Pada masa pandemic covid-19 ini, setiap warga negara harus menjaga kesehatan dan menerapkan protocol yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah, agar terhindar dari serangan virus mematikan covid-19. Seiring dengan mewabahnya virus ini, maka pemerintah berinisiatif untuk memberikan berbagai bantuan seperti uang, bahan makan dan lain sebagainya, namun pendistribusian dana bantuan ini masih mengharuskan setiap warga untuk mendatangi langsung kantor desa. Salah satunya adalah kantor desa Patumbak-1, hal ini dapat menyebabkan virus semakain mewabah karena setiap warga akan datang beramai-ramai untuk mengambil dana bantuan langsung ke kantor desa. Oleh sebab itu dalam penelitian ini penulis berinisiatif untuk menciptakan sebuah website yang dapat meminimalisir kepadatan warga saat pengambilan dana bantuan di kantor desa Patumbak-1. Pada zaman ini, teknologi semakin berkembang, salah satu yang mendapatkan dampak dari berkembangnya teknologi tersebut adalah perusahaan, perusahaan saat ini dapat mengolah data dengan menggunakan teknologi informasi berupa website, dalam penelitian ini penulis mencoba untuk menerapkan perkembangan teknologi khususnya teknologi informasi. Teknologi informasi ini dapat membantu perusahaan dalam mengolah data, adapun data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini adalah data aset perusahaan berupa kendaraan bermotor khususnya di PT. The Government of Indonesia is committed to respecting and fulfilling the rights of the child. This is reflected in the government's decision to ratify the Convention on the Rights of the Children through Presidential Decree no. 36 of 1990 which was then followed up by the State Ministry of Women's Empowerment through the Regulation of the Minister of State for Women's Empowerment no. 2 of 2009 concerning the Decent Regency / City Children policy (KLA. In 2015, DKI Jakarta Provincial Government targets to build +60 RPTRA in all areas of DKI Jakarta, and +150 other RPTRA in 2016. In the development of RPTRA, the DKI Government uses tripartite development model by involving private parties and universities. Besides the main function as a center for child friendly activities, RPTRA is also expected to be the center of activity and socializing of the surrounding community. As a companion university in the development of RPTRA Dharma Suci, Bunda Mulia University is obliged to assist and coordinate with RPTRA managers so that RPTRA can function as intended. It is lasts from April 2016-December 2016. The methods undertaken in carrying out activities in RPTRA are training, seminars, and counseling. The existence of universities in the utilization of RPTRA turned out to help the utilization of RPTRA maximally, and also increase the benefits of community service activities that are done because the right target and as needed. Therefore, the government of DKI Jakarta is expected to accelerate and increase the existence of RPTRA, and maintain the involvement of universities in filling the community service activities in RPTRA.Keywords: child-friendly integrated public space, RPTRA, Jakarta

This study seeks to examine the project management approach and the application of project management in education. In this study using the method of library research (library research). In obtaining research data, researchers collect, analyze, organize, sources from articles, books, previous research on methods and approaches in project management. The results of the research are (1) Project Management is a discipline that must be possessed by every professional individual in an organization because the dynamics of an ever-changing organization requires an organization or must be able to create ideas that are embodied in projects. Projects are complex business activities. , are not routine in nature, have limited time, budget and resources and have special specifications for the products to be produced. (2) The Project Management Method used is CPM (Critical Path Method). 1) critical method (CPM) and linear programming approach (Linear Programming), 2) critical method is basically a time-activated scheduling method. The purpose of the critical method is to establish the relationship between time and cost by reducing the target time and considering operational costs. We live in hyper-competitive era. Thousands of new products have been launched every year. Consumers have abundant choice of products to meet their needs. In this condition, loyalty considered much more important than before. In order to survive, companies are in race to win consumer loyalty. Consumer loyalty has two dimensional aspects which attitudinal loyalty and behavioural loyalty. Attitudinal loyalty tends to higher relative brand pricing. ABSTRACTDestination image is an important factor in tourism marketing. Destination image consists of cognitive, affective and conative dimensions. Understanding formation process of destinations image will help the tourism marketers to build or improve destination image that will facilitate loyal visitors to re-visit or recommend to others. This is quantitative research. Instrument was developed by adopting previous studies but still taking into account its relevance. Questionnaires were distributed through the internet network. Subjects of the study who are not residents of Jakarta, and were at least 17 years old. Determination of sample was using random sampling method. Validity Test, Reliability Test, Signification Test, Determinant Test, and Mediation Test were performed. Results show that cognitive affect affective, cognitive affect conative, cognitive together with affective affect conative. Implication of these findings for tourism marketers is destination image constructed from cognitive into affective then into connative. Then tourism marketers should not only focus to build induces cognitive image but organic image as well.Tourism marketers should aware on general information exists in public communication channels and social media regarding on tourist destination that they 'sell'. This study aims to see the extent of the implementation of Islamic communication at SMP Plus Ulul Ilmi Medan and the obstacles faced in the implementation process. The research method that the author uses is descriptive qualitative by collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation based on the required data. The results showed that: (1) the vision and mission and motto of the school became the basis for the implementation of Islamic communication in the school environment which refers to the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. (2) Theimplementation of Islamic communication in verbal and nonverbal learning that is implemented in speech and deeds. (3) there are two obstacles in the implementation of Islamic communication. These obstacles are caused by two factors, namely: internal factors caused by the school's HR qualifications are not in accordance with the scientific competencies charged; external factors in the form of lack of attention of parents in supervising and directing their children and the busyness of parents at work which has an impact on the lack of attention to children.

