Abstract

RSUD Waras Wiris Boyolali merupakan rumah sakit umum tipe C dengan jumlah petugas rekam medis sebanyak 14 petugas, jumlah petugas ini tidak sebanding dengan beban kerja yang ada sehingga terjadi banyak rangkap tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui jumlah kebutuhan tenaga kerja bagian unit rekam medis berdasarkan metode ABK Kes di RSUD Waras Wiris Boyolali tahun 2023. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei deskriptif, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi sebanyak 14 petugas unit rekam medis dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Hasil penghitungan kebutuhan SDMK unit rekam medis menggunakan metode ABK Kes diperoleh hasil 23 petugas dengan rincian 1 petugas kabag unit rekam medis, 3 petugas pendaftaran rawat jalan, 4 petugas pendaftaran gawat darurat, 3 petugas assembling, 4 petugas coding indexing, 1 petugas analizing reporting, 4 petugas filing dan 3 petugas casemix. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah jumlah petugas unit rekam medis di RSUD Waras Wiris Boyolali saat ini sebanyak 14 petugas serta dari hasil perhitungan menggunakan metode ABK Kes didapatkan hasil sebanyak 16 petugas sehingga perlu penambahan. Penulis menyarankan sebaiknya perlu melakukan penambahan 2 petugas rekam medis, agar beban kerja petugas tidak tinggi.

Abstract

The increasing population lead to an increase in the volume, type, and characteristics of waste. Waste has become a global problem so that its management needs to be carried out in a comprehensive and integrated manner from upstream to downstream. A little mistakes in waste management will have an impact on environmental pollution and even lead to natural disasters. This research is a study related to its special environmental management regarding community empowerment through the development of waste bank in Probolinggo city. This research uses normative emphirical research. The normative emphirical research is a combination of normative legal approach with the addition of various empirical elements. Due to this research is related to community empowerment in developing garbage bank in managing environment. Subjects in this study are regulatory regulations relating to environmental management, especially the management of waste bank in the Probolinggo city. In this study, the object is the Local Regulation number 03 of 2013 on Waste Management. From the results of the study concluded that Regional Regulation number 03 of 2013 on waste management in the Probolinggo city has provided fresh wind to the development of waste bank in Probolinggo city which is also warmly welcomed by the Probolinggo city society to be aware of hygiene by changing the paradigm of society by gathering, transport, waste. Now the paradigm is transformed into saving innovation through waste bank by reusing existing waste with 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) Program.

Abstract

Teenage problems are one that we must address comprehensively. Teenage problems are complex and diverse, ranging from academic, social, to emotional problems. The right approach will depend greatly on the root of the problem faced. Posyandu Remaja in the form of the SIJARES program is expected to be the right place for teenagers to facilitate teenagers in overcoming health and welfare problems in Dukong Village. The purpose of this activity is to create interesting health activities that are in accordance with the interests of Dukong Village teenagers with outbound activities and peer counseling for teenagers. Determining the right SIJARES activities is by creating questions before holding SIJARES activities. During the pre-test, Dukong Village teenagers did not yet fully understand the importance of reproductive health and had not been able to maximize their skills. Dukong Village teenagers were still afraid and embarrassed to talk about their reproductive problems. After the SIJARES activity, there was a very high increase with data showing 80% and above. The results of the activity showed the response of Dukong Village teenagers who had begun to protect and maintain their health, and were able to improve their welfare. This activity can invite teenagers from Dukong Village with 30 participants. This activity will continue to be carried out periodically with the formation of active cadres, and in collaboration with the Dukong Village health center.

