Abstract

Indonesia terletak di antara dua lempeng dunia aktif, yaitu lempeng Eurasia dan lempeng Australia. Hal ini mengakibatkan Indonesia merupakan daerah rawan gempa. Hal-hal yang dapat membuat gedung mengalami keruntuhan pada saat gempa terjadi gempa adalah ketidakmampuan gedung menahan simpangan antar lantai (Drift Story) akibat gaya gempa melebihi batas aman yang ditetapkan maka gedung tersebut akan mengalami keruntuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui simpangan antar lantai (Drift Story) yang terjadi pada gedung istana bala’ putih. Metode analisis gaya gempa menggunakan metode statik ekivalen. Metode analisis portal yang digunakan adalah menggunakan metode cross (Distribusi Momen). Hasil analisis Struktur Portal Istana Bala’ Putih dengan menggunakan metode Cross (Distribusi Momen) dan dengan klasifikasi mutu beton yang telah di tentukan menghasilkan simpangan antar lantai (Drift Story) untuk arah melintang (X-X) dengan mutu beton K-225 pada lantai 1 adalah sebesar 5,703 mm sedangkan pada lantai 2 adalah sebesar 107,351 mm. Untuk arah memanjang (Y-Y) dengan mutu beton K-225 pada lantai 1 adalah sebesar 3,414 mm sedangkan pada lantai 2 adalah sebesar 67,273 mm. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa simpangan antar lantai (Drift Story) yang terjadi baik itu pada arah melintang (X-X) maupun arah memanjang (Y-Y) termasuk ke dalam kategori aman, karena simpangan yang terjadi tidak melebihi simpangan yang diijinkan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Implementasi Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah Paud Dalam Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Satuan Pendidikan di TK Legina Sumbawa Besar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implementasi BOSP, mengidentifikasi pengaruh BOSP terhadap peningkatan kualitas satuan pendidikan di TK Legina Sumbawa Besar, dan proses penyaluran dana BOSP dari tingkat pusat ke tingkat daerah. Adapun Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian menunjukan Implementasi dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah PAUD dalam upaya peningkatan kualitas satuan pendidikan di TK Legina Sumbawa Besar dilakukan dengan membantu sekolah menyelenggarakan pendidikan, mulai dari perawatan gedung sekolah, pengadaan alat peraga, dan sarana prasarana lainnya yang mendukung proses pembelajaran, serta kegiatan-kegiatan yang membantu meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pendidik dan juga siswa Pengaruh BOSP terhadap peningkatan kualitas satuan pendidikan berkaitan erat dengan pembiayaan proses dan ketersediaan komponen-komponen yang menunjang kualitas pembelajaran yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kualitas satuan pendidikan di TK Lagina Sumbawa Besar yang meliputi: 1. peserta didik; 2. tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan; 3.sarana dan prasarana termasuk kurikulum dan metode pembelajaran; 4. manajemen sekolah.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior in schools is an activity to empower students, teachers and the school community to want to adopt a healthy lifestyle to create a healthy school. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between clean and healthy living behavior and diarrhea in elementary school students. The research method used was analytical study research with stratified random sampling, The results of the study stated that there was no diarrhea and good clean and healthy living behavior were 16 respondents (29.1%), while respondents who stated diarrhea and poor clean and healthy living behavior were 39 (70.9%). From the statistical results using the Chi Square statistical test with a degree of significance α = 0.05, a p value of 0.00 was obtained, this indicates that the p value <α, so it is concluded that the hypothesis (Hα) is accepted and the hypothesis (H0) is rejected. This means that there is a relationship between clean and healthy living behavior and diarrhea in elementary school students. The conclusion shows that there is a relationship between clean and healthy living behavior and diarrhea in elementary school students.

