Green satisfaction, green knowledge and green trust which are one of the important factors in purchasing decisions for  environmentally friendly skincare products. The results of this study show that simultaneously green satisfaction, green knowledge and green trust affect the purchase decision of skintific products. Green satisfaction and green knowledge partially affect the purchase decision  of skintific products, while green trust has no effect on the purchase decision  of skintific products. This study suggests that Skintific  companies further evaluate their communication strategies regarding environmentally friendly practices that have been implemented regularly and show their commitment to environmental issues through transparent sustainable actions in an effort to build communication with consumers that will affect green trust.  Keywords: Green Satisfaction, Green Knowledge, Green Trust, Purchase Decisions, Skintific Products.

Abstract

Abstract The objective of this research is to investigate the influence of social media and websites influence car purchase decisions at Showroom 57 Maju Motor in Malang Regency. The study's respondents ranged in age from 17 to over 50 years old, with a total of 30 participants, consisting of 21 men and 9 women from various occupations, including civil servants, private employees, store workers, students, healthcare workers, housewives, and salespeople. The data were analyzed through multiple linear regression using SPSS 20. The results of data analysis in this study were obtained from data samples collected through questionnaires filled out by respondents at the 57 Maju Motor Showroom, Malang Regency using SPSS software with the results that social media and websites have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously. The social media variable has a partial effect, with a significance level of less than 5% alpha (0.048 < 0.05), while the website variable also has a significance level below the probability threshold (0.006 < 0.05). Simultaneously, social media and websites collectively influence car purchase decisions, with a significance value of 0.001, which is lower than the 5% alpha threshold (0.001 < 0.05). Keywords: Social Media, Website, Car Purchase Decisions, Multiple Linear Regression.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui interaksi dosis pupuk NPK dan dosis pupuk kotoran ayam terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman mentimun (Cucumber sativus L.). Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di Pusat Pelatihan Pertanian dan Pedesaan Swadaya (P4S) bertempat di Desa Argorejo, Kecamatan Sedayu, Kabupaten bantul, Yogyakarta pada bulan Juni 2018 s/d Agustus 2018. Penelitian merupakan percobaan lapangan yang disusun dalam Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap (RAKL) faktorial. Faktor pertama adalah dosis pupuk NPK (D) yang terdiri dari 3 aras, yaitu : 50 kg.ha-1 (D1), 100 kg.ha-1 (D2), 150 kg.ha-1 (D3). Faktor kedua adalah dosis pupuk kotoran ayam (M) yang terdiri dari 3 aras, yaitu : 5 ton.ha-1 (M1), 10 ton.ha-1 (M2), 15 ton.ha-1 (M3). Parameter yang diamati meliputi : tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, waktu muncul bunga, persentase bunga, bobot segar brangkasan, berat kering brangkasan, jumlah buah per tanaman, panjang buah, diameter buah, dan berat buah per hektar. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji DMRT pada jenjang kesalahan 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlakuan pemberian dosis pupuk NPK dan dosis pupuk kotoran ayam tidak ada interaksi. Perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan. Perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK 150 kg.ha-1 memberikan pertumbuhan lebih daripada perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK 50 kg.ha-1 dan 100 kg.ha-1 . Perlakuan dosis pupuk kotoran ayam berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan. Perlakuan pupuk kotoran ayam terbaik di capai pada dosis 5 ton.ha-1 . Perlakuan pemberian pupuk memberikan pertumbuhan sama dengan kontrol. Perlakuan dosis pupuk NPK dan dosis pupuk kotoran ayam tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil mentimun. Perlakuan pemberian pupuk memberikan hasil sama dengan kontrol.
