Abstract

In today's interconnected world, it is widely understood that the effectiveness of health information system, a key component of information technology, depends on user satisfaction. In theory, electronic medical records (EMRs) were just a substitute for paper records; nevertheless, they have brought about substantial changes to the working circumstances of nurses and other professionals in the healthcare business. This study introduces a novel approach to improve user satisfaction within Semarang City context, which could potentially be implemented globally. The impact of modern technology was investigated by applying Aggelidis and Chatzouglou's End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) approaches to previous health information system (HIS). As a result, the fundamental model was enhanced by including a new factor known as "technology compatibility." This research aims to develop a perspective that can measure the degree of satisfaction experienced by end users. Italso investigates the influence of technical compatibility component, which wasrecently included. Quantitative correlation was chosen as the approach for crosssectional analysis. Approximately 200 participants took part in the study effort. Every single survey question was structured into a five-point Likert scale, which was then reviewed again by specialists from a range of highly specialized fields. The explanatory factor analysis served as the foundation for the final structure of the measuring instrument. PLS-SEM, or partial least structural equation modeling, was used to analyze the data collected by stratified random sampling. As a result, the quality of information, the quality ofsystem, the supporting resources, and the compatibility of technology are all factors that impact user satisfaction. Implementing changes and breakthroughs in information system would increase overall user satisfaction

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kualitas penalaran ilmiah di sekolah dasar menyebabkan peneliti mencari solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas penalaran ilmiah di sekolah dasar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw II. Tujuan dari model pembelajaran ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif Jigsaw terhadap penalaran ilmiah siswa kelas IV SD Negeri Pucang 4 Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain eksperimen one group pretest-one posttest. Hasil uji normalitas nilai kelompok eksperimen dan kontrol mempunyai data berdistribusi normal, uji homogenitas menunjukkan sebaran data homogen, dan uji hipotesis terdapat pengaruh yang sangat tinggi pada Jigsaw Type II model pembelajaran kemampuan penalaran siswa kelas IV SD pada kurikulum mandiri.

Abstract

Tuberculosis is one of the ten main diseases that cause death throughout the world. In 2021 there were 51 cases recorded, there was a significant decrease in 2022 to 30 cases, and until October 2023, there were 26 cases of Tuberculosis recorded in Muktiharjo Kidul Village. This research aims to carry out spatial analysis and statistical tests on Tuberculosis cases based on population risk factors and housing conditions in Muktiharjo Kidul Village during the 2021- 2023 period. This research approach is descriptive quantitative using a spatial analysis model and relying on secondary data. Case mapping was carried out using the Geographic Information System (GIS) application. The results of this research are presented through mapping the distribution of Tuberculosis cases using GIS technology. The conclusion of the research shows that the distribution of Tuberculosis cases tends to be concentrated in areas with moderate population density, while the homes of Tuberculosis sufferers have room temperatures that do not meet standards.

Abstract

Konsep diri pada narapidana merupakan proses kompleks yang terbentuk melalui pengalaman pribadi, interaksi sosial, serta pembinaan dalam rumah tahanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pembentukan konsep diri pada para narapidana dalam Rumah Tahanan Kelas IIB Kabupaten Pandeglang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, kemudian direduksi, disajikan dan dianalisis untuk menghasilkan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri narapidana berkembang melalui refleksi terhadap pengalaman masa lalu, tekanan sosial, serta proses interaksi sosial yang terjadi dalam rumah tahanan. Program pembinaan, interaksi dan dukungan sosial yang positif dapat berperan penting dalam membentuk pola pikir serta tindakan baru bagi para narapidana. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa konsep diri narapidana tidak bersifat statis, melainkan terus berkembang berdasarkan interaksi sosial dan internalisasi nilai-nilai baru pada diri narapidana.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Learning Cycle 5E berbasis STEM terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SD pada mata pelajaran IPA. Keterampilan berpikir kritis merupakan kompetensi abad ke-21 yang penting dikembangkan sejak dini. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest dan melibatkan 23 siswa kelas V SD Muhammadiyah 5 Porong. Instrumen berupa tes esai berdasarkan enam indikator berpikir kritis Facione: interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, inferensi, penjelasan, dan regulasi diri. Hasil analisis menunjukkan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,6731 (kategori sedang), serta uji Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test menghasilkan Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) sebesar 0.000 (< 0.05), yang berarti terdapat peningkatan signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest. Hasil ini membuktikan bahwa model Learning Cycle 5E berbasis STEM efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Model ini mendorong pembelajaran aktif, kolaboratif, dan kontekstual melalui eksplorasi dan pemecahan masalah nyata. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya penerapan model inovatif yang mengintegrasikan pendekatan STEM guna membekali siswa dengan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi yang relevan di era global