Abstract

One of the leading commodities that supports the national fisheries sector is crab (Portunus pelagicus). Lampung Province was selected as the first province to become a pilot project for sustainable crab fisheries management by the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (KKP). East Lampung Regency has a vital role in the sustainability of the national crab industry. Crab fishermen in East Lampung still face various structural and technical challenges. The community empowerment approach for fishermen has become one of the main strategies in sustainable crab fisheries management. The success of the empowerment program is highly dependent on the extent to which the innovations introduced can be accepted and adopted by the target community. This study aims to determine the level of diffusion of sustainable crab fishermen empowerment innovations.. The research location was chosen intentionally (Purposive), namely Margasari Village and Muara Gading Mas Village, Labuhan Maringgai District, East Lampung Regency. This research was conducted in May-June 2025. The population was 292 crab fishermen and the research sample was 75 crab fishermen. The data used were primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used was descriptive. The results of the study were the level of diffusion of innovation in empowering crab fishermen in the catch quota approach included in the low category, diffusion of innovation in the supervision and law enforcement approach included in the medium category, diffusion of innovation in the restocking and conservation approach included in the low category, diffusion of innovation in the fair and sustainable market approach included in the medium category, and diffusion of innovation in the GPS technology approach included in the high category.

Abstract

Abstrak Pecahan berpenyebut berbeda adalah subtopik pecahan yang sangat berkontribusi dalam menjelaskan konsep dasar pecahan. Namun, bagi siswa sekolah dasar menantang karena didasarkan dari konsep yang membutuhkan representasi beragam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan learning trajectories (LT) pada pecahan berpenyebut berbeda dengan konteks Ote-ote.  Ote-ote merupakan makanan khas Jawa Timur yang berbentuk mirip dengan lingkaran. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 26 siswa kelas 5 Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jimbaran Wetan, Sidoarjo. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain research dengan tahapan: preparation, implementation, dan retropective analysis. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar kerja siswa, observasi, dan tes. Teknis analisis data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. LT yang dikembangkan terdiri dari empat aktivitas, yaitu: (1) pengenalan pecahan, (2) penjumlahan pecahan berpenyebut sama (3) pecahan senilai, dan (4) penjumlahan pecahan berpenyebut berbeda. Aktivitas LT membangun pemahaman siswa mengenai pecahan berpenyebut berbeda, umumnya dalam kategori memuaskan. Abstract Different denominator fractions is a subtopic of fractions that greatly contributes to explaining the basic concept of fractions. However, it is challenging for primary students because it is based on a concept that requires multiple representations. This study aims to develop learning trajectories (LT) on different denominator fractions in the context of Ote-ote. Ote-ote is a typical East Java food shaped similarly to a circle. The participants of this study were 26 grade 5 students from Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jimbaran Wetan, Sidoarjo. The study design used was research design with stages: preparation, implementation, and retrospective analysis. Data were collected through student worksheets, observation, and tests—technical data analysis using source triangulation. The developed LT consists of four activities, namely: (1) introduction of fractions, (2) addition of common denominator fractions, (3) equivalent fractions, and (4) addition of different denominator fractions. The LT activities construct students' understanding of different denominator fractions, generally in the satisfactory category.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal students' perceptions of Native English-Speaking Teachers (NEST) and Non-Native English-Speaking Teachers (NNEST). The study involved students from the Agriculture Faculty of the Riau State Islamic University. This is a quantitative research that employs a survey design. The examination of the data reveals that students had a good assessment of teachers who were either native or non-native speakers. On the other hand, students encountered difficulties when learning with native and non-native professors. Students believe that NEST and NNEST will be more effective if native speakers also study and understand their original language and culture. Instructors who are not natural English speakers should pursue additional education in countries where English is the primary language to hone their abilities. The ideal non-native teachers are those who have reached a level of English proficiency comparable to that of a native speaker. Assuming the talents of the non-native English instructor are optimal, the majority of students believe that as long as instructors display a high level of competence and professionalism, there should be no discrimination between native speakers and non-native English teachers. However, when properly prepared and competent, both native and non-native English teachers can increase the enthusiasm for the student's English skill development. Both have their advantages and disadvantages, and they should collaborate to aid students in becoming successful English learners.