Abstract

This study explores the relationships between work-life balance, professional development, and employee performance, focusing on how these factors interact to enhance job satisfaction, productivity, and skill development. The research employed a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, focus groups, and observational data to gather insights from employees across various organizations. The study analyzed how work-life balance and professional development initiatives impact employee performance and organizational culture. The findings indicate that a balanced work environment, coupled with access to professional development opportunities, significantly enhances employee performance. Employees with a healthy work-life balance reported lower stress levels and higher job satisfaction, leading to increased productivity. Additionally, professional development was found to improve technical and managerial skills, boosting confidence and job competence. The synergy between work-life balance and professional development created a supportive environment that promoted both personal well-being and professional growth, resulting in a positive feedback loop of engagement and performance. This study highlights the importance of integrating work-life balance policies with continuous professional development programs to achieve sustainable employee performance and organizational success. It underscores the critical role of transformational leadership and supportive organizational culture in fostering a productive work environment. Future research should explore these relationships quantitatively and across diverse industries to further validate and expand upon these findings.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganallisis secara parsial dan simultan Pengaruh Kompetensi Teknis Teknis dan Kepatuhan Standar Operasional Prosedur Terhadap Kualitas Data di bada Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gowa. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 320 orang pencacah dan sampel menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebesar 178 orang dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa: (1) Kompetensi Teknis berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kualitas Data di Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gowa (2) Kepatuhan Standar Operasional Prosedur berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan Terhadap Terhadap Kualitas Data di Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gowa, (3) Kompetensi Teknis dan Standar Operasional Prosedur secara simultan berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kualitas Data di Badan Pusat Statistik Kabupaten Gowa. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Teknis,Kepatuhan SOP dan Kualitas DataAbstractThe purpose of this study was to identify and analyze partially and simultaneously the effect of technical competence and compliance with standard operating procedures on data quality at the Gowa Regency Statistics Center. The total population is 320 enumerators and the sample uses the simple random sampling method with a total sample of 178 people using the Slovin formula. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach and hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression methods. The results showed that: (1) Technical Competence has a positive and significant effect on data quality at the Central Statistics Agency of Gowa Regency, (2) Compliance with Standard Operating Procedures has a positive and significant effect on Data Quality at the Central Statistics Agency of Gowa Regency, (3) Technical Competence and Standard Operating Procedures simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on data quality at the Central Statistics Agency of Gowa Regency. Keywords: Technical Competence, SOP Compliance and Data Quality

Abstract

The Social Construction of the Quality Family Village in Pondok Batu Village, Bilah Hulu Subdistrict, Labuhanbatu Regency is a strategic effort to improve the quality of life in the community through a participatory approach. This study aims to analyze how the community constructs their social reality in the context of the Quality Family Village program, using the social construction theory perspective of Peter L. Berger. The research method employed is qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and documentary studies. The results show that the processes of externalization, objectivation, and internalization are key in building the community's collective awareness of the importance of this program. The community plays an active role in formulating and implementing programs relevant to their needs, thereby creating new norms that support the improvement of quality of life. Furthermore, this study also identifies the challenges faced in the program's implementation, including a lack of understanding and participation from some segments of the community. Therefore, further efforts are needed to enhance the socialization and education about the Quality Family Village program in order to achieve the expected goals.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui disiplin kerja pada Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Makassar. Pendekatan penelitian ini mengambil sampel dari satu populasi dan menggunakan kuisioner sebagai alat pengumpul data yang pokok. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Makassar, berlangsung selama kurang lebih 2 (dua) bulan yakni bulan Desember 2023 sd Januari 2024. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pegawai Kantor Imigrasi Kelas I TPI Makassar yang berjumlah 105 pegawai. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi yakni 105 pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Gaya kepemimpinan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja di kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Makassar. (2) Komitmen organisasi secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja di kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Makassar. (3) Gaya kepemimpinan secara langsung berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kantor Imigrasi Kelas I Makassar. Abstract

Medan as one of the largest cities in Indonesia and the center of the economy in North Sumatra is certainly not free from the problem of unemployment. Unresolved unemployment, limited new job opportunities and the pressure of economic needs to survive have caused some people to look for alternative jobs outside the formal sector. The informal sector that is widely engaged in by people in Medan City is Street Vendors (PKL). This study uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The results of the study indicate that the Failure of Public Policy on Determining Street Vendor Zoning in Medan City is Due to the Inability to Form a Special Task Force Approved by the BAPPEDA Service Based on the Systemic Failure Theory of Hudson, Hunter, and Peckham.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh Economic ValueAdded (EVA) terhadap return saham (2) untuk mengukur dan menganalisis pengaruh MarketValue Added (MVA) terhadap return sahamPenelitian ini dilakukan pada 21 perusahaan Manufaktor yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia dengan 3 tahun observasi yaitu tahun 2014 – 2016. Teknik pengumpulan datamenggunakan dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan. Dan teknik analisis menggunakanregresi berganda.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Economic Value Added (EVA) berpengaruh negatifsignifikan terhadap return saham sedangkan Market Value Added (MVA) berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap return saham.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the influence of work-life balance and work motivation on employee job satisfaction at the Postgraduate Program of UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research employs a quantitative approach with an ex-post facto method. The study's respondents consist of 32 employees, determined using a saturated sample technique. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire distributed to all respondents. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics through multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that work-life balance has a positive effect on employee job satisfaction, although its influence is smaller compared to work motivation, which has been proven to have a stronger impact. The findings also show that work-life balance and work motivation simultaneously have a positive effect on employee job satisfaction at the Postgraduate Program of UIN Alauddin Makassar, even though job satisfaction itself is a multidimensional phenomenon influenced by many factors. Therefore, organizational strategies to enhance job satisfaction should adopt a holistic approach that considers work-life balance, motivational drives, and other supporting factors.
