Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merupakan formulasi terbaik dalam pembuatan velva yang terbuat dari buah nipah dan kelopak bunga rosella. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) yang terdiri dari empat perlakuan dan empat ulangan. Perlakuan dalam penelitian ini adalah perbandingan buah nipah dengan kelopak bunga rosela, yaitu NR1 (90:10), NR2 (80:20), NR3 (70:30), NR4 (60:40). Hasil penelitian dianalisis secara statistik menggunakan Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Jika F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel, dilanjutkan dengan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT) pada taraf 5%. Perbandingan nipah dan kelopak bunga rosella berpengaruh nyata terhadap kadar serat kasar, derajat keasaman, dan waktu leleh dan overrun velva yang dihasilkan. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan mempengaruhi parameter uji sensoris velva secara deskriptif meliputi warna, aroma, rasa. Namun perbandingan buah nipah dengan kelopak bunga rosela tidak berpengaruh nyata (P>0,05) terhadap kelembutan velva. Uji sensori hedonik berpengaruh signifikan (P<0,05) terhadap penerimaan velva secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan analisis kimia dan uji sensori velva, perlakuan yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah (NR3) dengan kandungan serat 1,90%, overrun 30,32%, keasaman 4,70, Waktu leleh 9,10 menit dan penilaian sensoris memiliki warna merah (2,50), tekstur lembut (3,80), agak beraroma nipah (2,70), agak berasa nipah (2,60), dan rating keseluruhan menyukai (4,40).

Abstract

In the process of running an organization smoothly, various forms of skills are needed so that a company can develop well and smoothly. These skills must be possessed by every employee. If there are new employees, old employees must be able to teach them about the culture that exists in a company. Apart from that, new employees must also be able to adapt to the new company environment. The aim of making this journal is to find out the role of interpersonal communication in the work environment from an Islamic perspective. Interpersonal communication within an organizational scope such as the work environment requires a process to achieve the desired performance. Effective interpersonal communication will provide information quickly and also provide clearer ideas which is important in the work environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui daya hasil beberapa klon lidah buaya pada media gambut. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jalan Sepakat II Kota Pontianak, dimulai dari tanggal 10 Juli sampai 26 Oktober 2013.  Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah eksperimen Rancangan Petak Terbagi yaitu terdiri dari dua faktor yaitu media tanah gambut (R) sebagai petak utama dan jenis klon (E) sebagai anak petak. Media tanah gambut terdiri dari dua lokasi Rasau Jaya I dan Rasau Jaya III. Klon lidah buaya terdiri dari lima jenis klon yaitu : E4, E5, E6, E7, dan E8. Jumlah perlakuan terdiri dari 10 kombinasi dengan masing-masing diulang sebanyak 5 kali dan setiap unit perlakuan ada 3 sampel tanaman, sehingga total seluruh tanaman sebanyak 150. Variabel pengamatan dalam penelitian ini meliputi : pertambahan tinggi tanaman (cm), pertambahan jumlah pelepah (helai), jumlah anakan, panjang pelepah hasil (cm), lebar pelepah hasil (cm), tebal pelepah hasil (cm), berat per pelepah hasil (g), berat pelepah per tanaman (g), dan jumlah pelepah hasil. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa klon E4 dan E6 mempunyai daya hasil baik pada media tanah gambut asal Rasau Jaya I dan asal Rasau Jaya III, tanah gambut asal Rasau Jaya I lebih subur dibandingkan di tanah gambut asal Rasau Jaya III yang  ditunjukkan dari hasil klon lidah buaya lebih baik.

Abstract

The research that has been carried out is entitled "Professional Development of School Principals at Madrasah Mas Bustaanul Uluum: Challenges and Opportunities". This research aims to: find out how professional school principals are able to answer the challenges of current developments. find out how professional school principals take advantage of various opportunities in facing the challenges of current developments. To obtain data in this research the author used qualitative research methods from data produced through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. This research was carried out in the principal's office. The results of this research reveal several findings: (1) There is an important leadership role for professional school principals at MAS Bustaanul Uluum Teluk Dalam. (2) Efforts of Professional School Principals in Facing the Challenges of Progress in Educational Technology. (3) There are opportunities to face the challenges of development and progress in educational technology.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum, the leadership role of the principal in developing the independent curriculum and supporting and inhibiting factors in developing the independent curriculum at MTs. Negeri 2 Medan. This research uses a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The data collection process was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this research were the principal, the deputy principal for curriculum and several teachers. Based on the research results, the implementation of the independent curriculum in MTs. Negeri 2 Medan begins in the 2022/2023 academic year by teaching students to create projects in each subject and implementing the Strengthening Pancasila Student Profile Project (P5). In developing the independent curriculum, the principal plays the role of evaluator, supervisor and facilitator. The supporting factors in developing an independent curriculum at MTs. Negeri 2 Medan namely; the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure, the competence and readiness of teachers and the leadershipIof the school principal. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors in developing an independent curriculum at MTs. Negeri 2 Medan, namely; inadequate facilities and infrastructure, lack of competence and readiness of teachers and lack of cooperation between principal and teachers.