Abstract

Literasi kesehatan merupakan hal yang penting bagi siswa kesehatan karena mereka akan menjadi model bagi orang untuk melakukan perilaku sehat dan memberikan layanan kesehatan kepada masyarakat, hasil pencarian kembali pada tahun 2016 terhadap mahasiswa Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Dian Nuswantoro menunjukkan 40,3% responden memiliki tingkat literasi kesehatan yang rendah (likely inadequate dan likely peoblematic) sehingga perlu dilakukan penelitian tentang perbandingan literasi kesehatan pada mahasiswa kesehatan dan non kesehatan sebagai dasar tindak lanjut edukasi berikutnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan tingkat literasi kesehatan pada mahasiswa fakultas kesehatan dengan non kesehatan di Universitas Dian Nuswantoro Semarang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner menggunakan instrument HLS-EU-SQ10-IDN. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 mahasiswa yang terdiri dari 50 mahasiswa fakultas kesehatan dan 50 mahasiswa fakultas non kesehatan dengan metode “quota sampling”. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif analitik dengan uji statistik independent t-test. Adapun rata rata indeks literasi kesehatan mahasiswa non fkes sebesar 29,58 hal ini lebih rendah dibandingkan mahasiswa fkes yaitu sebesar 33,94, sebanyak 48% mahasiswa fakultas kesehatan memiliki tingkat literasi kesehatan yang baik dan sebesar 38% pada mahasiswa fakultas non kesehatan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara literasi kesehatan mahasiswa fakultas kesehatan dengan non kesehatan (p value 0.003 < 0,05).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDN Keper Krembung. Pelajaran ilmu pengetahuan alam di kelas II SDN Keper Krembung ditemukan bahwa, siswa masih belajar secara individual, kurang adanya kerjasama di antara siswa, dan juga guru kurang memberi kesempatan kepada siswa untuk menemukan sendiri konsep-konsep dalam pembelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SDN Keper Krembung dengan subyek siswa kelas II sebanyak 24 siswa. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dikembangkan oleh Kemmis & Mc. Taggart, meliputi empat tahap yaitu 1) planning, 2) acting & observing, 3) reflecting dan 4) revise plan. Sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan adalah lembar tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing pada pembelajaran sumber-sumber energi siswa kelas II SDN Keper Krembung dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, dalam dua siklus dengan siklus I dan siklus II. Dari hasil analisis data didapatkan rata-rata hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan dari Siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 7,28 (10,72%) dengan peningkatan ketuntasan belajar sebesar 22,23%. Dengan demikian bahwa siklus II dapat dinyatakan berhasil dan terbukti aplikasi model Inkuiri Terbimbing mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II SDN Keper Krembung.

Abstract

Developing learning tools is a skill that a teacher needs to master. In this case, learning English requires material appropriate to real-life, called Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) so that the language mastered by students is the language that is applied in everyday life, including the use of songs. Although many studies have explored songs for English language learning, the integration of Islamic songs in English classroom activities has not been widely discussed. Therefore, this research aims to investigate the viewsand practice of prospective English teachers on the integration of Islamic songs. The method used is a qualitative approach involving analyzing online interviews and teaching module documents prepared by prospective teachers. The results show that the consideration for selecting songs expressed by the prospective teacher is based on three orientations, namely pedagogical, psychological, and cultural. Regarding the worksheet design, participants prefer giving fill-in-the-blank format as the main assessment in measuring students' level of understanding. This research implies that CLT is good for EFL class, so the pedagogical knowledge possessed by prospective teachers need to be fostered, particularly in selecting the appropriate content of the song and adjusting it to create various communicative and meaningful activities for EFL learners.

Abstract

Writing an effective job application letter requires a deep understanding of the syntactic structure of the Indonesian language. This article aims to examine the role of syntax in forming effective sentences in job application letters. The research was conducted through a literature review method with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data sources were obtained from various journals, articles, and relevant books on syntax, effective sentences, and the structure of application letters. The results of the study indicate that syntactic elements such as subjects, predicates, objects, complements, and adverbs play a central role in forming communicative, logical, and professional sentences. Common errors such as inappropriate sentence structure, incorrect use of conjunctions, non-standard diction, and ambiguity and inaccuracy of punctuation interfere with the effectiveness of communication in application letters. Therefore, the application of correct syntactic rules not only improves linguistic quality but also strengthens the professional image of applicants.
