Abstract

This study was aimed to describe the constraints of the teachers in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. This study was descriptive research. The subjects were teachers in SMP Negeri 1 Dullah. The data were analyzed using the descriptive analysis technique. The data were collected using interviews, observation and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained through the method triangulation. The results of the study show that the constraints experienced by the teacher include making learning media, understanding teachers, integrating inter-learning lessons in thematic learning, and mastering information technology. While other constraints originating from the government include the distribution of books, assessment, teacher administration, time allocation, socialization, guidelines for implementing the curriculum, and learning activities in student books.

Abstract

Curriculum management is a strategic component in ensuring educational quality, particularly in the context of vocational education such as Vocational High Schools (SMK). Changes in national education policy and the dynamics of industry demand an adaptive, participatory, and contextual curriculum management system. This study aims to uncover how the implementation of curriculum management at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bambanglipuro contributes to improving school well-being, encompassing the dimensions of teachers, students, facilities, and institutions. A qualitative approach with a phenomenological design was used to understand the direct experiences of educational stakeholders related to the curriculum management process at the school. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation studies with three main participants: the principal, the vice principal for curriculum, and teachers. The results indicate that the implementation of curriculum management reflects synergy with industry, adjustments to the Independent Curriculum, and ongoing teacher training. Collaborative practices, such as the Teaching Factory with industry partners (Astra, Daihatsu, Jogja TV), also support the achievement of school well-being, both professionally, materially, and institutionally. This study recommends strengthening the curriculum evaluation system and developing industry partnerships as sustainable strategies to improve school quality and well-being.

Abstract

Bankruptcy can no longer be understood solely as a mechanism for liquidating assets to meet debtor obligations, but has evolved into a restructuring instrument that directly impacts corporate governance and stakeholder protection. This study aims to analyze how bankruptcy functions as a corporate restructuring mechanism, how this process influences the redistribution of power in corporate governance, and the extent to which the bankruptcy legal system provides balanced protection for various stakeholders. The research method used is normative legal research with a statutory, conceptual, and limited comparative approach. The analysis is conducted on the provisions of Law Number 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and PKPU (Investment Suspension) and regulations related to corporate governance, combined with theoretical studies on fiduciary duty, stakeholder theory, and the corporate rescue paradigm. The results illustrate that bankruptcy functions as a governance restructuring mechanism that transfers control from the board of directors to the curator and creditor forum, thereby creating a redistribution of power within the company. The dominant creditor primacy orientation has the potential to create an imbalance in protection for non-creditor stakeholders, including workers and other economically impacted parties. These conditions indicate the need for normative reconstruction, including redefining fiduciary obligations during the insolvency phase, strengthening stakeholder protection, and harmonizing corporate governance principles with the insolvency law regime. This research is expected to contribute academically to the development of a bankruptcy model that is not solely focused on debt resolution but also considers aspects of business sustainability and substantive justice in modern corporate governance.

Abstract

Enhancing Indonesian education standards is the goal of Kurikulum Merdeka. This research was motivated by the Independent Class Strategy of the Indonesian Ministry of Education and Culture. This study aims to give a summary of Muhammadiyah Pandes Elementary School in Yogyakarta's Special Region's implementation of the Independent Curriculum. In order to ascertain the general condition of the exploration item, this investigation employs qualitative descriptive approaches. Academic stars were the main exploration subjects for the research, and validation, interviews, and observation collected data. The Kurikulum Merdeka component of SD Muhammadiyah Pandes Elementary School's research encompasses student characteristics, infrastructure and facilities, socio-cultural elements, partnerships established by the school, and the features of the educational unit made up of masters and supporting staff. The school has a four-year plan outlining its vision, aims, and objectives. First, diagnose and assess, then make necessary revisions to the plan, execute assessments and the primary learning activities, and lastly, assess and evaluate the entire learning process. Two parts comprise the operational analysis process of the curriculum in the learning unit: recording learning objectives and outcomes, processing assessment findings, providing support for professional development and evaluation activities, and encouraging self- and peer-reflection.   Abstrak Meningkatkan standar pendidikan Indonesia adalah tujuan Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini dimotivasi oleh Strategi Kelas Mandiri Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan RI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan ringkasan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di SD Muhammadiyah Pandes Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Untuk mengetahui kondisi umum barang eksplorasi, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Bintang akademis menjadi subjek eksplorasi utama penelitian ini, dan data dikumpulkan melalui validasi, wawancara, dan observasi. Komponen Kurikulum Mandiri SD Muhammadiyah Pandes yang diteliti meliputi karakteristik peserta didik, prasarana dan sarana, unsur sosial budaya, kemitraan yang terjalin oleh sekolah, dan ciri satuan pendidikan yang terdiri dari magister dan tenaga penunjang. Sekolah memiliki rencana empat tahun yang menguraikan visi, sasaran, dan sasarannya. Pertama, mendiagnosis dan menilai, kemudian melakukan revisi yang diperlukan terhadap rencana, melaksanakan penilaian dan kegiatan pembelajaran utama, dan terakhir, menilai dan mengevaluasi seluruh proses pembelajaran. Ada dua bagian yang membentuk proses analisis operasional kurikulum di unit pembelajaran: mencatat tujuan dan hasil pembelajaran, memproses temuan penilaian, memberikan dukungan untuk pengembangan profesional dan kegiatan evaluasi, dan mendorong refleksi diri dan rekan sejawat. Abstract

This research examined the integration model of school curriculum and the Tahfidz curriculum program at Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah Quran School (MQS) Yogyakarta. This study focused on combining formal school subjects, diniyah lessons, and tahfidz Al-Qur'an. The study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, revealing the implementation of the Threaded Integrated Learning Model. The key stages included initial planning, central theme formulation, syllabus and lesson plan development, teaching, evaluation, and continuous improvement. This integration was believed to enhance students' competence in both academic domains—such as science, technology, and languages—and religious fields, including Quranic studies and ethics. The research highlighted practical contributions by demonstrating how curriculum integration fosters the student holistic development, balancing cognitive, spiritual, and character-building aspects. It concluded that the integrated model effectively produces graduates with strong moral character, robust memorization skills (mutqin), and a comprehensive understanding of both religious and general knowledge.
