Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di tiga desa, yaitu Tewang Karangan, Dahian Tunggal, dan Tumbang Lawang, Kecamatan Pulau Malan, Kabupaten Katingan, dalam mengidentifikasi serta memahami penanganan dasar bibit tanaman pangan lokal. Pangan lokal merupakan bagian penting dari ketahanan pangan dan kekayaan hayati masyarakat Dayak, namun banyak jenisnya yang belum terdokumentasi dengan baik. Melalui metode partisipatif, kegiatan ini melibatkan identifikasi visual, pencatatan lokal, dan diskusi kelompok terkait jenis-jenis bibit sayuran yang masih dibudidayakan secara tradisional. Hasil pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa anggota KWT memiliki pengetahuan lokal yang kuat, namun masih membutuhkan dukungan dalam dokumentasi, pelabelan, dan teknik dasar penyimpanan bibit. Tantangan yang dihadapi mencakup terbatasnya akses informasi dan rendahnya literasi pertanian, namun terdapat peluang besar dalam pelestarian varietas lokal jika dilakukan secara kolaboratif dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi langkah awal menuju pelestarian pangan lokal dan penguatan peran perempuan dalam sistem pangan desa.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out if using Transition Action Details strategy can improve writing skills of grade ten students of SMA Negeri 7 Palu. The researcher used quasi experimental design consisting of 34 students in experimental class and 34 students in control class. Also, the researcher used purposive sampling. In collecting the data, the researcher gave pretest and posttest to both experimental class and control class. The data is calculated by using statistically analysis to find out the significant difference in students’ achievement before and after treatment. The researcher used 0.05 level of significance and 66 degree of freedom (df). The researcher found that the value of t-counted is 4.63 which is higher than the t-table of 1.669. It means that the hypothesis is accepted. In conclusion, using Transition Action Details strategy can improve writing skills of the sampled students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti apakah terdapat pengaruh variasi latihan shooting terhadap ketepatan shooting pada atlet SSB Gumarang. populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet yang mengikuti SSB Gumarang dengan jumlah 25. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini diambil dari atlet yang mengikuti SSB GUMARANG ia 15 tahun dengan jumlah 15. Penelitian menggunakan one group pretest-posttest. Pengaruh perlakuan (treatment) dapat diketahui dengan membandingkan antara hasil tes sebelum diberikan perlakuan dengan hasil tes sesudah diberikan perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh besarnya perubahan pada atlet SSB Gumarang dapat dilihat dari rata-rata pretest yaitu 6,80 dan rata-rata posttest 15,53. Dapat disimpulkan hasil signifikansi yaitu t hitung > t tabel dengan dibuktikan t hitung 11,247 > dari t tabel (0,05) yaitu 1,753. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang disampaikan terbukti bahwa terdapat pengaruh variasi latihan shooting terhadap ketepatan shooting pada atlet SSB Gumarang.

Abstract

Passing bawah merupakan teknik dasar dalam permainan bolavoli yang wajib dikuasai oleh setiap pemain dan membutuhkan suatu bentuk latihan yaitu melalui latihan drill. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui latihan drill terhadap kemampuan teknik passing bawah bolavoli. Dengan permasalahan yang ditemukan di SDN 2 Sukarapih adalah ketika siswa melakukan teknik passing bawah bolavoli masih belum tercapai. Maka dari itu penulis ingin meneliti untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya pengaruh latihan drill terhadap kemampuan teknik passing bawah bolavoli. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan pre experimental design one gorup pre-test dan post-test. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah alat tes ukur passing bawah bolavoli. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan uji descriptive statistic untuk mengetahui nilai rata-rata, uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Hasil penelitian memiliki rata-rata pre-test 27.25 dan post-test 37.08. Kemudian hasil dari uji hipotesis menggunakan uji paried sample T-test nilai signitifikan 0.000, maka dari itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan yang signitifikan dari latihan drill pada ketepatan passing bawah bolavoli.