In the management of hospital management, it appears that there are problems in terms of nurses' work performance that is not optimal. This is thought to be influenced by various factors, including competence, workload, and knowledge management. So this study aims to describe, analyze, and determine the effect of competence, workload, and knowledge management on the performance of nurses at Mitra Medika Hospital Pontianak. This study analyzed the problem, using 148 respondents. The data collection technique used a survey method with a closed questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by path analysis using SPSS software version 18.00. From the results of the study, it was found that the competence variable had an influence on work performance with a beta value of 0.316, a significance of 0.000; Workload has no effect on work performance with a beta value of 0.086, a significance of 0.86; Knowledge management has a significant effect on work performance with a beta value of 0.525, a significance of 0.000. Para pakar manajemen tidak memiliki kesepakatan universal mengenai jumlah tahap-tahap atau langkah-langkah perencanaan strategik pendidikan. Melainkan kesepakatan “universal” yang ada ialah bahwa perencanaan strategis terdiri dari berbagai tahap. Maka dalam hal ini penulis menganggap bahwa ini hanya sebuah perbedaan pandangan dari para ahli. Proses perencanaan pun seharusnya bersifat luwes yang berorientasi pada masalah strategis dan tidak menjadi suatu pendekatan yang standar dan kaku yang kadang menjadi birokratis dan menghambur waktu yang mahal harganya. Hal ini berarti bahwa lembaga pendidikan harus membedakan antara situasi pengendalian strategis yang mapan dan rawan. Begitu pula dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan maka diperlukan strategis yang efektif, dan mempunyai suatu tim dan sumber daya manajemen, yang memberikan kemampuan dalam mengatasi berbagai yang dibutuhkan demi mencapai tujuan sekolah yang ingin dicapai. Berarti pentingnya suatu rencana dilihat ketika ia memberikan proses serta indikasi yang jelas, cara bagaimana sekolah sebagai sebuah organisasi yang cenderung untuk berubah. Penelitian ini berangkat dari fakta di lapangan bahwa mutu pendidikan dari tahun ke tahun lambat mengalami peningkatan.Hal ini tidak terjadi begitusaja melainkanada berbagai faktor penyebab menurun mutunya pendidikan. Salah satunya adalah masih lemahnya pengelolaan manajemen satuan pendidkan di daerah. Agar hal tersebuttidak berlanjut terus-menerus, maka diperlukan adanya solusi alternatif untuk memperbaiki model pengelolaan pendidikan dasar sehingga dapat tercipta peningkatan mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat tertatanya sistem pengelolaan manajemen sekolah sesuai dengan sasaran manajemen berbasis madrasah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementatasi MBM pada MTsN 7 Lima Puluh Kota, mengkaji dampak dari implementasi MBM terhadap kinerja guru dan mengkaji kendala-kendala implementasi MBM pada MTsN 7 Lima Puluh Kota. Penelitian ini mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif untuk menggambarkan implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah pada MTsN 7 Lima Puluh Kota. Penggunaan pendekatan kualitatif untuk memperoleh informasi dan penafsiran mendalam tentang implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah pada MTsN 7 Lima Puluh Kota. Sumber data meliputi: Kementerian Agama Kab. Lima Puluh Kota, Pengawas Madrasah, Wakil Kepala, Kaur TU, guru dan Komite madrasah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah pada MTsN 7 Lima Puluh Kota terealisasi secara efektif dan efisien sesuai tujuan dan sasaran MBM khusus pada aspek pengembangan kurikulum dan pembelajaran, peserta didik, sarana dan prasarana, pembiayaan dan manajemen hubungan madrasah dengan masyarakat, (2) dampak impelementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah terhadap peningkatan kinerja guru dan madrasah melalui tata kelola sarana dan prasana serta pembiayaan madrasah secara transparansi, dan akuntabilitas dan (3) kendala implementasi manajemen berbasis madrasah pada MTsN 7 Lima Puluh Kota adalah terbatasnya sumber pembiayaan madrasah dan sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku pendidikan lainnya belum sepenuhnya memahami pentingnya program manajemen berbasis madrasah
