Abstract

Agi Suryadi (NIM 182223009), Pengaruh Latihan Lari Zig-Zag With The Ball Terhadap Keterampilan Dribbling Dalam Permainan Sepak bola SSB Putra Gumelar, Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani Kesehatan dan Rekreasi, 2022. Metode latihan untuk peningkatan keterampilan dribbling seperti lari zig-zag kurang bervariatif dan cenderung monoton bagi atlet, dalam sepakbola dibutuhkan teknik dribbling yang baik untuk berkelit melewati hadangan lawan sambil membawa bola tetapi dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan belum bisa diterapkan secara maksimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lari zig-zag with the ball terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola SSB Putra Gumelar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan teknis untuk pengambilan datanya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sampel yang berjumlah 20 orang. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji-t, yaitu dengan membandingkan hasil pretest dengan posttest pada kelompok eksperimen. Berdasarkan hasil uji statistic diperoleh nilai uji-t antara pretest dan posttest latihan lari zig-zag terhadap keterampilan dribbling yang memiliki nilai thitung 53.145, p = 0.000, karena p < 0.05 maka ada peningkatan yang signifikan. Dilihat dari nilai rata-rata, maka diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest = 21.48 detik dan nilai rata-rata posttest = 18.13 detik, karena nilai rata-rata pretest lebih kecil dari nilai rata-rata posttest maka terjadi peningkatan keterampilan dribbling sebesar = 3.35 atau 15.6%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh yang signifikan latihan lari zig-zag with the ball terhadap keterampilan dribbling dalam permainan sepak bola SSB Putra Gumelar. Abstract

Improving Upper Passing Ability in Volleyball Game Using Teams Games Tournament Learning Model for Class VI SDN 2 Cipakem Students.The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of passing over in volleyball games through the Teams Games Tournament learning model in class VI SDN 2 Cipakem. This type of research is classroom action research. The subjects in this study were sixth grade students consisting of 16 students with 7 male students and 9 female students. Based on the results of the Upper Passing assessment test in the Volleyball Game through the Teams Games Tournament Learning Model for Class VI SDN 2 Cipakem in the first cycle of 16 students, the scores of students who have reached the KKM are 5 people with a percentage of 31%, while 11 students have not reached the KKM score. KKM with a percentage of 69%. So this research was continued with the implementation of the second cycle and the results increased by the number of 16 students, then the score of students who had reached the KKM were 12 people with a percentage of 75%, while 4 students had not reached the KKM score with a percentage of 25%.

Abstract

Pitri Nurpaijah (NIM: 182223089), with the title "INFLUENCE OF SMALL SIDED GAMES IN INCREASING AEROBIC CAPACITY OF WOMEN'S VOLUTION BALL PLAYERS STKIP MUHAMMADIYAH KUNINGAN". This research is an experimental study and data collection techniques using One Group Pretest-Posttest with a population of 12 volleyball players STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan, using a 2.4km test instrument. The research method uses quantitative research methods, this data analysis technique uses the Normality Test and Homogeneity Test, the normality test of this data uses the Kolmogorov Smirnov test with a significant value for the pretest data 0.042 and for the posttest data 0.017 greater than 0.05 then the data is normally distributed. The significant value for Levene statistic is 0.010 > 0.05, then it is normally distributed. Furthermore, the calculated t value obtained is 9,039. Research subjects Students who take part in the Women's Volleyball UKM STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the performance of scout members in understanding the history of scouting in the values ​​of service. This research method is a qualitative approach with a book review approach and observation and data analysis. The results of the research improve the character of scout members' service with a pleasant pattern, form individuals who are ready and willing to make sacrifices in service, and become a tool for forming strong character for society and organizations. Thus, scout activities become a form of education that is more directed towards forming the character of participants educated and have various skills that are very useful in real life.

Abstract

This study presents a systematic literature review (SLR) focusing on the interplay between Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and their impact on financial performance and firm value. The primary objective is to examine how GCG and CSR practices influence company outcomes, particularly in the context of long-term sustainability and competitive advantage. The research methodology involves the collection and analysis of articles from national and international journals using keywords related to corporate management, financial performance, and CSR. The findings demonstrate a positive correlation between GCG, CSR, and firm value, with financial performance acting as a moderating factor. Companies that adopt robust governance and social responsibility practices tend to exhibit stronger financial outcomes and higher firm value. However, the study also identifies gaps in existing literature, particularly in the consistency of measurement techniques and the need for more research in developing countries. This research provides valuable insights for business practitioners and scholars, emphasizing the importance of integrating ethical practices with corporate management to enhance competitiveness and sustainable growth.

