Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi seberapa efektif pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) pada UPT SPF SD Inpres Mariso 1 dengan menggunakan audit mini yang memeriksa struktur pendanaan, prosedur penyusunan RKAS, transparansi, dan bagaimana hal-hal ini berdampak pada kualitas pembelajaran. BOS harus dikelola secara “efektif, efisien, akuntabel, dan transparan”, menurut Permendikbud Nomor 63 Tahun 2022. Dalam penelitian ini, metode kualitatif digunakan, yang mencakup wawancara, observasi, dan meninjau dokumen. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan telah dilakukan sesuai prosedur; 60% anggaran dialokasikan untuk operasional, 20% untuk SDM, dan 20% untuk sarpras. Papan informasi dan audit berkala memastikan transparansi. Pendanaan masih perlu diperbaiki, terutama dalam hal pengembangan sumber daya manusia guru

Abstract

Perbaikan kualitas pendidikan dasar bergantung pada pengelolaan yang baik dan ketersediaan sumber daya pendidikan. Mutu pendidikan sangat ditentukan oleh keterpaduan antara proses pembelajaran, kualitas guru, serta kualitas sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia. Dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi tersebut, diperlukan kajian menyeluruh mengenai pelaksanaan perencanaan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana di SDN 40 Lewaja. Tujuan dari kajian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif perencanaan yang telah dibuat, serta untuk menemukan faktor-faktor yang mendukung dan menghambat pelaksanaannya. Hasil penelitiam meyimpulkan bahwa manajemen sarana dan prasarana di SDN 40 Lewaja sudah berjalan cukup baik, meskipun masih terdapat keterbatasan dalam hal digitalisasi data dan pemeliharaan aset jangka Panjang. Membangun sistem inventaris digital menggunakan Google Sheets atau aplikasi sederhana. Menambah fasilitas TIK di ruang kelas untuk mendukung pembelajaran digital. Melengkapi infrastruktur aksesibilitas bagi siswa difabel. Meningkatkan pelatihan pengelolaan sarpras bagi tenaga administrasi

Abstract

Kajian mendalam mengenai bagaimana pemanfaatan Dana BOS di tingkat sekolah dasar menjadi sangat relevan untuk memastikan bahwa setiap dana yang diinvestasikan negara benar-benar berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan nasional. Pengelolaan dan pengawasan pengelolaan Dana BOS sendiri merupakan tanggung jawab dari Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara Sekolah dan Komite Sekolah. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pemanfaatan Dana BOSP di SD Negeri 13 Siloro Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan, Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, studi dokumen, observasi dan survey. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan dana BOSP di UPT SD Negeri 13 Siloro Kabupaten Pangkajene dan Kepulauan telah diimplementasikan secara sangat efektif dan akuntabel. Keberhasilan ini didorong oleh struktur pendanaan yang sehat melalui integrasi dana BOS Reguler, BOS Kinerja, serta dukungan partisipatif masyarakat. Meskipun proporsi anggaran terbesar dialokasikan pada standar sarana dan prasarana (44,6%), sekolah mampu mengintegrasikan standar isi dan kompetensi lulusan secara inklusif dalam program pembelajaran. Aspek akuntabilitas didukung kuat oleh sistem pelaporan digital ARKAS dan Datakudijarimu yang disertai pengawasan berjenjang. Dampak fundamental dari efektivitas pengelolaan ini tercermin pada peningkatan signifikan mutu pembelajaran, yang ditandai dengan lonjakan capaian literasi sebesar 41,82% dan numerasi sebesar 60,46% pada Rapor Pendidikan 2025.

Abstract

The urgency of this research stems from a specific problem, namely the gap between the lesson plan documents prepared by teachers and their implementation in classroom learning practices, particularly in aspects of time management, utilization of learning media, equitable student involvement, and implementation of the syntax of learning models. Various previous studies have explained the importance of quality lesson planning, but have not paid in-depth attention to how the mismatch between the lesson plan and actual practice affects the effectiveness of the learning process. This study aims to systematically analyze the alignment between the lesson plan and teacher learning practices, while simultaneously identifying the factors causing the mismatch and formulating recommendations for follow-up based on academic coaching. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing analysis of lesson plan documents, classroom observations, and post-observation reflective interviews, then data analysis. The results show that although the lesson plan has been well-formulated administratively, there are implementation gaps, especially in the use of digital media due to technical constraints, less than optimal student participation, and the failure to fulfill all PBL syntax due to ineffective time management. These findings reveal an important pattern that good lesson planning does not guarantee quality implementation in the field. The implication of this research is that it emphasizes the importance of coaching-based academic supervision to improve alignment between learning planning and practice, and to encourage teachers to engage in continuous reflection.

