Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarak at sudah dilaksanakan di Sekolah Republik Indonesia Tokyo (SRIT) yang terletak di Meguro Jepang. Permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah tentang memanfaatkan media pembelajaran digital dan pembelajaran kreatif. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan guru tentang pembelajaran kreatif serta mampu mengimplementasikan dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan meningkatnya ketrampilan guru dalam membuat media pembelajaran dengan teknologi XR. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut melalui kegiatan penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Kegiatan penyuluhan dilakukan dengan memberi informasi kepada guru bagaimana melaksanakan kegiatan pembelajaran kreatif. Kegiatan pelatihan berupa pelatihan pembuatan media pembelajaran dengan teknologi XR. Kegiatan pendampingan berupa mendampingi implementasi pembelajaran kreatif dan pembuatan media pembelajaran dengan teknologi XR. Peran serta AUM adalah mengkomunikasikan ke Sekolah Republik Indonesia Tokyo  (SRIT).Target luaran dari kegiatan PPM ini adalah satu artikel ilmiah yang dipublikasikan melalui proceeding yang ber ISBN, satu artikel yang diterbitkan Koran Kedaulatan Rakyat  online, Video penyampaian materi pembelajaran kreatif dan cara membuat media pembelajaran dengan teknologi XR yang diunggah di youtube LPPM UAD, juga peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan mitra. Adapun keterkaitan dengan AIK adalah setiap kegiatan diawali dengan membaca doa.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the management of industrial classes in SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Ajibarang. This research uses a qualitative type with a case study approach. Research subjects were the deputy head of public relations, the deputy head of the curriculum, the head of the engineering engineering program, the head of the light vehicle engineering program and the head of the motorcycle engineering expertise program. Place of research at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Ajibarang. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The collected data were analyzed with the model of Miles, Hubermen, and Saldana. Research data 1) Industrial class planning includes aspects of students carried out by industry and schools as the organizer. The human resource aspect is carried out by means of instructor training organized by industry to increase knowledge about the industry. The curriculum aspect is carried out by synchronizing the school curriculum with the industrial curriculum, then the aspect of infrastructure facilities is carried out by industry and schools with industrial involvement in the form of setting industry class standards and procuring infrastructure and forms of school involvement in the form of procurement. 2) The implementation of industrial classes includes learning that is adjusted to the established curriculum and the internship carried out in the industry. 3) evaluation which includes evaluating student learning outcomes, in the form of students getting certificates from the industry and evaluating the implementation of industrial classes in the form of internal meetings and visits made by schools to industry and industry to schools

Abstract

Character education is the main pillar in creating a person’s character through education, both formal and informal education. This study aims to find out the habituation and the usual activities conducted by homeroom teachers for character development of students with special needs in Sekolah Luar Biasa Negeri Pembina Yogyakarta. The results showed many activities taken by the guardians at the school in the developing character of students. Some of the activities were flag ceremonies, cooperation, activities that instill values of integrity, as well as nationalist and religious activities. Also, there are habituation activities conducted by the homeroom teacher in developing the character of students with special needs. Among others are independencies, lining up before entering the classroom, knocking on the door, and greeting before entering the room, tidying up the equipment after use, immediately apologizing if making a mistake, and respecting religious differences. The implication in the character formation and development of students with special needs that the habituation should be done continuously to facilitate the implementation in the society.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of Aisyiyah in the development of education in Kendal Regency in 1950-2020, so as to find out the background of the establishment of Aisyiyah Kendal. Aisyiyah as a special autonomy organization of Muhammadiyah can nurture women to be educated to become leaders, and be prepared to become administrators in the Muhammadiyah women's organization. Aisyiyah's presence in developing her educational role in Kendal Regency has given birth to strong cadres in organization. Aisyiyah's presence in Kendal is inseparable from the arrival of Muhammadiyah ideas and thoughts. Aisyiyah is engaged in social, educational, health and religious domains, this research uses historical methods consisting of heuristics, verification, interpretation, historiography. Aisyiyah has activities with several programs, one of which is in the field of education, especially in Bustanul Athfal Kindergarten (TK), Aisyiyah program on worship guided by the Central Leadership (PP) in Jakarta about Kemuhammadiyahan and Keaisyiyahan.

Abstract

Funding is crucial for operational implementation in educational institutions. So, other parties that do not conflict with laws and regulations have a significant role to play in becoming supporting agencies in education financing. This study attempts to explore the role of the village government and the school committee in supporting education financing using a case study approach and qualitative research. The research findings contained four components: 1) educational Process effectiveness, 2) financing support, 3) the need for a plan analysis, and 4) stakeholder role urgency. Of the four components, two of them are part of the village government's role, namely the Effectiveness of the Education Process and Financing Support, and two other components, namely the Need for plan analysis and the Urgency of the Role of Stakeholders, are part of the role of the school committee. The conclusion is that the role of the Village Government in supporting education funding is by providing financial support through village meetings, which then gave birth to a program, namely "paying temporary honorary teacher salaries". However, regarding the school committee, which is still not optimal in carrying out its roles and functions, the commitment of the school committee in carrying out its role is not exemplary because the school committee still only follows directions from the school.