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 has brought significant changes to the world of education. One of the main challenges faced is how to improve learning motivation and learning outcomes of students through an innovative approach that is relevant to the times. In the context of science learning, particularly on the topic of energy transformation, an appropriate instructional approach has a significant impact on students’ motivation an learning outcomes. One effort that can be made is through learning with the STEAM approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics). The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation and test the effect of the STEAM approach in science subjects on energy changes on student motivation and learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative quasi-experimental design with a one group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were grade IV students of SDN Kemangsen 1 Krian, the sample used was 30 grade IV students. The data analysis technique used the paired sample t-test. The results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests showed a sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.00 which is less than 0.05 so that there is a significant effect of the STEAM approach on student motivation and learning outcomes. Thus, it can be concluded that the STEAM approach can be used as an alternative learning, especially in science subjects on energy changes in relation to student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstract

Creative thinking skills are important for students in generating ideas, learning, and ease of processing information. The PjBL-STEM model, in line with 21st century learning, empowers students to develop talents and abilities. This study aims to determine the improvement of students' creative thinking skills and the effect of the PjBL-STEM model on students' creative thinking skills. This type of research uses a quantitative approach with a pre-experiment method with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Sampling was taken using saturated sampling technique, namely all fourth-grade students of UPT SDN 173 Gresik, totalling 22 students. Data collection techniques involve giving tests with research instruments in the form of creative thinking skills questions that have been validated and are reliable. Data analysis used the N-Gain Test to determine the increase in creative thinking ability indicators after implementing the PjBL-STEM model and paired sample T-test to determine the effect of the PjBL-STEM model on students' creative thinking ability with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed that the average N-Gain value was 0.77 which means that there was an increase in students' creative thinking skills with a high category and the results of the paired sample T-test analysis obtained a significant value of 0.000> 0.05 which means that there is a statistically significant difference between the creative thinking skills of students before and after the application of the PjBL-STEM model, so it can be concluded that the PjBL-STEM model is effective for increasing the influence of students' creative thinking skills. In the broader world of education, applying the PjBL-STEM model can empower students to develop talents and abilities holistically per the demands of the 21st-century curriculum, while improving STEM literacy, collaboration skills, and learning independence. Therefore, integrating the PjBL-STEM model in the current curriculum can strengthen meaningful, relevant, and contextualized learning, and prepare students to face real-world challenges with better creative thinking skills.

Abstract

Abstrac One of the infectious diseases that causes tuberculosis is Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which is still a health problem in Indonesia. The number of Tuberculosis cases in Kunduran District is 28 cases in 2021. The purpose of this study is to spatially analyze the distribution of Tuberculosis cases in the Kunduran Health Center Work Area based on age, gender, education, occupation, smoking habits, alcohol consumption habits, environmental conditions of patients which includes house ventilation, house floor type, house wall type, temperature, house occupancy density, and humidity.Observational research with the interview method is the type of research used in this study. The population in this study were all tuberculosis patients. Tuberculosis patients with complete addresses were used as research samples. Data on pulmonary tuberculosis patients were obtained from the UPTD of the Kunduran Health Center. Respondent identity data obtained from interviews and the location of the coordinates through the Google Maps application. Data analysis was performed using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) and Quantum GIS software.The results of the study revealed that the majority of respondents were of productive age (15-64 years) (82.6%), male (60.9%), elementary school education level (56.5%), working (60.9% ), has no history of alcohol consumption (100%), smoking (52.2%), house ventilation that meets the requirements (60.9%), floor of the house that does not meet the requirements (56.5%), walls of the house that do not meet the requirements requirements (52.2%), house temperature that does not meet the requirements (69.6%), occupancy density of houses that meet the requirements (82.6%), humidity that meets the requirements (95.7%). Suggestion: The health office and Puskesmas can provide education on healthy homes and clean and healthy living behaviors

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kurangnya pemahaman konsep siswa SD khususnya kelas IV pada mata pelajaran IPA. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh media game edukasi zep quiz terhadap pemahaman konsep IPA siswa kelas IV di UPT SDN 173 Gresik pada materi perubahan wujud benda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif eksperimen (Pre-Experimental Desaign) dengan menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 18 siswa kelas IV. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes pemahaman konsep IPA siswa, terutama dengan menggunakan soal pretest dan posttest sebagai alat utama. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Paired Sample T-Test sebagai uji hipotesis untuk menilai pengaruh pada media game edukasi Zep Quiz terhadap pemahaman konsep IPA. Hasil Uji Paired Sample T-Test menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi adalah 0,000, yang berarti lebih kecil dari α 0,05 (0,000 < 0,05), yang mengarah pada penolakan hipotesis H0 dan penerimaan Ha. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan pengaruh penting dari penggunaan media game edukasi zep quiz terhadap pemahaman konsep IPA siswa, yang menjadikannya sebagai sumber belajar inovatif yang sejalan dengan ciri-ciri pendidikan abad ke-21.