Abstract

This research report aims to evaluate the effectiveness of student management at UPT SDN 24 Kalibone, which includes the New Student Admissions (PPDB) policy, Guidance and Counseling (BK) services, psychopedagogic-based character building, school security systems, and collaboration with parents. Student management at the elementary level has a crucial role not only in administrative aspects, but also as an instrument for developing the potential and character formation of children aged 7-12 years. Data collection methods were carried out through field observations, in-depth interviews with the Principal and Teachers, and the distribution of questionnaires via Google Form to teachers and parents of students. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and evaluatively to capture the gap between Educational management theory and practice in the field. The Evaluation Results show that; The implementation of PPDB has been running objectively and transparently through the zoning system, but support for Inclusive Education is still hampered by the availability of Special Guidance Teachers (GPK). Services at the school are still reactive and are carried out concurrently by class teachers due to the lack of specialist staff, so that the psychopedagogical approach has not been formally integrated into learning. Character building has been successful at the routine habituation stage (such as the 5S culture), but still requires improvement in risk mitigation at home time and monitoring of digital bullying. Collaboration with parents remains transactional and administrative and has not yet optimally synchronized moral standards between home and school. This report recommends the need for a transformation of school policies focused on strengthening inclusive services, implementing a reward-based positive discipline system, and innovations to build synergy between moral and holistic education.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the process of strategic planning and the implementation of the School Development Plan (RPS/RKS) as a strategic management instrument in UPT SD Negeri 9 Tamalatea. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach to obtain an in-depth understanding of the planning process, stakeholder involvement, and the effectiveness of program implementation. Data were collected through interviews with the principal, teachers, and the school committee, complemented by observations, document analysis, and questionnaires. The results show that the RPS/RKS document has been well structured, aligning the school’s vision, mission, and goals with national education policies. However, the level of teacher participation in the planning process remains limited, and program implementation has not fully reflected the plans outlined in the document. Monitoring and evaluation activities are still conducted administratively without systematic performance indicators. The study concludes that the effectiveness of school strategic planning depends largely on participatory processes, managerial capacity, and continuous evaluation. Therefore, schools need to strengthen teacher involvement and establish a data-based evaluation system to ensure that the RPS/RKS serves as a dynamic tool for improving educational quality rather than merely fulfilling administrative requirements.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas konsep penilaian dan evaluasi pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar serta peran strategisnya dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pengertian, tujuan, prinsip, jenis, dan teknik penilaian serta evaluasi pembelajaran di SD, sekaligus mengkaji pemanfaatan hasil penilaian dalam pengambilan keputusan pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (library research). Data diperoleh melalui kajian terhadap buku teks, jurnal ilmiah, dokumen kebijakan pendidikan, serta berbagai sumber literatur yang relevan dengan penilaian dan evaluasi pembelajaran di Sekolah Dasar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian dan evaluasi merupakan komponen integral dalam proses pembelajaran yang tidak hanya berfungsi untuk mengukur hasil belajar siswa, tetapi juga sebagai sarana refleksi dan perbaikan proses pembelajaran. Penilaian yang efektif harus dilaksanakan secara valid, reliabel, objektif, transparan, berkelanjutan, dan komprehensif dengan mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor. Selain itu, pemanfaatan hasil penilaian melalui program remedial, pengayaan, serta perbaikan strategi pembelajaran dapat mendukung perkembangan belajar siswa secara optimal. Dengan demikian, penilaian dan evaluasi di Sekolah Dasar berperan penting dalam mewujudkan pembelajaran yang bermutu dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan peserta didik.

Abstract

This study discusses the concept of educational motivation in elementary schools and its role in improving the quality of learning and student engagement. The purpose of this study is to explain the meaning and objectives of educational motivation, motivation theories according to McClelland, McGregor, Maslow, and Herzberg, factors that influence student learning motivation, and managerial strategies for improving learning motivation in elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with library research. Data were obtained through a review of textbooks, scientific journals, and various sources of literature relevant to educational motivation. The results of the study show that educational motivation is an important component in the learning process that serves to encourage student engagement, perseverance, and achievement. Learning motivation is influenced by internal factors such as interest, personal goals, and self-confidence, as well as external factors such as the role of teachers, parental support, and the school environment. The application of appropriate managerial strategies, such as meaningful learning, the use of interactive media, and professional support for teachers, plays an important role in optimally increasing student learning motivation. Thus, managing educational motivation is key to realizing quality learning in elementary schools.

Abstract

Basic education serves as a strategic foundation for character building, the strengthening of literacy and numeracy skills, and the social-emotional development of learners, positioning elementary school teachers as key actors in the success of the learning process. Improving the quality of basic education cannot be separated from systematic, well-directed, and sustainable educational planning for teachers. Such planning includes identifying needs, setting objectives, formulating strategies, and developing teacher competencies to respond to the dynamics of modern learning, particularly in the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum, which requires mastery of differentiated instruction, formative assessment, technology integration, and project-based learning. Without careful planning, teachers’ professional development may become ineffective and have minimal impact on learning quality. Furthermore, the rapid advancement of science and technology demands that elementary school teachers possess adaptive pedagogical, professional, social, and personal competencies to address the diverse characteristics of learners. Therefore, teacher education planning grounded in philosophical, psychological, and juridical foundations is essential to ensure that teachers receive relevant training and mentoring, enabling them to create meaningful, inclusive, and holistic learning experiences.

Abstract

The quality of education in Indonesia continues to face various challenges despite numerous improvement efforts and policy reforms. This study aims to analyze the concept of educational quality, the factors influencing it, the differences between the traditional and new educational paradigms, as well as the challenges and solutions in its implementation. The method used is a literature review by analyzing theoretical sources and educational policy regulations. The findings indicate that educational quality encompasses interconnected aspects of inputs, processes, outputs, and outcomes. The shift in educational paradigms from centralization to decentralization and from teacher-centered to student-centered learning creates opportunities to improve innovation in teaching and school management. However, implementation in the field still encounters obstacles, particularly related to teacher competence, infrastructure limitations, and insufficient support from local governments. Therefore, enhancing teacher professionalism, strengthening school-based management, increasing policy support at the regional level, and utilizing educational technology are essential to sustain improvements in educational quality.