Abstract

Cohesion and coherence are essential components in academic writing which bridge an academia to create logically organized text and easy to comprehend. Thus, this research aims to identify the use of cohesion and coherence devices in the background section of Skripsi written by students of the English Education Study Program of Tadulako University. This research employs a mixed-method, which involves quantitative and qualitative analysis. The data were taken from ten selected Skripsi backgrounds. The findings of this research present that the most frequently used of cohesive devices is reiteration (48.09%), followed by reference (32.20%), and conjunction 1(9.49%). In contrast, the least frequently used cohesive devices are substitution and ellipsis, each appearing only (0.11%). Furthermore, in terms of coherence, the students dominantly implement repeat key nouns (66.27%), followed by consistent pronouns (22.88%), transition signals (8.88%), and logical order (1.97%). Although some devices appeared less frequently, the students’ academic writing still achieved overall textual unity and logical flow. Therefore, these findings indicate that while students have good abilities to build cohesion and coherence in their writing, there remains need to encourage more varied use of devices, particularly substitution, ellipsis, and transition signal, in order to further improve their quality of academic writing.

Abstract

This research aims to find out correlation between vocabulary mastery and speaking ability of undergraduate students at Tadulako University. The subjects of this research were students of the fourth semester and the research subjects were randomly selected to be the sample of this study. The total number of samples was 30 students. They worked on a test of vocabulary and speaking to have data of the relationship. The data were tested to have normality and linear relationship and the result of tests indicated that data are normally distributed and have a linear relationship. Then, the data were analyzed using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient to find out the correlation between vocabulary mastery and speaking ability. The result of analysis indicated that the correlation coefficient between vocabulary mastery and speaking ability is 0.559. The result is categorized as “moderate” (0.40 to 0.59). Therefore, the hypothesis of the study is accepted, in which there is a positive correlation between vocabulary mastery and speaking ability of the eight grade students. In other word, the greater the English vocabulary student acquire, the better their speaking ability is.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of cone drill training through the traditional Hadang game on improving the agility of fifth-grade students at SDN Banjaran 03. The research used a one-group pretest-posttest design with a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 11 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a shuttle run test to measure students' agility levels before and after the intervention, which consisted of Hadang game training for four weeks. Data analysis using a paired sample t-test showed a significant improvement in agility after the intervention, with a significance value (p < 0.05). These findings indicate that the Hadang game, which involves quick movements and frequent direction changes, is effective in enhancing the agility of elementary school students. This study recommends incorporating traditional games as an alternative method in physical education classes to improve students’ physical fitness in a fun and educational manner.

Abstract

Banyak pasien dewasa membutuhkan perawatan ortodonti karena alasan estetis. Selain itu, perawatan ortodonti untuk mengoreksi maloklusi dapat membantu pasien untuk melakukan prosedur kontrol plak yang adekuat. Namun, klinisi tidak dapat memulai perawatan ortodonti ketika jaringan periodontal belum stabil dan dalam kondisi inflamasi. Oleh karena itu, klinisi harus dapat mendiagnosa dan mempersiapkan kondisi periodontal agar dalam kondisi yang sehat dan stabil sebelum memulai perawatan ortodonti. Selain itu, diperlukan waktu untuk mencapai kondisi periodontal yang sehat dan stabil setelah terapi periodontal. Prosedur pembedahan dan regenerasi memerlukan waktu penyembuhan yang jauh lebih lama dibandingkan pendekatan yang lebih sederhana. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk menunjukkan kemungkinan pendekatan terapi periodontal sederhana untuk mendapatkan kondisi periodontal yang sehat dan stabil sebelum perawatan ortodonti cekat pada pasien dengan periodontal yang kompromis.

Abstract

Literacy culture is a fundamental pillar in shaping a generation capable of critical thinking, creativity, and competitiveness. In the context of junior secondary education, the school library plays a strategic role in fostering literacy culture through various literacy programs and activities. This study aims to describe the library management in developing students’ literacy culture at SMP Pahlawan Nasional Medan, covering aspects of planning, implementation, organization, and evaluation of library programs. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data were collected through observations, in-depth interviews with the principal, librarian, teachers, and students, as well as documentation of library activities. The results showed that library planning was carried out systematically, involving multiple stakeholders and aligned with students’ reading needs and interests. Implementation of literacy programs such as the Morning Literacy Movement and One Book One Month proved effective in increasing student engagement in reading and writing activities. The library organization functioned collaboratively with clear distribution of roles among involved parties. Program evaluation was conducted periodically and served as a basis for library development and improvement. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that library management at SMP Pahlawan Nasional Medan has been implemented effectively and contributes significantly to the development of students’ literacy culture.
