Abstract

Knowledge is an important asset to an organization. Knowledge management is a process carried out by an organization to obtain, identity, creating, sharing, and utilizing knowledge or knowledge within the organization. One of the knowledge development models Management that will be used is the Fahmi model an approach developed for implementing knowledge management on government. to support the process government and human resource management to achieve the goals of deep bureaucratic reform develop government human resources professional one. This paper described the readiness of the Local Government of Medan District in implementing e-government to support the North Sumatra Smart province initiative. The research method was carried out quantitatively and qualitatively. Quantitative data was carried out by surveying 30 employees in the Mandailing Natal Government, while qualitative data was carried out by open interviews with informants who came from the Office for Communication and Informatics Services. The study also presents several obstacles to the implementation of government and propose several recommendations as a step towards improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline on the Performance of Government Apparatuses in Cicendo District, Bandung City. This study involved 63 Cicendo District government officials, Bandung City, and all of them became respondents using a multiple linear regression analysis model. The results of this study indicate that Leadership Style, Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the performance of Cicendo District Government Apparatuses, Bandung City. While partially it was found that the leadership style factor had the most dominant significant influence on the performance of the Cicendo District Government Apparatus, Bandung City.

Abstract

Safety and comfort for aircraft passengers when the aircraft is going to the runway (runway) for take off (take off) or leaving the runway (runway) when finished landing (landing) must pass through a termite road (taxiway), In case In order for aircraft traffic to run smoothly, the structure and geometry of the taxiway plays an important function in the process of moving aircraft from the airport building to the runway or from the runway to the airport building in a short time. The Airfield Lighting System control system or what is usually called a landing visual aid uses a Control Desk which is operated by an Air Traffic Controller (ATC). As technology develops, the use of digital applications is very useful for an Air Traffic Controller. This research uses a qualitative type of research so that the results obtained are that there are fundamental differences in airfield lighting operational activities between the manual recording process and the digital recording process, with manual recording being done one by one, however, if it is done digitally it does not require a lot of human resources (HR), the data obtained is accurate, the risk of data loss is quite small. And the risk of calculation errors is small. Using the My Inspection Officer application within PT. Angkasa Pura 1 (Persero) makes it easier for technicians to record inspections or check the readiness of Ahmad Yani International Airport-Semarang.

Abstract

At every airport there is always something called a taxiway, the Runway Connecting Facility (taxiway) is a certain path within the airport location that connects the runway (runway) with the parking runway (apron) in the terminal building area and vice versa, consisting of an exit taxiway , parallel taxiway and high speed taxiway. Taxiway Functions as a connecting facility, so the taxiway in its planning must meet provisions such as the distance between the center line of the taxiway and the center line of the runway, width of the taxiway, wheel clearance, slope and visibility and finally the taxiway strip. In this research, qualitative methods were used to obtain results. By implementing additional circuits on the taxiway, it lightens the load on the CCR on circuit C and the cable route from the CCR on the south side is more efficient and easier to handle troubleshooting on the cable route. In the process of adding circuits to taxiway lights that need to be paid attention to is the preparation work for the application for making airport passes, the worker implementer makes a Method of Working Plan (MOWP) for detailed work and work methods, submits materials for approval. Work implementation must comply with regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa/siswi SMA Hikmah Yapis Jayapura sebagai pengguna jasa penerbangan mengenai Dangerous Goods (Barang berbahaya). Latar belakang kegiatan ini adalah kurangnya kesadaran dan pemahaman Masyarakat, khususnya siswa/siswi SMA Hikmah Yapis Jayapura tentang barang-barang berbahaya yang boleh atau tidak boleh diangkut ke pesawat udara, yang berpotensi mengancam keselamatan penerbangan. Solusi yang ditawarkan tim pelaksana dari Politeknik Penerbangan Jayapura metode pelaksanaannya meliputi penyampaian materi melalui presentasi dan diskusi. Yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini Adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa tentang Dangerous Goods, yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan mereka terhadap aturan keselamatan penerbangan.

Abstract

Purpose: This study analyzes the effect of check-in counter staff service excellence on passenger satisfaction at Sentani International Airport, Papua, Indonesia. The research was motivated by persistent queues and declining comfort during peak hours, indicating that service excellence has not been fully optimized despite existing government and corporate service standards. Methodology/approach: A quantitative descriptive approach was applied using structured questionnaires distributed to 100 passengers. Service excellence was measured through the 6A Model (Ability, Attitude, Appearance, Attention, Action, Accountability), while passenger satisfaction was evaluated through perceived service quality, staff service, airline image, and punctuality. Data were analyzed using SPSS 25.0 with validity, reliability, and classical assumption tests, followed by simple linear regression. Results/findings: Service excellence significantly and positively affected passenger satisfaction (? = 0.589, t = 12.764, p < 0.001, F = 162.89, R² = 0.803). Among the 6A dimensions, attitude (friendliness, politeness, professionalism) scored highest, while action (responsiveness, speed) was lowest. Conclusion: The findings confirm that implementing service excellence at check-in counters is crucial for enhancing passenger satisfaction and strengthening the airport’s image as Papua’s main air transport hub. Practically, improving staff responsiveness and operational efficiency can enhance service perception and foster passenger loyalty. Limitations: The study is limited to Sentani International Airport, and results may vary across airports with different characteristics. Contribution: This study validates the 6A model in a regional airport context and offers insights for PT Angkasa Pura and policymakers to optimize staff performance and passenger experience.