Abstract

The issuance of social forestry licence and the achievement of benefits to the community in the post-licensing stage are still obstacles and difficulties for the community which is demanding the community access. The research aims to analyze the access of the community of social forestry licence holders in the pre-licence and post-licensing stages through field studies in forest community of Beringin Jaya Lampung and people’s forest plantation of Hajran Jambi qualitatively. In the pre-licence stage, the two license holder communities have the same access to all members who will be involved, information, facilitator, and government authorities. In the post-licensing stage, Beringin Jaya community has higher access to all members, facilitator, information, knowledge, government authorities, capital, technology, programs/activities of agencies and local markets, compared to Hajran community. Access to these matters is carried out by the community and facilitated by facilitator by linking the community to those who control these matters –which are not adequately provided by social forestry policies– through processes, mechanisms and social relationships. Successful facilitation of access requires networked capacity among community members and networking with other parties outside the community. The high level of access and networking capacity of community to obtain benefits from the implementation of social forestry policies must be supported by the suitability of subject-objects in granting licence at the pre-licence stage and the availability of supporting infrastructure.

Yoga Pratama (NIM. 172223097). Researcher's observations about the smash hits ofPB's male athletes. Young Trayeman pioneers in applying movements in playingbadminton are still lacking, so it is necessary to look for and explore the factorscausing it. The existence of these weaknesses, male athletes PB. Young PioneerTrayeman tries to improve himself in mastering basic techniques in the ability to playbadminton properly and correctly. Therefore, researchers are interested inconducting research on drill smash drills on smash accuracy in PB's male athletes.Trayeman Young Pioneers. This type of research is experimental research. Thedesign used in this study is "Control Groups Pretest-Posttest Design". From the tableof t-test results, it can be seen that the t-count is 6.364 and the t-table (df 10) is 2.228,while the significance value of p is 0.000. Because t arithmetic 6,364 t table 2,228and sig, 0,000 0,05, it means that there is a significant difference. Thus, it shows thatthe hypothesis (Ha) which reads "The experimental group with practice smash withthe drill smash method is better than the control group in increasing the accuracy ofsmash in PB badminton athletes. Trayeman Young Pioneers”, accepted. With apercentage increase of 30.93%. The experimental group with the drill smash methodwas better than the control group in increasing the accuracy of the PB badmintonathletes' smash. Trayeman Young Pioneers, with an average difference of 6.0.

Abstract

Based on initial observations, in reality there are still people who are less interested in participating in learning basic athletic movements, because students prefer other games, one of which is football, especially male students. Every time learning basic athletic movements, students are less enthusiastic because students still want to play football. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using modified tools on basic athletic movement abilities at SD Negeri 3 Cisantana. The research method used in this research is the pre-experimental method. The research design used was a one group pretest-posttest design. The research sample was fourth grade students at SD Negeri 3 Cisantana, Cigugur District, Kuningan Regency. The data collection technique was in the form of an initial test before being given treatment and a final test after being given treatment. Data analysis techniques consist of normality test, hypothesis testing and N-Gain test. Based on the results of research and data processing and hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that there is an effect of using modified tools on basic athletic movement abilities at SD Negeri 3 Cisantana. The results of the N-Gain test showed that the increase in learning basic athletic movements through modified tools reached an average of 0.38 including the medium criteria.

Abstract

Indonesia needs 5.8 million new entrepreneurs to achieve an ideal entrepreneurial ratio of 4% of the population. The need to create new entrepreneurs has led many educational institutions to include entrepreneurship education in their curriculum. Entrepreneurship education is a development activity for those who want to try or become entrepreneurs and activities to improve understanding and knowledge of entrepreneurship (Fitriati and Hermiati, 2010). The goal of entrepreneurship education is so that learners learn to understand entrepreneurship, learn to have if entrepreneurship, and learn to be entrepreneur (Heinonen and Poikkijoki, 2006). Entrepreneurship education remains in debate on the extent to which entrepreneurship education has an influence on learners, the accuracy and effectiveness of entrepreneurship teaching methods, and the debate on whether entrepreneurship can be taught. This study aims to analyze whether the entrepreneurship education conducted has an impact to arouse students' entrepreneurial intentions. Subjects in this study are students of Entrepreneurship class. Concept operationalization is done by adopting Mohamad et al (2015) research. Data analysis technique uses Different T-Test Differences. Result showed that there was no significant difference in the intention of entrepreneurship of learners. Therefore, a more thorough research on the effectiveness of entrepreneurship education in developing the entrepreneurship aspirations of learners, and the evaluation of teachers, curriculum and methods of implementation of entrepreneurship classes should be conducted.Keywords: entreprenuship, entreprenurship education, entreprenurial intention, effectiveness

Abstract

Pajak memiliki peran sangat penting di Indonesia, mengingat untuk pembangunan National akan memerlukan dana yang relative besar. Oleh sebab itu Pemanfaatan media social saat ini dinilai sebagai langkah yang efektif dan efisien dikarenakan lebih mudah di akses oleh seluruh masyarakat, cepat dan mudah untuk terhubung dengan siapapun. System perpajakan di Indonesia ini menuntut masyarakat untuk memenuhui kewajiban perpajakannnya, sehingga membutuhkan kesadaran dari masyarakat untuk selalu membayar pajak tepat waktu. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui dampak korupsi perpajakan dari pemberitaan di media social terhadap kepatuhan dan kepercayaan masyarakat untuk membayar pajak.