Abstract

Asesmen Nasional adalah program penilian mutu setiap sekolah, madrasah dan program pemerataan pada jenjang Pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Pemetaan dilakukan dengan menggunakan system Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) dengan tiga asesmen yaitu Asesmen Kompetensi Minimum (AKM), Survey karakater dan survey lingkungan belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Impelementasi Pelaksanaan ANBK di Kampung Tias Kabupaten Bulungan khususnya di SDN 006 Tanjung Palas Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan subjek penelitian adalah Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan Siswa SDN 006 Tanjung Palas Tengah. Hasil dari peneletian ini menunjukkan bahwa walaupun SDN 006 Tanjung Palas Tengah berada di kawasan yang secara geografis berada di daerah 3T dengan keterbatasan berupa tidak ada nya jaringan internet, tidak ada listrik serta sarana prasarana seperti computer atau laptop yang belum memadai tapi pelaksanaan ANBK di sekolah tersebut tetap berjalan dengan lancar. Kepala sekolah dan guru mensiasati kekurangan tersebut dengan cara : 1) menumpang melaksanakan ANBK di sekolah tetangga yang sudah mempunyai jaringan internet bantuan dari Bakti Aksi Kominfo, 2) menggunakan PTLS dan menyediakan genset, 3) berkolaborasi dengan guru di sekolah tetangga dalam penyediaan laptop yang bisa digunakan siswa dalam melaksanakan ANBK.

Abstract

Many studies report a significant relationship between self-control and academic achievement, although the strength of this relationship varies across studies. Moderator factors influencing this relationship remain unclear. Therefore, this meta-analysis aims to further explore the relationship between self-control and academic achievement and investigate potential moderating factors that may affect its strength. The study includes 70 samples from 16 primary studies published between 2005 and 2018. Data analysis was conducted using a random effects model with a significance level of α = 5%. In addition to the main analysis, six moderator variables were analyzed: education level, geographical region, self-control measurement tool, academic achievement measurement tool, and publication year. The results showed a moderate positive relationship between self-control and academic achievement (r = 0.32, p < 0.001). Moderator analysis indicated that all variables significantly influenced the strength of the relationship between self-control and academic performance. The positive relationship was stronger in studies with mixed participants and weakest among university students and stronger in studies conducted in the United States than in Africa and Europe. This study contributes meaningfully to the literature by clarifying moderator factors and providing insights for educators in designing targeted interventions to enhance academic performance through self-control development across diverse contexts.

Abstract

Changes in educational arrangements due to Covid-19 have led to new system adjustments for all elements, especially parents. This study aims to determine the learning patterns at home for elementary school students during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study employed qualitative research methods. The approach used was a case study that was performed in the researcher's home environment. Participants consisted of six people and six schools. The data collection technique used a focus group discussion (FGD) with discussion guidelines. The research procedure employed the Creswell model. Data analysis was conducted with the Atlas.ti software version 8. This study observed learning patterns at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, which was by having indicators comprising of convenience place, parental assistance, activity, effective learning, and anticipate problems.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan perwujudan pendidikan karakter religius melalui kultur sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus deskriptif kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles Huberman. Uji keakuratan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan karakter religius melalui budaya sekolah meliputi budaya sholat dhiha, sholat sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran, berupa benda fisik dan bangunan yang bernilai religius, sebagai artefak yang bernilai religius, dan sebagai objek yang bernilai moral. Semua bangunan dan benda fisik digunakan untuk memperkuat lingkungan yang mendukung karakter religius. Budaya perilaku iman, ibadah dan budaya perilaku yang layak untuk pendidikan akhlak dihayati dan diteladani. Budaya terakhir adalah budaya berpikir berupa visi dan misi pesantren, pemikiran religius siswa dan guru yang dituangkan dalam karya seperti sajadah dan slogan. Budaya ide diwujudkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Pelaksanaannya didukung oleh faktor-faktor seperti daya tampung yang memadai dan partisipasi seluruh anak sekolah dalam budaya sekolah. Faktor penghambatnya adalah kurangnya kesadaran sebagian siswa dan perbedaan kemampuan siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of school principals in developing teachers' professional skills. The research method employed is a qualitative approach, utilizing data collection techniques through interviews with two informants and involving documentation. The data analysis process includes stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate the role of the school principal as an educator by providing support, advice, input, setting a good example, creating a school climate, and providing training for teachers. As a manager, the school principal can engage in school management and human resource empowerment. As an administrator, the school principal handles the operational management of the school and collaborates with others. In the role of a supervisor, the school principal assesses teachers' performance. As a leader, the principal establishes intensive communication and provides mentoring for teachers. As a motivator, the principal at SD Muhammadiyah Sokonandi provides motivation, support, and work environment management.