Abstract

The development of the Village Openness Information System (SiKD) aims to encourage transparency and community participation in managing village government. This research highlights the importance of using information technology in improving the performance of village governments, especially in Mekarsari Village (Sukabumi), Garumukti Village (Garut), and Bantar Kulon Village (Pekalongan). These three villages have mountainous geographical characteristics and limited transportation access, but have great potential in the agricultural sector. The research methodology uses the Spiral Model which involves the stages of problem identification, planning, risk analysis, engineering, construction and release, and user evaluation. Data collection was carried out through observation and interviews with village officials and community leaders. The research results show that the development of SiKD with the Spiral Model allows the preparation of detailed and systematic digital data, which is presented in the form of a dashboard. The SiKD dashboard facilitates measurable and sustainable village development planning, focuses on utilizing village funds according to residents' needs, and accelerates the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The implementation of SiKD is expected to increase information transparency and the performance of village government services effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out whether the use of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) method of the eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 7 Palu can improve the students' writing skills or not; the researchers applied a quasi-experimental design which involved experimental class and control class. The population of this research was the eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 7 Palu. The researchers selected the sample by using a purposive sampling technique. The sample of this research was the students of XI 3(experimental class) and XI 1 (control class), which were both classes consisting of 32 students. The technique of data collection was tested (pre-test and post-test). The experimental class was treated by applying the CIRC method, while the method did not use by the control class. The result of the data analysis showed that there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test. The researchers found a significant difference between the results of the experimental class. It was proved by applying the testing hypothesis. The researchers found that the t-counted (3.29) was higher than the t-table (2.001). It means that the hypothesis was accepted. In conclusion, using the CIRC method effectively improves the writing skills of the eleventh-grade students of SMA Negeri 7 Palu.

Abstract

This research aimed to discover teachers' perceptions of the use of WhatsApp in teaching English. The researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research was the English teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Poso Pesisir. An interview was used to collect the data. In the qualitative method, the data was analyzed using data reduction, display, and conclusion drawing. The result shows that the teachers perceived the use of WhatsApp are able to facilitate the learning process during COVID-19 Pandemic, especially for teaching English. Teachers used it as a facilitation tool for managing students’ tasks, posting material related to teaching English, organizing WhatsApp, and accommodating students’ interaction. In addition, teachers can manage large classes efficiently because technology takes it as an alternative method for teaching during the pandemic. The teacher can access the students' responses anytime in any place, and also, teachers can give feedback directly. WhatsApp provides the chance to learn not only at school but also at home or in any place. However, some factors limit the use of WhatsApp, such as highly consumed data plan, lack of familiarity with the students in adoption of WhatsApp, and submitting assignments behind schedule. Teachers stated that using WhatsApp was very helpful for conducting their virtual classroom.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out if the use of TikTok as a learning media can increase students’ vocabulary of SMP Negeri 2 Palu. This research used a quasi-experimental design that consisted of two classes; experimental and control class. The samples of this research was the second grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Palu; VIII Pangeran Diponegoro (class B) with 31 students as the experimental class and VIII Kapitan Pattimura (class E) with 32 students as the control class that was selected by using cluster random sampling. The data was collected by administering a vocabulary test consisting of a pre-test and post-test that was conducted at first and last meetings. Then the treatment was only given to the experimental class. The result of the experimental class’s pre-test is 45.38, while the control class is 51.04. The result of the experimental class’s post-test is 70.00, while the control class is 62.29. By applying 0.05 level of significance, the researchers found that the value of the t-counted (7.15) is higher than the t-table (1.671). It can be concluded that the use of TikTok as learning media in teaching vocabulary is effective to increase students’ vocabulary of SMP Negeri 2 Palu. Based on these results, it implies that TikTok can be applied by teachers in the teaching and learning process as one of effective media to increase students' vocabulary, especially for second grade students of junior high school.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam merupakan upaya untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai moral, etika, dan akhlak yang baik kepada peserta didik. Salah satu media yang efektif dalam menanamkan karakter ini adalah melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan. Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum, sebagai lembaga pendidikan Islam, memanfaatkan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan sebagai salah satu saluran untuk menanamkan nilai-nilai karakter kepada santri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji implementasi manajemen pendidikan karakter berbasis Islam melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan studi kasus di Pesantren Modern Misbahul Ulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ekstrakurikuler kepramukaan di pesantren ini telah berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter Islam, seperti kejujuran, kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan rasa hormat kepada sesama. Proses manajerial yang diterapkan mencakup perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi kegiatan yang melibatkan seluruh elemen pesantren, mulai dari pengasuh, pembina, hingga santri. Kegiatan ini tidak hanya berfokus pada aspek jasmani, tetapi juga pada aspek rohani dan sosial, menciptakan lingkungan yang mendukung pengembangan karakter yang islami.

Abstract

Mutu pendidikan yang baik salah satu cara yang biasa dilakukan adalah untuk memajukan proses sedang belajar. Memajukan proses pembelajaran itu berarti mengoptimalkan segala macam komponen yang berhubungan dengan proses. Mutu pendidikan kini menjadi suatu tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan, karena dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas sekolah, maka upaya yang harus dilakukan terkait dengan meningkatkan kualitas sekolah melalui peran perilaku organisasi. Sebab perilaku organisasi merupakan suatu bidang studi yang menyelidiki pengaruh yang ditimbulkan oleh individu, kelompok, dan struktur terhadap perilaku manusia dengan tujuan menerapkan pengetahuan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas organisasi. Perilaku sebagai bagian dari budaya organisasi hanya dapat dimengerti apabila hal yang ada dibalik pemikiran subjek yang diteliti dapat dipahami.
